I stumbled into this cute little restaurant by accident. The owner Nick is always there making sure everyone is happy and comfortable. The staff offer great service and entertainment. Ashley is very friendly, funny, professional (and easy on the eyes) Great food, Great value, Great staff Best food and service in the Valley

My husband and I had the best dinner which was so good The waitress was so attentive and very friendly. We are from out of town or we would become regulars.. loved the whole experience. Bingo too was awesome

We visited this place in the middle of the week, and it was surprisingly full. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly service from the staff. The food was delicious, and I would recommend it for a casual dining experience.

Greeted by the owner on arrival, the lasagna has to be the best we have ever had. The atmosphere is great for birthday dinners and the live music(Lock Stock And Barrel) kept everyone singing.

Sat us, threw menus on the table, never saw the server again. We were sat right in front of a speaker and could hardly hear each other. We left, never did get to order, may not go back.

Best place in Pembroke to eat and chill. The owner is super friendly you can tell he care about his business as much as his clients. And i have a special relationship with the chicken parm at that place. I also recommend the smoke meat. They are conservative on the mustard (not everyone loves pouring condiments). Knowing that.. just tell them when ordering they will have no problem adding.

Colleen at frescos was an absolutely gem ! She had great recommendations, and one of a kind personality. I d drive the 6 hours back just for her :)

Very friendly, informal restaurant with very large and delicious dishes. We were welcomed by the very nice Colleen who immediately made us feel at home. Also you can watch any type of sport. Absolutely recommended

Love this place

Waited over 50 minutes for an order of nachos. They never came. After getting drinks we never saw the server again and we gave up and left. Both times we have been here the service has greatly missed the mark.

We had the fish and chips. The fish was very tasty. Cooked perfectly. The fresh were coated and delicious. I will be returning to try something else on there great menu.

Fantastic food and exceptional service (Karen and Colleen.....its like a comedy show....wow) ! First visit in years, and we will be coming back to try more of the incredible menu !

Grabbed lunch here the other day. We hadnt been in for quite some time, and were very pleased with everything. Colleen promptly greeted us, showed us to our table and made sure we felt at home. The summer salad was fantastic and the portion size well worth the price. The fish and chips were hot and the batter on the fish just right. Colleens attentiveness and banter made the entire experience a pleasant one. Looking forward to returning.

Love this place

First time at fresco s in Pembroke We were looking for a restaurant with a relaxing environment and more than just reheated pub food but what we happened upon was so much more! The restaurant was beautifully decorated and clean with relaxing café style music in the background. The wait staff, Colleen and Marge, were incredibly friendly and appeasing and so proud of their establishment. The menu offered an abundance of homemade options from breakfast to lunch and dinner; including omelettes, salads, wraps, burgers, wings, pastas, ribs etc. The bar also had a great selection of beers on tap and bottled. I opted for the soup of the day- a delicious split pea and ham and a gyros on a pita. My husband got the Wed special- half priced wings, with 40 Creek hickory barbecue sauce. Everything was delicious right down to the pickle! We will be back! We only wish we lived closer. We are so thrilled to have discovered this restaurant with such a great atmosphere, so many food options to explore and such welcoming staff. Thank you for a lovely lunch :) Almost forgot to mention- the home made tzatziki is to die for!!!!

Although food is fantastic. I find service when sitting down is good but when delivering for delivery companies. I am practically invisible to the waiters and they basically ignore you. Other than that great.

we went here yesterday for a family lunch. We got a great welcome from Colleen and even though wed never been before, instantly felt like valued regulars. Good food and excellent service.

Orderd delivery through Valley Eats. Restaurant packaged hot items and cold items separately which was nice. Ordered the jalapeño burger and a chicken gyro - side fries and ceaser salad. We loved everything, especially how they do their fries! Everything is pretty big portions so definitely bang for your buck. Very good and fulfilling! Will be back soon!

Ordered ribs and they were tough and dry very disappointed my wife ordered a Philly cheese steak.. and got a poor smoked meat sandwich.. won t be returning waitress was great!!!

Colleen living the dream at Frescos made our dining experience great. The service, speed, food, and plate size were amazing. Would recommended this restaurant to others. Oh, and they are also open during the day for breakfast as well! We will be back.

Perfect mix of pub and class. The food is phenomenal, traditional pub variety but the seasoning makes it a class above. The staff are friendly and courteous. The beer on tap is a nice mix of traditional and artesian. I can honestly say best place Ive eaten in the Petawawa/Pembroke area.

First time there. Went to see the live music. At first we were pretty close to the stage and it was way too loud... So we moved a bit further. Ordered food and drinks. Nachos were good. Wings a bit dry, potato soup we didnt eat as it was not very appetizing. I expected a bit more from this place but service was not the best. We would rarely get a visit from our server and had to wait a long time after finishing a drink before ordering another one. Might go back some time but Im not sure.

5 stars for the kitchen staff. I can t stop going back to this place despite how brutal the service is everyyyyyy time (unfortunately). The food is SO good, but the ladies who serve leave much to be desired. It comes across like they ve worked there for so long they just don t care anymore. That being said, I ll continue to eat at this place - the owner is extremely kind and the kitchen staff is clearly doing gods work.

It had been a while... I love the renovations. Its a perfect example of a restaurant who re-invented itself. The menu is full of comfort foods. I had the calamari and the creamy dill pickle soup. All very good. Our waitress had a great sense of humor. No doubt we will be back.

I ve been working for 6 weeks in the area and been to numerous places this is by far the happiest atmosphere! By chance our work crew came in on Name that tune night while the Leafs playoff game was on. Wings, burgers and all food was great! Staff have were all excellent and personalities to spare.

This was my first visit and which I enjoyed very much food was excellent staff is friendly, and the cocktails speak for themselves.

Had brunch here with a group of 15+. The restaurant was fully booked for a private event. They handled the large crowd well with minor hiccups. A suggestion would be to give each table a stack of cups and a pitcher at the beginning before serving anything else. Servers were friendly during a very busy day. Food was good. Price was average. I d come back again.

I had the fish and chips. Well, the fries were good and fresh. Ill never get the fish again. The batter tasted like it was not properly set out to drip off the excess before it was put in the fryer.

Was there today with over the top service , our waitress ( don t know her name ) could not have done anything different ..She noticed when we pulled in I was with my sister who is in a wheelchair, she met us at the door holding it open ..moved the sign inside so we could get around, gave us the perfect table , so friendly ..when we finished she did the same again held the door and told us to enjoy the rest of our day .I don t think we have ever had the service and great food we had today. I wish I knew her name .Great food fantastic service Kim and Debra Kid-friendliness: Over the top , we had the wing special and deep fried cheese curds , virgin Ceaser and club soda .

Great restaurant. Friendly staff. It was very loud during dinner so it was sometimes really hard to hear others at the table. The menu does not list a legend nor does it distinguish celiac/gluten free items or options. The waitress was also uninformed about if there was any gluten free bread, buns, or fries available to substitute. This made it difficult to choose what to eat as it took the waitress a couple trips to the kitchen to inquire. Overall, food was good, tasty, and big portions.

Frescos is a solid choice for dinner with a group un the valley area. Service was friendly & helpful, the food was good, and the prices were reasonable. Frescos really doesnt do much to raise the bar, but its also not lacking in any areas of note. Just solid, and likely what youd expect - which can be a good thing.

We ordered delivery first time ever. The food was amazing. The salads were heaping with veggies and cheese. The gyros were the most flavourful dish I ve had anywhere in a long time. Everyone has to try the cheesecake of whatever variation they have available. We definitely will be ordering again !!

I took a group of 20 to Frescos this evening and it was the best group dinner I have ever had in Pembroke . Nick Kastanias and his servers Margie, Mary , and Amanda and cooks were awesome. hard to find a restaurant that has great food, great atmosphere AND great service in this day in age! We have lived in Pembroke for 5 years now and only started to frequent Fresco s. This summer we played corn hole whilst having cold drinks on the spacious, beautifully patio watching the sunset. Last night we went out for music trivia and our servers never skipped a beat. They gave us the most satisfactory hospitality service while being friendly and kind! The food is fresh and delicious! We ordered and ate the chicken nachos, ceaser salad and Greek French fries. I think it s safe to say, we found our favourite bar and restaurant.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday dinner and we were extremely disappointed. We were told what table to sit at and had to find it ourselves and weren t even given menus. We waited for 15-20 minutes until someone came to our table to even ask us for drinks. The table we were told to sit at had food crumbs all over the top and seats. We were told by another waitress that no one even knew we were here and then they assumed we were just here for drinks since we had no food menus with us. The bartender served our table. We only had service when our meal was brought over and then for the bill. I got the fish and chips and it was awful - The fish was so dry and had the bones in it still which was a bit of a turn off. I barely touched my plate. Super disappointing way to end a birthday. Definitely won t be back.

Our meals were top notch, service was superb and our meals came at a reasonable time regardless that we were in thr midst of a hockey tournament. Very recommended

Overall it was OK. They were understaffed, and they were very apologetic. I ordered the steak and Shrimp ( surf and turf). It is the most exspensive meal on the menu. I turned 61 on that day, and have eaten at many many steakhouses. The steak was horrific. It was thin ( ABOUT 1/4 inch thick), overcooked and no taste( seasoning). My birthday desert was a walmart ice cream bar with little things that were hard and not eatable. We made the best of it, but wont be back

We had the pleasure of going for dinner & Trivia a couple of weeks ago and were blown away! The atmosphere and decor is stunning and the food and service were amazing! The spaghetti was incredible - probably the best weve ever had! The owner and his staff are so friendly - treated us like we were old friends. Unfortunately we live too far away to visit on a regular basis, but well be back when the weather is nicer and we have more time to enjoy Pembroke. Thank you!

Saturday March 06 /22 We booked and attended Supper with Entertainment Provided by (HABS FAN) Mike Howat .....from the reservation process complete with call backs and confirmations to our most friendly and competent Table service and two great dishes the (Thai Veg bowl & a killer chicken souvlaki ) a few drinks and Great Entertainment as Mike H ran us through contemporary , country , old rock n roll , lots of sing alongs ( we just couldnt help it !! ) Thoroughly enjoyed our night out and will return for more dinners with music ...... A delicious Greek inspired menu, had the deep fried cheese curds with a Applewood salmon with side Greek salad, the appetizer portions are great, fair priced and delicious, the salmon and salad were very tasty and all at a affordable rate, would recommend for a sit down with a few friends

Nice and clean. Waitress was so friendly. Salad had too much dressing and bacon bites you couldnt bite into. Fettuccini tasted sweet did not care for dinner.

Stopped here after a long day on the road. It was fabulous, the service was top notch, suggested local beers, explained how everything was made from scratch. I had the vegetarian wrap, it was very good. Would definitely eat here again. Not from the area so not sure of any better restaurants but very glad we stopped here.

Stopped for a quick dinner and was happily surprised, was only inside tk get seated, but it looked really nice. The patio was very nice and comfortable. The food was really good, hot and fresh and the wait times were perfect! Kid-friendliness: The live band was willing to sing some kids songs to keep the Littles that were on the patio entertained. It was an amazing touch!

I cant say anything bad at all this was my first visit since 2018 and wow I dont remember it being so good. They were extremely busy but still got through quick! The saucy hickory chicken is an absolute must have! Thank you and Ill be back in far less then 4 years Top 3 restaurant in pembroke for sure maybe even number 1

Had lunch special. Homemade coleslaw was the best restaurant coleslaw in town. Fish was lightly battered to perfection. Fries were crispy and golden. Tartar sauce was the only thing I would change. Needs more flavour. Service was top notch. Amazing atmosphere.

Cindy is a fantastic waitress. Excellent service and a terrific sense of humor. I went last week with a buddy. Returned tonight with 16 others. We had an absolute blast. Went for 1/2 price wings ($7/order of 10 wings) and they were just as good or better as last week. Highly recommend.

Friendly lady taking order on the phone. The guy on the grill did a great job with thin steaks. The fried pickles were great. Cesar needed more sauce. Wings were a little over sauced but still well cooked and very tasty. The delivery dude was quick and had a good humor.

I had Frescos cater my wedding and I couldnt have asked for better!! They showed up on time, food was warm, they provided cutlery and plates that were technically disposable but were so nice it was hard to throw them away! The food was so good that people stopped talking about my dress and couldnt stop talking about how good the food was! Not only were people able to go back for seconds but we had left ivers! Im so impressed and will always recommend!!

Good option for pub food. The place has a Greek specialty and Greek dishes are specially marked. Food is tasty but a bit pricey, and theres a good drink selection. Live music outdoors in the evenings.

The staff was friendly however it took a long time to even get our drinks let alone get food considering the amount of people there. The food was good but one dish was missing a key component when it came out.

Have to give it a low rating because the people are really friendly at start but forget you are there when order is placed...seems making friends more important than customer care and service.. Simple order chicken wings took an hour while others recieved food faster... Atmosphere is warm and inviting.. Would still go again but prepared for wait.

Just was very disappointed with our meal. It took almost half an hour to get it. All we ordered was a bowl of chili and the French dip sandwich. The sandwich was only a little larger then a slider, and you cant convince me that chili didnt come out of a can.

I have very high standards when it comes to quality of service and quality of food. My standards were well exceeded here. Ive NEVER met a more hospitable and friendly staff in my life. Im also one of those freaks who adores insanely spicy food. This place has the spiciest (and tastiest) wings Ive ever had. If youre not eating and drinking here youre wasting your time.
