The food was delicious. Fast and friendly service. Clean environment. Vegetarian options: Perfect for the people who are strict with their diet. Parking: Parking is very organized and you can always get space for your car. Kid-friendliness: Enough room for the kids and staff is friendly so it is perfect.

Probably the worst Sushi place I have ever been to. Very small expensive tasteless rolls. What little salmon there was, was chewy. The teriyaki also had no flavour. The spring rolls tasted off. The chicken was rubber like. Just an overall disgusting experience. Would never go back.

Love this place, find myself ordering a bowl of beef ramen soup pretty much weekly. When I was in today the debit/credit machine wasnt working, and I couldnt get the app on my phone to work either. The wonderful lady working there lent me her phone to order and pay. Now thats service!

Went after 7 for dinner. Staff was bubbly and polite, service was fast. Rolls were tasty and fresh, so above average for the chain, but still chain level, not high end sushi rolls. Would return.

Staff is always friendly, food is always great and affordable. They accidentally forgot something for my order last week and more than made up for it this week. Love the noodle bowls and bubble tea. Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the kids meals.

Cleaning the floor in the kitchen as my food was being made. Also gave me half a bowl of food. Never seen a bowl this empty in any edo I ve ever been to.

Everything is salty and brownish even veggies didn t taste fresh. Looks like there is only one sauce for chicken, beef, prawns. Will not return, sorry.

We returned to our motel after picking up dinner and the bag had no napkins, no cutlery, no spice/hot sauce that we asked for, we werent given a drink or pocky for our toddlers meal and the flavour of the meals were overall quite bland. The meat was decent, but thats about it.

Amazing customer service . My mom had never been but they helped her figure out what she would like . Very amazing people !

Order included Bento boxes Salmon nigiri Many types if tempura Ramen noodle wonton bowl Many different rolls Spring rolls The only thing that was of decent taste or quality was the stir frys [beef, chicken and shrimp] in the bento boxes and the 3 wontons in the bowl. Tempura was horrible...chewy/gummy batter, tasteless, just not good. [And yes in takeout tempura may not travel.well...but this was beyond that. Even the potato was tasteless] Noodles were rubbery, chewy and inedible Missing any broccoli in the soup even after paying for extra. Weird taste in the rolls... could never identify it. Rolls tasted like the rice was old...chewy with a crunch in it. But, like i said, the bento boxes with the stir fry did the job. Would i go back? Not for me...nope

We had teriyaki chicken and California roll bento.it is fresh and taste. Vegetarian options: Fresh stir fry and sushi rolls cucumber, avocato,California rolls.. Parking: Inside the shopping center. Plenty of parking lot.

I ordered the Sushi platter and it was terrible the girl putting it together obviously hated her job big time..rolls were falling apart not fresh and extremely small..the girl at the cash was sweet but other than that...terrible terrible..Edo should not be happy with this owner

Thats nothing like japanese food, everything is artificial and feels like eating a copy of the real stuff, its a franchise so.. Get it when you dont have any other sushi choice, then if youre supet hungry maybe youll like it..

Just got home with my california roll and beef roll asked for no avacodo and no cucumber. Ther was cucumber in both of the rolls. Called twice and no one answered. Lucky its a preference and not an allergy or this could have been worse then a one star review.

Food is always delicious and made fresh to order. Wish they would stop selling out of the edamame beans! LOL. Theyre so good!

The food is barely edible, and the service is poor. We were told the DEBIT machine is down and were scolded with I TOLD YOU ALREADY when we tried to pay with CREDIT. Somehow, coincidence or not, none of the other customers who came in after us were told about the broken machine.... This is supposedly fast food sushi, but we waited 20 minutes for our food (there was ONE other family in the restaurant). The tempura shrimp had an unusually thick, fish-and-chips style batter, and even the California roll was barely edible. If you cant get something as simple as a California roll right, are you really a sushi restaurant?

Good service, but not enough quantity. I ordered a side order of ricr for $4 and they gave me a very small portion. I used to work in an Edo Japan franchise and this is not what they do the same order.

Edo has always been good. Staff are friendly here, portion sizes are good, could be a little cheaper (Im sure the ingredients arent that expensive) and Id go there more often with my family. Saw they deliver now too which is great.

Food is amazing. Staff is consistent, but shy, so the atmosphere is awkward at times. But overall its amazing.

One of my favorite places to eat. Great tasting meal with a lot less grease than a burger joint. One star taken away for prices that are a tad high.

So I went there to get California rolls....quick and easy and go watch the snow birds perform. Order was in at 5:55 and the show was from 6 to 6:45. I knew I would not get to see the whole show but I would see most of it. Anyway they were training a new employee so I was alright with it being a little longer. But when 25 minutes went by and its was not done I asked how long it will be and one employee went to see if he could hurry it up and in front of 6 customers all who ordered after me. The old man who was training the new employee the proper way to cut rolls said he did not care and they can wait. Well that will be the last time I step foot in that place.

A lot of people call this fast food. I think it tastes delicious. Ive been eating here for about five years now. To Me, excellent service. Ive seen other people complain about it. But whatever man the people making the food or awesome.

Love the spicey crispy coating. Good choices for second choice. Mashed potatosxand gravy are great. Mac and cheese side needs spice.

Do not order online ! They do not seem to be set up for it or very familiar with their menu. My order was not ready they claimed they just received it when I walked in at pick up time. The lady was extremely rude and giving me attitude because she did not understand the items on the order. I had to show them their own online offers on my phone and I had to sit and wait for my food despite ordering and pre-paying. I will not be doing that again !

Edit: I gave you guys another try and disappointed once again. Seriously what is that old guys issue? If you dont like working there then dont, stop being so rude. Give this place a skip and drive to kelowna . The old guy has turned me off this location for ever I dislike this location for two reasons. The hours they have on the door are not the hours they are actually open which is very frustrating , why bother having the hours posted? Also the older gentleman is quite rude

I love Edo. We got the teriyaki chicken which is our favourite. There wasnt much chicken or vegetables. Mostly rice with teriyaki sauce. Other locations we visit have more chicken and vegetables. If you like rice with sauce, this location will be your top choice.

If you want fast food style sushi, with less than grocery made quality, this is the place. More rice than fish, awful customer service , with sushi presentation so amateur, it makes sushi from the local grocery stores so much better. Better sushi at kojo sushi in Skaha.

Love the food...I personally love the soups with extra shrimp...every town I go to I have to go to Edo...

Salmon Poke bowl was yummy and kids liked beef noodle full bowls. However only drink option was water or Pepsi be nice to have a hot drink option like miso soup or coffee/tea, esp when its cold outside like today.

If youre from vancouver, dont get your hopes up here for asian food. The food is average, service is average, but the AC was off so it felt like an oven in the store.

Like the spring rolls and chicken dishes. Portion is small for $10. And I tried the sushi was terrible. If you love sushi you Will know good and bad one. Go to real sushi place. Here is for grilled teriyaki style
