Visited the place today for the first time and AJ (Ajmal) was the best. Got a Tandoori sub that he recommended and prepared in his own unique way. Was definitely something extraordinary.

The morning worker was hostile and aggressive.

I wish I got his name but went in on my break and he made me one of the best Nashville chicken sandwiches I ve tried. Bless this subway

AJ, is the best customer service representative Ive witnessed in years. Very polite, very friendly and efficient. Always smiling and making jokes. He recommended me the chicken shawarma sandwich, which was delicious. This man needs to be employee of the month! Thank you AJ, youve given me hope in society again.

My wife and I cant really afford Subway unless we receive coupons in the mail, but when we do we always make sure to come to this location for one reason- the service is outstanding. AJ is the Michelangelo of Sandwich Artisans. Not only is he hilarious, he has mastered the art of the sammy. He always has amazing suggestions that encourage us to try new things and we have never been anything short of delighted with his professional advice. I would honestly feel comfortable telling him to surprise me with whatever he makes. I trust him not only with my sandwich, but my life. I will be naming my firstborn after him. Make AJ the ceo of subway, he deserves it.

It was very good, clean and friendly.

They put as little toppings on the sandwich as humanly possible. Beechwood location is close and way better.

I just ordered the veggie sandwich, and the veggie patty is literally frozen, look like its not even toasted, and the person who was making sandwich was not friendly and in so rush, Saturday evening 8pm

The service was impeccable, the person behind the counter was very friendly and professional. Loved my experience. Whoever was working the night shift (midnight sunday March 31st) you re a legend and deserve a raise.

If there is a perfect Subway, this is it. Open early, open late, bright, clean, friendly service. The owner is always in store and this results in consistent quality. Do yourself a favour and enjoy Subway the way it should be enjoyed.

Always clean and well maintained place, staff is friendly. Two things I m most impressed with are the availability of items on menus specifically the veggie patty. Secondly they are open for long hours even late nights. Easy access on a late Sunday night. Vegetarian options: Veggie patty is almost never there in other locations, but here it s always available.

The place is clean and the food is always great. The folks working there are always nice. Especially Ajmal, he makes the best sandwiches, I just tell him what protein I want and how spicy I want. Thats all that he needs to make you a great sub.

As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean the business looked. As a past subway employee I knew how the business was run and this one was doing it correctly. Friendly service from both the owner and his staff, bright fresh vegetables. Ate one of the best subways in my life, the clerk customized my sub and it tasted great!

Place is really clean. Server was really nice. Ordered tuna 6 ft long. Very delicious as made it saucy. Just wish they had a drink counter like a fountain drink dispenser which they dont have that is kinda sad. Ordered 2 cookies as well which the caramel chocolate cookies are amazing

Amazing customer service, plus they made my regular veggie sub amazing. Me and my friend ate in and couldnt finish so the employee at the front even wrapped the rest up for us to go. Overall they were very friendly and I would definitely recommend changing up your regular subway and coming to this one.

Very fast. Clean and renovated. Adults working cash and counter not children. Compared to the st Laurent location where the workers are high this place is miles ahead. Only downside is the homeless bum i had to scare off that thought itd be a good idea to make remarks at passing women. TLDR: Very nice and newly renovated subway. Lots of homeless people.

Cant really recommend the Stampede Brisket sub, its tiny, the meat is about 3 to 4 mm thick, barely any toppings on it, as is the sub is not even as tall as my thumb. Very disappointing for such an expensive item. I dont know if its just this location or Subway in general but DO NOT order the Stampede Brisket sub and maybe skip this Subway location completely.

Yes, I have been to this Subway. And the service was very clean and friendly. They served me one of my favorite sub the meatball sub with it all dressed and the combo deal. Its really tasty and satisfying and a well priced sub. Well, its been a while since then. So, Ill miss it. Good bye, Subway.

Absolutely horrible service I walked in today to order the same sub Ive been ordering for over 5 years at this point the man was already not so pleasant than I place my order I get about as far as him pulling the bread out and there is an issue with me ordering an item that has always been and still is on the menu a simple meatball marinara sub the man made this a big deal ohhh I can do it this time but next time it must be the new meatballer with extra items i wasnt interested we got to making my sub I asked for 3 topping but a large quantity of these toppings the man than decided to say to me I can put the whole container on the sub but everything has a limit I pay for My sub and out of at least 10 toppings I pick 3 I have never in my life had an issue over ordering my sub he was so beyond disrespectful I walked out while he was half way done making my sub and the man than threatened me what amazing customer service skills

At 161 Montreal Road, Ottawa. it was my first time stepping in side, the staff friendly and prompt. :) I ordered a sand-wich it turned out to be a 12 sandwich, the worker cut the sandwich in 1/2. I ate 1/2 and saved the other 1/2 for lunch on Friday. I go back again.

If you are in a super rush and they dont let you take your time to decide what you want on it the right place to go.also I said enough sauce but he put more even thought I said thats enough. I know Subway tells their employees 3 passes of sauce but its not a must when a costumer say stop.

Go here daily as I work close by and must say Ive never had a bad experience! The customer service is exceptional with great conversation and unique ideas to try out with my orders. Even when busy, the staff has always been smiling when conversing and happy with your visit. 10/10 the best Subway Ive been to in quite some time. I had very bad customer service experience today at this location. I said I want veggie patty but I can t see any options for that so can you please charge me extra for that I am ready to pay for that but he said that can t me subway like that. And if I am placing online order I have to wait for 15-20 minutes even if there no customer. It s our policy.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in any subway restaurant! They dont put enough what you ask for. Youre literally eating just the bread. If they save like that to all customers, I pity them. The funny thing is that the manager/owner is okay with it and I talked to him about and literally threw it at me after paying him! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ENJOY HIS/HER SUBWAY!

HORRIBLE service. Very rude staff. Severely messed up my sub and refused to fix it, was horrible on the phone. Disgusting customer service. Will never go back. Overcharged and brought wrong items. Avoid this place.

Owner is rude and a racist. He has a problem with letting customers of color use the restroom eventhro they are spending their money at his place. I have seen him refused an elderly or color stating that the restroom was being renovated.

This location is one of my favourite I almost go everyday eating here, very kind and lovely staff :)

Its your regular subway. Only plus side i saw is that they offer a dine in wsy to serve your food which you dont usually see in subways. If you have been to one before ypu know usually they just pack it for you or place it in a bag, while here they actually ask you if you want to dine in a provide a plate for you instead of wrapping it up.

Again bad service and he did not listen..I asked for sub not to be toasted..and get home and its hot, sorry I dont like hot sandwichs at all ...serve one person dont rush us and we wouldnt have this issue ..12 in in trash ..thanks team subway ..Ill never return

This place sucks. SO CHEAP ON VEGGIES. I had to ask 4 times for more veggies and he would add one veggie. On piece of veggie isnt MORE. Should have left then the sub tasted aweful and I asked for a cookie paid for a cookie but didnt get a cookie.

Refreshing place

I am a regular Subway eater and travel often with work, so have eaten in may across North America. This is actually one of the closest to my place, but I never go there. But I went back there to day and remembered why. These guys give you the hello Sir, yes Sir, right away sir treatment, like they are out of a 1950s black and white film, but meanwhile you get two shards of green pepper, a smidge of lettuce and the bare minimum of any other vegetable that would qualify as a topping. But then, when it comes adding extras, they go straight for them. No, I dont want guacamole on my meatball sub, thank you. And if you dont get the combo, you get the look instead. These guys really think that they are fooling people. And if youre just passing through and in a rush for a quick, healthy meal you wont think anything of it. But Im a regular, and I see them cutting corners. I am just really wondering how much can they be saving by limiting the amount of lettuce? Anyhow, thats why I eat at another Subway. Its a little farther away, but I can trust them to be professional with my lunch.

Citys coolest fountain drink dispenser with dozens of unique & exclusive flavours which are usually scarce or unknown. Excellent location. Friendly, cheerful staff. Clean dining area. Fast service. Great quality ingredients. I always look forward to grabbing a quick lunch here & Im never disappointed.

They extra toasted my bacon

There is always a Subway around when you need one. They arent overpopulated lime some other restaurants, but they have a good placement. This one is no different and makes going for lunch on weekdays a treat. The staff is friendly and the store is clean.

Was victime of Food Poisoning there. Sunday Steak & Cheese 45 minutes before they close the store. Im still sick and its Wednesday night ... Ive never been food poison before. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO SUBWAY EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!

Food and store are fine. Issue is with staff. Staff was unfriendly and difficult to interact with. Basically refused to make my sandwich as ordered. Im a big fan of subway but will not be returning to this location.
