This is our go to place for take out pizza. I have always had great service and my order has always been within 5 minutes of the timeline they give me. Twice i have ordered and the wrong sauce was on the wings, they could have handed me the order and let me discover their error when i got home, however they told me when they brought the order out. They offered to remake and I said no, and appreciated then letting me know. Always have good service and I find the waiting area is always clean and tidy.
This place deserves 0 stars! Ordered on Uber , and called to see the status of the order as it was now 30 mins late. The employee who happen to have an Indian accent refused to give me his name and made a very rude & vulgar comment. He then has the audacity to tell me that I shouldn’t have ordered on Uber & it’s not his issue. UNBELIEVABLE ! I will escalate this matter as no customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect.
Posted an online order for a cauliflower pizza, a panzrotti and garlic fingers. ETA given for delivery was 45 minutes. At approximately 55 minutes call store for a status update, at which time I was told that this is why they tell people not to order onssne and that they only have one driver. I was then told it would be approximately 15 or 20 minutes(even without providing my order number) Finally after waiting an hour and a half for a $67 (before tip) order, we received this visual master piece to feed our souls. Less then impressed with this experience, I called the store as soon as I opened the box to the uneatable pizza at 7:40pm to have the employee that answered the phone say oh the pizza must have got bumped as I am sure he knew how frustrated I was at this point. With condescension in his voice come on, he offered to have the pizza sent back out. I then proceeded to say I’ve already waited an hour and a half for the existing pizza, and would hope that this one would not take as long. The new pizza arrived at 8:10 and looked better than the previous.
I like their small pizzas and the garlic loaf with either mozzarella or cheddar bacon crumble or not is fantastic. Don't forget to add their amazing apple fritters to your order. In fact grab two for the discount! Sometimes when they're busy they're a little Gruff on the phone however give them a chance for they prepare the food well and the delivery driver driver is an amazing person! Also I would like to add that sometimes they have honestly told me 45 minutes to an hour yet I have never waited that long. Forewarning you because they're busy is great customer service.

Ordered a cheese panzarotti online. Brought it home and realized it was super doughy, not cooked all the way through. Called to let them know and I am told yeah we noticed just cheese doesn t cook the same as multiple toppings . Maybe don t serve an uncooked food item regardless? Could have been told when I was in store to pick up. Was not offered any resolution either.
They were sooooo good. I asked them to make a pizza the way I like, and they did. Parking: Parking is free, in the large lot, beside the store. Wheelchair accessibility: There are no ramps to go up or down.

Placed an order online for pick up, at the store confirmed items. Paid and got home to realize the xl pep pizza with extra cheese I order was a PLAIN CHEESE pizza. I called not expecting anything but to let them know and maybe get an apology. But instead I was told to learn to read, ( my receipt and online order match up with xl pep pizza with extra cheese) and was spoken to so rudely I truly do not recommend this place solemnly on their customer service and insulting customers instead of accepting an error was made

Great pizza all the time, but you have to go and pick it up and look at it before you leave! Every single time we get pizza and ask for certain items to be removed it always comes with those items on the pizza worst part is when they stuff it all under the cheese and you got to ruin your pizza to pick off the stuff you pay to not be on it and I gave them $20 tip open my pizza to just throw it out anyways 100$ wasted for pizza they claim was made properly plus $30 gas trip
Not great, hardly any toppings in the panzerottis. I was eating sauce and cheese when there was suppose to be 3 toppings.

I had the canadian pizza! Every meat lover should try this one with spicy wings! Pizza was cheesy as i like it and was cooked at perfection! Would order again! Honestly, its a no brainer for me now ordering from this place! 5 Stars!

Panzerottis were very good but the cheesy garlic bread was not so great this visit. It reminded me of store bought frozen garlic bread. In the past it has been excellent, so I will try again!
Not sure whats going on with NOP Owen Sound but, well-done doesnt mean burned and there was absolutely no flavor in the garlic bread! Very sparce on the toppings as well. The pizza has very little flavor.

Have ordered from here 3 times this year. Each time there were issues with our order. All of these could have been solved if they read our order back to us. However, they were helpful and resolved the issues fairly each time. Product is great at a fair price, just make sure to check your order before you leave, or before you let the delivery driver leave!

They charged $35 delivery fee for a 20 min drive
Ordered wings well done (so its crispy) and Was told to pick up in 20 minutes. Go back in half hour and told will be another 15 minutes.20 minute later I finally get the order and was told THE extra time was because YOU wanted them well done.....So almost an hour for pickup in non-peak hours is reduculously slow IMO. IF the wings were any good at all, I woulda been whatever about the time and skipped the review... You could ring the grease outta them, not crispy, just looked and tasted like the extra wait time was the wings sitting there dying. Service and Quality get one w sitting in oil not hot.

Was doing alright until a month ago when I ordered and they didnt even call me, or anything to tell me they couldnt make it. Then customer service offered to comp my next meal just pay delivery. Ordered again, and paid full price, but didnt get my drink. Really annoyed about all that.

Always good pizza at a reasonable price. Delivery wait time is usually quite short! Only thing we weren t keen on is there panzorotti, it was basically just a pizza folded in half and is baked. Might be a little healthier than deep frying it but we honestly did not enjoy it!

This is the best pizza! Pizza is a personal fav of mine. Could eat it morning noon and night. I have tried so many different places that I can confirm no one compares to New Orleans! Their crust has such a distinct taste and quality that you just cant get enough. It melts in your mouth goodness. I am from the city where they are few and far between so any time I get a chance to leave I find my pizza place first! In this restaurant the staff new the menu and offered us the best deals. The new deep garlic bread is just fabulous. Definitely try this place out and youll be coming back for more for years to come!

The Evening of Sunday July 24 2016 at 9:30 pm I ordered a large Canadian Pizza at New Orleans Pizza at 795 9th ave East In Owen Sound and New Orleans said that it would be 20 to 25 mins . I get there and told them what I ordered and my name .. The people behind the counter said noone called and ordered a pizza.. The Lady said that there are a few New orleans in the area and to check the number .. So I check the number and It was that New Orleans Location and The Women spoke to me Very rudley .. I wasnt impressed with how I was treated. I wont be back due to the ignorance .
