Triple os is known for having a messy burger. But this location takes the cake on that. 7 out of 10 of my burgers are usually covered in mayo or triple os sauce. On top of that this location conveniently forgets to put napkins in the bags leaving you covered in sauce with no way of cleaning it up. Service is always rushed and snappy because theyre too busy hanging out in the back and chatting. Your job is about as simple as it gets DO BETTER

Unfortunately they cooked my burger wrong today. (It tasted really bad , I think he only cooked 3-4 minutes instead5-6) it was a breakfast burger which has the full beef patty I had to throw it away and just eat the remainder. I will not going back, too bad because I go at least once a week before.

Food was great. Would give it 5 stars but the prices are abit expensive, and there was abit of a wait.

Waited 30min stuck in drive thru then the order was not only wrong but looked as if it was stepped on before it was handed to us. When I returned With the order I was refused compensation. Told come back another day!!! It the worst experience my daughter and I ever experienced. We both agree worst place ever!! Save your money, I give Triple Os -100. Needless to say I was ripped off by this company. No food, no refund, Nada. We came home and ate. So much for our girls night out. Never Again!

Everything was pretty decent. My partner loved his burger. Great shakes! Customer service, pleasant. Sadly, someone must have lost control or gapped out while using the cajun salt shaker. Pic included. Be careful, thats a heck of a lot of sodium. Most of it was on the bottom so not all was lost.

Very kind staff, very nice environment to eat in on the inside, and theres the little convenience store inside that makes it easy just to stop for a snack if you dont want a full meal.

I belive its only drive thru service (its a mini Whitespot) but theyre quick and friendly. Whitespot makes the best burgers around, and their milkshakes are incredible. I have to control myself or Id have a shake everyday

The Absolute Best Breakfasts are Served here! If you love a healthy and full sized sandwich or wrap, Tripple Os should be a part of your morning routine! If your a Hamburger conasour?! Then look no further once again, Tripple Os has the Best Burgers out of All fast food chains!!! Just remember to add real cheddar in place of processed for a complete and authentic meal suited for Royalty Vegetarian options: Best Salad size ever also!!! With real, fresh sliced chicken breast! Great food good service

First, it is fast food outlet at a gas station, so dont look for atmosphere. Clean place, friendly staff, quick service. Burgers were ok, not spectacular, reminiscent of Wendys but prices were very high in my opinion. Deep fried pickels had a nice zing to them.

Samantha was amazing at fixing a slight issue I had with a melted shake. She was quick and offered a remake no issues which is a level of customer service I m in love with

My triple O with cheese was fresh & delicious. Added sweet potato fries with spicy Chipotle dipping sauce & any icy cold root beer. Hit the spot!

We are out of towners and in the area on vacation. Ordered drive through around 9 pm and was informed that certain milkshakes are only served after 9pm. So ok we ordered one of the available options. Paid and received 4 milkshakes with no whip cream on them. I paid almost $30.00 as a treat for all the kids to have a good quality milkshake. So I asked if they came with whip cream and the drive through attendant, who had an attitude or was just in a bad mood she says ya we are all out of whip cream tonight. Youd think there would be either notice y her stating that at the beginning of the order or that she would atleast apologize for the inconvenience. She could have cared less. Talk about customer service. Sad they have someone working with such little care for customers or for representing their business.

Staff is friendly, location is convenient. Atmosphere is as good as it gets when at a gas station. Price is insane for what you get but the food is really good.

The worse customer service, front lady just yells like we are deaf, we ask her to lower her voice and nothing makes a her to stop , we wanted to make sure she understood the order and kept yelling and asking f doe drink. Never coming back 0 starts obviously

Went through drive thru yesterday and received really friendly service. My little doggie was also ecstatic with the service when they noticed him in the car and offered him his favoritist treat and lots of attention my food was exactly how I ordered it and my side of mayo was remembered

We are from out of town and always look forward to grabbing some food on our way home, but today was a first for me. We got in line with 2 cars ahead of us and waited about almost 20 minutes before we got to order. When the girl came on the speaker we were only told she would be with us in 5 minutes. We ordered two meals; chicken fingers and a legendary combo with no cheese. When we got to the cashier we told her they should put a sign up about the long waits and all we got was we got busy and we have no signs. Not even a sorry for the wait, and she was not friendly at all. We paid for our food and then waited another 5 minutes until we received it, so it was about 27 minutes total. When we parked somewhere to eat I realized I had cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese. I never write reviews, but if your going to make people wait almost half an hour in line, and charge pretty good money for fast food, you could at least be friendly to the customers and apologize for making them wait. You might not be able to control the wait, but you can control the attitude.

if you or your kids have a seafood allergy you cannot order much here. they use the same oil for everything . including their shrimp. i know because the drive through girls laughed and mocked me for asking today. apparently they know nothing about allergies poor customer service

Drove 20 minutes to get their slop food for my family. Drove all the way home to find half our order missing. Plus, with their prices, it was a complete rip-off. Phoned to ask if they delivered, and the young scholar of an employee started swearing on the phone looking for a pen. Needless to say their was nothing the young scholar could do for me. It is a shame that even a person cant get a drive thru order right anymore. God bless your simple soul.

More focus and training on food quality is definitely needed at this location. Ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. The tenders must have been holding beyond the allowed time since all pieces were hard and dry. The portion cup of the fries was only half full, and there was an uncooked regular fry in the container. Went back to speak to a supervisor or manager on duty, and I was told there was none at the time. They replaced my meal, but when I returned to the hotel, it was very clear that they just put the fries and tenders back in the fryer for a minute to warm them back up. I was told they would make it fresh, but I should have known that was a lie when I only waited 2 minutes as Im sure it takes longer than that to cook these items. Very disappointing experience

Staff are great, good is great, I had trouble ordering online so I just came through the drive-thru and mentioned how its a birthday dinner, the staff surprised me by throwing in a birthday dipped fudge cheesecake bar!! Theyre great!

Ordered through SkipTheDishes and triple Os got my order wrong, took them almost an hour from when I placed the order to complete the order to be picked up by the driver.

16.00 for a burger combo with fries and ice tea. The hamburger patty was not fresh, it was tough and hard to eat. Had to throw out.

I have ordered 4 times completely different months ranging from September 2021 to June 2022, everytime the order is wrong! Very frustrating

I would like to say that the staff here are wonderful. I decided to go through the drive thru one night after a rough Monday at work. A young lady named Ashley was working the window. She made my day with her pure kindness and sense of humour. Keep up the good work.

The food is great. If you dont want a messy burger as for half sauce. Definitely worth hitting the drive thru or dine in. Skip is around 16 dollars more.

The food here is good when you can get what you order. It seems that more often than not the store is understaffed and the wait times can be terrible. Often the drive thru is closed, the debit machine is down, or they ve run out ingredients for the promotional items. Seems like they re barely holding it together a lot of the time.

The staff made mistakes, but fixed them without complaint or charge. Wait time was short, and the food was tasty. However, I believe that the jalapeno was left off of my jalapeno peanut-butter burger (promotional item), which was a little disappointing.

They werent very busy but seemed a tad slow. The staff member who took out order was efficient and friendly. My Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich was good but want at all Spicy. They isnt the fault or responsibility of the team at the restaurant. White Spot and Triple-Os need to get the right ingredients to insure the sandwich is actually spicy. Thanks

Now youd think a double double is a coffee order, but get that out of your head. Its the burger you want, better yet, the burger you need. So do yourself a favour and eat up.

Have gone 3 times for milkshakes and every time its been different. First no whip cream, they said they were out. Then second time still no whip cream and also no chocolate drizzle on inside of cup. The kid working there couldnt care less about this place and it shows. Id give zero stars if I could.

Its 11:05. They stop serving breakfast at 11. Ive been waiting in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes with three cars in the lane and now they tell me theres nothing they can do. These guys are super inefficient and can only take one customer at a time. Slow and rude. Dont waste your time.

We ate inside at about 11:45 AM. Our burgers were luke warm. When asked later how the food was, we answered that it was cold. The manager gave us two 10% off certificates for our next visit. We wont soon return.

There shake was good, had an issue with the drive thru but they were courteous and gave me the shake for free because of the wait. So I will be back.

So went to Naramata stopped in Penticton for cheese burger, onion rings, at the famous triple o s , should call it triple oh oh s , waited 20 mins in drive thru (after placing order, it wasn t busy) then we got drinks , waited more, then got the burger and onion rings, drinks we great(can t really screw up a Diet Coke) the lids however choked the cardboard straws off , because straw holes in lid are to tight) then after waiting the balance of the time, we get the burger, rings and pickle chips. Credit due for excellent onion rings and pickle chips burger was major fail, the patty was still cold I was a mile down the road so didn t turn back, didn t eat the burger. Brutal brutal brutal

As for some of the other reviews: The burgers are expensive because theyre higher quality and always freshly made, welcome to capitalism, where you can charge more for superior products. Their food and quality used to be good. The last two times Ive ordered I have had missing items and poor cooking quality (either burnt or undercooked). For the price you pay, you would think the quality would be better.

The food there is more often than not over cooked. Their sweet potatoes fries are not what you would exspect. I have relayed this info to their emoyees but still get over cooked food. Their veg burger is real good bit bit like I said...over cooked.

A couple of weeks ago we ordered from triple o s via skip the dishes. When our order arrived it was someone else s. I call the store and dealt with Gage. He went out of his way to get us what we ordered and even delivered it himself. He also had some other surprises in the bag . He was very helpful solving the issue and not off do u get this kind of service. Mistakes happen it s how you deal with them that makes you different. Way to go Gage.

I usually love tripple Os but i ordered off skip today and am very disappointed.....waited nearly 2 hours for a burger and chicken strips and ya give me the wrong burger, its cold and just looks...sad.. not impressed considering how expensive you are

I ordered two meals to go through the drive thru ..sat in my vehicle a good 15 minutes while other individuals ahead of me waited in line for their orders. When i finally got to the take out window and confirmed the order the gentleman dropped the debit machine.. after picking it up he struggled to reconnect it all the while cursing at it under his breath. Then he was not able to reconnect it.. now i had wasted over half an hour and still no food..and that explains why the truck in front of me had left without any food. after chatting with his manager he demanded i pay in cash because their machine was no longer working..something they could have told me and the others before we lined up and ordered. not having any cash on me and by that time no longer interested in eating food from a place where people drop things on the floor and handle it and then handle food without washing their hands and after looking in the window of the drive through decided debit machine or not would never eat there as it looked unsanitary. Not a fan!!

Often not open on time or ready when open. Routinely run out of basic product. Stopping here is often a waste of time.

Worse service I have ever had. I waited in line for 20 mins and I couldnt leave because there was a line up behind me and a head of me. Not one employee acknowledged me at the order speaker and window for another 10 mins. Will never support this restaurant again!

Perhaps the rudest and most unprofessional cashier that has ever assisted me, and thats putting it lightly. Only had one BC Chicken breast left for some reason, and I was met with an impatient and disrespectful tone when I couldnt choose a different item fast enough.

Personal favorite for a fast food breakfast sandwich, the burgers are good as well.

BEST BURGERS IN TOWN!!! This is a mini White Spot restaurant (quick service restaurant) that offers a few seats to dine in, but this is where I do the drive- thru and Ive got my order in 5 minutes or less, piping hot and tempting to eat in the car before I get on the way back home or to the beach or wherever dinner is planned.. Ive eaten at both White Spot restaurants and I have to say, the burgers here are juicier and filled with Triple-0 sauce oozing from all sides. Always with their signature dill pickle slice on top. If youve never had a legendary burger with Triple-0 sauce, youre missing out! Do try! The deep-fried potato chips, whether regular potato or sweet potato, are delicious and crispy on the outside, tender inside. I cannot go here without ordering their classic deep-fried onion rings! Also the best in town--very thick cut and crispy--you wont be disappointed. They offer an array of burgers, single or platter to include fries and a drink of your choice. Add-ons, sides, the best hand-scooped milkshakes, and much more. The service is always friendly and knowledgeable. Indoor dining is limited but clean and lively, being situated on the corner of Eckhardt and Vees Drive with a gas station as well, so very busy in summer months. Location is prime and its next to the Casino and all the entertainment venues, including the SOEC (South Okanagan Entertainment Center), hockey venues, the Aquatic Center, etc. Just minutes from the Okanagan Lake beach as well. You wont be disappointed! ***NOTE: Due to Covid-19 pandemic, I hadnt patronized this establishment since March 2020. Now into August, with PPE and new safety measures, I decided to pick up a couple of platters. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to see a few inside workers not wearing their masks (propped under their chins) and only one was wearing gloves (at the order window). BEWARE! I dropped to 4 stars for this, maybe should be less. Not wearing proper, mandatory PPE could cause infection, which ultimately could cause death. PPE must be taken seriously. Not going back here until owners/managers enforce proper safety measures.

I went there yesterday visiting from vancouver and the floors were dirty he just threw the extra fries that weren t used in my order on the ground. The worker handling my food went for a smoke break and never washes his hands. Over all terrible experience never seen a triple o s with this bad of service

The burger was overdone, cold and had very little sauce on it-the fries were all short chips-ends of fries-they were also overdone and cold. Will not be back.
