A large garlic pancake with little substance. Had to keep our jackets on because the place was very cold. Waitress was confrontational once we complained. Thats a no repeat for us!

Stopped in on a date. Ive never been. Excellent energy. Great service. Didnt eat this time but WILL be back!

This place has the food of dreams. Delicious, flavourful and soft crepes; perfectly sweet banana fosters parfait and the most sublime apple crisp macchiato I ve ever had, as well as a hearty Cajun potato soup that packs a punch. Food was so good we didn t even have time to take pictures. Service was prompt, charming and enjoyable. Will be back!

If you are looking for a place that offers impeccable customer service, delicious food every time, with a delightful atmosphere, then this is your place! Other local eating establishments could learn a lot from the level of hospitality that we have come to expect from the Nook. Our order was taken within minutes, nothing about the experience dragged on or felt rushed, and we were done with our bill in hand in one hour.

Wow a little nook in the wall in the small town of Pembroke. It was like a menu from a fancy French restaurant and the crepe selection was enormous. Savoury to sweet. What an experience from the food to the service.

Went for lunch with 3 other adults. There is a great variety of sweet and savory crepes. Awesome hash browns cooked like a waffle. Nice patio and decor. Very pleasant and professional staff. Will definitely come again!

I loved that there was a full selection of mocktail options included on the drink menu! Since gaining my sobriety, one of the biggest things Ive noticed is the lack of variety in non-alcoholic drink options. The Nook Creperie was a delightful surprise to my normal restaurant experience. My only suggestion would be some privacy fencing or something for the patio due to the location being so close to the road downtown. I felt a little like a fish in a bowl waiting for my friend to arrive. All in all, though, I would definitely return. Parking: Parking is best in one of the lots across the street, then walking over.

We just celebrated Mothers Day here, and our group of twelve loved our brunch. Great service, atmosphere, and the best crepes.

I went there weekday for a late dinner. The restaurant is very popular and very very noisy. However the food is better than what I was expected I ordered a seasonal crêpe called Bourbon belle and it was fabulous. The staff is friendly and very busy . They are still getting food out from kitchen even after their official close hours. I will go back when they open the patio and maybe try to find a time when it is less busy

The food is great! I had the Strawberry French toast crepe and Strawberry Rubarb yogurt. Very fresh and tasty. I could not finish this! Weve had dinner here as well and loved it. Server was very friendly and atmosphere was relaxing. I would recommend this restaurant to any one.

One of the best spots in town to eat. Ive been for brunch, lunch, and dinners. Staff are always amazing, food is always fresh and delicious. Drinks are always great too. You really cant go wrong at this place no matter what you order. My personal favourites are the Leonardo savoury Crepe, the Nook Salad and the Pomme dessert crepe.

So Ive never had a lunch crepe....absolutely amazing! But what I enjoyed even more, my cream of earl grey tea! Oh goodness, purely delightful ty ....and the french onion soup, a different day, and photo compliments of Nook, lol.....but definitely yummy for moi tummy!! Food

Super chic and cozy creperie that lets you have wine with any meal! The servers are very friendly, but service can be slow during the lunch rush. They have a good selection of alternatives if you have allergies or sensitivities. The exposed brick in the restaurant, wood and gold accents really make it feel cozy!

I wasnt in love with the crepe as much as I had hoped but it was still enjoyable. Service and atmosphere were both fantastic though

What a gorgeous restaurant with delicious food and fantastic service. Their waffle hash browns are off the hook and the crepe was cooked perfectly. Paired it with a $5 mimosa and it was awesome. A must stop if you re in the area. Will be back again to explore the menu.

Great creperie! Didnt have to wait, quick service, great food and cappuccino. I had the Benny w/o asparagus and tomatoes, and the parfait. Definitely want to come back and try some others.

Im not sure how else to rate The Nook, because each time weve visited, the service is excellent, the food is superb, including the salads, crepes, sides and desserts! It was pretty busy in the summer and sittinf outside on the main street is a bit loud - but it was a small price to pay for our last visit. I look forward to being inside their cozy restaurant soon!

Ive been in this town for a year and this place has become our favorite restaurant. We are a family who eats our often and the nook tops our list. Every time a friend comes up to visit we take them there to eat. Ask for Michelle if you want top notch service from a super friendly person.

Very nice place for both dinner and desserts. Great espresso as well. Service was excellent. I didnt love my crepe that was brandy and grand marnier. Great presentation but a bit on the bitter end and I was having it with an unsweetened black American. The apple and walnut crepe was excellent. Would definitely go back.

Amazing. The 23$ dinner deal is impossible to beat. The crepe was great, and I always enjoy their caeser salad.

Where to begin with our awful experience, to start with it should be telling that the place was nearly empty for a late morning/early afternoon on the weekend. To start the server forgot to bring us to our table. Then it was the 1 hour wait to get our food, which was less than mediocre. The ham and cheese crepe was no better than a slice of deli meat with a slice of Kraft singles. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I don t expect them to last much longer if the service continues this way. I hope they are able to resolve these issues as they do have potential.

Always a treat to come and dine at The Nook! I have been coming here since it first opened. When I was going to Uni out of town I would make sure to go eat here when I would visit the fam! Amazing food and an awesome staff! I have never had a bad experience here. If you like crepes, you will like The Nook. Dietary restrictions: My mother has an autoimmune disease that effects her mouth and she cant eat sharp or specific foods and the staff are always accommodating! Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves a good small crepe and the price for their childrens meals are reasonable.

I ve been to the nook countless times, tried half the menu, and have never had something I didn t like. My favourite are the classique, the lox, the Italia, the Siena, Michelangelo, and La champagne. The dessert crepes are also delicious, particularly the fraise and and fandango. Best place to eat in Pembroke.

We went for breakfast, not knowing what to expect, and encountered a good experience that our 10-year old son described as a five gold star restaurant. He said it was the best food he had ever had. Thats saying a lot, but seriously, we had an amazing crepe each (the Calabria), fully loaded hash browns, and a delicious Tuscan tomato soup. All superb, and we were served with delight and good humor by Donna, who made the experience all the better. Highly recommended!

I always enjoy my visits to The Nook Creperie. The food is excellent - The flavours of each menu item are well thought out and balanced. I have not had any of the sweet crepes but all of the savory dishes I have tried have all been excellent. The atmosphere is lovely, even more so now that theyve expanded. The exposed brick and clean lines of the decore are very pleasing. It feels high class (compared to other restaurant in the area) without being pompous. A very good choice for a lunch with friends, special occasion or alone either a book as company.

I enjoy coming here for dates eith friends, we made a reservation today for 1030 am, we had just finished eating and having our coffee when one of the wait staff asked us to leave as they had other reservations. This is absolutely terrible. My friend had to chug her latte that was just brought to her. This is absolutely not okay.

The patio is very nice, though on the street, it is quiet and warm (in the Sun). The crepes were amazing as always (I had La Campagne) and there is a wide selection of wine and beer available too.

Great spot for an amazing brunch or breakfast. Their crepes and ingredients are excellent, the combinations offer some very unique flavors. The homemade soups that rotate daily are excellent. Often with vegan/veg options. Best part is the price for the amount and quality of food you get is perfect, with a crepe (which is significant on its own) and soup/salad/parfait/hashbrown costing around 16$. Parking: Park down the street a bit, theres a free 3 hour lot.

First time at The Nook last night. I had The Bourbon Belle and it was honestly one of the most delicious things I have eaten in a while. Our waitress was friendly and overall a great place to eat. Will be going back to try another crepe!

Small restaurant with friendly staff. Parking behind the building is 4 dollars max but, there is plenty of free parking around if you dont mind a short walk. The food is delicious with lots of options. The kids menu is great! Kid-friendliness: As long as your kid likes crepes they will enjoy eating here. The nutella and banana was a huge hit for our family.

About one block from my other favourite place to eat im Pembroke, Nomada Tacos. O the turmoil! Which shall I choose! The nook has fantastic crêpe based food. I thought it would be light eating but the portions are quite big.

This was my first time trying the food at the Nook and the food and the drinks were good.

While working in the area for a short time, my boyfriend and I decided to visit The Nook for a impromptu date night last Wednesday. Although the restaurant was fairly busy, they managed to squeeze us in and even accommodated our request for a booth. The food was excellent! The appetizers, entrees, and desert exceeded the high expectations we had after reading other reviews before visiting. But... what truly made our night was the lovely waitress who served us. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves some real recognition! She was very professional, extremely charming, easy genuine with recommendations, and had some great one liners to top it off! Also, her service was quick while not making us feel rushed at all. Overall great experience- glad we made the trip!

Best food in the Valley

The Nook is something out of a movie. You walk in and are greeted with a bright smile as waitresses hustle past delivering well assembled plates that steal your attention. The tables are full but they manage to find you a place to eat. The quality of their crepes is second to none. Dessert and savoury options galore, you wont be disappointed at all. Visit the Nook for the food, stay for the ambience, and leave feeling satisfied on both fronts.

Ordered the white chocolate chai latte, El diablo crepe with fruit and yogurt parfait and for dessert the creme brule. Also ordered takeout for my daughter afterwards. Popeye crepe with chicken breast and asparagus extra and a side of ceasar salad. All food was phenomenal as always. The chai latte was so creamy and rich. Service was amazing I absolutely give 5 stars! And the atmosphere was bright but ambient with indoor lighting but also natural light from windows. The Decor gives vibes of a French bistro. Overall a wonderful dining experience.

I adore this place! I m so sad I don t live in pembroke anymore but whenever I am there I always make sure to stop in or I pick up one of their ceaser salads! There dressing is the best ceaser dressing I ve ever had! Don t miss out!

Wonderful spot, read the great reviews on a travel website, sure didnt dissapoint. Had a delicious berry compote crepe, it was spectacular. Also had French onion soup and salad, equally delicious. Beautiful environment, love the exposed walls and high ceilings, very cool. Best part of all though was the service. Greeted promptly and warmly, then the server at our table was friendly, warm, and ensured we were well looked after. Next time we visit this town, we will be back. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
