I had such a good experience at the restaurant! Every time i go to Ottawa, i always have to stop by this location and every time the service is excellent. This specific visit i had Dana as my waitress and she was absolutely amazing and so kind. She is the best!!

Ordered a bowl of chowder and got a cup. Ordered snowcrab legs and got fingers. Seriously this was the worst. For what is charged for this it was crap. Thank for nothing literally nothing. Will not be ordering again. I suggest you put your money somewhere else. What a rip off. If I could give a zero star i would.

Wow! I didn t really have high expectations cause I ordered on Uber Eats but was craving their cheddar bay biscuits. I got the choose 4 shrimp. All my selections were soooo good, favs being the Walt s Shrimp, Coconut Shrimp and Garlic Shrimp. I also chose the Alfredo which was a giant portion. For my side I upgraded to lobster mashed potato which was 10/10. Also got a side Caesar and extra 6 biscuits for like $50 on Uber Eats, what s?!? So good!!

Really disappointed in everything from Red lobster. Quality is not there anymore.

Never again. Cheese stick appetizer was rubbery - terrible. Brussels sprouts were not eatable. I asked about soup and server said it was not made in-house - it was from a can. Asked for baked potato w sour cream - no sour cream came, asked for tea with cream and sugar (got milk, no sugar). The server was vacuuming next to our table and the noise/sound affected our conversations. I wont be going back and cant recommend it to anyone.

I visited Red Lobster with my sons recently, and the service was exceptional. Our waitress was very attentive, noticing my sons drink was empty and refilling it without us asking. When we accidentally left a hat behind, she kindly ran out to our truck to return it. Unbelievable service, fantastic food, and a warm atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

This place is great ! Had the ultimate feast, and it was awesome! Service was good, a bit slow but it was rish hour. As for value, we had 3 appetizers and 3 main dishes. Everything came to under 200$. Definitely recommend

Great service from the waitress but the lobster in the pasta tasted like it was frozen, the lobster was hard and the portions were too small (lack of rice and vegetables) The shrimp were really tiny.

Thurs special Dinner for 2 was excellent! 1 starter of stuffed mushrooms then lobster, scallops & garlic 2 ways, plus 2 sides AND a huge piece of chocolate wave cake with a big serving of ice cream to share! So much quality & value for the money! Highly recommended! Oh & dont forget their yummy biscuits! :) Update! This is now $15 more than it was! $65 & no dessert included

Food was delicious, waiters are professional and friendly However we were really disappointed because we booked a table for 16 persons at 7:00 pm, we arrived on time then we had to wait for almost more than 1 hour to get served because the previous party just came 1 hour late. This is unacceptable and to me not professional, at least the manager could have done something to absorb our dissatisfaction The review has been there for many days and even surprised that no one has contacted me till now - Update on December 9, 2023 Cannot imagine to spend more than 15 minutes to redeem a gift card when I was paying my bill. Food delicious as usual but service greatly degrading - Update on November 2, 2024 Another unpleasant experience: - we were a group of 3 families and the waiters were very confused and cannot get our bills correct, it took almost 15 minutes to pay our bills although we suggested that we can split the total bill equally - the waiters added an extra meal to our bills which we did not order and took some time to fix that, and they even did not say sorry or so - the waiters forgot to bring the appetizers we ordered and had in the end to ask them to include them in our bills - Food quality is still good, but they think that quantities are slightly less

Our server was amazing and she made All the difference! Caring respectful and polite she served us with grace and love. The food was very good but the restaurant needs to add filet of sole or some other whitefish other than tilapia.. I dont like lobster or shrimp or scallops..so all thats left is salmon. The atmosphere was always warm and friendly but now its just dark and dreary...rundown.. needs a new carpet, paint, to make it smell and feel better in there plus I couldnt help but notice the filthy windows...made me wonder if the kitchen was clean! Well be back but in no rush to do so...

Best place to have a nice sea food

Very bad service from this waitress in this restaurant. I entered at 4:21 and ordered the food. A few moments after I arrived at the table, then a family of about 10 people arrives and the same waitress serves them. She brings me my coffee and about 20 minutes later another family arrives. They serve that family of about 6 people and immediately bring the food to them. And about 20 minutes later she brings it to me and my husband. There were only two people at my table. It was so ridiculous that our food was served an hour later. I told the woman that I was upset with her service and instead of telling me she was sorry and being nice, she replied, I dont understand what youre trying to tell me. She was very arrogant. Even the assistant was very arrogant, both of them.

I used to love the atmosphere at Red Lobster.... My family and I would go in the days when kids could pick toys from a treasure trunk (lobster necklesses, etc). It was always a family favourite! My birthday was ALWAYS celebrated at Red Lobster as a kid, and the whole family treated themselves to a great evening. THAT CHOCOLATE CAKE HITS THE SPOT. However, it has REALLY GONE DOWNHILL.... They no longer shred parmesan on your pasta (CHEAP), the wait staff are rude, the vibe is dark and gloomy, the prices dont match the quality.... And now weve been informed that they completely cancelled the ALL YOU CAN EAT SHRIMP (its not even offered on Mondays anymore).... So sad. Not to mention, the two times that we got to try the all you can eat shrimp, this location was always out of a certain shrimp dish (vinegar shrimp, etc), and the staff was always hard to find to make another order... (This picture was taken Nov. 2023) Guess well be eating somewhere else now...

Today I had exceptional service from Connor. I really enjoy my experience at Redlobster today, the food, the ambience and the service was phenomenal. The food was fantastic and the service from Connor was SUPERB. Thank you so much again for the wonderful experience. I will return again and hope to have the same server.

We always love going to that restaurant. The staff is always friendly, and the food is so good! Plus, they make the best Pina Coladas! Today we had a waiter named Sylvain, he was super friendly and quick to bring us our food. Well definitely be going back! Food

Unfortunately I did not have the same experience others had with food quality. Ordered the escargot this is what I got no escargot included btw . Just mushrooms with a pile of cold melted cheese did not eat it $15 wasted. Shameful. Coleslaw tasted old. Threw it out $7 wasted. The shrimp special was plain and again cold. Disappointed. Quality control on food delivery is not up to pare.

Its no the best in terms of food quality, the pasta with shrimp was almost tasteless, the fries were overcooked. Its too pricey for nothing. But the atmosphere is nice and the lady who served us was nice too. Food

I went here for the first time about a year ago, and the experience was so bad I ve never gone back since. I went on a Monday to try their unlimited shrimp deal, but the server made it super awkward by openly complaining about how they hate when people come in for it right in front of me! And that wasn t even the worst part. I brought some friends along, and we were treated totally different from other tables. Other customers were greeted with a smile and got decent service, while we barely got a hello. We were rushed to order, and every time I needed a second to decide (because it was my first time), the server literally rolled their eyes. It was uncomfortable and rude. But then, when the bill came, they suddenly got all friendly. The switch felt so fake. Honestly, after that experience, I m never coming back.

We really enjoyed our dinner, we were there at a busy time but the service was still good. The food was delicious.

We drove from Montreal just for the food. Quebec misses red lobster it was ours 18th anniversary and the Food, our waitress and the drinks were just perfect. It was worth the 4hr driving. They had a perfect dipping sauce for the coconut shrimps. It was finger licking good... thanks for the time that we had in your restaurant.

Went there for on a Monday for their all you can eat shrimp deal and it was really. The portions where great. The atmosphere is nice. My waitress was very kind and generous, I think her name is Catherine. Good job!!

I have been to Red Lobster in Barrie Ontario, everything was just wonderful. I had been going to Red Lobster Florida for 15 years, and we went there all the time for our Anniversary, and the service was excellent as well the food. I will the Red Lobster if they close the Barrie and the Ottawa restaurant I take my family and my grandchildren & girlfriends there every October when I visit them. It is a great place to go for seafood . I just wish we had one in my home town.

The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a different deal each day which is great. It is definatly worth the price because of the quatity and the quality of the food. I recommend 10/10. Will come back for sure! Make sure to try their key lime pie .

I was really excited as its expensive we dont come often. It was really cold inside the restaurant. The staff were decent, the bathroom relatively clean. The French fries have seasoning so my kiddo wouldnt eat them. He liked the chicken tenders tho. The Brussel sprouts were horrible! Under cooked, you couldnt taste anything over the burnt. We each eat one and left it. We were not asked about them even when they were the only thing on the table lol no fork to be seen.... The crab was tasty! But the potatos that were under it were bland and burnt not even crispy... definitely need atleast some salt... Kid-friendliness: It didnt feel very kid friendly. But there were children.

This place used to be nice, but now its a total fail. First of all if I pay so much money, at least my lobster should be cooked fresh not warmed up in 5 minutes. Pasta with seafood also was warmed and overcooked. Now Im not sure, if its just this Red lobster or all of them are dropping in quality?

UPDATE: Manager emailed to say that complimentary coupons would be mailed...not happening!Party of 12 on Sunday at 2:30pm. Four separate cheques were issued but 2 orders were delivered to the wrong people. One order was just linguini - the other order was 4 choices (smaller portions) and linguini was one of the choices. So when the linguini arrived to the wrong person they just assumed that it came with scallops, shrimp and lobster and started eating! We had no clue that a mistake had been made. The person who ordered the 4 choices waited long after everyone was served and finally had to order 3 additional choices (and pay for them)! So their mistake ended up costing us extra $$$ and wait time! As for the foods - its very processed - way too salty and overpriced.

Service was great, food good, but were sitting too close to lady making silverware napkin rolls. Way too loud. Parking: It can get full during busy hour. Morons dont help the cause.

I recommend the owners update the restaurants interior: remove the carpet, as the 90s style is outdated, and hang mirrors on the walls to create a cozier atmosphere. I do not recommend ordering crab legs too much hassle

It was years since I ate at Red Lobster and they did not disappoint. I had the shrimp Tacos and they were the best I ever had. Our server was friendly, helpful and very efficient. I will definitely not wait so long to return.

Lovely place I went there with my friend for the first time and absolutely loved it!. so worth going if u love calamari thats a must get with sweet and spicy sauce!! It was to die for!

What bothered me was the waiter we ate for $121.00 when we were almost finished we asked him for a takeaway order of $90.00 when the bill arrived we gave him a tip on our meal and no on the take out we gave him $25.00 the waiter not happy he takes the receipt puts it on the table doesnt look at us doesnt say thank you or have a good evening he leaves with his attitude to make us feel cheap we gave him 20 % of our meal service but we wont give him $15.00 more for a take out, its very unpleasant to be treated like this

I come here twice a year when me and the girls are in town. We were, like always, welcomed with friendly service and those warm warm delicious biscuits. First basket is gone in seconds. The waiter brings another one, and another, with no judgement. Our main dishes were excellent, crab tasted fresh and the sides were great as well. No room for dessert, but we had a great meal regardless. I wish I could remember our waiters name, he was hilarious and very witty with the jokes.

Food and drinks were awesome! The margaritas flight is a must .Also the crab queso to start . Service was great we had to wait for 50 minutes for a table but the bar at the entrance made those 50 minutes feel like 10. The restaurant needs a face lift Food

We hope the best for Red Lobster and its future. Its a family favourite, delicious, and although the desserts could do with major improvements, the drinks and the seafood are awesome. Slow service though, and staff need to pay more attention to their tables...

Much better to dine in restaurant than to Uber Eat from here. Food is hotter, and service is quite fast. Atmosphere was fine, but very busy, so found d it a bit crowded, and finding parking was interesting.

Had a reliably good meal here this evening. It was really busy but they got us in and fed is reasonable amount of time. The hostess and server were friendly and professional. Aa usual the biscuits, mussles, and meal were great. Parking was very challenging so plan accordingly at peak periods.

Went for the first time. Ive never eaten crab/lobster before, the waitress was so helpful and really kind. Crab was delicious and the biscuits are to die for! Kinda expensive but good for a treat. Will definitely go again
