H & L Dumpling House in Penticton

The service is great, they made my food in only 6 minutes and it was so good and fresh! I totally recommend the Teriyaki Chicken noodles, it's so delicious and the chicken is so good.

Was super excited but got pretty disappointed. Wasted 30 dollars trying to cheer myself up only to be left even more depressed. The meat, im pretty sure was the cause of wverything having and underlying rotten meat taste. The soup dumplings where the only actual pretty tasty thing. But for 30 dollars for some mediocre wonton soup, foul tasting bao buns and ok dumplings im not impressed and wont be back. Good luck.

Porkbao, very little meat and gamey smell. Most of the bao consists of sticky flour. Honestly, the pork bao which is 2 for 5$ at the Superstore sushi bar tastes much better. Although it's a dumpling store, not good at all than the dumplings sell at the mart, and it's too expensive compared to the portion and taste.

Wait was 50 minutes but food was AMEZING! best in town for dumplings

What can I say? So excited at the idea of dim sum in Penticton only to be so very disappointed. The bao steamed bun was gummy and definitely not fresh. The sticky rice was overcooked and the Hargow again was gummy and overcooked. Not only was it very overpriced for what you get at a fast food mall food court but it lacked flavour and technique. I guess it is back to Costco as the person to my left commented while he was eating his food. He warned me too late 😞

Everything was perfect! Easy online ordering system, easy to park at the mall and pick up your order, and super yummy food. I couldn't figure out how to give a tip online but they have a tip jar so that's good :) My mango boba smoothie was so good and I also loved the bao buns and teryaki chicken with noodles. The staff were friendly too :) I'm from Princeton but when I'm in Penticton again I will be back!

H and L Dumpling House brings a light to the Penticton Food Court that was sorely missed. Their kind service and delicious food are great additions to the food court and I love going there whenever I'm at the mall! I've had their soup dumplings which are absolutely delicious! As well as their Bao and their pork belly noodles! I've been telling everyone I know about this dumpling house because I want them to be at the mall forever! Definitely check it out if you haven't already!

I work in the mall, ever since this stall operated, I been getting my lunch very frequently (especially pork belly). All the dim sum too. Reasonable price. Great service.
