Ordered a kids breakfast which comes with a kids drink. They say because I m an adult, it doesn t come with a drink. I have issues as to why, a kids breakfast is all I can eat. I ll go elsewhere next time. You have lost my business. No tip either. Dietary restrictions: I had recently had surgery & for personal reasons, eat less than a 3 year old. I ll go to Harrison Park Restaurant next time. A kids breakfast includes a kids drink & that s what I should have gotten.

If you are someone who is afraid to try the soup and always defaults to fries or homefries, (like myself)... You gotta let go, and try the Chicken Tomato Vegetable soup. It tastes like a very flavorful Lasagna! I will be eating it many more times!

I had an amazing breakfast experience here.the food was absolutely delicious.we order pancake,omelet and coffee.the pancake were fluffy perfectly and coffee was rich and smooth. Also service was outstanding.

Just ordered doordash... wtf... Ill never order from here again. The meal was all over the box, 2 pieces of spinach on a spinach Benedict... over cooked hash and DRY... hollandaise separated... not worth the money at all!

Food came out fast and it was good. The only complaint was the service. The waitress with dark hair, glasses and tattoos was horrible. The attitude showing with her eyes and voice was definitely unfriendly. Also I think she is a racist. She asked the table in front and beside of us if everything was ok. My husband and I seemed totally invisible to her even though both of us were out of water at the moment. Didn t have a nice experience here.

I am a regular in this establishment and I just happened to come across some of the comments on here. And I must say I ve seen her work in person and this dark haired girl with tattoos treats me the exact same as anyone else, minority or not. Which is exceptional. I would suggest giving this person another chance before judging. Take care.

My husband and I couldnt eat our breakfast because there was so much sodium on it, then when I ordered my breakfast the waitress asked me what kind of toast? So I told her white.When my breakfast came there wasnt any toast with it. I asked her about my toast and she said that is extra. She completely lied about asking me about the toast. No thanks wont be back.

Maybe it was because I was a visible minority but there was one particular waitress with dark hair, tattoos and glasses that thought she was entitled to a tip from a group of 6. Next time you want a tip, bring a better attitude. Other than that, the food was good. Other staff members were kind and helpful. I wish I could just tip them but I didn t have cash

My food was cold, but okay. I found a black hair in my fruit but they replaced the berry it was on, which is what I asked for. Our server was obviously busy, stressed and didnt offer reflills or really pay us much mind. For a $60 + breakfast (2 adults, 2 kids) I would have appreciated more.

Been here for the fifth time, and the food and service was on point as always! Would like to mention, that Parth was one of the best server Ive ever come across! He greeted my whole group, suggested us the best items from the menu in a polite way. The entire staff deserve a 5 star! Keep it up, thankyou.

I liked the atmosphere of the store and their service was amazing.. specially Parth Gorvadiya made us very comfortable and was all the time available to serve us better... Highly recommended

Food is always great and most times service in good. i work in a restaurant i understand what it s like but that was honestly the worst service i have ever had at any restaurant. i went the whole meal without anything to drink, i didn t get my toast. i was making eye contact and said excuse me in a nice way and got completely ignored. my server did not ask if i needed anything else she just dropped the food off and walked away. i had to ask the hostess for my drinks and toast and felt bad because she was doing more than my server was. the only time she came back to us was to hand us the machine with again not saying a word and texting on her apple watch while standing at our table.

I went for breakfast, so it was loud and super busy, but Im still giving 5 starts for the atmosphere. I knew it was gonna be busy. Service was exactly what I wanted. Food was good. But the server brought the extra set of pancakes by mistake. We declined and asked to send them back but the server said dont worry, it is on the house. But at the end the manager tried to pull a fast one and charged for Extra pancakes... And lied to say the extra pancakes were not on the house. Very disappointed and would not recommend any one to come to this location. Stacked is a good place for kids breakfast but this location staff is not welcoming at all. 0/5

Excellent food.

Have visited other Stacked locations in the past, and like the others, food is absolutely delicious!!!!! Service could have been a little friendlier, considering it wasn t nearly as busy at the time of my visit as it usually is, but were prompt and made sure everything was correct. I appreciated how clean everything looked inside. 9/10!!! Would absolutely go again!!!!

Food was pretty good, server was nice and attentive. Only downside to this place is how noisy it is.

Service was slow, though the place was nowhere near full, and there appeared to be no shortage of staff and they had the quieter table locations (away from the noisy rattle of the kitchen) closed off. We asked as we prefer not to hear the clanging of dishes and for some reason it echoes throughout the dining area as they keep the kitchen doors open and the acoustics are just right to magnify and carry the sound. We will not be returning to this location as this is our second visit with no better results. The poached eggs were perfect, but the bacon greasy. The fried eggs were good but not great - a bit greasy. We asked for butterflied sausage cooked very crisp and specified we wanted it almost burnt, but it came out butterflied but just cooked - no hint of any attempt to overcook the sausages. The pancakes were okay, but nothing great (we had uber fluffy ones at the Hanover location that were cooked beautifully without a greasy residue). When we spend over $ 40.00 for a breakfast we would appreciate it coked to our liking and not greasy as we cannot help but think how much bacon, sausages, and eggs we can purchase for this sum. Home.ade pancakes are super inexpensive, and when I go the extra step and pay $3.00 for 4 ounces of real maple syrup, then we have done our best to ensure an enjoyable and flavourful meal. We cannot see a reason to return as we prefer to spend our money on food we enjoy and which is cooked to our liking and this location has twice disappointed which is disappointing to us because hubbys myriad medical issues have us driving to Owen Sound regularly, whereas Hanover is out of the way but at the end of the day, it will be in our best interest to save our Stacked dining experience for the Hanover location. P.S. Our server was quite pleasant - when we saw her and had occasion to interact with her but even obtaining our bill was a feat. However, it should be noted that we realize how hard servers work so I still left a 20% tip (who am I to say the server was not having a bad day -Im not going to presume to know her day). But I did give the cooks two chances well spaced apart, so I cannot see returning a third time. Parking: Plenty of parking with wheelchair accessible parking.

Fast, friendly service even though we came in just before closing time. The only criticism I have is that the breakfast wrap that I had was served with hash browns, and both the wrap and the potatoes were very dry. I had to use ketchup to eat the meal even though I dont use ketchup.

If you want the most chaotic, over stimulating (so loud) breakfast ever. Go here on a weekend. Service was poor, food was just okay; nothing special, and they rush you so bad through your ordering, and when they give you the bill to get you out the door for the next round. Not an enjoyable Sunday breakfast experience at all. Much better places locally to go. Not worth the hype.

We love the breakfast here. Their pancakes are really good. We come here for brunch whenever we come in the area. Amazing new restaurant. My husband likes their steak and eggs. I always eat their strawberry cheesecake pancake.

Server was friendly, but we only saw her when she brought our nasty tasting coffees and our bill. We watched staff come out of the kitchen to the dining area still chewing on food they obviously just grabbed from the kitchen on their way past. It s no wonder we felt ill for several hours after eating here. I get it just opened but no excuse for poor hygiene practices. I would suggest it be avoided until they can tighten their ship. Parking: Very limited number of spaces in an over crowded lot shared with 3 other restaurants, 2 of which have drive thrus.

My first visit to this place was on Easter Sunday, one of the only places open here in OS. 1 Star. Even though the place was packed, we were told to hang out by the hostess and were seated wthin the 10 mins stated time. 2 Star. Small miscommunication with waitress and we remained unattended for about 20 mins. After I spoke up, the manager come to apologize. 3 Star. The meals were absolutely delightful. GF had simply strawberry waffles which melted in her mouth. My pea meal eggs benedict with loaded potatoes were one of the best I have ever had. 4 Star. Finally , the bill arrives and the manager deemed it fit to give us 50% off the total bill due to the earlier mix up. 5 star. Well done to everyone today who was working. Excellent job considering the place was a packed zoo.

My family and I had a pretty awful experience this morning. I called ahead two days prior asking about general availability during peak hours at the restaurant. I fully acknowledge and am not bothered that this place doesn t do reservations - a lot of breakfast places do that. That s cool. They mentioned I can sign up for a waitlist online and show up when it s our turn - cool, no problem. I see this morning about 20 minutes out from when we (7 people) wanted to show up No wait necessary, come on in! Great. I even called asking if they could accommodate 7 people 15 minutes out, they said shouldn t be a problem at all. Even better. We all show up. Parking lot is packed. So much so that we had to park on the street. Pretty curious how they became so immediately busy. Anyways, wait time was briefed to us as 10 minutes. No problem. We wait in the front foyer area.. and after 5 minutes we get asked to Wait in our cars to keep the entrance clear for other customers. Two of our party members were my grandparents.. with obvious mobility issues. So asking them to walk all the way back to their car and return would take them 10 minutes alone. Please see attached photo of walking distance. Not a problem for me.. but a problem for my family members. I ve worked customer service before over the span of about 3 years. Never would I have ever asked someone to do this. I, being the organizer of this outing felt extremely disrespected and of all things, embarrassed. It felt like a big screw you . Local breakfast places in all my years in Owen Sound have never treated people like this. I did everything on my part to give this restaurant my business. Ended up leaving immediately when they asked us to wait in our cars. Other approaching customers asked us as well and we told them. They also left. Like my other 1-star reviews, this place is a testament to why Google needs either a 0 or negative-star option. I m sure the food is great - my experience here was highly disappointing.

I usually try to find some redeeming aspects of dining out, regardless of the quality of food, service or atmosphere in a restaurant. Unfortunately, this is not one of those occasions. On Easter Monday at 10:00 am, our party of 7, including two seniors with mobility issues, were asked to leave the restaurant and wait in our vehicles upon checking in. Why? Our party of 7, as explained by a staff member, . by standing in the waiting area was an obstruction to safely entering and exiting the restaurant! Needless to say, we felt extremely disrespected, humiliated, and declined to wait in our vehicles until a table could be made available. We left the restaurant. We were really looking forward to breakfast at this restaurant. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place. People matter, customers matter. When you treat your potential customers poorly, they vote with their feet and stomachs. I will not be visiting this restaurant in the near or distant future, if ever. One and done for me. Management needs to revisit their customer service model, as it is a detriment to continued, future success.

This is hands down the best breakfast spot in Owen sound now. We have tried the French toast, pancakes, traditional breakfast and even their burgers are amazing incredible. I should mention the food came fast and server was very nice. I was very impressed

Went there day after opening. It was busy but the servers were fantastic and food was 10+ stars!! My coffee was never empty. Weve ordered through Skip too. Food is consistently delicious. Prices are great for the huge portions. Our orders so far: Waffle stack, french toast stack, cowboy hash, eggs Benedict, birthday pancakes, nutella banana french toast, multiple omelets. Everything has been delicious.

Ordered three egss got two, peameal bacon was way way overcooked, like leather, rye toast was not typical rye bread. Very thick brown bread only good thing i got tomatoe slices in place of potaoes

First time going, anticipated a wait which was around 20 minutes so all good there. Had pancakes which were fine but did not like the maple syrup. It was more like corn syrup, very thick and no flavour Also the handle on the container was covered in sticky drips and ended up on our hands. Our server was very attentive and friendly

Took my family for breakfast this morning. In a word disappointing. Started well hostess was friendly and got us a table right away. Server finally comes over & wasnt friendly, not busy. Ordered our meal. None of our meals were hot when we received them. Coffee tasted nasty. My food was greasy and salty to boot. My daughters pancakes were overcooked and dry. My wife had the grilled chicken club . It was falling apart when it arrived. It was gross. Server never checked on us. Had to ask another server for our bill. $60 bucks for three meals one coffee and two glasses of water. Not good food not good service definitely not a good value.

This morning me and my friend tried the new stacked in Owen sound , everything was amazing our server Tabatha was very attentive and really seemed to care that everyone was happy.I will be returning this weekend again with more of my friends!!!

We went on the second day of opening, and was very impressed with how organized they were, great food, and Nicole our waitress was awesome.

Hostess was polite and accommodating, our server Kayla was amazing. She was polite, courteous and friendly. Mgmt checked in to ensure everything was great. Prices were great and food was delicious. Highly recommend.
