Pizza Pizza in Owen Sound

I placed an order about 40 mins before close and instead of just making what I ordered they decided it was too late to make my food so they clearly reheated the veggie one that had been sitting for who knows how long in the oven ignoring that my order was fried lol I even tipped a fair bit, I came in to complain the next day as all fast food was closed by the time I came to pick it up. Was told that it definitely was a cheese then I showed the pictures then I was told that it was a mistake and they could just make me a new one I asked for a refund and told them I would like one anyway as I was left with no food the night before and had to go through this and would ve had to wait anyway (only asking for 8$) was told they couldn t he called the manager lied to the manager in front of me and told me no it s one or the other I will not return

Its an amazing store for good price and the staff are quite courteous and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place

I ordered veggie pizza. It was so delicious and well made. Taste was very good .and the staff especially rana who was very polite and friendly. He made pizza very well and he spread all toppings very well. if you are pizza lover please try this place .

Sp Saturday June 1st around 2 pm, I decided to go get a slice. Walked in, was totally ignored and went to young lady who had ignored me to ask how this works as I have not been in a pizza shop since covid. She said you order there and pay there. Pointing at other end of counter. And I said but theres no-one there. She smiled and returned to her pizza making. A simple acknowledgement like head nod, I see you, Ill be right there. Nothing So after waiting a few minutes, I walked out. Not impressed

The best restaurant anyone can ever visit. The lady over there is so polite and kind greeting customers with whole respect and friendly service. The taste of pizza was really delightful definitely recommend going and being served with that young girl again

The guy one we met their is not customer friendly, staring at me when I was giving orders. Thats strange.

My double order of onion rings was so delicious! I nearly ate all of them before I even touched my pizza. My pizza was very good, baked just right.

Terrible experience: the customer service was extremely poor, the cashier did not communicate nor respond to my greetings or questions, and about the food, I ordered wings and the quality and the taste were horrible. Do not recommend ordering from this place again.

Very quick service with friendly staff..

First and last time I orderd from here. Custom panzerotti with just cheese and pizza sauce. When it arrived it already had an off smell. Took two bites and no thank you. Old fry oil and/or over fried dough- you pick. Very disappointing

I asked for a cheese burger pizza with 2 honey mustard sauces and a drink I get home to find out it was a BBQ chicken pizza and Im allergic to onions and peppers and cant make it back into town to fix my order almost ended up spending the night in the hospital

Do yourself a favour save your money dislocation is always a problem they constantly cheat you for your toppings. Pizza always comes undercooked or lukewarm. You call customer service and they don t do anything then they tell you pizza pizza has the best pizza I think not the only thing pizza pizza has going for them that they re open late and don t order the wings. They re horrible and the owner don t care about Customer service at this location but then I found from the past lots of pizza pizza locations, same issues horrible pizza it s like cardboard.

They have had issues with the crust in the past, but they are under new management and Rana makes a perfect regular crust!

Yesterday i visited pizza pizza and had a best food over there. The whole crew is very responsible and attentive and their service is too good. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Only one complaint, the menu boards are a bit unclear in store, it has to hard to tell what toppings were avaliable.

The quality of the slices has gone downhill since the greedy new owner took over. They use a cheaper flour so the crust is dry, the slices in general just seem dry and very thin. Theyve also gotten considerable smaller. Ive been buying two slices for lunch 2-3 days a week but I think Im going to find someplace else. Im not interested in rewarding the owners greed.

Visited Owen sound for the weekend. The pizzas were exactly as I expected from my experience with them in Toronto. Staff were great and had my order ready on time. Recommended.
