I’ve been to this subway a few times I have no issues until it’s the evening. This one worker named Smitt looks very depressed and is very rude. Slaps the food and it’s very aggressive. Very unpleasant and wouldn’t talk for basic customer service. At lease have a fake smile and use simple words
The food was amazingly delicious and the atmosphere was pleasing, but most of all, the person who was serving us was nice and offered delightful service, on the Saturday morning we came he saved us time as well. Thank you!
Terrible experience at this location. Sandwich artist was rude. Flies all over the bread, deli meat and toppings. Worker was cognizant I was aware of the bugs and asked me to leave if I wasn't comfortable. Super gross. I left the Sandwich and Buzzzed off!!!
Nice and clean subway location. For some reason, this is one of the only subways that consistently has the gluten free bread option!
Clean and welcoming atmosphere! I would like to recommend the male server who served me on May 15/24 at approximately 3:15pm. His service was exceptional and our subs were delicious! Thank you!
I wish I could do more stars for the service. The 2 that served me were absolutely amazing. Made my whole day. The subs were so good exactly what I wanted. I always love the smell of baked bread when going into the shop. Looking forward to my next visit.
I go there often, as a Vegetarian myself there aren't many options available everywhere so it's good that in Subway I can mix and match the veggies. Love the staff, they are always helpful, some of them have a tad bit of attitude sometimes but hey, I work in customer service and I get that; so no complaints here. Food & Bread has always been fresh for me and they help me make my sub how I love it(Crush the 'all dress Ruffles' in it if you are a veggie and eat it fresh, it's awesome substitute for the lacking flavour of anything else). All in all a great place to go for your pocket friendly options. P.S. I hear you get free cookies sometimes too, so that's a plus.

Theyve been skimping on the toppings more and more over the years, and if you ask for extra you get this attitude as if what they already cut back on isnt good enough

I ordered my regular Monday sausage and egg on flat bread. The bread was Soo hard and stale that I couldn t even bite through it. I had it to go as I live 2 minutes away. I ve never written or rated a restaurant but this was unbelievably bad.
I visit this Subway couple times a week during my breaks which is close to my work with Parry normally being the one taking care of the store until 3:00 AM. Always has a positive attitude, never loses patience with the times I ve been indecisive with my order since I typically get a different item every time I go and he knows how to work well under pressure; many online and in-store orders occur at night and he never shows any kind of discouragement despite being the only one working there past a certain time. Your work is greatly appreciated Parry!
I was served by Yash this evening. He was by himself serving instore orders, online orders and deliveries. There should have been at least 2 staff members in the store. Yash did a great job and was friendly & professional with a great attitude. I did not mind the wait to get served due to Yashs great work ethic.
Healthy, consistent taste, friendly and professional staff. Also variety of health conscious subs and salad with availability of gluten free bread. Must try this at this branch.

Im not impress.. I was there this afternoon..this is not the first time ..same person..he Does Not Wash his Hands..he put on new gloves but Does Not Wash is Hands...Not Good at all..

Been going here for so many years and it s great.
Went this evening around 7:00 pm and was informed that they only had an extremely limited amount of brown bread left... (not even enough to fulfill our order) Im all for saving money and I know their bread is cooked in house but if it seems that your running out of bread (your main ingredient) you should maybe preplan some sort of strategic bread cooking option if you see your running out around suppertime? I think people still eat subs at 7:00 pm

When here tonight to come and grab two subs first of all there was only three options of bread to which is very unusual. As I was being served the guy who was serving me didnt seem to know what he was doing too much it looked like he was high or something, was buying a platter of cookies not that many options of cookies either, and once I got home to try to eat my sub my bread was very stail very unpleasant to eat I usually always have a good experience at this Subway but for tonight I didnt.
2 nights in a row Sunday and Monday I went to the Watters location at 8:55 ( and yes I know that it is 5 minutes before close) and both times it was dark and the door was locked last night the chairs were already on the tables but if your gonna close at 8:55pm fine but dont say your open till 9pm if your not.
Poor customer service. Not impressed. The young women serving me was not friendly what so ever and gave lots of attitude.
