Not sure how they get 4 stars. Absolutely horrible! We used to order from here all the time. We decided that we would order since the pembroke location was up and running. I paid $60 for cold pizza that had wrong toppings. I called to complain and the manager kept calling me Sir even after I told him I was a woman. It was insulting and I will never return to this location!!!
Received raw chicken wings and instead of sending out a new delivery was told I could have a $7 store credit or nothing.

Just ordered the last pizza our family will ever order from Pizza Hut. Rude phone service, and you're charging me $3.50 to remove black olives from a large pizza and replace with green olives. Ridiculous! Pizza was late, pizza had very small amount of toppings to begin with, & crust was soggy & uncooked in spots. Gross. Never again. I'll keep going to Joe's Pizzeria or anywhere else. See ya.
We were on our way to East Side Mario’s for lunch from Petawawa, but decided we weren’t really feeling the drive. We decided to give Pizza Hut a shot. I’m really glad we did, service was prompt, friendly and accommodating. Food was sooo yummy and the kids loved it. Contrary to a post complaining about the news I actually enjoyed hearing the news even made a point of saying that to my partner while we were dining. I suppose that can definitely be preferential. The building itself is a bit outdated and could use some love but didn’t ruin the experience. In addition it was very affordable excellent portions for the price. We will be back :)
Food was good but the The server needs hearing aids. After much difficulty in placing our eat in order this afternoon I chose to order my pickup order to take home to the rest of my family online. Now that we’ve driven home 45 minutes there’s no sauce on the wings…..and when I called to inform them of the error the lady on the phone argued with me!!! Not recommended based on the terrible service.
We order a large thin crust meat lovers pizza and it was not what we expected. The size looked like it was a medium at best and it was so over cooked it was tasteless. Like eating cardboard. We'll never buy a pizza there again. Also when ordering we tried to use a deal they had and when we clicked on it it wouldn't work. Called the store and we were told it was head office who must not have activated it on the website.

The food and staff were great, but when going out for dinner, the last thing I want to see and hear is politics on the news. Please consider putting on anything else. Some music would be nice.
The waitress was very friendly and the food was ready in no time. After dinner our car didnt start at -26C and while we were still wondering what to do, the waitress asked if anything was wrong and one of her colleagues helped to jump start our car in the freezing cold. Outstanding customer service, thank you very much!!
HORRIBLE service the staff taking orders have no clue what we are trying to order or understand us. 2x now the order was completely wrong. Wont be back.

So I go to Pizza Hut and order pizza it took an exra 2 minutes to get my pizza. WHEN I USED A CUPONE THEY SAID IT WAS EXPIRED BUT I GOT IT 5 month ago it should still work. THE STAFF IS TRASH AND THE OWNER AND MANAGER DOES NOTHING
The waitress was very slow.
Was a our go to place. Not sure if there are new owners but I cant remember seeing so much chaos in the kitchen as I waited for my take out order which was 25 mins late. Good luck.

Place opens at 11 am placed an order at 12 oclock went in at 1220 to pick up order and apparently the oven was still heating up .. not in the industry but im sure there is prep work to do and being a pizza joint the ovens should have been up and running at temperature to take orders for 11 am when they open
Awful service. Though menu states kids meals come with side AND drink, told us kids can t pick a side. Didn t have lettuce because, as you can see, we have a big party (birthday party was the only other table in the place). Server didn t know menu, kept telling us this or that wasn t actually offered (though it was clearly stated on their very new looking menus).

The food was okay it was the server Mckenzie who was so rude. She didnt like my date apparently and kept making snotty remarks under her breath. Not appreciated at all!! What do you expect when a spoiled teen has to work. Either train her to keep her remarks to herself or get rid of her. My date didnt need to be bullied like that.
The staff work hard . They are under staffed . Their are people out there that dont understand that that places do run out of product its not the fault of the people working there . And it is also not the fault of the sever if they where told different to what the menu says .Also please have a heart when you are asked to wait to be seated there is covid out there and just dont seat yourself when you have a bunch of kids and they have to make sure the table you are sitting at are clean. Good people work there and are only doing there job . Thank you .

I have no idea whats going om with them or if its understaffed the person on the phone wouldnt tell me the deals and said go to website . Um no you can tell me , then kept putting me on hold and she was very snappy . Kinda sick of getting attitude from people who hate their Job you dont like it then dont work there . First time ever having an experience like that .
Sadly, the dine-in experience is not what it used to be. They do not offer coloring sheets and crayons for kids anymore (nothing for them to do whatsoever - so come prepared), the service was okay, the food was okay, and no dessert menu anymore either. Too expensive, compared to the experience. We wont be returning.
I ordered a smokey maple bacon pizza for dinner for myself and my children. When the pizza arrived it was undercooked, grease pooling ontop and the toppings in a pooled mess ontop and would fall off when picking up a slice. I called to try and rectify the issue the manager wasnt available the person I spoke to said theyd provide a discount on my NEXT order. So Im left with undercooked pizza thats not acceptable for me to eat at 34 weeks pregnant bc Im not risking myself or my children getting sick and a discount for another order as if Ill want to order again.
Ordered some dessert from this branch, was 15-20 min late. First box came out with pieces that are almost black, dark brown and rock hard, while second box came out doughy and chewy. And I call to file a complaint and the managers states that thats how they are supposed to be I mean, if I got sick from eating it will the manager say that it was cooked normal? Or that its safe? No.

This store is biggest cheater in the town. I ordered 2 pizzas with same toppings Onions and Green peppers. But I got just Onion in my pizza. When I left store and checked I was totally shocked. I called back to the store. The girl on the phone told was so rude she even did not ready to believe. ALERT : Front desk girl with specs. She is goon, she better knows how to trick you. Never visit this store.

You know you should not have too have 2 employees repeatedly getting rude on your address well first was ,...not the second guy ,...especially when you pretty much live 5 min. Walk from place .who ever was originally on phone at your location should not get so frustrated i spelled my st Name 4 times ,but she still got rude like I was lying even explained where it was behind carwash across from Champlain motel a 3 min. Walk from you guys , you should not do deliveries if you dont even know the streets across from you , I just thought she was very rude Halloween i bought 5 pizza there and my granddaughter loved them only reason I called is shes over for weekend and I get a ...well I cant say on open reviews the word but ill never ever order there again ohh by the way now for the 8th time st. IT was clean friendly and fast but the toppings on my pizza was not cooked all the way so was hard .Also they ask if you would like some dipping sauce and we didnt realize for each dipping sauce it was almost another 2 bucks ...if I had known we would of shared ..I mean in restaurants they usually dont charge for your plumb , garlic, sour cream or ranch side sauces so I didnt think anything of it. Waitress should maybe mention that .

The MOST Friendly staff in Pembroke. Spoke to the waitress about her Mother today, forget her name, but shes a hard worker, and an awesome waitress and needs a nice raise or a bonus. We have ate here lots, always clean, bathroom always immaculate. The breadsticks and sauce are like no other. Pizza is always hot and tasty. The setting is beautiful and like I said earlier ALWAYS very clean. This is a wonderful place to grab lunch, quick salad, take home pizza. Love it!
So I go to pizza hut for the chicken cesear salad. Im weird. But the salad was great... as always! Personal pizza was delicious too. Our waitress was polite and friendly. No complaints and I will be returning.

Ordered the daily special which was the supreme. Asked if there was any green olives and was told there was asked for double green olives and extra cheese. Delivered with NO green olives and NO extra cheese. Called back, worker laughed and said you cant add to the daily special. Told him i didnt think my paid supper was a laughing matter and maybe i shouldve been told that before the order was done... told him that this is just a continuation of the ongoing Pizza Hut BS that has kept me away all these years. Im done being screwed over by PIZZA HUT when the competition ALWAYS gets it right. No wonder pizza hut is closing its doors across the country... Adios and good ridence!

The pizza is as good as you can expect from a chain. The staff always try their best. My problem is why can I not look at your website without putting my location in? Id be fine it I had to do that, and your restaurant location was registered on the site. But I cant know what ingredients are on the pizza or what deals you have going on without calling and taking up your employees underpaid time

I usually get a stuffed crust pizza just make sure to get it well done or it will be doughy. Great tasting pizza as long like I said its well done. There wings are also good with a nice amount of sauces to choose from.
