Good subs if a little over priced. Don t bother using Door Dash; they don t deliver.

I went to Firehouse subs the employees were standing around the dining room tables were absolutely dirty and food was not clean too.I had to ask the employee to come and clean my table .

Food here is expensive, but quality food is exactly that. A proper sub made neatly with quality ingredients. It s never busy when I order from here. It helps to know that some proceeds go to first responders/emergency services!

Went here with a few other first responders. We got called out shortly after ordering, and returned a few hours later and they remade our subs for us! And then someone grabbed my sub by accident, so they made me ANOTHER one and gave me extra chips and pickles to apologize. Great food and great customer service.

Great food when they get it the first time. I am struggling with the concept when I ask for certain ingredients to being taken off, but find them on anyway.

Subs are delicious. I adore these sandwiches because they make my mouth water just thinking about them. But unfortunately, they also make my wallet ache. Lots of choices and customizable options. I also really appreciate the service and funding they return to our community.

Love this place. We have never had a bad experience here. Fast friendly service, excellent food and extremely clean. We are regulars here now, to the point that the staff knows my name.

They also have a veggie sub option. Every time I go for veggie or veggie with mushrooms, they are really delicious. I strongly recommend to try it. The great thing is that they give pickle on the side which makes it a perfect pair with sub. However, its free of cost Wheelchair accessibility: They also have disable washroom.

Cant say theres much point in allowing orders for predetermined times if youre not even going to have it started by then. Still got the order wrong, too. Nice.

Super disappointed they don t have a gluten free bread option. I looked online before going and seen they offer gluten free only to get there and have to get a salad. My husband got a sub and said it was amazing. The customer service is not good. It took 20 mins to get our order. If they had a gluten free option it would easily be worth the wait for me, but we won t be back until then, if ever, unfortunately.

Food was delicious, but a little pricey.

I was going to go here for my first time to try their gluten free sub. I pulled up and one of their employees was sitting in the front window seat on break facing out. He was picking his nose. I couldnt believe my eyes! He kept doing it quite aggressively. I could not even bring myself to go in and never will. Absolutely disgusting.

The flavoring is the best. Loaded with topping , our favorite sub shop.

Great Subs. Expensive, but they are large and have really good ingredients. Italian is my go to. Meatball was meh, and really messy almost impossible to eat as a sub with you hands. Otherwise all is pretty amazing. 3 x Subs was $46.

Every time I ve gone here, the staff has always been really friendly and welcoming. The food is solid - their bread is always fresh and the ingredients are quality. Well made sandwiches! And they have sooo many options for soda with their great self-serve soda machine. Costs a bit more than subway, but I think provides better value and quality.

The sub was good minus the bread being stale as hell. I ve never had that issue before but it was like the bread was made in the morning and left out.

The people there were amazing. I was that jerk who showed up 5 minutes before close. But they were all very nice and still took my order. I asked if they had any recommendations and they told me the cheddar brisket sub is good. I also would like to add how I left and forgot my water that I order and the one employee was nice enough to drive and give it to me. All around a amazing place and would recommend to anyone who wants a nice sub. Thank you staff and Firehouse Subs for the amazing experience.

First time trying out firehouse subs, i got a large meatball sub and it was honestly extremely delicious. Im just blown away by the quality and flavor of the meatball sub. Ill definitely be ordering more in the future and ill definitely have to try out some other subs. Staff where awsome and super friendly, great place overall.

Good portions. I like that you can customize your sub. Cool atmosphere, but only ordered takeout. Ordering through the app was easy, the staff were friendly, our order was prompt, and the food was delish.

The sub tasted alright but for a $21 combo I would have thought a medium would have been bigger. Also watching them steam the meat and drain the gross looking juices from it in front of my face has put me off. Why would you steam the meat when you have a toaster for the buns, put the meat and the bun on a tray or something a send them both through the toaster the meat will cook and cheese will melt without as much of the juice to be drained.

I have visited so many firehouse subs in GTA, but this one is very good in terms of service and food. Staff is very friendly and especially Darpan patel. I liked the way of treating customer. The most thing I liked about this restaurant is its cleanliness. I have never seen this kind of cleanliness at any restaurants.

First time visiting Owen Sound. Have heard a lot about the Firehousesubs so felt like trying it out. Visited there today for lunch. The expectation about the food and customer service meets the hype. Glad I decided to visit the store for lunch. Really up to the mark service as well kudos for cleanliness as well. I tried their Hook & Ladder and yes let me tell you it was really good !!! Great food, love their subs. I just think the 3 workers preparing the food need to work faster, as there were several customers waiting, and they only appear to make one order at a time. Could be more efficient.

When you can t under stand what they are saying and they mess up your order who is at fault. Put ppl that can speak fluent English at the order line or don t hire them if they can t do there job witch they have to talk in English

Went to this new Firehouse Sub place on my BDay and got a Steak and Cheese sub and was totally disappointed. First off $18 total for a sub including tax and a 50 cent donation that was taken from me by the cashier without my consent. $18 for a sub that cost them about $4 to make what a rip off the sub was worth no more than $8 and for someone who is not overweight I was still hungry after eating it, in fact I could have eaten two of them. I will never eat at Firehouse Subs again I will make my own at home, nothing special about this WAY OVERPRICED joint. Stay Home make your own way cheaper.

I must say this was a great lunch, a bit pricey but WELL worth it. The subs range between $9.49-$15 depending on sizes they have a Medium which is 8 inches or a Larger which is 12 inches either whole wheat or white. I must say the meat ball sub and brisket where great. Younger generation working in the establishment very polite, very clean in the bathrooms and employees took great care of the dining area. We will be back to enjoy many more great subs!!

Had two subs today one vegetarian and one meat totally the best subs my wife and I have ever had. Plus the dill pickle is so damn good. The young lady taking the order was excellent . This is a very nice addition to Owen Sound eateries

Placed my order online, walked in was ready within a couple mins of its estimated pickup time. The place was clean with lots of friendly staff. I ordered the hook & ladder. Its more $$$ than subway, but has better ingredients. My total was ~$15 for a large size. If you havent tried them yet, give em a try. You get your moneys worth. You will not walk away hungry!

Excruciatingly slow, and mediocre at best. Took 20 minutes to get a sub and ended up with the wrong bread at the end.

This place has given me an entirely new experience to have subs. Their subs are not the ones that you eat on regular basis. It gives you a premium experience to have subs. I would highly recommend to have a sub over here.

I had heard mixed reviews about firehouse subs in the past and I had never tried it for that reason. My wife recently kept ordering from there and so I thought I should try it. Was delightfully surprised. Delicious sub, got a pulled chicken sub the chicken felt fresh the bread felt nice and soft. Highly recommend I know where my next sub craving will be at ! Nice staff too and wait time was very reasonable.

Meh, I hate when restaurants try to reinvent the wheel , Mr.sub is still the best because they make a good fresh classic sub at a reasonable price , firehouse 20 bucks for a pizza sub and a coke ? Cmon

30 dollars for just 2 small subs. Took over 25min from ordering. The bag the food came in had food all over the bottom and was dripping. The staff while nice....didnt seem to be working in any sort of timely manner (there were 7 people working) My steak sub was so thin and small compared to my partners over flowing sub. The steak was pure sodium....and the sauce they put on it was greasy. My partner like her sub.....but that was followed up with still not worth it.

Pepperoni meatball sub is very good.

The wait in line is short but the wait for food a bit long. I placed an order on the phone but after I paid my order the wait is about 15min. Taste is so good so it s worth a wait.

Sub was ok, nothing to fet excited about. Fountain pop machine was out of order until they manually added ice. When staff member added ice, they rested the lid on the floor against machine. Didnt look sanitary to me.

In comparison to Subway; the price is more but the taste and portion size are hands down better at Firehouse. I tried the Hook and Ladder sub and it didnt disappoint. Im a new fan!

Awesome food

I have nothing bad to say about this location! My boyfriend loves the subs! We have no problem driving across town at any point of the day to get him his favourite! The staff are always very friendly and the atmosphere is very clean at all times including the bathroom. This is a newer location to owensound and since day one they have been operating as if they had years of experience! Try and avoid going at busy times if you are looking to avoid a line up!
