The Coach Inn in Owen Sound

Stopped in for a couple beers the server was friendly and funny.

Our waitress was absolutely awesome. Any questions we had, she answered the best she could. An amazing gentleman bought us a round of drinks. I heard the food was great. We will be returning to They the food.

This place is a dive, the building was most likely built in the early 1900's possibly the late 1800's. I've had a couple friends stay there & they all hate it there for example the property maintenance woman/building attendent is a complete psycho & trys chasing people away from even entering the building to trying to get people to leave the building premises immediately. The building is musty & has been treated poorely. The residents @ this location are being over charged for the monthly rental Fees. Bedbugs are everywhere in this run down establishment. If you've never been here @ the (Coach) downtown Owen Sound, trust me your not missing out on much. Keep it moving.....

Staff and patrons lovely. Kind of a vague feeling the owner didn't want me there though. Never felt outright unwelcome and was treated fine just felt like it was a nuisance I was there. Maybe I'm misreading it though.

Its not very good place I am currently homeless and trying to find a place. I contacted the y housing they tried to find me a place and contacted the coach inn which have emergency beds there in the downstairs of the place and tried to get me in there but was told no that i wasn't allowed there. They told y housing that i couldn't stay there and that i had burnt my bridges there. Which i have never had a room or never stay there before. So that's just not right and i disagree with whats going on there.

Nigels got it happening here . He has done an excellent job at keeping his customers feed and a cold beer in their hand . Bar games with happy staff and bartenders make the place awesome and a great place to go . You dont know what your missing till you been there .

Excellent wings. Cooked to perfection and large. The bear was cold and served in a frosted pint galas very nice. The wife had the salad and raved at it. Very friendly and willing to change the television for we to watch the Belmont.

The food was decent, however the staff are only friendly until it gets busy and then you don't matter anymore. As well, the management/owner had no issue making "jew" jokes as well as encouraging his patrons to be homophobic and just plain old rude. Gross...never never never again...too many other places in town. When they get their head out of their racist ass...let me know.
