Good food at a reasonable price!

fantastic food at a great price. friendly staff too.

Got a chicken ceaser wrap among other things. got home and noticed the tortilla wrap was moldy on the outside. went back and asked for a refund and they said the mold was just bacon.. (they cut the wrap open thinking that would explain the mold on the outside?) Either way not impressed considering it was $12 and i had to throw it out.

The food is always on point, the portions are massive, and Ive never left hungry.

Great place to eat. Carrie the owner very friendly. Had the best Loaded sausage on a bun. Definitely going back!!! Kid-friendliness: Outside picnic tables and area for kid fun. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level access excellent.

Wont be going back. The last few times I have been here have been nothing but disappointing. I just had to wait 20 minutes to get under cooked food, both my onion rings and battered mushrooms, they looked fine on the outside however the inside was still raw batter it was disgusting. My burger was also overcooked and dry. Very disappointing. The old owners are deeply missed, the food is no longer worth the money in my opinion. :(

So a couple weeks back I order deep fried Mars bar for the kids it came with nice cooked Mars bar with 2 scoops of ice cream Carmel and chocolate syrup with 3 pieces of fruit which was amazing but today we went and we order the same thing but got just a deep fried Mars bar and thats it everyone was surprised and disappointed. Same price for both times. If you change what you service make it known.

This was my first visit to ted and graces ever and now I wont stop talking about how great they are. The food was beyond delicious and tasted so fresh. My husband got the dill pickle poutine and I swear he died and went to heaven and came back, he said it was that good. Definitely recommend during the summers to get their milkshakes, thick, creamy delciousness

Went here a few times and every single time i have had horrible customer service. One time i ended up leaving without even ordering after waiting 35 minutes to order without even being acknowledged. And when i walked up to the window i was told to step back so i waited some more. there was 3 people out front. Anyways the following year i decided to come back and this time, it was just this passed friday i ordered, and waited and waited and waited patiently. Eventually i start getting hungrier (was supposed to get a snack but 45 min later waiting for a large fry we were starving) so i walked up to the window and waited patiently to ask if we could upgrade our fry to a poutine. few moments later after glaring at me, i said i just have a question She walks up to me stares at me and yells 83 in my face and continues to just ignore me. I go to speak and she cuts me off and says MOVE OTHER WINDOW and i was like oh ok. then she yells at her coworker, this young girl maybe 15 and says will u deal with this *waving her hands all around and just was extremely rude. We upsized it to a poutine and after an hour it was finally here. She gave us one fork and so my friend says, could we have another fork please and she points down to the container and says look. So so rude. I work in retail and have had some terrible customers, but i would never speak to a customer that way. I dont want to come back if this brown haired lady keeps treating me like garbage everytime i want a poutine. Food is good, that lady. Terrible

Always try to support local places but its hard when they close at 7pm on a beautiful summer evening on a Friday after a Harbour walk. Tried to go here 3 times now and closed every time. Id much rather go to ted and graces rather then a Boston pizza type place but it is what it is

The funnel cake I had was good, but the hot dog I had a few weeks back wasnt nearly as nice as the old owners had it. Not sure what the difference was, but it just didnt seem as yummy. Also, they were nice, but the person Im assuming to be the owner begging (even if in a joking way) for 5 star reviews does seem a little desperate to me. In this town, words tends to travel by mouth as I doubt the majority of the elderly population even know about google reviews. Its something to take into consideration. The credit/debit card machine and environmentally-friendly packaging is a plus, though...even if it did make my funnel cake taste a little funny. Edit: Them being closed on both Mondays and Tuesdays during the summer is having them lose out on a ton of profit. I hope they reconsider.

We got two regular poutines and some mozzarella sticks. The poutines were just ok. Very average. The mozzarella sticks were terribly over fried and all but empty on the inside.

This is the first time Ive had Ted and Graces since new management has taken over. I ordered (through skip) a bacon cheese burger and onion rings. The burger meat was tasteless, the best part was the toppings. And quite frankly the only reason I ate it was because I paid so much for it lol. The onion rings were over fried and hard to chew. Super disappointed as this was once one of my fav places to take the kids during the summer season. Unfortunately I will not order from here again. Such a shame

Burger and shake shack with a ton of options on the menu. Do get the burgers, jalapeño poppers, shakes, fries. Do not get the grilled chicken sandwich.

Solid food truck, good portions, reasonably priced. Highlights are the poutine and chicken fingers, which might be the best I ve ever had.

We had icecream. Good service -Atmosphere is irrelevant- outside on a street corner. Who on earth wrote best icecream ever ?It s not even icecream. It s soft serve, which is not icecream. And the flavours are just some thin trail of whatever you order. Where is real icecream in Owen sound? Sooo disappointed.

Best place on Earth. I m a Hawaiian burger guy. Very good.

Standard food stand fare/, cooked perfectly. Decent options for vegetarians, including a veggie Jamaican patty and cauliflower bites. Great portions for the price and eco-conscious packaging. Overall, very impressed with my first experience!

Their new milkshake machine makes the best milkshakes around. Their smoked burgers are absolutely mouth watering and the unsmoked ones are amazing as well. The place inside is surgical room clean and they keep everything maintained and cleaned to the highest of standards. Unbeatable portions and pricing for the quality! I do offer free storage for milkshake machines during the off season, if they are interested? Edit: 4 yrs later even better!. NEW OWNERS NOW 2021! DONT EXPECT THE SAME QUALITY! In response to the new owner. I ate there on the date I posted my review Skin on frozen fries, greek wrap no feta or dressing. And also a week later, your hot dogs are not as good as they were. I have always had high hopes for anyone running this business. I am not saying you are not good, I am saying SO FAR you arent as good.

Waited almost an hour for fries as they handed out ice cream to others who ordered after us. Ended up getting our money back and leaving because they never put our fries on in the first place

Saw the reviews so decided to stop by on our way from Cobble beach. The famous chicken on a bun is similar to a messy chicken sandwich from swiss chalet. I was not expecting that kind of chicken but it wasnt the greatest. We ordered the large poutine and the gravy tasted good and the cheese curds were huge but needed to be melted in a bit more. The burger was smoked well.

Not what it used to be. Not even hand cut fries anymore. I would say its gone from good to fair.

Since we lost the market chip wagon this has been our new go to. Fries are always crispy, both kids give the seal of approval. Not sure who manages training the front staff, but they are doing something right. Super crazy polite and positive and always looking for ways to improve the experience.

I eat from here quite frequently and the food is piping hot like fresh and good portions the employees are friendly courteous and I dont have a bad thing to say about this seemingly simple ice cream/French Fry stand Persaud their menu choices are diverse from salad to my personal favorite a Hawaiian burger its a burger with peameal bacon grilled pineapple and spicy mayo sauce stuff . ii recommend this eatery everyone should try them!

Its too bad that the smoke burger was taken off the menu, but the regular burger is easily in Owen Sounds top 3 burgers. Carrie has done a great job of taking over. Also very happy to see digital payments are now accepted as the previous owners cash only policy had certainly cost them some visits in the past.

Has changed hands a few times. The new owners have made great improvement especially the cooking.

Just ordered from here for the first time and the food is amazing. I had their mushroom mozza burger and the dilly fries are to die for. I will be ordering from here again.

The food here is absolutely amazing! Over time I have had the cheeseburger, the poutine, deep fried pickles and mozza sticks and all of the food has been incredible! I 100% recommend Ted & Graces to anyone looking for good food.

Top-notch, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and gravy on the side. Was going to take a picture but damn it smelled so good I forgot. The smell was nothing compared to the taste! The burger - lots of bacon and cheese that was melted and a freshly cooked patty. The fries - best fries I have had in a while, just the right amount of salt and a thick gravy the way gravy should be. Next time im in the area I know where im stopping.

Absolutely phenomenal restaurant! Their ice cream cones are well worth the price, and the staff have always been nice! Definitely worth a trip!

Stopped in for a bite to eat on the road with my fiancee and dog. I had a bacon cheese burger and she had the jumbo hotdog, a small fry to share and water for the pup. The food was very reasonably priced and very good quality. Staff are friendly, polite, and smiling. Establishment was deceiving from a half mile out, well above my expectations, very clean and well kept. TLDR: Crayon drawing in the window says best food in town. We couldnt agree more, highly recommended.

This is a good place to eat that has been in business for a long time. Unfortunately, the recipe for the chicken on a bun has changed and it not nearly as good as it used to be, but good nonetheless. The parking situation has improved since they acquired more land. The prices are slightly higher than competition though.

Awesome burgers. Things perfectly fried -you can tell they use clean oil at the perfect temperature, because the battered mushrooms were not dripping oil, the batter crisp and tasted perfect. They have picnic tables, or you can take a short walk to the waterfront and enjoy a picnic there. They have smoked burgers!!!!
