Loved the value meal. Just the right size for a snack.

I got a filet o fish and they didnt put any sauce on it, I filed a complaint cause it was through drive threw and nobody has ever gotten back to me... and it was a double so I was out $15.00 for a shit sandwich. I will not ever go to the simcoe Mc Donalds again and I dont recommend it to anyone else.

No one is passionate there for their work, don t know how to follow the instructions. Don t go their and waste your time as well as hard earned money because at the end they will serve you the garbage

Drive thru is always a pull up and wait. Ordered a McDouble and a fry and was asked to pull ahead. Have not to this location without having to pull up in the year or more! What happened to fast food ?

Popped in for brunch, I was not disappointed.

Was very disappointed bringing my Grandchildren in for dinner.They were excited to get a boo bucket and they didnt have them. OLD sonic sticker box were in their happy meals. No new toys.

The past few times I have gotten a fountain pop here, it has tasted very off. Almost like there is a part that has rusted or something. I swear I can taste metal in the drink.

Typical mcdonalds food and service. What sets it apart for me is the play area for children. I have only seen 2 other locations with play areas since i was a kid. Many had them removed or i lived in areas where they didnt bother putting one in. Just made me nostalgic. Kid-friendliness: Play place!

Worst location. Always have to wait for a happy meal, either drive thru or at the counter. Always same excuse, just waiting on the food. So much for fast food. Soft drinks are terrible, always watered down. If you like waiting, then this location is for you.

I was in the Drive-Thru today to get a coffee and they had to park me while nobody was behind me because they had to change the cream. The young girl was rude and the whole idea of going through a drive-thru for a coffee is that it is supposed to be quick. I wont be returning.

Most efficient McDonalds in the area. Only morning rush where I had to wait for my food. Besides that they are very polite and happy to exchange an item if they made a mistake. Unfortunately under staffed but thats not their fault besides the actual franchise.

Well, thought I would give the drive thru another try. Total fail. Never go to this store it the worst in every way. Ordered 2 big mac meals. There was no one in the line and they asked me to park. With the other 7 cars I refused and they demanded I park or rake a refund. I took the refund and my business elsewhere . How can you not have your basic meal available for quick delivery. The window lady needs to be fired and so does the manager if you cant make fast food fast. STAY AWAY...DONT LET THEM PARK YOU.

We go there every morning before work for coffee & tea. They are friendly, they are outgoing, just super nice people.

Went through druve-thru for a hamburger happy meal and have now been parked for 20 minutes, wed understand if chicken nuggets being freshly made or fries, but still full meals coming out the window still. Cant believe how downhill this place has gotten since the New McDonalds has come in, thought it would have been better

Worst restaurant!!! Not customer friendly. Charged me 24.94 $ for the food which wasnt delivered at all. I ordered food through Uber eats and my food was never delivered. But charged me for nothing. Uber eats also not customer friendly, and this restaurant as well. They all took my money without delivering food. Scammers. I never had this experience with Uber elsewhere. Totally disappointed. Order is completed without delivering the food.

Chicken nuggets were decent. The service was good and the place was extremely clean. However, it took the staff a very long time to unlock the washroom door.

Made us go through the drive through twice because we wanted to pay for 2 seperate orders for no good reason. Waste of time and gas.

Door Dash order was missing item, no system to replace item, you need to reorder through Door Dash and pay fees/tip again, shouldnt be so difficult.

We missed the McDonald at Pan Am Shopping Center. This restaurant was closed for awhile for remodeling both inside and outside, and put in the drive through line. We have to go around the Circle to use the drive through line, but it s still fast and convenient. The inside is very nice and new, but most customers use the drive through.

The Drive-through has you and your vehicle covered from rain or snow fall, at the pick-up window. There seems to be adequate parking, and the layout is good as well. The movement detection, automatic sliding doors are so nice to have. The exterior and second door open and close quickly, helping to keep this restaurant at a constant comfortable temperature. Inside, you well find a family Washroom, as well as a Mens Washroom and a Womans Washroom. This McDonalds Restaurant has a big play area for young kids and it isolates noises well, from the dinning room areas. Vegetarian options: Fresh products. Parking: Is in excellent condition. Very sufficient lighting from tall LED lampposts. Smooth and level with good water drainage. Free from cracks, gravel, potholes and puddles. No trash, a clean property Kid-friendliness: The kids I saw, appeared to be having a lot of fun. They had big smiles and were cheerful! Wheelchair accessibility: Simply the best! No need to push a button and the glass doors will slide over so fast that you probably wont even need to slow down as you enter or exit the building. All three public washrooms inside, have pushbuttons that activate the doors.

Yesterday I ordered two small burgers from the drive through (a mcdouble and a Jr chicken). Were going to have to ask you to pull up. I pull up, 10 min later I get my order and I asked the guy who handed me my food why is it I have to pull up for this small order?? He admitted its so the computers think theyre servicing the customers faster for head office. I said well thats really inconvenient for the customers,no? He just walked away. Then my husband and I went through the drive through getting 4 little mcdoubles, she wanted us to go park, my husband refused so she proceeded to hand the food to him immediately. Every single time I go to this location I have to go to the waiting parking spots. No matter how little the order. Its insane.

Drive Thru is terrible! They make EVERY Drive Thru customer wait in designated parking spot and bring order out. Placed a simple Drive Thru order of coffees and mcmuffins. Got our coffees but told to wait in designated parking spot for our food. TWENTY minutes later our food arrived! How is this acceptable fast food service?

Terrible service, terrible staff, terrible food. Go LITERALLY anywhere else

The service at this McDonald s is some of the worst service I ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I was asked to park to wait for my food and normally this wouldn t be an issue expect for the fact I sat for 20 minutes and watched probably 15 other cars parked after me get their food. When I asked an employee what was taking so long I was met with confusion and told they would see what was going on. She then returned with more food.. again for every other car but my own. When she approached me again she the proceeded to ask me if I was a mobile order. I was NOT. She went inside one more time and when she returned again to give every other car their food but myself, I had finally had enough. I went inside, mind you extremely frustrated at this point as I had been waiting 30 minutes for my food and was on a lunch break at work. When I asked to speak to a manager, it took almost another 5 minutes for one to finally come and talk to me. I told the manager I had been waiting 30 minutes, parked, for my food. I was AGAIN met with confusion. I told her my order, She then proceeded to tell me me she had nothing on her screen or in her bin for my order. She THEN had the nerve to ask if I had paid. Clearly YES as I had been parked and was given my drink. She told the kitchen staff my order to remake. When I finally got my food after 40 minutes of waiting at this point the only thing I was offered was a free donut. The attitude after such terrible customer service was one of the most insane experiences I have ever had. So after my 40 minute wait to get my food, I return to work to find out that they had gotten my order WRONG. I will NEVER visit this McDonald s again or any in the Owen Sound area. The customer service is the worst I ve ever experienced and it continues to be the worst. This is not my first time having a wrong order, missing item, or waiting 20+ minutes for my food at one of these locations. A serious internal review needs to be had for not only this location but all of the McDonald s in Owen Sound and surrounding areas. Do not waste your time dealing with this terrible staff and customer service.

To the manger and employees of this McDonald s clean the bathrooms . Last time I was there it was absolutely disgusting the sink was brown and black full of dirt toilet was full of paper. Toilet paper was everywhere same with paper towel all over the floor garbage was over flowing. Sink the floor was muggy and disgusting. It was an absolute nightmare in the bathroom. And I had multiple people agree with me who were sitting at the tables or had already been in there. I live a half hour away and ended up just not using the bathroom. It was so gross.I also work at a fast food place and it s not that hard to clean a bathroom. It only takes a bit of time and it makes the customers a lot happier and comfortable.

Food was good (breakfast always is) and our server was super friendly and helpful. HOWEVER IT IS TERRIBLE THAT I CANNOT USE THE BATHROOM WITHOUT GOING BACK TO THE FRONT (AFTER I HAVE TRUDGED TO THE BACK TO THE BATHROOM) TO ASK THEIR ROYAL PERMISSION TO USE THE BATHROOM! GRRR WHERE ARE WE IN THE DEPTHS OF GANG TERRITORY IN NEW YORK CITY? THIS IS OWEN SOUND ONTARIO FOR GODS SAKE!

They get the order right about 3 out of 4 times and make you pull ahead into the Drive Thru waiting area about 1/2 the time. Slow. Otherwise, its a McDonalds. Edit** 4 years later it is now 9 out of 10 times.

This McDonalds drive-thru makes me want to scream!!! Its not the staffs fault. They are always very professional . But seriously....why do they make you go park even when theres nobody behind you? Theres no way it is a more efficient system then just giving you your food through the window. And then theres the fact that its the worst parking lot ever. So once you do park and wait for your food it is extremely difficult to get out of the parking lot with cars coming from every direction.

After a long car ride I needed to go to the bathroom and found out the bathroom is locked up and you have to ask for a key?? Well its the busy supper rush and no one available to unlock it?? I will never eat there or any other McDonalds again. Plus it took for ever to get our food. Then we look in the bag and we are missing a burger. Now Im waiting in line to get my burger??
