Burger King in Owen Sound

Food was amazing, service was incredible! They brought us a free piece of Hershey cake for the kids just out of the kindness of their heart, it meant a lot!

While not the best Burger King. I do get access to my favourite item at Burger King: The Sub Whopper (At least thats what I like to call it). However, its a bit greasy. Though not greasy compared to the Wendys in Listowel (That opened about a year or two after Owen Sounds Burger King). But I really love how towns bring back restaurants they used to have, Im from Hanover and they used to have a Burger King (Which is where DJs furniture is now)

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, is was soggy and had a rubbery texture to it. It almost looked undercooked, I hate to say it but it ended up going straight to the trash after the first bite.

BRUTAL ! Grabbed a imposs. burg on way thru Owen Sound. RAW !! Was 10 miles down highway when I realized. Tried calling. NO ANSWER OF COURSE ! Out $ 10 bucks and I dont live in area, so no recourse.

Ever time I order off Uber DoorDash or skip my order alway messed up I order two drinks one large one medium only got the medium one and the food was cold and was definitely past it expired time as I worked there in the past and i know how the food tastes when it s not past it s expired time it s been at least in the warmer for 1.2/2 hours which ain t heath and safety 45min max

Burger king is always good - as long as you dont look in too much detail.

Every once and a while I try again to see if the place has gotten better. My son and I waited at drive thru for 10 minutes. I called the store and asked if the drive through was working, which apparently it was. We waited 5 more minutes then peeled out of there. The McDonalds across the street was great. I got a McChicken and it was delicious.

Went thru drive thru at 7:10 am today and nobody came. Went inside they weren t even ready for breakfast. We ordered 2 breakfast English muffin sandwiches and asked for the English muffins to be double toasted. We got the sandwiches and they were soggy and doughy. Egg was thin. We waited 25 min for this garbage just to through it out in the garbage . Really bad experience don t recommend their breakfast at ALL.

I had a skip delivery to the nearest address and it showed me only about 20 minutes. But I have been waiting here for 1 hour. What a disgusting customer service you have. Better go shut the door and don t irritate customers like this. Burger King - Owen Sound - Better not to give online orders

Ok, Im a huge fan of flame broil, charcoal. BK touches that niche. OS staff always pleasant and accommodating. Offers and coupons are nice way to enjoy BK.

So i had a bad experience once here so i didnt eat at burger king for AWHILE....over 1 and a half years, but today i decided to grab a Jr Whopper, medium fry, and a drink and honestly, it was the BEST burger ive had in along time!! Everything was fresh, the drink wasnt watered down, it was perfect, and the frys where really good and the burger was good, i honestly wish i ordered more food that was delicious, i wont hesitate next time to get a burger!

Been here a few times and I really dont understand the bad reviews. This is hands down the BEST Burger King Ive ever been to. And guess what? Theyre consistent EVERY TIME. My food is always hot and fresh, ALWAYS. Sometimes the wait is a little long but its SO WORTH IT for the quality recieved. VERY IMPRESSED!

Now 4 months have passed since the opening hype, and I can honestly say, its much better. There arent major lines, and the food is hot and delicious. There have been misplaced item orders, but other than missing extra sides, service and the food have improved significantly.

Service very short and unfriendly. Drive thru guy closed the window before I could tell him he didn t give me a straw. Large drink was only 3/4 full. Entire roadhouse chicken sandwich was cold but specifically the bacon was almost freezing. 2 bacon strips were hanging out the side and the other 2 strips were not even in the sandwich but just wrapped in with the sandwich underneath the bottom bun

Rating is for my garlic roasted double whopper from the drivethru. BEST burger Ive ever had anywhere--DQ, Wendys, A&W, McD, Harveys. Id go again in a flash. (Maybe more staff needed to cut down on the wait time if its a regular problem.)

I was very disappointed that burger king still has not complied to the ban on single use plastics. They use plastic straws, drink tops, spoons, forks, knives. These are banned in Ontario for environmental reasons.

I really wish I could say it was good but there so slow and the drive through is so narow and the food was cold I dont know if its bad training or bad management but wow we ask for a burger king in Owen Sound and this is what we get the owner may want to send the staff back to Bairry for training

They still use a proper plastic straw, it doesn t turn to mushy vomit like consistency while you have your meal witch was inexpensive, flavourful and filling. Fantastic! More restaurants should be doing this! Thank you Burger King

Fast food what do you expect

I visited after so long, the girl named Simran took my order very gently and suggested me many deals. The meal was tasty too and fresh.

Had what was supposed to be an extreme horseradish burger, no taste of horseradish. But of an ordinary run of the mill hot sauce!!!

Small restaurant inside, wasnt crazy on either the small chicken sandwich and double burger with the 2 for 5 deal.. the whopper and crispy chicken sandwich (more expensive) are the way to go

I got a awesome burger from Owen Sound location I got a fresh Impossible patty with delicious test within 3 minute & all staff member are friendly and behaviour was good

I went there yesterday and it was the best experience. The restaurant was very neat and clean and the staff was very gentle and kind . I was served at my table. Hamburger was dressed and loaded properly. Taste was excellent as the fries came out from the fresh oil without any holds. Must visit this location. Manager was really nice and hardworking.

October 27, 2022 7:20pm Alright i normally like this place. But to be honest i am really really disappointed of this place! I asked for a bacon king burger and i got a double burger with cheese and ketchup in it NO BACON WHATS SO EVER! (In that case it was not my order.). I asked for a onion rings, chicken fries, a road house burger, fries and mozzarella fried sticks and i waited forever to get the rest of my order which they messed up the order during the Long wait by saying they had my entire order in the bag but it was missing 2 items soooo wait again! The girl at the drive thru sounded sooooo tired and we could barely hear her in the drive thru intercom To get inside there were sooo much people waiting, i had to wait again in line to get some stuff fixed .That was the 2nd long wait i found out again that my road house was a simple burger a 3rd time going back inside to get it fixed too Finding out there is only 2 people working, a guy and the girl that orders at the drive thru and counter . The Onion Rings were soft Not even crunchy . The meat of my bacon king tasted like freezer burn. The fries were warm but not hot and the time to get all my order fixed everything was cold Wow!! just wow i ll remind myself to never go there again pass 5pm!!

Went thru drive thru. Nothing ready so had to pull into parking lot. Waited 20 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches! Noticed st least 3 other cars waiting for their meals . Mine has nothing in it just chicken on a bun. If i didn t think it would take another 20 minutes to get a proper chicken sandwich i would have gone in to complain. I m just never coming back to this location.

The food was SO old and nasty. At least half the time the food is hot now. It s about 50/50 whether you re going to enjoy your meal or want to toss it but at least it s no longer just toss it and head to McDonald s.

Well, been there three times! Service is terrible! Food comes thrown in a bag as if it was packed by an infant! Fries cold! Wrong drink ! Chicken burger had cold bun and Luke warm meat! I think they need to find someone who knows about fast food to run the store ! It s not fast either! I think their fate will be sealed when McDonalds opens across the road!

Service is so slow and the restaurant is empty, hard to get acknowledgment when you walk in the door and wait time is way too long. I think the great reviews are by staff members or their friends. One washroom has been closed for over a month. It s just not a nice place to get fast food. I think Head Office needs to come up and do some training with the existing staff. Shopping carts from near by stores are laying on the ground at the restaurant and it s just not good vibes at this place , such a shame for a city that has been without a BK for over 20 years.

SIMRAN, is awesome at serving up Cold hamburgers, warm drinks and hot greasey bathrooms! Ask any Patel! Burgers are luke warm at best so the cheese is unable to melt. The fries are terrible. Orders get mixed up often. I should have read my review before I went there again. But I will remember after today. Cold again! Its only a matter of time before someone gets sick! After reading the other reviews it seems to be the reoccurring theme. Restaurant Brands International should find someone else to manage this franchise.

Not impressed at all. Had to confirm my order with a male employee FOUR TIMES before he understood what I wanted ..and still managed to screw it up. Parking lot and drive through is awful! Havent been to BK in quite a while. Decided to have some onion rings for a change. Theyre terrible! They were not crispy, and the onion inside is more like minced onion as opposed to a nice big ring. So disappointing.

Since they opened this location, we use the drive-in, take-out or eat-in. I give them 4 start not for the food or ambiance but more for the time waiting for your order... I understand they might be short on staff, but they have been open over a year. You shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes at the register when there is no customer in the restaurant to make your order.

So this was my familys second time ordering from the Owen sound location, the first time they were missing a few things, which is excusable because at the time they were rushed and understaffed. Tonight though we ordered 4 whoppers and only got 2. My dad ended up calling, asking them for either a refund for the burgers missing or the burgers themselves, we also ended up getting not what we needed. They apologized and hung up, get better staff who know how to count.

Ordered from skip. Driver great. Received only 2 of the 4 burgers I had ordered. Skip should be refunding the money. However when I contacted the restaurant, all I got was a sorry I just got here. I ga e them 2 bags, how many did you receive? Ill give you 2 more on your next visit.. then the person I was talking to never said anything when I asked why would I come back. Then he had disconnected the call. What kind of customer service is this? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!

Stopped in tonight to pick up dinner. Starts taking order then interrupts. Wait please. 3-4 minutes goes by. Then I get told second window. Hi Im not done. Order the second item. Get asked anything else? Yeah order the third item get told second window. Pull ahead and pay. Told to park out front. Waiting for something being made fresh. Thats a laugh. Stuff I ordered wasnt what we got. Nothing fresh made thats for sure. Everything was gross. Staff were impatient & rude. Food was lousy. Wont go there again.

The Whopper was delicious. Just like at every Burger King. The place isnt that cold either. But it didnt make a good impression. The tables werent wiped down either. Even though there were no other customers in the restaurant.

One thing they need to improve. Moble order is a mess. First thing it comes directly to the billing machine. Staff dont have any information on monitor. Last time we pull out the oder slip from the box. So make sure mobile orders are correctly delivered.

Food is decent - standard for fast food. Service is awful. Today was the last time Ill (try to) eat there. Pulled into the drive through lineup, waited for about 10 minutes for the 2 people in front of me to get their order taken. Then when I pulled up, there were signs on the order window, which isnt visible from anywhere outside the dive through, telling me that the dive through was only taking cash. The cash only thing is fine. I get that tech lets people down. What isnt fine is the complete lack of signage telling me about it BEFORE I was trapped in the drive through. Between the wait for the slow order process and the wait after I realized that I had no way of buying food, I had no time left to get lunch elsewhere, so now I get to be hungry for the rest of the day, all because someone couldnt be bothered to put a sign somewhere that can be seen.

Pull through the drive thru at 9:30pm Only one employee. Takes my order, takes my money, then makes me pull up front while he makes my food, then brings it out to me. Food

I ve ordered here 3 times and they ve messed up the order 3 times. That s a 0% order accuracy score. They corrected the orders each time but not after I was pulled away from the drive through which necessitated a turn around. Just double check your order against your receipt is my only recommendation.

When I entered today at around 1pm, it was really busy. There were three guys working, and they did an excellent job. I sincerely appreciate what they did, and I really enjoyed the hot, delectable food. It was incredible as I had the bacon king combo and nuggets.

Because the burger meat is made from flame grill, it is very delicious.

Have gone several times and every time the staff have gotten orders wrong - drive thru and in person. Whenever we would bring food back to correct our order servers and cooks would comment thats not what they heard despite receipt reflecting proper order. Management seemed hesitant to assist with issues and just generally gave off an annoyed attitude. Understandable from a fast food place, just be prepared for the headache if you go here - and most drive thru trips result in you parking out front and waiting for your order for 5-10 minutes regardless. Absolutely terrible, my husband s whopper was RAW, grill marks on the outside but the both patties were pink and completely raw on the inside. My chicken sandwich looked like a 3 year old put it together and all of our drinks were wrong. I can honestly say this will be the last time we will go to this location as EVERY SINGLE TIME there has been issues with our order. Why even bother if this is how you are going to operate?

wow just brutal, wife and i went there 755pm last night...first off i have NEVER had french fries with SUGAR on them, yes thats right they were not salted but sugared.. tried calling but the phone wasnt connected. to top it off the whoppers were more like skinny smash burgers and were mushy, meaning not fully cooked. Visited tonight, service was pretty slow. 20 minutes for food, staff didnt really seem like they wanted to be there. Sat down to find out they put sugar on the fries instead of salt...

Fries were half full. My plain burger had ketchup wiped off when I confronted them and they argued it was plain until l I showed them the smear of ketchup across the entire bun. Order was also wrong. She added 2 drinks in when we asked for 1 and then looked annoyed when we said we didn t want 2.

Incredibly SLOW! Went in to get the $5 Jr deal. I was the only one in the store, took 5mins just for them to acknowledge me. Then waited another 5mins just to take my order & wait another 10mins for my meal. So after wasting 20mins of my time, Did i mention i was the only customer in side. My fries were plain and both burgers cold. For going there for the first time and as a treat for myself I will NOT be returning. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

Well Ive had to completely change my rating. Went there today and stood in line for almost 15 minutes. There was one guy taking orders, who looked like he had no idea what he was doing; it didnt help that the customer ordering wad shouting and being very demanding. Then the same guy taking the orders went to the back and started making the food, even though there were already 2 other people making food, so the rest of us still standing in line, stood there and waited. After 5 minutes a lady who was packing for drive thru came over and took 1 order and then left again to go pack orders, so the rest of us in line, stood there waiting, again. By this time 3 groups of people had left the line and walked out. We decided to go eat someplace else, after standing there for just under 15 minutes. There were only 5 people in front of me, and 2 of them had left and the first one was finished ordering and waiting for their food when I walked in (so 15 minutes to take 2 peoples orders). Very disappointed with the service today.

They can t count , you tell them 3 nugget meals and they hear 1 so you have to repeat is 5-6 time before they get it . They didn t give any of the kids toys with their meals . We order 5 kids meals for our kids and two adults . They gave the adult meal kids onion rings .. this is all after the one guy said don t forget anything this time to his workers and they still can t get it ! This is on going issues forgetting stuff . Every Burger King can get it together but Owen sound . They move slow. They don t understand anything you ask or say . They argue and rude forget Things constantly. . They keep doing this they will loose service again . Owen sound old Burger King never had this issue . They need to hire non lazy workers who care to actually work and do their job properly and clearly manager isn t doing their parts to make sure bags are being packed properly and workers are following the company rules and policies . I absolutely hate this Burger King now .

The best burger. Way better than McDonalds

Sad state of affairs. Waited 25 in line to order then waited another 10 minuets for my food.

New burger king .. common get a whopper.

Cold, dry buns. Will never go back. What happened to quality

Clean and bright with lots of seating and accessible parking. Staff was cheerful, efficient and quick. Food was hot and delicious.

Service is getting better. Staff seemed not happy nor sure if they were in the right working place. Just simply didnt have a positive vibes with the staff.
