I ordered 3 topping pizza but the three topping pizza feels like 1 topping pizza with 3 different toppings. People order pizzas with more topping because they want to have more stuff to eat on their slices. I feel like theyre being frugal on toppings.

First of all, they use gloves when making food however they dont change gloves. A worker had been making a sandwich, and proceeded to take my order right after making the sandwich without switching gloves. The gloves had marinara sauce on them, chicken wing Grease, etc etc. And he had proceeded to hand me my change with the dirty gloves on. They then refused to give me the bathroom key by saying there is someone in the bathroom when me and my friends had been the only ones in there for about 45 minutes. Second, They told me AFTER I PAID that they might not have what I ordered and made me worry about what else I could get but I m allergic to everything else, they indeed did have what I ordered. Once I got my food, I noticed ALL the edges were burnt to black, it tasted bad and I paid $15.49 for it. Pizza pizza is getting worse everyday.

Great pizza compared to the cardboard others sell. Store is looking a bit rundown time for a good cleaning crew and a bit of paint! Price is still relatively reasonable and love their dipping sauce selection. Sticking with pizza pizza. Why pay for cardboard when you could have pizza that tastes like something. Parking: Downtown Pembroke is a bit of a challenge but not many know the 3 big green P signs are for free parking lots just behind the Maine street. This end of the Main Street has a few challenges but you can park free just need to find it!

Very creepy delivery guy. Asks inappropriate questions. Ex: Im a younger girl and when I came to the door he asked me if I was home alone, where I was working, if I was going to school, who my friends were and what my plans were for the night. That entire interaction made me insanely uncomfortable. My father has also ordered from there and this specific driver would ask where his wife was, and ask oddly specific questions about my parents property and their house. Each interaction is at least 10 minutes and leaves you with a sick feeling in your stomach. Every time I order delivery I am at unease because I am expecting this creepy man at my door. I have ceased ordering from this location due to this specific employee.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Not only did you not get my order right but you got it wrong twice! I just gave you a review a week ago, in glowing response. What happened. I wanted wings a pizza and soft drinks. $101.00 and you tried to send me the same order of poutine and wings. Come on this is what you guy do...... I will never order from you again. And get people you care that answer the phone...... good lord!

Quality and service are gone way downhill. Youll be waiting 45+ minutes for cold, half raw pizza that youll have to finish cooking yourself.

5 stars doesnt do this place justice, one of the greatest pizzas Ive ever had, its a great place to get some pizza with your friends. well decorated interior feels very welcoming, overall a great experience.

This is not the first but the second time where Ive ordered before close and Pizza Pizza doesnt contact me and just cancels my order. Im beyond frustrated as this is the only option other than McDonalds for late night orders. If theyre not going to deliver due to being close to closing times then they should not allow orders to go through or at least make the customer aware. Very poor customer service.

Hit n miss delivery drivers but there is one guy who is always super friendly and we dont know his name. Great pizza at times.

I have just started going in to pick up a large pizza walk in special. Great deal. All the workers are extremely nice, I have a support dog, they are always very respectful ,no hard times and the pizza is delicious, my roommate also is impressed. I need to try my favorite salad , greek Great job everyone!

Just ordered pizza from them paid good and even got it delivered and its completely burnt I dont advise ordering from this place unless u like burnt pizza plus they dont like to fix there screw ups and how they even let a burnt pizza go out of the store is beyond me

One of the workers unlocked the bathroom door and came in when it was in use. There was no knocking or anything. Just barged in! And then there was no apology and they tried to ignore the issue. Horrible experience!

Watch out for the one delivery guy if he makes you pay for the wrong order. Hell make you pay cash or debit for the rest. After doing the math, I found that I overpaid.

Hard to give this Pizza Pizza even one star. This was the second time I visited this location. Both times I asked for specials of a slice, drink and dip and the type of pizza offered was not available and an alternate type was offered without telling me the special would cost a dollar more for the suggested slice. It was only my keen eye on the cash register that alerted me to this. The second time I was prepared but again the slice wanted was not available and when I asked if I could have something I preferred at the same price, other than the other option, I was told this would cost me an extra dollar. I will not return to this this establishment nor do I have any desire to do businesses with any other of their chain of stores.My suggestion is to be very vigilant when placing your order that you are not being over charded.

This is now the third bad experience I have had from this pizza pizza. They stand in the back and stare at you and wont come to the counter to help, even when asked for a pizza. They give attitude about single slices and have this entitled sense like we cant eat anywhere else. They are rude and poorly managed. I wasnt even the only one they were being rude too while I was in there. There are so many better pizza places. Dont go here.

Drove off the highway because I saw the pizza pizza sign. I love pizza pizza go there all the time. This location had hardly any slices ready, so I went for cheese slices. They were the tiniest most disappointing slices of pizza I ve ever had from Pizza Pizza. As a franchise, you should be maintaining a certain standard. Very disappointing.

Yesterday were were in Arnprior and my husband grabed himself a slice as we were heading back to Pembroke as he was very hungry. I had a few bites and it was good as I remember their slices always were. So when we got back home I decided I would grab one for myself too. The slices from Pembroke Pizza Pizza we terrible, burnt, dried out completely and smaller then in Arnprior. They were nothing like what I expect from Pizza Pizza. Very disappointed as I want to support local businesses but I will never eat there again. Im not a picky eater either. The frozen boxed ones from the grocery store would have been better unfortunately.

We ordered the party box with deep fried pickles wedges chicken wings and pop corn chicken also poutine The poutine was cold , and the party box was burnt please stop rushing your orders . Supper was disappointing tonight . Food

Have ordered from here twice, wrong both times. Costumer service is absolute garbage. Just go anywhere else. Don t expect to get anyone in pembroke on the phone. Sent us the wrong wings and refused to fix the mistake and bring what we ordered, I don t need a credit of 2 dollars to feed my kids tonight not even a sorry. That s Unfortunate was the closest we got.

Ordered here twice now and the order has been wrong both times. Impossible to reach anyone at the store, and Pizza Pizza phone customer service is a joke- they offered us a $2 credit. Laughable.

Food here is delicious and staff is very friendly.

Ordered panzerotti multiple times, size and amount of cheese is what keeps me come back to the place. Filled with toppings. Biggest size compared to any pizza place offering.

The Place offers a excellent service, freshest food, The order never disappoints, always arrives hot and on time if not early. They offer a large range of delicious food. Employees are super friendly, Im greeted with a smile and no matter how busy the employees are patient. Our Favorite pizza place in the Ottawa valley. The best place for pizza lovers.

My favorite restaurant by far. The staff keeps the restaurant very clean and they try their best to make everyone happy and satisfied. They put plenty of toppings on the pizza and have very fair prices especially with the promos and coupons offered by them. you can tell that they are very experienced and patient because of that I am now a regular customer at this place. highly recommended to go and try it out yourself.

I recently visited town and got recommended for this place, pizza was nice and hot and guy who served us pizza was really friendly. We like the management and food, we would definitely come back.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! these guys claim to have came and knocked and rang the doorbell when in fact the three of us were waiting around in the house! And at that, our dog always barks at the doorbell. After 40 mins they claim its free however I still had to pay. Disgusting.

Friday night we ordered two pizzas, one came completely uncut - but cooked at least. Mine was a thin crust and was completely raw. I m sorry but how do you send out a soggy cold pizza on the thinnest, fastest cooking crust. I also said easy cheese but there was a mountain, contributing to the soggy mess. If I wanted to cook my own pizza I would ve went to the grocery store. Constantly unimpressed by this location. 2 stars instead of 1 because they do have a good selection of toppings, the execution is always so poor though. I stopped eating here for a year after getting a pizza someone had poured so much salt on it was inedible. Step up Pizza Pizza- 20 minutes or its free is useless if you have to remake a raw pizza.

Paid for extra cheese, looked like half as much as a regular pizza would have. Was also cut horribly, one of the pieces was about a quarter the size of the rest of the pieces. Pretty disappointing.

2 pies both undercooked, probably trying to cook top many pizzas at once or havent properly heated the oven.

The guy who answered the phone clearly didnt know how to work the phone very well. Couldnt hear a word he was saying the whole time i was on the phone with him, told him the order i wanted, then he read it back to me, and it was the completely wrong order that i had placed. he asked for my address for delivery, then when i said i wanted to do a pickup, he said that they dont do in store pickups ?!?! Youre an IN STORE pizza place why wouldnt you do an in store pickup? So i asked for another person to talk too because he was being rude, and he hung up on me. Honestly wish i got his name.

They never disappoint to disappoint. Everytime we order from here they find something to mess up whether it be forgotten toppings, wrong dough, undercooked food, theyve done it all. If theyve set a goal to screw up every order that walks out the door then I believe they are doing an amazing job

I have since learned that there are several other pizza places in town that are worth checking out. Unless youre a fan or its late and nothing else is open, not recommended.

After sharing most of an XL with a good pal and calling it a night, we both reconciled with the porcelain gods the following morning. Not only was the crust sub-par and the toppings soggy, but they left our sphincters expelling fire in agony. Even as I right this review, the clench I have to engaged to keep the firey waste-magma from propelling onto my couch is of extra-ordinary strength. I ordered a lot from this location for the past 8 years. my order always arrive on time, pizza is very good and service is very fast. I do think some people should change themselves to be more understanding that the staff work there are all hardworkers. they do their best to please everybody. I dont use internet very often but I saw some review today made me upset. I have to say this is the best pizza in town . well done guys. I will only order from pizza pizza.

Ive spent a lot of money over the years through your chain and Ive had problems before you guys fix the issues every time and make things right but not tonight got my 40 minute guarantee I called customer service they said it was free driver shows up starts to pass me the items I ordered and I told the gentleman it was free he said no and reached into my house grabbed the bag he had passed me and said your not taking the money out of my pocket took the food and left I called and complained and they said sorry that his behaviour was not acceptable and I waited an hour for the store to deliver my food so I called back and they told me they wont deliver it and want me to go there insane all Im saying is dont make guarantees if you dont want to honour them and this being my fault is insane Im very pissed off

Not happy, wanted delivery on highway 41, main highway in the area, literally google mapped the location to me house and was 7km and they would not deliver. Very poor service

Pizza Pizza gave me a hard time because despite giving them the correct address and me being right beside my door the whole time, I gave them the wrong phone number. 40 minutes and its free? Thats a joke. Took me a long time to get a meal, and definitely not from Pizza Pizza. If youre looking for pizza, order Dominos, they understand customer service.

This is the worst pizza you can ever buy, we asked for this crust, extra large, and even my 3 year old that eats paper didnt want to eat that dried out cardboard they call pizza, and there no cheese on it! and when i complained, they gave me a hard time saying they put more than enough cheese. Owner is a old rude Chinese lady!

Pizza came out raw, they put it back in a second time, still undercooked, put it in a third time, was there about 45 mins., no discount offered and of course it tasted disgusting. Please dont reply like you have to everyone else to please share my feedback. We both know that will be 5-10 mins of wasted time.
