I order through drive thru like everyday. Today I ordered a large baileys coffee with a shot of expresso, dark roast and a hot chocolate muffin. I got given a hot chocolate, and advised them it wasn’t my order. They proceeded to give me the correct coffee, but no muffin and I was billed correctly for my order.
My boyfriend's coffee was so burnt that one sip made him puke and he had to dump it out and they made my iced coffee with cream instead of almond milk. What was supposed to be a nice treat after a stressful day ended up being absolute trash.
Staff always friendly and efficient. Have never had an unpleasant experience nor unsatisfactory food
Came to this location while I was working to use the washroom and get myself a warm drink. There was one person in front of me in line and I still waited probably 20 minutes. I have never seen a customer service representative full lacking any sense of ambition to work. She slowly walked to where the cookies were, slowly put the cookies in the bag, slowly put the stuff away, slowly walk back to the counter to hand the guy in front of me his cookies. Once the customer in front of me walked out, she proceeds to take a receipt out of the till, presumably an online order, and I watched her prepare one hot beverage and take it to the mobile counter and before she came back to serve me another 10 minutes had gone by. I am hoping she was just having a bad day, or maybe wasn’t feeling the best and this isn’t how she is every day, but because of this my review has to be 1 star. The cleanliness of the place was great and the food was great (I only got a cookie, since the hot chocolate machine was apparently not working) the service…. Could be seriously improved.
Was served this garbage for $5 and when brought to staffs attention that this is garbage, was argued with instead of having it corrected. Ignorant way to represent the franchise.
If I could give it a 0, I 100% would. I hate to write a bad review, yet I have never had a worse fast food experience. Disrespectful and petty employees. Definitely am done coming to this location. Owner/Manager should be ashamed of their staff!
Excellent experience when grabbing our coffees and food. Diana was delightful, cheerful and so fun to talk to. The food was made quickly and was fresh. The atmosphere and relationship among the workers was great. 10/10

The truth is that the place is in very bad condition, nothing clean, everything disorganized and the person who served us didnt even give us a napkin, God, we were requesting them and they were denied, Tim is a good brand, unfortunately the companys principles do not apply here .
Dont get assorted timbits here. This is what I got, all birthday cake. I didnt notice till I got home. My Nan doesnt like birthday cake timbits. A waste.

So Google is censoring my review of this place, lemme write this again! This Tim hortons needs to be shut down its Violating several health & safety protocalls, & theyre serving dirty coffees & not opening the Dining room to the public at the usual hours, they dont even have hours put on the window to show when they close & open so thats mean they Lie to the customer constantly. Ever since that lockdown this place continues to get worse & worse. So Plz vote with your wallets & dont go to this place, they clearly dont know how to hire nice employee nor run a normal Tim Hortons, the company should feel ashamed.
Selections pretty much the same to other Tim H. in the area. Just too hard to get parking space...very limited. Staff are friendly and welcoming too.

I ordered a Turkey Bacon Club with extra sauce and cheese, the sandwich was just carelessly tossed together, no cheese, the bun was hard and the bacon was all clumped together on one side of the top half of the bun and cold, not cooked properly. Wont be going back. They dont even cut the sandwiches in half anymore. 100% do not recommend. So disappointed

Im travelling and dont really know where the good resteraunts are, so we relied on tim hortons.
There is no sign for where the line starts and zero other patrons in line when I came in and yet I was just rudely dismissed and told the line apparently starts somewhere I wasn t standing so suddenly I am behind two other people. Luckily the employee I ended up being served by was better suited for customer service than the one I was dismissed by, but too little too late.
I have only had great experiences at this Tim Hortons! The staff is always super nice and friendly and the food comes out perfectly each time. I got a bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese and bacon earlier and it was excellent. They toasted the bagel to perfection, the perfect amount of cream cheese, and the bacon was cooked perfectly. Thank you!

I dont like the small parking area. It is hard to maneuver in or out of the northwest side spaces. I recommend backing into the spot you choose, if you have the opportunity to do so. If you have a large car or truck, you may be wise to just park across the avenue or street. It would be nice if this Tims would have a little bit longer hours every day.

I was so pleasantly greeted by the staff at this location on an early Saturday morning. They took the time to get my order just right and even asked if the amount of toasted-ness of my bagel was alright. Such a lovely experience at this location!!
The staff were nice however the patrons were not. I would not recommend sitting down or even walking in the door. There were 3 separate individuals who verbally assaulted us as well as made us visibly uncomfortable. The staff were extremely kind acknowledged our discomfort. The benches outside also had individuals sitting who made us feel unsettled. Overall wouldn t recommend coming here.
On our way to Tobermory and stopped for breakfast. We were a group of 8 and we had a very large order that I placed using the mobile app. I could see that they were short staffed but they had all hands on deck including the manager pitching in and working with the team. My entire order was accurate. All drinks were accurate. Coffee was very fresh. Hashbrowns were excellent. The team was working very well and they were doing their very best given the situation with staffing levels in most fast food places. Overall an awesome experience.

Extremely slow
Took forever to get in the store and there wasnt even a long line up. Dont understand what the hold up was but the drive thru that was backed up half way down the street was moving probably 4x faster than the lineup inside that was only 3 people long when I first arrived. Coffee was good atleast and staff was friendly.

Worst and rude staff I ve never seen before there was no problem at all with the washroom. They literally close washroom in front of us. That s ok for us but one pregnant lady was with us and she wants to use the washroom and staff started arguing. We saw one guy who just came out from washroom. None of the tim hortons say no for washroom in emergency or for the customers. They also threatened us for cops. But that s not situation related to cops, but they should understand the situation.

Prepaid $140.00 for cookies and 70 cups of coffee and dispenser for Sat morn for a charity event. The dispenser was filthy and smelled horrible from old coffee spilled from before. Makes me question if they even cleaned the inside. Disgusting! The cookies were broken to bits as well. When i brought it back I explaned this to the person behind the counter and that we did not get lids with the cups. She said we should have got lids and unit should have been cleaned. We ordered 2 ice caps and not even a discount was offered. The store sign said max 3 people. They had 3 dining in and 3 at counter. Then she asks people at counter to leave. Pretty messed up place.

Before coming eat here after I dropped my grandson off, it said it was opened till 930. So I ordered and sat down. 10 minutes later I was informed that they were closing 10 minutes. That would been nice to know when I was ordering.
Its Tim Hortons, food and coffee was about what one could expect from a fast food place. Counter service seems to be more of an after thought here. place was clean and staff friendly.

Right by river. Dining room open finally. Not their fault. It was fantastic to be sitting in a dining room for a change. A beautiful blonde in a arabian knights outfit standing next to us. It took me a while to remember why I was there.

This particular one is the worst!! In Owen Sound anyway. The blonde at the pickup window has the personality of a brick.
This store is not open till 9:30pm! Also being as its Christmas time and you walk the lights it sure be nice to stop in for a hot chocolate but they close at 9pm and lights are on till 11pm.... ridiculous much.
