Probably the first person to truly make me smile this week and I told him his personality was exactly what I needed. He gave me a hug. Food was delicious. We had a staff lunch before the holidays and we had 29 people at the peak. TL was our server and she was amazing. Everything was perfect, she took all the orders and kept everything in control while the kitchen was slammed. Everyone always had a beverage and she was talkative and efficient the entire time. Best food prices in town. The half price apps after 9pm is an excellent way to try different things from menu. Excellent quality food, steaks consistently cooked to your liking without error. All the great servers and bartenders from the area have migrated here, making the service impeccable. Beer specials are unbeatable, especially on Sens and Leaf game times, its cheaper than the Beer Store. New establishment so the look is fresh and modern. 3 downfalls: long wait times; no seating in the waiting area (hard for elderly people and kids); no double-door at entry, so everyone in the restaurant feels cold breezes while eating as the door keeps opening and closing with how busy it is.

Food was great, service was top notch! Manager Lucas came to our table multiple times making sure we had everything we needed/wanted. Hostess Jayla was very welcoming and kind, had us seated very promptly considering it was very busy!

I had the pleasure of dining at Chucks Roadhouse recently, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our waitress TL was absolutely phenomenal attentive, friendly, and full of positive energy. She made sure I had everything I needed without ever being intrusive, and her recommendations were spot on. Its rare to find someone who brings both professionalism and warmth to the table like she does. And the margarita? Wow! Hands down, one of the best I ve ever had. The balance of flavors was perfect the right mix of tangy lime, smooth tequila, and a touch of sweetness. It was refreshing and not too heavy, making it the ideal pairing for a delicious meal. Between the top-notch service and the amazing margarita, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Went to Chucks Roadhouse on Friday December 6th for a Christmas dinner with my parents. Though it was busy, they kept the flow of people going quite quickly. We only had to wait 30 min which we thought was good especially for a Friday night. Our waitress came and took our order. When my husband ordered sweet potato fries, my stepmother (who had already ordered) said oh sweet potato fries - can I change my regular fries to sweet potato fries) and she was told no, the order already went to the kitchen. Ok, we got it - it was busy so no big deal. We ordered, 2 of the philly steak sandwiches, a club and chicken parm. No appetizers. Drinks came quickly which was great. My husbands philly steak sandwich came out about 15 min later which was great and then we waited......and waited......and waited.....and waited more. We told him to go ahead and eat since it would be cold and thankfully he did. The waitress came back over about 10-15 min later and found out that the rest of us didnt even get our meals yet. I think it was about 25 min AFTER my husband got his that the rest of us got ours. I understand it was busy but to wait that long and no one noticed is a bit unacceptable. The manager/owner came over and asked us how everything was and I explained that we had to wait at least 20-30 min AFTER my husband got his meal for the rest of ours to come out. He didnt say much. Though the meal in itself was a good price (paid $110 for 4 people) I would have thought we would have been offered maybe a free drink, a free dessert, 5% off - anything for the lengthy wait but we were not offered anything. We have gone to other restaurants in the past where theyve made a similar mistake the the manager came over, acknowledged the error, offered either a dessert or a discount to make it right. I think acknowledging the error and offering even a free coffee/tea/dessert (not looking for a dessert for everyone but even one) would have made it right. It was very unfortunate.

Lucas is a very good manager and gave us very good service!

Very loud in there. Had to shout to the people with us. Smokehouse burger was ok but certainly not great. Fries were the same. 3% extra they tack onto the bill isn t cool either. Ok spot if you re grabbing a quick meal. Definitely not where you want to go for a nice dinner. Probably won t be back.

Food: Blandest Ribeye of my entire life, lukewarm fries, and canned corn. Service: Messed up the bill 3 times after making us wait 20 minutes after clearing the finished dinner dishes while it was very busy. Tried to mollify my disappointment with Chucks Bucks coupons. (as if Im ever going to give yall a second chance? Nah.) Friendly and professional *looking*? Yes. Competent? No. Atmosphere: Way too loud and crowded. This might change later if others have experiences like I didnt and do not return. Lights too dim to tell if it was clean.

Food was great and service was wonderful. Sasha was our waitress and was amazing! We will definitely be back. Parking: Found a spot right out front and easy access to the building.

We re seated immediately and had our dinner in record time! Filet mignon was very tender and cooked exactly as requested. Sasha our server was speedy and had a special drink made up for me.

Gross! I had the chicken parm pasta. The chicken was a frozen breaded ULTRA PROCESSED cutlet. The pasta was NOT topped with tomato sauce, it was mixed like they were serving a 2 year old child. The plate was not covered in two cheeses and baked. No offer of parm cheese, no garlic toast or bread served with. Very disappointed and will NOT go back!

Im actually leaving here kind of angry. The owner got us a booth immediately when we requested, saved my moms burger from dreaded (haha) pickles and tomatoes when she forgot to tell the waitress. My steak, gravy and fries were great. Such a great service we tipped almost 40% and still paid less than we normally do at Boston pizza (our old go to). Oh and did I mention my beer was only $8!?! Im big mad cause this was so rad! Chi Miigwetch (big thank you)!! Oh wait my one criticism : sharper knife please

I was very satisfied with our server. However the food was not perfect. When our food came out it the meat was bad. When we returned it they blamed their suppliers. They did not charge us for it but also did not offer to composite us for the inconvenience.

Dope TVs, love Friday wine, me and the wife went out on Friday as previously stated, and we indulged in some yummy calamari with a side of wingz. Hit the spot and Lukas matched the pallet perfectly with the finest red wine that complimented calamari and wingz to a T. Needless to say Chucks roadhouse Pembroke Ontario left Frank satisfied and smiling just like his wife on his birthday . 18/17 would recommend.

Food was excellent. They re still within the first month or so of opening. Lines out the door. Decent service given how busy it was. However, they noticeably raised the volume of the music to the point we couldn t hear ourselves talk at the table. We asked the manager if he could turn the music down to which he responded it s a bar, the farther we get into the night the louder it gets . It was 6PM. I ve heard similar reports from others who have attended so if you want to go there to socialize I wouldn t recommend it.

Our sever Julia.K was an absolute doll! Super sweet, and patient with our large group. She did an amazing job. All that staff was fantastic! The food, not so much. The burger did not come with any sauces. Mayo is extra. No fault to the kitchen, it was cooked well.

Been there a couple of times, tonight was the first time I had food as it was Wednesday and I wanted to try the ribs and wings. First off let me start by saying $4 happy hour beers are amazing, and the bartenders and waitresses are spot on, great service and very professional. As for my meal the ribs were really good, the fries that came with it could have been a bit more fresh, the wings unfortunately for me anyways were not the best, but I do prefer naked wings and the ones here tonight were ultra breaded, I guess I should have asked but I didnt. It would be amazing if they had a naked wing option so I could compare. Well anyways I wont be ordering wings again, if your the type of person who likes them breaded than youll probably enjoy them as there was nothing wrong with them, just to much breading for me. The restaurant and bar have a great atmosphere and vibe. Ill be going back and will try different menu options.

First time I came into chucks I had a lovely server and it was fantastic but I came in yesterday and it was just awful. Tried to call ahead and they don t do reservations which is fine but when we got there while waiting their manager I believe his name is Lucas welcomed a party in for a reservation. We waiting quite a while before being seated and once we were the service was okay but we sat for over 30 minutes without any food or drinks. Once we got the food it wasn t cooked properly and when my friend asked to get it corrected or just tell the manager we were told he refused to come speak to us. Honestly disappointing after I had recommended it to my friends after a wonderful experience. Will not be returning.

I completely disagree with that last review by Brooke. Ive come in to Chucks now about 7-8 times. Both dining and restaurant sides. I have nothing but great things to say. So far Ive only been greeted by happy fun staff and managers who seem to want to provide you with an amazing experience. The food is great and hands down best prices in the city. ALL of my interactions with staff, managers, regional managers and owners has been great. They are attentive and honest. The kitchen is a little slow as they are learning. Always a line up to get in, that says a lot. Some stand outs that have gone out of their way for me are: Big John who listens, Yuvi who checks to see how the night is going, Lucas who is super attentive to whats going on and supports his staff, a great fit, and some of my favorite friendly fun servers are, so far, Tilly, Kelly, TL, Mishayla, Haylie, Melissa and DeShaun. Be patient with host/hostess and kitchen, they will get more efficient as they learn what works best. My recommendation for desert is the toffee pudding, OMG.

TL made the experience amazing, she was friendly, service was fast and she was on top of the ball! Definitely recommend chucks!
