Pizza purported to be "Hot and Ready" was not hot - lukewarm at best. We ate it because we were hungry and had been in Owen Sound since just after lunch running errands, so we were hungry enough to eat it but was less than impressed. We bought the Canadian. We are unsure if we will return in the future - it filled the stomach, but that was about all it did for us. It was around 6 p.m. or so when we stopped by to purchase it. So past our dinner hour, and we were hungry.

The pizza here is great if you order ahead. The hot and ready pizzas are convenient although not always the best. But the owner is a great guy
Hot and ready are supposed to be ready. Not a 7 min wait because the only ONE they have is pepperoni. It was 6:15pm, prime dinner time and no, it wasn’t busy at all.
My boyfriend ordered a pizza online, and it said the payment did not go through, so he tried it again, and it said it went through, but when he went in to pick it up the guy said it wasn't payed for, so he payed again. He thought that seemed a bit suspicious so he checked his bank account only to find out they had charged him every time he tried paying. WHAT A SCAM.
Ordered two of the same pizzas with different toppings and when it got delivered the one didn't even look like a normal pizza and the toppings were wrong and part of the order was missing. They did sent out a new pizza but by the time it came my partners pizza was cold because he waited for mine to come. First and last time getting pizza from here.
I’m autistic, and usually can’t bye things on my own. But the person at the desk was so kind, and fast. The cost even ended perfectly on $35:00 and my brain was happy. Food is incredible and service made me feel just like a regular person. Thank you!
Hot-n-Ready is literally the only reason why I buy little ceasars. It's not even 7 at night and there is no hot and ready despite all of the advertising including the guy pacing back and forth in front of the store advertising it. I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting 10 minutes for something that is suppose to be Hot and ready.

Their breadsticks and marinara are their best feature as hot and ready however be prepared for them to be room temperature and ready sometimes as they cannot guarantee their freshness

The worst crazy bread!! It was over baked & no flavour. I don t know how long it was sitting there but it was so hard to chew that my jaw was killing me. I had to throw the whole bag out. What a total waste of money!!

Order 192- Just waited for almost an hour (which is fine, things happen) on a delivery that was placed online for delivery. Tracker didnt work at all. The order never came because even though youd assume delivery is done directly via little caesars since it says nothing different on the app or website, its actually done through doordash. We dont have drivers in our town after 9 pm, on a rare miracle of a chance youll find one until 10... Its ridiculous that you would still offer delivery if you arent 100% sure your product will make it to the customer. Phoning the number given is also useless. When explaining what happened I was genuinely told well if its not there tomorrow we can give a refund then I was told the best they could do is let me go pick it up and refund delivery charges. Eventually he said hed give the refund but it wasnt done. Very disappointing, I feel bad for anyone who tries to order delivery after me since it says its available until 1 am.
Ordered over the phone was in touch directly with person at Owen Sound location, which made things easy. Supreme pizza was amazing, crust cooked all the way thru, and lots of toppings unlike other brands.

Cardboard, undercooked, toppings on only the center, hardly any sauce or cheese. Just buy a frozen pizza and save your money. Oh and you wont be up all night with heartburn.

Love the food.. However my most recent visit I ordered 1 stuffed crust pizza and some crazy bread and was told it would be a 10 minute wait (which is totally fine), but it was over 35 minutes until I received my order, and I got no explanation and no apology. I would suggest ordering ahead and not walk-in.

Have only ever gone in to get the hot and ready pizzas and wings. Always busy and the staff are always moving. You get in and get out with a decent pie.

Good for fast food. Prices are cheap. Store is clean. Staff is mostly young teenagers but they were reasonably polite when dealing with customers.

Dirty, terrible customer service, just watched an employees making bread sticks drop one on the ground and pick it up and put it back with the bag he was packaging up! Thats ur hot and ready...from the floor to your door!
I used to love Little Caesars but more and more I find them to be a bit of a dice roll, the interaction with the people are always fine no problems with those. However the food is always hit or miss, i usually get a medium pepperoni and an order of crazy bread when i can. On various occasions the pizza has been slightly burnt or it hasnt been cut all the way and other times it has been fine, the same goes for the crazy bread, sometimes it is soft and delicious and others it can be extremely hard. The food is good when it is cooked correctly no doubt it would just be nice if it was consistent more often
Food isnt as good at this chain as it used to be. Dont know why I keep coming, this location especially service was slow.
I would give u a zero if I could, I ordered pizza and Italian crazy bread.Both were cold and over done, called and the supervisor was very rude told me nothing can be done and not her Problem. Staff was very rude

Horrible service; ordered at 7:07PM for delivery, called back at 8:07PM asking how much longer my order was going to take, the guy on the phone said the delivery guy was leaving right now! I was told an half n hour wait! No discount given; delivery guy is great and handed us italian bread as a complimentary for the wait. He explained that the store hadnt called him to let him know the order was there and ready. When we recieved our pizza it was 8:30PM. Once we opened the boxes of pizza the bottom of the boxes were soaked in grease and our toppings on our pizza fell off, I believe the pizza was soggy from the grease or undercooked. $45 worth of pizza wasted! I will not be ordering from here again.

This was my go to place for pizza. Bit after tonight sunday, may 6 2018 i will never get pizza from this location again. Called in my order at 6:40pm and they said it would be ready for 7. I showed up at 7:10 and they had completely forgot about my order. I sat there for another 30 mins for my hot & ready. Employees were slow and fighting infront of customers. Horrible experience. Will find another favourite pizza place intown. #riplittlecaesars2018
