Me and my husband went to pick some fast food and we didn t order much but 3workers who were there helped with everything and were very nice. The guy that seemed like he was training also did a very good job. Also food is always good so i highly recommend!

Pathetic shop

Though mentioned as 10pm closure and we reached at 9:30 pm and Baird showed as Open outside still they didn t take order and told they are closed. We came tired form Blue Mountain and new to Owen Sound and their hospitality was really unimpressive.

Totally unprofessional. They told us the restaurant is closed at 9pm when the Open sign was still glowing bright and it was supposed to be open till 10pm as per the hours. They are ruining Osmow s reputation.

Really Great to have this food daily. I always thank the team of osmows for thier great service and quality food which keeps it more overwhelming to visit this place again and again great food with great taste. Must try out this place!!!!!

This place is so bad. I really hope people in the area get to go to a better Shwarma place in the GTA as a reference . Every single time I ve come here the chicken is either undercooked and the wrap is always cold. Osmows as a chain is a great place but the ownership really lacks at making a good wrap. Be careful with the spice although I love spicy food the spice they use always gives me stomach problems.

Ordered 7 large wraps for lunch. I should have checked the bag. Got home to find 5 wraps. I even gave a nice tip.

This Osmows is by far better then rest of them, I tried The Barrie location I got sick, the lady was super nice and friendly, I d definitely recommend Wheelchair accessibility: Washroom

I am a regular customer here. I take food from here atleast 3 times a week. Today i ordered for a student meal plan and it includes a medium box and a drink. The quality and quantity was pathetic compared to when you order a regular medium box. The chicken is raw in some pieces and also the rice isn t cooked through. I have been to many osmow s but this location is least friendly and welcoming to people. Employees here tend to show a different approach to the people of their own community. I am telling this because i speak many languages and moreover facial expressions and gestures speaks loud and they were never welcoming to me. I wish they take this review seriously and work on it to improve the service.

One of the best places I ve ever been. The staffs working here are really friendly. Great service and excellent quality of food. I would certainly recommend others to here.

I ordered a lamb shawarma from Osmow s Shawarma and I was blown away by how delicious it was. The lamb was tender, juicy and well-seasoned, and the pita wrap was soft and fresh. The sauce was creamy and spicy, just how I like it. The portion size was generous and the price was reasonable. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and cozy. I highly recommend Osmow s Shawarma to anyone who loves Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. It s one of the best shawarmas I ve ever had!

I always love Osmows. The best shawarma place I have ever eaten in Canada . I won t hesitate to put a review every time I eat here. I tried in a lot of locations and everywhere it was perfect. I would suggest whoever is reading this review to try at least once and I bet you will never regret . Thanks to Osmows thanks to urvi.

I have ordered chicken on the rocks large with out pickels , they have added pickels.. the person started keeping less Garlic sauce, when i asked , the person was rude by saying it takes extra money.. ( they should provide sauce according to the quantity we order, its the same amount of sauce for all sizes) . There is no welcoming nature while taking orders. They speak in thier own language by giving rude facial expressions when customers are around . I hope the management should try to train how to provide customer service ( just not taking orders is customer service). I have ordered on 18th august, 2023 around 5:50pm. Please look for the person who has taken my order and Management should train him how to provide customer service.

I have ordered hummus several times. Their menu says you get 2 pitas. I always pay for an extra because 3 is not enough pita for the hummus. So I should get 3. They give only 1 every single time. Its very frustrating because I end up throwing out most of the hummus.

This is the best Osmow s! I ve eaten at the London location and Owesound Osmow s is MUCH better. The service here is quick, the store is very clean and the food is great! What I liked best is that they do not over stuff the wraps with toppings like lettuce, that way the wrap is a good size and tastes great! This is my favourite spot and I will always return!

Shawarma was good, the first ever spicy one have eaten.

First time ever trying Osmows and couldnt be more disappointed. Ordered for delivery and only received half of my order, no pita for the hummus appetizer even though I ordered extra I received none at all, completely missing one wrap. What was delivered was freezing cold.

I have eaten there several times and really enjoyed it! Also I really like that the Owner/Manager actually reads the reviews and responds . Rare in this day in age . No matter what you say about this place you have to appreciate a person who is really concerned about his customers and his reputation.

i bought 2 medium chicken shawarma on the rocks with extra scoop of chicken.. they charge for extra scoop of chicken but they didnt put chicken in the shawarma neither they put any sauce properly ....very bad experience

Getting osmows after grocery shopping is becoming a ritual for us and I havent had anything on their menu that Ive disliked yet. This location is clean and the staff are usually on the ball.

Ordered food from here. App said it was delivered but it wasn t. Tried calling the store at 845pm (15 min before store closed) and my calls went straight to voicemail after ringing only 3 times. I m not gonna be spending my money here as well and I will let friends and family know that there orders may go missing when buying from here.

Average Shawarma, though the lamb is the best over the beef and chicken. Chicken always has gristle in it the 3 or 4 times Ive been. Ive never actually seen them shave the meat off the rotisserie even though that is how its always done at every other shawarma restaurant Ive been to both in Canada and overseas. I think even this small change could help improve the quality of the food; that and getting better cuts of meat and trimming it properly. A very average middle eastern restaurant. Nowhere near the best, even in the area.

Worst Osmows I ve ever been to. Do NOT go here. I have been to osmows many times but this one specifically has given the lowest quantity I have ever seen MORE THAN ONCE. Do not go here, go somewhere else.

Great food, get it multiple times a week. I only have one issue, they claim the put onions and tomatoes in the chicken/beef rice shawarmas but I never get them. There has only been a couple times where Ive seen them in my dish. One time I asked for extra tomatoes and onions and they said they already put them in. The dish still had traces of them. Still a solid 4/5 though.

They chicken was too dry, Serving was small.The essence of Shawarma is parsley, there was no parsley. We expected good quality food becuase Osmows is a popular food chain but unfortunately it was a disappointment.

I would say it s average chicken shawarma. It s strange that they don t shave the meat off the rotisserie. I had never seen this ever at any other shawarma restaurant. Kindly don t do this and shave the meat off the rotisserie directly. Other suggestion is to add more vegetables and give customers the option to put the vegetables & sauces they want. The good thing is halal and they do have a small,decent sitting arrangements with ample free parking in front of the place.

Osmows food is good, but this location in particular just does not get the orders correct my orders have been made wrong both times I ve gone here and I ve heard the same from others. I ve never had these problems at other osmows, the training or something is inadequate at this location. This is pretty unacceptable and potentially dangerous when it comes to serving food. If you have food allergies or sensitivities I d steer clear of this location.

Great taste ..must visit shawarma place in owen sound ..

I was originally a fan of this location however my last 2 visits have changed my mind. The last 2 times I had barely any sauce in my shawarma unlike before. Also, questionable food hygiene practices (friends coming in leaning over the counter talking to the employees preparing food....talking directly over food being prepared, going behind counter, etc.), I saw one worker drop fry packs on the ground and then USE them, employees using the cash and then preparing food with same gloves, etc. My last visit I ate and became very ill.

I always stop by at Osmows after Work. After having a long day its my go to food.They never disappoint me with their food. Always fresh and staff is super energetic. Food quality is Superb as always at Osmows.

Ordered two chicken Shawarmas which were unreal however the falafel on rice was not good. The rice was very undercooked. I wish the staff tried the rice a it was inedible.

Ive been to osmows in Waterdown, Burlington, and Toronto. This one far surpasses the others which are, okay. Owen Sound location is excellent.

Food is okay. Meat is very oily and so is the rice. Ask for sauces separately as the garlic sauce is also oil-based and the meal can quickly become very greasy. Salad is consistently wet. Will continue going though as shawarma options are limited in the local area

Order was messed up, chicken was low quality. I didnt even make it through a 1/4 of my meal before I stopped eating it because I couldnt stomach it. This was easily my worst experience with any form of take out/restaurant service Ive had.

Today was my first time trying Osmows and Im so glad I did. The chicken shawarma poutine was fantastic! Definitely be back again. Of course I went during the lunch hour when it was busier, but still didnt have to wait too long!
