I dont usually stop at this tim hortons in town but I did and I Will not be back.. tonight I went through the drive thru and ordered a turkey bacon club with extra mayo.. it was the first time I’ve been charged for extra mayo and the first time I didn’t get extra mayo.. i barely got any mayo. Never have this problem anywhere else. I even watched her struggle with the nearly empty bottle but couldn’t see that there was barely any on the sandwich or else I would have said something. Why did I pay for extra mayo and barely get any at all… why didn’t she just get more ? I would have rathered waited longer if it meant I would get what I paid for and actually enjoyed eating it. The store was dead.. I was the only car in the drive thru.. no reason she couldn’t have gotten more.
I ordered a steeped tea with 2 SUGAR, but no I can’t even get that. I was given a steeped tea with 2 CREAM. Now it’s useless and has to be thrown out. However at this location whenever you let the staff know you have a problem they treat you like garbage, and act as if you are the problem when THEY are the ones that made the problem… just terrible. Only reason I put 1 star is because I HAVE to, honestly it’s a 0 star.
This is usually my go to location for my morning coffee before work but I have stopped going. Lately they have been taking my reward points but charge me full price for example my rewards say i have a free coffee, I order a coffee, they scan my points and claim my points and I still pay full for the coffee. Not sure how that works but I'm not impressed. Some of the staff go above and beyond, but generally they rush you and by the time you're saying hello you have a debit machine shoved in your face or they are short with you and rushing you out, especially if you pay cash and they have to do an extra step of giving you change. I know this location is busy and that's part of it, but it's not going to keep being busy if they steal reward points, treat customers like inconvenient ghosts, and rush orders that result in messing up the order every time. I hope they can get back to how it was, for now I will stick with other locations who take their time and do it right the first time.
Its so disappointing to see Tim Hortons go down the way it has been. Not even Canadian based anymore. This specific one ALWAYS gets my coffee wrong. Its really not a difficult thing to make, not to mention the number one thing TH is known for. Also the service has been TERRIBLE. Go to use the bathroom today, has a closed for cleaning sign. Ok, I respect and appreciate cleanliness. Wait 10 minutes, still closed, wait another 10 minutes, still closed. So i went to ask someone if it would be done soon. The manager as well as 5 or 6 employees were standing around giggling about something. Took 5 minutes to evem get anyone's attention and didn't witness a single order in that time. The manager goes to check the bathroom, ITS NOT EVEN BEING CLEANED NOR IS THERE A MESS. This is absolutely ridiculous. Bring TIM HORTONS back!
This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons I've been to. If you go through the drive thru be prepared to repeat your order a couple of times because the people they put on the window can't understand english. Now they've stopped writing what you ordered on the lid, so it's a surprise what you get. I can say 98% of the time my order isn't what I've ordered. When you go back in to get it fixed the ladies that have been there for years have said this goes on all the time. Ever since Fay sold this restaurant it has consistently gone downhill. I feel bad for the long-time employees who have to deal with this every day.
Want to feel like you went through the drive thru from "Dude where's my car" then go here. You will be rudely rushed through your order while being asked "anything else" "what else" "anything else" "what else" almost had to tell them "no and then".. go to another tims!
Do not go here. Coffee is always burnt or weak, food ordered (such as bagel) is made incorrectly or wrong entirely. Half full soup orders, sandwiches with barely half the meat, wraps where the wrap itself was more filling than the lacking contents. While prices have gone up (with no notice) what we receive at a premium price is insulting at best. I understand errors will occur to quickly move the drive thru, however these errors have become the standard. I do not know where the incompetence lies however when you order a green tea and handed an ice coffee, point out the error and handed a Chai by a manager I feel it's safe to say it's more than a training issue.
The west side tims is actually pretty good for listening to you and getting orders right.. the 16th st tims is the complete opposite, if you ask for butter on your sandwich, you dont get it , even if they tell you you do. We have had ONE time where we actually got butter (which was today, on both sandwiches) but the way it was applied on my cream cheese bagel was seriously like.. what?? and they gave me the wrong cream cheese. Just a terrible place to go, they dont pay attention. Unless you are just getting coffe then it is probably fine. This is a reoccuring thing and its getting rediculous. They also dont clean the knives off after dealing with everything bagels and herb and garlic cream cheese. I constantly order plain cream cheese bagel with butter and it always has poppy seeds mixed in and it just looks and tastes un appealing. I get you guys are trying to be quick but i think you are just a little too quick for my liking... a bagel shouldnt be toasted in 5 seconds. Just saying. Its not proper. Slow down abit and put some care into the food you make !!!!!!!

Just visited this location and had more than 360 reward points and when guy on the window scanned my membership that reduced to 7 points and later on 35. So disappointed
This Tims has the best ice cap Ive had at a Tim Hortons! If youre from the GTA - the ice cap here is a million times better.
Terrible service have experienced wrong orders many times not sure if it has different owners if so this would explain a lot.

If you want a smile cookie don t go here. The smile on the cookie was not big enough and the cookies were very dry like they were 3 days old. The drive through lady was also rude, this cookie did not make me smile. If I could give it a 0/10 I would. Very disappointed, do better.
If you have food allergies, be careful. I have severe allergies to nuts, but usually Im fine at Tim Hortons as I dont order their baked goods. Today, the customer ahead of me did and I noticed that the workers that are preparing food arent routinely changing their gloves. Needless to say, Im not eating the food I ordered and I wont be back. Tim Hortons is not worth risking my life over.
Kid-friendliness: it would be bgreat if you can provide a children play area for dine in Food
This is the most convenient location for me but almost every time I go there they screw up my order. I specifically ask for milk in my daughters tea as she cant have cream - clarifying it at least twice when I order - and they still put cream in it. She cant drink it as cream makes her sick so its a waste. They seriously need to improve on their listening and reading skills. Or learn the difference between milk and cream!

The new staff is completely horrible, neither they have proper training nor they have proper experience to treat the customers. It was the 4th time that this happened after they hired new staff every time they mess up with my coffee with the portions and when you complain them they are being rude. Usually I drink 4-5 coffees a day and just with the smell I can identify that s is proper or not. The Downtown location is far better than this one. It s better if they close this location and try to focus on the quality than note number of locations

Just left this location and I have to say the drive thru attendant was very nice and pleasant. My order was also done by the time I got to the window, which for a couple of meals I thought was very quick. Great job Tim s team
I went there for breakfast and my bf was ordering, the lady taking the order was very rude and rushing. I work in fast food and understand the stress and frustrations but we were nothing but kind. She cut us off half way through and told us our total when we told her we still had more stuff to order we got nothing but attitude. Definitely won t be back to be treated like that.
CHOCOLATE ÉCLAIRS have been my favorite since I was young hailing from west end Toronto, I came to Owen Sound for this reason: this location IZ the only one in my new adopted town that makes & serves these and it reminds me of mon cher Papa who left me in October 2019; he would have loved to see my face walking in here seeing a row of them just waiting for me (after mass at St. Marys church on his birthday in April, I treated myself to 1 and memories just came flooding back of all those times at Mister Donuts when he would surprise me Parking: not enough of parking for its busy walk-ins like myself and I seldom use Drive-Thru - I like to go in and order

The fact they want to charge full price but don t want to serve full product is wild. When I asked them to fill it they said the 5 line is their fill line on iced Capps. Why waste the plastic of a dome cup if not necessary? At the prices they are, to not even fill it; I doubt I will be the first or last lost customer. Personally I had them refund my order as I don t just give my money away for empty space in a plastic cup.
I recently ordered a large ice cap with an extra pump of pumpkin spice. I got the most liquid ice cap ever in that I felt like I was drinking a very creamy iced coffee, without any ice. I took it in to ask and they were dismissive just saying that there was nothing wrong with the machine, the ice cap just has extra cream. I did not order extra cream. I was really put off by the experience, as any other coffee shop would have remade it. I didn t bother to stay and ask them to remake it since the gentleman taking my concern was treating me like everything was alright and I m not one for confrontation. Terrible experience. I cannot recommend this location.
I went through the drive through and got a coffee on Saturday morning. When I got to the window, and paid my bill, he handed the coffee to me and the lid popped off burning my lap. Only thing I got was a lame sorry. Now my truck has stained seats and the console has coffee everywhere. If I could give no stars I would. And this Tims just got new ownership. So I think all staff should be retrained on how to serve coffee the correct way.
Whenever I go to this location at midnight they never seem to have any timbits or bagels...was surprised that I got timbits tonight...after going almost every night for weeks after work. UPDATE: They never have anything when the ladies are working but have things available whenever the nice gentleman is working...super sus

Everything is perfect but their trays smells like garbage, 10 minutes in your car and your car smells horrible. Wish they could solve this
Just picked up breakfast, and the eggs in both our sandwiches were grey/green -like, clearly visible when you opened the sandwich. How do you see that and continueto serve it to a customer? The employees replaced them, but clearly werent phased by it. Always Fresh. Generally dont find Tim Hortons to be great quality anyway, but definitely would not recommend this location.
Owner/manager willingly discriminates against those who cant wear a mask. Indoor service will be refused.
At least 2 out of every 3 coffees I order have grinds like this in them. Used to be my favorite one in town. They re all getting bad now.

Night shift is horrible i go there alot on my lunch breaks but latley has been alot worse. Cant hear anyone so they mess up our order but even before they still messed it up almost everytime they over fill the cups and the lids a horrible so i get hot coffee all over me
The Girl at the drive thru today (7/12/2022 at 2:30pm ) STOLE my money... when I got to the window she said $2.10... I then scanned my rewards card and I knew I had a free coffee... she said $2.10 again without even looking at the screen... so I gave her my $2.10 and she gave me my coffee, and I ask her wasnt my coffee free today? and then she looked at the screen and said no, so I drove away, as my money was still in her hand, she didnt even open the till ... Im just wanting you guys to know theres a thief working for you.
Staff shortage I get. But when drive-thru is the only option people get mad. I was cut off by 2 very rude women who didnt care if their car got hit and laughed when I didnt want to make my car look like theirs just to get a coffee before me. MAYBE think about closing 1 location so the others can have proper staff. Your staff and customers will be a lot happier.

Worst ice caps in Ontario. Possibly Canada. A large weights less than a medium anywhere outside of owen sound. Considerably less product. I have brought this up at the window many times hoping this would be addressed. Done wasting my money at this store. Hmm the same owners other stores have the same problem. A large is sopposed to 20 ounces of product. It does not. I will be contacting Weights and Measures Canada about this as I feel this shortage in product is deliberate.

Stopped by here to pick up a coffee and a bagel this morning. THEY HAD THE WASHROOMS ROPPED OFF AND CLOSED!! Informed the manager insite that this is not allowed in an establishment serving food. She was beyond rude to me!! Called Public Health later today n they Informed me they will send a Public Health Inspector out to correct the problem or fine them. Totally unacceptable....

Skip The Dishes Driver Perspective: Hands-down, this is THE place for Skip. 7/10 the food is ready when you get there. If its not ready, youre waiting a maximum of 2 or 3 minutes, tops. Staff is super-friendly and very supportive. Thank you for your hard work, guys!
Worst Tim Horton ever had. They don t provide ice water only selling bottles of water. Even though we ordered other items!

you guys try my patience--your website says --Bagel BELT is described as Three pieces of crisp bacon, seasoned egg patty, fresh lettuce, ripe tomato and processed cheese, all stacked up on your choice of Always Fresh Bagel.---bacon not crisp--and 1 piece bacon cut in half--plain unseasoned egg--brown edged wilted lettuce-with all the brown bits sticking out of the bagel-----Tomato was good--cheese was fine--bagel was very stale--lightly toasted didnt help it come back to life-the dark roast coffee was fine---lots of employees---All I can say is you are lucky you are not starting out as a new business----cus you wouldnt make it-- 1595 16th St E, Owen Sound, ON N4K 5N3---about 10 AM today July 24th-I wasnt given a receipt --wasnt thinking ahaed---I showed the manager all the brown wilted bits and asked if anybody on her side of the counter would serve anything like that at home---she said she wouldnt speculate-they might-WHY are your employees acting like tenured job protected government employees ???--Too often the difference between your advertizing and the delivery from too many locations is like night and day---save your advertizing $$ improve your product--at least make it like you say you make it.

Staff was so hard to give me a cup of regular tap water at 9:20am on 22 September. I said that i dont need cold water but they were saying again and again to get me a bottled water i can buy that i told them but i dont need cold one why the staff is so rude in giving just tap water.

Who says you cannot get your needs met at Tim Hortons and quickly people got apple and orange juice a wrap coffees donuts and grilled cheese renderings all within 4 minutes amazingly quick staff at providing the goods in record time
A bit dumpy
Dont get me wrong I love Tim Hortons but these people... For the last time have they replaced my donut with something else, half the time they mess up the order or just simply dont care. I ordered a Boston cream and they gave me some scone just today!

They have polite enough staff it seems, going inside has always proved a better experience with correct orders but when you go through the drive-thru there is always a screw up, its a complete nightmare. We ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage and no egg, they gave us one with no sausage and egg on it. Another time I ordered a toasted blt cut in half, it wasnt done and the bacon was....not good. Another time I ordered a large chilli which they charged us for and we were given a small. I know many people who have had similar experiences called and complained. Obviously the complaints dont change the work so I didnt bother to call and complain because Ive decided I wont be going back there. Ive worked at a Tim Hortons in Barrie at a College....no excuses just because your busy.

Got a coffee today to find a milk bag clipping in my cup as i almost swallowed it ...think i should be compensated since we are there everyday and drive out of are way just go to this specific tim hortons.as the coffee seems fresher then any other tim hortons here in town.. We were in the drive thru and ordered a bagel belt hash brown, coffee and tea. I have never had quicker friendlier service than we did there! When we pulled away from the window, our first thought was did they get the order right? They did! We are very impressed. Our local Tims could definitely learn a few things from these guys!
Bought coffee and asked for an ice water and they refused..stating they can only give out bottled water..so I asked for just some ice, I was told they are not permitted to hand out water or ice! On top of it he treated me like I was a problem!

This was the saddest Tim Hortons I have ever been in. They didnt have anything no Donuts they didnt even have plain Timbits for my dogs. When I went back in and asked 4 a bottle of water they gave me the bottle of water and I asked for an empty Chili Bowl. The one girl, asked the other girl if she could give me an empty Chili Bowl. The second girl said she had to charge me for the empty Chili Bowl. I told her I was not paying for an empty Chili Bowl considering I just bought the water I should at least be able to have a container for the water. What is happening with the Tim Hortons? Not only are they stupid but now they are ignorant and rude as the girls in this location at 2:30 in the morning on Sunday July 1st

Friendly but...1 counter person at the till 4 on drive through. Pretty slow for us who get out of our vehicle and go into the store.also asked for my food to go and she didnt put it in to go so my soup came on a tray and hard bowl.also asked for no butter on toast ,came with loads of butter on toast.
