On my first night AC was not working all night. Room was too warm couldnt sleep. Next morning coffee buffet has cups with no lid / cover. However staff were nice & helpful. Also pls consider open tzhe restaurant to serve breakfast prior to 8 am on week ends & statuary holiday

Update: I just had my wedding at this venue and it was incredible. All of the staff was super helpful and so kind. Hailey was amazing to work with to plan my wedding and she did not miss a single detail. She replied to e-mails promptly, she was also super professional and approachable. The food was so delicious, and the process was so smooth from start to finish. If you are looking for a place to have your wedding - this is it! ---- I stayed here for 9 days with my boyfriend and our stay was amazing. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, the room was super clean and spacious and the view is an added bonus as well! Covid protocols are followed here such as wearing a mask in the lobby and hallways, no housekeeping during the visit but you can easily ask for anything from the front desk or call housekeeping during the day. Overall we both enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next time!

Extremely clean room and hotel. Breakfast was good too. But what made this hotel to stand out was the location. Superb. My dog and I enjoyed the walks immensely.

The only thing that was a bit off was their restaurant/bar closing before 11 on a Saturday night.

The hotel is right beside the east trail that follows the waterfront and having dogs with us, this was the perfect place to walk. The hotel room was clean and toiletries provided were above expectations. The breakfast including room was 100% worth it with lots of choice and high quality food. Would recommend this place highly.

Best Western Inn On the Bay is an excellent place to stay while visiting and exploring Bruce Peninsula. It has an excellent location, spacious and clean rooms and a great, very personable service. Weve been there twice in the last three years. An excellent choice!

The rooms were okay. The bed wasnt the best. The pillows werent great. Both unusual for a hotel. The shower collected water around your ankles. This issue was addressed. Breakfast is good if you are not vegan. Sadly, no vegan breakfast options other than oatmeal and fruit. Even their bread wasnt vegan friendly. I had to order gluten free bread, and they charged $2 for one slice of toast. Thats ridiculous. Get your act together Best Western. Rooms: Not great. Old carpet. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was nice with the exception of the drainage issue. Walkability: Close to the arena and a few restaurants. The Metro is also down the street. Noteworthy details: Dog friendly. Fee applies.

This is a nice hotel in a beautiful setting. Room was clean and well set up. The restaurant is full service and the food was good. We were surprised only that the lobby floor and hallways were not swept and washed in the two days we were there. Maybe short staffed in the maintenance department??

We got in late but the staff member went out of his way to welcome us and give us a great room. I have stayed at this hotel a least a half dozen times. It is a great location at the waterfront and doesn t disappoint. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. It is my first choice for staying in the Owen Sound area.

Overall pretty good. Rooms were clean and service was friendly. Appreciate dog friendly option, though it is only for one room type, and said room could use some TLC. Walkability: It is next to a nice waterside trail network, and easy access to the arena. Otherwise quite removed from most things, but plenty of free onsite parking makes up for this. Under 5 mins to downtown via car. Could walk if longer option is desired/time allows.

We attended a large (reserved) dinner engagement outside on the patio facing the bay. It was a fairly warm summer day but the breeze in off of the bay had the ladies in our group freezing (think summer dresses with light jackets and/or shawls or no long-sleeved covering at all). One would think that a dining establishment such as this would have outdoor heaters for such occasions, but upon request, we were advised that they do not provide any form of outdoor heating. I loaned my summer jacket to a fellow diner as she was quite chilled. For a simple dinner of chicken (mushroom sauce) with a side of vegetable and a soup for one and a trout (that on my honour, tasted and looked more like salmon) with vegetables and mashed potato with a soup starter, a coffee and one vodka with tonic and a twist of lime (small glass) the total was around $ 140.00. The food was okay, but there was nothing to get excited about as the soup came out cold. It would have been quite delicious and much more enjoyable had it been served hot. My trout was tepid in temperature. The best part was the mashed potatoes, and that is truly disappointing as I truly enjoy trout and had hoped for and expected better from what seemed to us a fine dining establishment. Others who ordered fish and chips received fish that was easily discerned as being greasy and most definitely overcooked on the ends. The fish was that really dark colour of batter you oftentimes get when the oil used is aged, unfiltered, and not hot enough, which also allows the grease to be absorbed by the batter. Overall, for us, it was a disappointing experience, and seeing how many other diners at our large gathering left a great deal.of food on their plate, I can only surmise that they too felt let down and disappointed (it would not be due to being too full as the portions were not large by any stretch of the imagination). The fries served looked to be cooked from frozen, which to this diner is quite shocking given the prices charged (but, I will admit that they may only have seemed from frozen and may indeed be fresh cut but if so, looking from frozen says a lot). Aside: None of our dinners seemed to include any bread, whether it be a roll or some such thing - except the lasagna type dishes ordered. For my part, given the seemingly low quality in food delivered, its condition (hot soup served cold) and the price for said foodstuffs, it is doubtful we will dine at this establishment in future. P.S. The staff were friendly and personable so again, though an automatic 18% gratuity was added to our bills because of the large size of our party, we opted to tip more because, again, we know that those who work in hospitality rely heavily on tips and it is not the servers fault that the food seemed sub par. Food and drinks: We were unimpressed by the food quality and disappointed the hot soup was served cold and the meals that included chicken and trout were tepid in temperature. The mashed potatoes were delicious.

A very clean hotel with a calm and relaxed atmosphere on the waterfront. Beautifully kept grounds and super friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant patio is excellent. We enjoyed walking the trail in front of the hotel which was lovely and meant we didn t always have to be in the car. Location is perfect for taking in other sights in the area. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful setting at the edge of the bay. Perfect backdrop for the wedding. Room is equipped with a bar fridge and microwave so you can have heated snacks and cold beverages at hand.If you are on the bay side of the hotel you get a great view over the water. Got nice chocolate treats on the bed when we arrived. Very good overall experience. Food and drinks: Hotel restaurant has nice food at reasonable prices.

We had a really nice stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the restaurant quite good, the rooms clean and comfortable, guest services helpful (e.g. laundry), and the view from our room lovely. Would be happy to stay here again. As for the location, its about 1 km from several shops and restaurants, less than a 10-minute drive from Harrison Park, and next to the waterfront.

Nightmare 3 night stay! 1) the hotel almost burned down! 2) I left at 4am and the hotel called the police on me for NO REASON! I was breathilized in front of the hotel with 3 cop cars and all their lights flashing, waking up half the place! I PASSED, because I wasnt drinking and came back in, asked why on earth Ebenezer, the night clerk called the police on me?! Its the craziest and most embarrassing thing, Im still in shock the hotel we paid 3 nights for a deluxe room would do that to its own guest! And back to the fire... I told them for 2 days that the large planter out front was smoldering, no one did anything, and on the 3rd day I came out to it fully engulfed in flames! So stay here if you want to die in a fire or have your own hotel try to jail you for no reason. THE WORST EVER!! I am traumatized by my stay here and considering all options.

Very satisfying experience for my stay here. The location and the room with a view is awesome. The waterfront trail is the best. Sauna and hot tub whirlpool is so nice. Breakfast was fresh and satiating. Pleasing staff added a dash of comfort to my stay. To mention someone specifically, Mr. James has been very helpful in guiding us everything. He had been very calm, jovial and professional throughout. All in all, thumbs up to the entire team. Thank you for the delightful service today!

I have booked the Best Western Inn on the Bay in Owen Sound for my Honeymoon. I have booked the most expensive room with Jacuzi. I checked in on 18th May, Friday at 9pm ET, after coming from my Trek from Tobermory and Island. It was so hot and humid, the AC was blowing HOT AIR on cool instead cold. I contacted front desk and they came looked and said it cannot be done now and apologized. On our special ocassion we have to sleep in hot weather BECAUSE THERE WAS NO OTHER ROOM AVAILABLE AS WELL. Then next day I contacted manager and they said ok they will fix and they fixed it by removing the thermostat and now we have to manually go near AC AND TURN IT OFF, ON, Change temperature etc. but thats ok. They also said they will refund $50 I said ok things happen. Now I came after travelling in evening, I wanted some coffee and when I was about to put some THE COFFEE MACHINE WAS SO DIRTY. There is NO NIGHT MANAGER/EVENING MANAGER TO LOOK AT THE THINGS AS WELL. I PAID $700 FOR MY HONEYMOON, BOOKED THE MOST EXPENSIVE ROOM AND THIS IS HOW I HAVE BEEN TREATED. IT WAS SO BAD I AM NEVER GONNA BOOK WITH BEST WESTERN UNLESS YOU DO SOMETHING FOR THIS MESS. FOR BREAKFAST THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR FEATURED ITEM NOT EVERYTHING CAME IN AS IT WAS SAID AT TIME OF BOOKING. IT WAS OK STILL. I AM ATTACHING SOME PHOTOS OF MACHINE REGARDING HOW BAD IT WAS IN CLEANLINESS. VERY PATHETIC AND BAD EXPERIENCE I HAVE FACED AND WILL MAKE SURE I WILL PASS IT ON TO SOMEONE LOOKING TO BOOK THIS. PLEASE SAVE MONEY AND BOOK SOMETHING ELSE THIS IS VERY BAD. Rooms: Cleanliness was VERY BAD Food and drinks: If you take breakfast, they charge you extra for featured item. And the breakfast is ok.

After sharing the hotel on our first night with roughly 75 visibly patched members of biker gangs that kept us up until 3am while the staff ignored the noise, the booze left everywhere, and the illicit drugs, we were informed at 10:15pm on our second night here that, apparently, leaving our doors slightly ajar so our kids could come and go as they pleased, was a violation worthy of eviction. I highly recommend staying literally anywhere else if you value your familys safety as this hotel gives significant leeway to certain groups of society while ostracizing others. The Travelodge around the corner for $69 a night would be far better for your money. Disgraceful behaviour from front desk staff, the rent a cop security guard and whatever the hell access control is.

Very decent place. Nothing spectacular and the service is mediocre, but overall a very solid 8/10 experience. If you need a place to stay it is comfortable and clean. Somewhat expensive for what is offered however

Stayed there last week, ended up extending our stay one night due to weather. Staff were very accommodating. Writing this review though because I left something in the room after checking out. Spoke to them afterwards about shipping it out to me. Did pay a fee but honestly it was super smooth, had the item in 2 business days. Lois and Bri were saviors. Rooms were clean, hotel is well maintained. Views were great. Food was delicious and quickly served. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Owen Sound!

We come up often to this hotel when the local OHL team play back to back. Its a very convienent location across from the arena. Love the view of the water and the restaurant always has good food! Clean hotel overall and professional staff.

Hosted a Surprise birthday dinner in the restaurant for my sister.

This hotel is a health hazard! We wondered why it smelled like gasoline all night until we went outside and realized that people were starting up their snowmobiles right beside our air conditioning/heating unit! All of the fumes ended up in the room making it stink like gasoline! Very unsafe. Also, We brought our dog and he found a piece of Easter chocolate on the floor. Obviously its not very well cleaned and chocolate is a health hazard for dogs, so to find old chocolate in a pet friendly room is awful. Luckily we got it away from him. Also, it was easter candy and its February so how long was it there? Ew! Also, you dont get breakfast or robes if you book a pet friendly room, which sucked. The front desk staff were nice and the view was beautiful.

Best place for a stay inn. Offers not only an amazing view, a pool, a gym, lounging area and conference rooms but, the staff is welcoming and hard working. I travel for work, spending lots of time in hotels, and service is a big rating to me, so with that being said. 5 stars on my vote! Thanks, Tom from Voyago.

Pleasant staff, very quiet hotel. Pet friendly! Clean room with comfortable beds. A bit over priced though, could be cheaper. No pool, just hot tub and small whirl spa type pool which you cant really swim in but can sit in, relax with jets, its warmer water. If you have kids look elsewhere for a real pool so they can actually swim. This wont do for swimming. Adults will find it acceptable for relaxing at night though. But adults wanting a pool for swimming, lane swim, deep water etc should look elsewhere also for a real pool. We had a teen and we managed, but missed having a real pool! No microwave in room! Had to go to lobby to use! Bath tub was nice and big, comfy! Rooms: Beds are very comfortable, room on smaller side, just enough room to walk around beds not much extra really. No microwave in room! Nearby activities: Right near Owen Sound Attack, hockey arena, so take in a hockey game while here Safety: Definitely a safe place, we had no issues and felt safe

Had a fantastic stay this weekend, Jason and his staff went out of their way to accommodate our group. James, Lily and Jodi in particular were amazing hosts! Borscht soup was the soup of the day, which I ordered, they brought an onion soup, didnt offer to replace it or apologize for the error. I was stuck with the onion soup which was okay but not acceptable!! Noteworthy details: Just came for lunch, been here often for lunch and dinner. That was one of the worst service! They could have offered me a substitute if they were out of the soup special. When I told her it wasnt borscht she said it was!! but later admitted it wasnt-what kind of snow job is that!!!

This hotel sits in an excellent location on the shore of the sound, with a beautiful view of the water from almost any of the rooms. (The hotel was designed to provide a water view from every room!) Rooms are well appointed with very good beds and amenities as described on the hotels website. Has a nice restaurant with a good menu and really good food. Construction is high quality, but the hotel is beginning to show its age a bit. In general, very good value at the price point, and probably the best hotel in the city of Owen Sound. Walkability: A long, beautiful, paved walking trail by the waters edge right outside the hotels front door. Food and drinks: Reataurant in the hotel is excellent.

It was an okay hotel. Rooms were cleaned and nice. Service was not great. We requested an early check in well in advance for a wedding but they were unable to guarantee until the day of , then the day of we call and they said we had to come in. Luckily when we came in there was no problem with the early check in, but we would have been very upset if we drove 2 hours and didn t have time to get ready in the hotel before a wedding.

Stayed here while in town for a wedding. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was stocked with most toiletries you would need. The restaurant food was good and the service was fast and friendly. Beautiful spot on the water. I would definately recommend this hotel and will book there again.

Great hotel all around. Weekend prices are too expensive, but that seems to be the way everywhere these days after the pandemic. Greedflation is making it very hard to travel.

Very nice location on the waterfront although the neighborhood is underdeveloped. The attached restaurant was excellent and the servers were great. Our room was large and comfortable. I only wish it had a balcony to enjoy the view.

Despite the expensive nightly rates, this hotel is in a great location near the bay where you can take a walk along the nearby path that meanders along the waters edge. You get a lovely view of the water and marina. The city puts on a wonderful display of fireworks at the local dock on Canada Day. The breakfast at the hotels restaurant was very good and reasonably priced, and there were many items to choose from on the dinner menu. The room was a nice size, and the bed was comfortable despite a few spots on the ceiling that had dark spots (which we informed the staff of). Most of the staff there were quite accommodating. When we attempted to call down to the restaurant from our room, we got the front desk instead of the restaurant, and the person on the other end was not very courteous. Overall, a nice place to stay when visiting Owen Sound.

Wow! , what a wonderful way to get out for a change of scenery. Terrific location on the water, with paved trail for walks. Easy stroll to great food. Excellent front desk greeting, spacious hallways & very nice room with a lake view (well, technically the Sound) Best sleep in so very long in the quiet room with a great bed. Super servers and great staff provided breakfast each day. Will be back in two months and play more golf!

Overnight stay

Stayed overnight on business and enjoyed this hotel and the restaurant very much. Very clean rooms and very quiet hotel. The restaurant has an incredible view of the bay from the patio and the food was excellent. Very friendly attentive staff. Would visit again in a heartbeat.

Still one of the best places to stay in the Owen Sound area. Not ideal for walkability, but pretty central if you have a car.

Hotel is located in an amazing area with a beautiful view! Rooms are very clean and comfortable!!! But when it comes to serving is not acceptable! Especially front desk staff are very rude and you never feel welcomed! I am a world traveler but have never had this experience before! I believe the manager has to make sure the staff are well trained especially front desk since they are the first people meeting guests and has to be a bit more polite!

I stayed at the hotel for a few days with my family and dogs in a designated pet-friendly room. I was blown away how clean and tidy the room and property was despite it being a pet room. The beds were comfy, the staff were incredible and really enjoyed our stay. We took a few walks around the property and enjoyed the sunset. We did not have an opportunity to utilize the restaurant but hopefully will have the chance to return one day. Evan and James went above and beyond and I am grateful!

We were greeted by Corall at the front desk and received the most inviting experience we would ever want. She was kind and professional and found us the perfect room. The hotel is comfortable, clean and inviting. We took a relaxing walk along the water where there is a paved trail providing panoramic views of the bay. I would highly recommend staying at the Best Western On The Bay.

Views from patio, hot tub, workout room were beautiful. Very friendly staff. Pet room was just as nice looking as a regular room, and we were situated close to the exit for quick bathroom breaks. They must have had recently cleaned the carpet because it still had a lingering damp smell to the room. Walkability: The Bruce Trail is just in their backyard! Quick hope on it and you will find a nice park, gazebo, boat launch and amazing views! Its not a far walk to find any amenities that you are looking for. Food and drinks: The hotel has a restaurant and lounge with great tasting food,emu specials and a nice selection of drinks.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is absolutely beauiful. It was great watching the sunset in the spa tub with huge windows looking over the water. The room was clean, organized and a very good size. Theres a cute boardwalk right behind the hotel as well which is nice. I didnt get a chance to check out the restaurant but it was great having the option to go to a restaurant in the same building you are staying. I would definitely recommend staying here :)

Stayed at the property in October, 2023 - primarily to go to the OHLs Owen Sound Attack Hockey Game. The Bayshore Community Centre (Arena) is literally steps (OK, perhaps 200m) from the property if youre doing the same, no need to drive anywhere! Pros: -Nice size rooms -Location (beside arena - if youre going for an event) -Easy access and parking (also, security blocks off the lot if youre checking in at the same time as a game so those attending the hockey game cant park there). -Jacuzzi Pool had amazing view of the bay! -Restaurant at the hotel (Bishops Landing) also has great views and solid-size portions. My lighter fare sandwich was more than enough for a meal. -Kind staff, quick check-in process Cons: -No continental breakfast, just the restaurant, but did have a nice coffee set-up in the lobby. -Found a couple fingernail clippings in our rooms carpet. -Much pricier than other Owen Sound hotels.

Welcomes average restaurant, the waitresses, no effort, speak loudly and laugh among themselves, making fun of the customers.

The absolute rudest customer service experience I have ever had. We left and stayed at the Comfort Inn up the road where we were greeted with a smile and a warm check-in experience. We will never return to a Best Western after that.

I traveled here for business on this occasion and often get a good rest here with an amazing view (by the bay). The restaurant food and service has always met my expectations which is a lot for a restaurant in the hotel. If you need a place to stay and you are in the area, this is a good option. Enjoy!

I went to the restaurant with a girl friend for lunch. Great food, awesome waitress and a nice atmosphere. Great view of the bay. Asked to look at dinner meal to see if my husband would like going there for a romantic date. Will definitely be back

My wife booked this hotel for a Silver Stick Tournament. The rating is mostly for location and the rooms, as my wife plans very thoroughly tournament weekends, and we mimimally used the front desk this stay. None-the-less, the staff were friendly and polite. The location of the hotel right on an inlet is beautiful. Across from the OHL arena as well! We had a suite and appreciated the private floors minimizing the noise for us to get a full nights rest. We will definitely stay here again for our next tournament in Owen Sound!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Best Western Inn On The Bay. Everything about this hotel is super - we have stayed here several times and always come back when we travel to Owen Sound. We had a King Suite with water view - this is the first time we have stayed in this type of room and we will definitely select it in future. The rooms and are clean, well appointed, the staff are pleasant, the restaurant is great.

Restaurant Review - My husband and I live in the Owen Sound area so we have never stayed at this Best Western, however, we have had brunch and breakfast at the restaurant on two occasions. Be prepared to be served a regular breakfast. Nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing creative or unexpected. Coffee is fine. Selection of teas is minimal. I personally prefer other breakfast spots in the Owen Sound area, however, this is a very convenient location especially if your time is limited and you are staying at the hotel.

The Best Western in Owen Sound is a very nice place to stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room are nice and clean. It is right on the water at the Owen Sound Harbour.

The customer service was so bad I wish I can give 0 stars We drove from niagara Falls and we had a reservation the reservation was cancelled and we had zero help from Even when the booking company trying to call them and it s ringing in front of me they don t answer the phone They don t help or offer to look at other rooms

The hotel staff are absolutely wonderful and the costs are very reasonable the food is second to none the hotel is very clean and quiet one of the nicest Best Westerns I have stayed in and looking forward to more trips at this location great job done by everyone. Found all staff interactions to be very friendly and professional. My room was very clean including the shower. Dinning room experience was excellent. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip up this way.

In this area this is one of the finest places you will find, behind is a beautiful view of georgian Bay with a nice trail leading to the harbor to the south and soccer complex to the north.

This hotel is one of the better ones in Owen Sound but let s be real here - this is not a 5 star experience or even a 4 star experience. It s between a 2 and a 3. Those rating it that high need to go to other hotels. Best Western parking is great. They have nice staff in the front counter and when booking a reservation through them it s also a breeze. That s the good parts. The main halls are also clean. The hotel is dated inside. The air conditioning units are highly inefficient and the wall temperature units don t work. No one fixes it either when you complain about the temperature in the room. Either too hot or too cold. The room carpets are old and dirty. The beds are lumpy and mattresses are older. For the price you pay you can t even get body wash as they don t have any for our entire stay. The extra blankets are an eyesore and when given to us, they were wet. The bathrooms are also dated with a smaller than average tub. Just get rid of the tube and install stand up showers. Easier to maintain and far cleaner. The dual flush toilets need to go. Single flush is far better. The faucets are not great to manoeuvre either. Staff though always say good-morning and converse nicely. The lack of pool is not great considering you re paying $300+ a night for standard rooms. Sorry but the tiny hot tubs don t cut it. The ice machines work however there is not one on each floor - least I don t know if there is one on the second floor. I stay here simply because it s better than the travelodge down the road and some of the other motels here. If Best Western actually had competition here it would be great for all folks. If Sandman Hotels, Hilton, Holiday Inn come in there will be a massive change of clientele at this location. This is a pure fact. Best Western in Owen Sound is the best of the worst. With all due respect, not everyone likes pets and the accommodation of animals is not great. Many don t like other peoples pets. It would be great if they removed the pet option as well. The mess is apparent from a non pet owner. Most likely not a popular opinion on this one for pet owners but that s the fact. They need to understand that most people don t like your pet. Front staff also make some good recommendations on local places to visit. Overall my rating is based on the class of hotel compared to others I have been to.

The receptionist helped me to find the perfect room for my 3 nights staying. The spa is good, but I hope there is a real pool that we can swim. The location is fantastic.

im a local photographer and this was my first wedding at this venue! the event staff went above and beyond for my couple navigating the impeding thunderstorms for their wedding ceremony. the location for photography is bar none, the staff really wonderful, the food especially the chocolate torte amazing and I look forward to many more events at this spectacular hotel on the bay. thank you all!

Very good location, at the foot of the lake. The swimming pool is (too) small for the size of the establishment, really. The breakfast girls were very nice! Thank you for their service. Generous plates, made to order, table service. Room: Cleanliness level, could do better, there were still hairs in the bathtub and we found a used tissue on an armchair (not very COVID compatible...). Comfortable bedding

Best Hotel in Owen sound if you re looking for a perfect weekend gateway. My stay was short for 1 Night but it s an ideal place to spend 2-3 days with your friends/family providing facilities like sauna, fitness centre, whirlpool, in-house restaurants and patio. Excellent location, friendly staff, quite and spacious rooms. Loved my stay!!

Nice stay and clean. Make sure to understand the room and facilitys dimensions. The wild zoom pictures can be misleading.

The Inn is overall okay for what they charge. The staff made mistake on the reward point into another person s name during check in. The staff at the time did try to correct it but my email still show the wrong person name, The staff when we check out , told us to call customer service to correct them. The staff lady do not bother to look into it. also the toilet is not secure to the floor. The water in the small pool is not clear, its like the filtration system is not working properly, don t know. The room is nice and clean.

Top notch location for anyone staying in Owen Sound. Recommended the Double king suites on top floor. Private entrance and equally private room setting. Hidden gem amongst this small city.

The food in the restaurant was good and the room is very clean. I drive an ev and there is a free level two charger on site. It charged at pretty close to 45 kms an hour. Awesome!

No space or table for us

We booked the king whirlpool suite which was a little outdated but clean enough. A few item need attention such as burnt out bulb, leaky bathroom sink faucet, coffee machine needed cleaning. Would be nice to see smart TV in their best room.

I was there for a conference. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and the food was good.
