I have great food experience at subway, I specifically asked the person who made our subway, Sukhpal provided us the best service. Thanks for such a nice experience.

Yesterday was the second time Ive had food poisoning from this location. Expensive, bags rip, food is atrocious and the audacity to ask me for a tip? Never again.

This is by far the worst subway. I continuously make the mistake of buying from them. They sell old and stale bread. They lie and gaslight customers saying their bread is fresh when we ask for fresh bread. Stop selling old bread to customers. We are can tell the difference fresh bread and stale bread.

No gluten free options

Friendly staff and service. Very clean (we were here around 7pm on a Wednesday), food was great and they didnt skimp on ingredients. We also noticed that they allowed kids to come in and sit to cool down with a cup of water (so hot today), overall best experience Ive had in a Subway in a while

One of the cheapest subways in the city. They are literally counting every olive. I had to keep telling him to add a few more of almost ingredient.

Amazing. Each and every time. I never write reviews and this one was worth it.. I ve always lived in Ottawa and surrounding areas and have eaten subway my whole life and I have to say that this location has no competition. Fresh, well built subs every time great job!

I had the pleasure of recently visiting this subway. While waiting to pay, I had a frugal customer ahead of me taking some time to get their order sorted out. I wasnt even worried about it and then, without even asking and despite our objections, the establishment gave both myself and another gentlemen free subs for our inconvenience (if you can even call it that). All I can say is wow!!

Worst service Ive seen! Either order is not ready when you arrive even if your ordered 30 min before....or the order is not what youve ask for....a bit disappointed when you live 30min away from there....

Every single time i order online there are many ingredients missing.

After several troubles with store 46963. The last incident is an order for a foot long sub wrapped in individual halves and discovering the order made as two halves instead of one foot long. I wasnt going to make note of a comment from a staff member but now I think I will. The comment was why dont I try another store. I think thats bad business.

the worst subway I ever had. Sunday dec 18 around 9.20pm. I ordered online and ask for more things in my sandwich, she said it difficult for her to prepare. then I said is fine, do whatever you can. at the end she was so grumpy no hospitality and I said thank you, she didnt even look at me. lol the worst subways

I just went to pick up a sub for lunch and was disappointed that the staff was not wearing face coverings during the process of making my sandwich. As we return to normalcy during covid19 I would hope that restaurants will take extra precautions to protect the food im eating.

I go out of my way to come to this location! Staff is always very friendly and welcoming.

Fast service However i do kindly ask for the person taking orders to switch their gloves because there are customers who may not want contamination between meat products, such as a pork products or between tuna and chicken etc. I understand its easy to forget but it makes a big difference for us the customers. I say this because the employee taking the orders must have touched every type of meat and tuna for the 5 ppl ahead of me until i asked her to kindly switch her gloves

I placed an order for a work lunch over the phone (since online does not have a gluten-free bread option) and 1/2 of the orders were incorrect and all were cold. I was very clear on the phone and gave the orders in the order that it is asked when you come in (bread,cheese,toasted,toppings,sauce) and specified that we would pick them up at 12:30 (gave 2 hours notice for 4 subs). I am very glad no one was allergic (though 1 person is vegan and another gluten-free) to the things they didnt ask for (dairy/egg/toppings). Wont be ordering from this one again.

I am currently sitting on my toilet unable to leave due to diarrhea cause by subway. This happens every time I go to a subway that isnt busy. I believe its because the vegetables have been sitting there for a while. Ive been running to the throne since 2 am and will be missing a days work because of your sandwich.

Charged me double cheese for sprinkling parmesan on my sub. First time ever in 10 years Ive been charged for it. When I asked about it the server couldnt have given less a f. $14 for just sub is egregious, enjoy the $1.75 I wont be back.

In addition to have a deep knowledge of the menu and fantastic sub making skills Meg is a ray of sunshine to see while getting my lunch or dinner. She makes it a 10/10 experience. Wish more people were like her!

No black olives. The staff seems to all have change with the new ownership. I really liked the staff here before, might actually try out a new subway next week.

Wow, just wow! I ate there today and this Subway definitely set the bar high! There is a welcoming atmosphere and high quality food. I eat a lot of Subway, and I think I had the best sub of my life today :)

I ordered a veg sandwich and went to washroom. It was for go but she have me the bread from last day. It was around 12 pm. The bread was so hard.Terrible sandwich artist!

I ordered an Italian BMT and while it was being prepared I made the mistake of walking away to grab a straw for my chocolate milk. My sub was toasted so the cheese was covering the meat when I was choosing my vegetables. I didnt notice at the time that it was the wrong sub. I get to work and realize that the only thing on my sub is bacon. She gave me a blt instead of bmt. How do you mistake ITALIAN BMT for a blt? Im done going here, from now on Im going to the one on the corner of Leitrim.
