I've ordered 4 pick up orders since it's been open and not once have they even started making the food when I arrived to pick it up after the order was confirmed with plenty of notice. They do not carry cilantro or fresh jalapenos either...why do they leave it as an option? Mexican food needs both!! I'll drive to the other side of the city from now on for my burritos and tacos where the selection of proteins, toppings and the service are far superior. Fresh has had enough chances and it's honestly very basic food anyways.
NOT REALLY FRESH ANYMORE. Was once my favourite place for Mexican. Just discovered that they recently removed fresh jalapeño and fresh cilantro from the toppings choices. Pickled jalapeños only and no cilantro at all. Too bad. I’ll have to rethink my Mexican choice now. Service was still top-notch.
My first experience and more thank likely my last, workers seemed annoyed to even make the food or be asked simple questions. Rice bowl , what rice? And the little rice I got was rock hard ( I asked no beans) I basically got home to a rock rice with veggies absolutely disgusting. I would avoid this place like the plague after this experience also 14$ for such horrid food no thanks

Great big burritoes They have lots of options, and the spicy is genuine. Ask for extra spicy, and you'll actually taste it. The rice is cooked right, and the beans are not overcooked. Last time I went they mixed the burrito while the meat was cooking and the meat ended up all on one side and the burrito is 3 mouths wide so unfortunately it mattered and ruined my experience.
Our favourite burrito place! Prices are beyond reasonable and the food is amazing every time. The supreme fries with beef is our go to, it’s SO filling i usually have to eat it in two sittings. If i could rate this place higher, i would!
Wow! What a place!! Small First let’s start with our entrance! My husband and I have never ate mexican food before until today and i am not regretting my choice of food and i am not regretting my choice of place!! The clients in line that were waiting all told us HOW GOOD AND DELICIOUS THIS LITTLE RESTAURANT WAS! And Guess What!? It was ABSOLUTELY TRUE! I adored that they acually have a list of allergen on a sheet right infront of us so you can’t make a mistake on your food choices! Also the Young man and Young lady that worked there were sooo sweet and kind and very caring about our health and choices! Ty so much! Their advices were very adorable too. I appreciated so much as my husband is allergic to chili and these people were giving him choices to match his tastes without chili and it all ended up DELICIOUS! Well same thing for me, they were very caring and advicing me for my first time eating mexican! Wow ty so much! You can mostly make your own tacos or burritos or else by all the choices of toppings and sauces, this is really awesome! My two tacos and supreme fries were really delicous! My husband also found his food delicious as well as he had a burrito and a supreme fries too! We tried the mexican drinks “Jarritos” goyave and mango flavors. I honestly will return!!! Place is great, food is even greater! I’ve already made a review, but forgot to add photos, so I’ll just review again. I came in with my dad and brother today. The food is really good, and there’s a wide variety of things to choose from. The store front is clean and nice, and the staff is very friendly. We ordered the supreme fries, churros, chicken quesadilla and the shrimp/steak and beef burritos. They have many fixings and sauces, so if you’re not a spice head that’s all good. All of the things we ordered were extremely good and worth the money. Definitely will stop by as a regular once school starts again!
Cold food. Paid for a fry supreme. Would get more fries in a small from McDonald s and then was just drowned in sauce and toppings.

Its is my 4th visit with them not having Avocado in stock. And its not even i just walked in right after store opend . I go there in afternoon or at noon . If its frozen then they dont even put some work to keep in stock in advance. Guy working there is very rude always ... because I ask for extra avocado and offcourse I pay and he dont like it when I say to fill proper scoops of Avocado... he still argues with me. I have to tell him 3- 4 times . Also he doesnt have any adequate of greeting customers. Not returning back anyways Writing this so owner must know about there staff. Thanks

Disappointing experience... I ordered a chicken & steak bowl and the portion was very skimpy for the price, very expensive for what you get, and the food lacked flavour. My bowl also had ingredients in it that I did not order due to cross-contamination and lack of care. Service matched the food. Im surprised about all the positive reviews on here! Dietary restrictions: You can probably accommodate some dietary restrictions but there is cross-contamination with various ingredients so if youre allergic or extra sensitive, I wouldnt chance it.
Walked into the place at 9:49 the staff told us we are closed. Not a good way of service guys. Thats not how you build customers

I had Supreme Fries made with beef. I was served a generous portion. It filled me up. I will probably try it with chicken, the next time I want a great meal. Hopefully pulled-pork will be an option again someday.
I placed my usual order via Skip, as I often do. Ive frequented this restaurant on numerous occasions, and while theyre usually satisfactory, today was a different story. Upon arrival, I discovered that my order hadnt even been started. As I waited, two staff members began making food for a female customer who had arrived at the same time as me. Eventually, one of the staff members attempted to hand me an order that wasnt mine. I provided my Skip order details and proof of payment, only to be told that they had no record of my order. Despite providing my order confirmation number, the staff member insisted they couldnt find any trace of it. After nearly an hour of confusion and frustration, I left the restaurant empty-handed. The treatment I received from the staff was horrible. Itll be quite some time before I even contemplate returning to this establishment.

I first went to fresh burrito a month and a half ago. Since then, I have been there over a dozen times due to the amazing food, the service has been impeccable, and the ingredients are always fresh. I love the way they take the extra time to mix up my burritos. A special thanks to Gary for always being there with exceptional customer service and a smile on his face. Happy national burrito day!

I bought three burrito yesterday late night and that one new guy made a huge mistake they made extra spicy like the next level pf spicy they made and i feel very bad and today i come in store around 7:15 pm i talk with a lady about these mistake that happened than she replied us in rude way so kindly please take a look thank you

Similar to Subway, Moes, or Chipotle. You go up to the counter, order what you want, and tell the staff how youd like your meal dressed. Food itself was pretty good for this style of location, comparable to Chipotle. Pricing comparable to Moes makes this better than either.

10/10 Would recommend, was looking for something different to try for lunch and thought id give it a shot, and it did not disappoint! Mansi was the amazing young lady taking my order, and she was extremally helpful, and even recommended a sauce for me to try which I loved! The chicken tacos with the spicy burrito sauce were to die for! All in all, an awesome experience, and will for sure be returning! If you find yourself hungry on the west side of Owen Sound, I strongly recommend stopping by!

I had ordered my burrito at 9 oclock online and it said there was a 45 minute wait , then when I got up there they still hadnt had my burrito made BUT after all that and I got home and ate it, I was very satisfied with it. Just was weird to have ordered something online then for it to have a 45 minute wait and then get there and its not even made... lol but no it was good, I would eat there again but I would probably actually go into the store to order it.

Last night We ordered 4 burritos and one was not as ordered, the owner contacted my wife promptly to address the mistake. Today just before heading back home I dropped in and grabbed the replacement burrito, and it was easily the best burrito I have ever had! The service all around was five stars and the food was fresh! I would without a doubt if Im back in the area this is where Ill be ordering from! Vegetarian options: The flavor plate of the soy protein is exceptional! Great vegan options!
