We are locals for more than 20 years. Over a month ago we contacted the owner of this business to preorder 30 souvlaki dinners for a family celebration of life. He assured us that a deposit wasnt necessary, he would keep our name on a note and to call and confirm our order a week in advance. We contacted him this week, as per his instructions, and he informed us that they had now booked a larger order for another person and are unable to fulfill our order. We will never bring our business here again and will advise others to choose a better quality and more reliable alternative in Penticton.

Great place to eat when you visit. Opened in 1978 and has been great every time I ve been.

I really wish you had in house service. I was here two yrs ago and it was take out only. Too bad..

I always eat at Mykonos when I go to Penticton which is several times a year. Ive tried a few things including their pizza and some Greek foods, which have all been excellent, but their lasagna is absolutely fantastic. The owner and staff are super friendly and welcoming and the order is always ready quickly. Only wish they were open Sunday too!!

Mykonos has excellent pizzas and Greek food. No online ordering unfortunately.

Honestly just called never had this place before was rushed by the woman on the phone because she was busy said multiple times she was busy was not in any way helpful and I haven t had this place nor will I have this place that was the worst service I ve ever had

We order from Mykonos several times a year and have been for several years. The food is always exceptional, the staff are super and the food comes quickly. Of all the Greek restaurants in town, this is the one that reminds me most of a quaint Greek taverna. If I cant go to Greece during this pandemic at least I can feel the vibe.

Excellent pizza. Ordered the all meat #25. Nice crust, not too thick or thin. Also ordered the meatballs because you cant go to Mykonos and nor get a side of meatballs!!

I ordered a medium pizza. Got a tiny pizza that normally is smaller that small compared to Panago, Dominos and Pizza hut. The flavour is too salty, making it nearly impossible to taste anything ales due to over powering salty flavor.

The best food in town! ! Very affordable and everything taste AMAZING !! And if like me you love garlic bread then THIS is where you wanna go hands down !!!

This is and always has been my favourite restaurant in Penticton. Our family loves the Mykonos special pizza, my hubby would kill for the lasagna and my go to is the chicken souvlaki with a greek salad plus a tri dip but everything is amazing I highly recommend this restaurant and the family who puts so much of their heart and soul in everything they make.

Ordered pizza. They delivered to the wrong place and wouldn t discount yet wanted us to wait even longer for a second order to be made. Piss poor customer service. Not even an apology. All the manager said was it was paid for and delivered so we can t do anything . My first time ordering is now also my last time.

Based on the ratings, tried their pizzas. Too salty, crust was tough. Overall it was average.

Ordered for pickup tonight, and they were fast, the service was great! The pizza was incredible! The only thing, why cut it in squares? It baffles me, makes it more difficult to hold, and the edges of the crust was a bit over baked

We have been ordering take out and it has been fabulous everytime. We order large orders and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious.

me and 3 friends went for dinner before a movie. we got seated and got menus server didn t talk to us for 10 minutes. when she did 2 of my friends ordered a platter for 2, when they asked if they could get it split into 2 on the bill she got very mad and didn t speak much english but she was in our faces and very angry over a simple question. myself i ordered a salad and a ice tea... ice tea never showed up and when we got our bill i was billed for a ice tea so i went up to the sever to ask for it to be taken off and she said we were to fast . i ve had some very good experiences here with family but today it was terrible and we all left very upset.

My family has been coming here for over 30 years. We absolutely love their pizza, friendly service and fun decor. This restaurant is a Must Visit for all our trips to Penticton!

Great food! But what made it the best was the service. They handled a group of 19 better than I expected. One food item was missed from the order, but it was a mistake by the cook which was easily fixed. I didnt mind waiting a few more minutes. I would recommend to everyone.

The ambiance and the colors of the restaurant maybe Greek, but the food sure isn t. They had very limited Greek food options. I don t know what business a Greek restaurant has selling pizza and pasta but we were really hungry after a day of being on the lake. So I ordered a pizza. To my big mistake. The pizza took forever to come and it wasn t even hot, the tomatoes were sliced too thick and had really no flavour at all. I had a bite of my sons lasagna and it has this weird ingredient in it almost tasted like Chef Boyardee meat sauce. If you re looking for proper Pizza and pasta then don t go here stick with the Italians. The staff were pleasant enough and helpful but I would not be going back here when I m in the Penticton area.

We always have dinner at this family-run restaurant during our annual visit to Penticton. The food is delicious and atmosphere is very nice. Friendly staff help ensure a very nice dining experience.

Fast and friendly service but the food wasnt as good as I hoped for. Ceasar salad had a tasty dressing but not enough of it and stale store bought croutons. Pizza toppings were excellent but crust was again stale like it had been pre cooked. A lot of potential but didnt deliver for the price.

Great food. Ive been coming here with my aunt many times when I was younger. Tzatziki was the best Ive had anywhere! Id come back just for that. Fun atmosphere. We had a great server.

Fabulous tasting pasta dishes and our 4 year old grandaughter attested that the cheese pizza she had was the best, so much she thanked the server. Haha, and that lovely lady directed us to let the man in the kitchen know how much she liked it. We did, and he visited with a 4 year old over the counter giving full attention.

Pizza was dough was crisp and toppings were cut big and were nice and fresh; you can actually taste each topping. Not at all like every other pizza place in town. Cozy little atmosphere, kid friendly, liscenced, family owned business.. Love it. And they deliver!

This place is g2g. Great food and good service. Mom and pop greek food and pizza as good as anywhere. Very relaxed atmosphere....

The dedicated owners are familiar to us since 1980s. Their children are now adults still involved with this popular restaurant. We have enjoyed hundreds of pizzas there during the decades. In summer their patio is a welcome addition. Peaceful Grecian scenes decorate the walls.

Food can be a bit slow arriving but worth the wait! Tasty and reasonably priced. Friendly staff and cozy decor. One of my favorites is the souvlaki.

Wouldnt take a reservation for 6pm for 5 ppl because apparently no room. Arrived at 6:15 for our 6:30 reservation and the restaurant was 1/4 full. Ok whatever. Sat down and it took 10 min before anyone came to us with menus. Another 10 before we could order drinks. Menu is small. Not even any calamari which is strange for a Greek restaurant. When our food came there was a lovely long curly hair in our Greek salad. Gross! Between the 5 of us there was ravioli, lamb dinner and pizza. Main dishes were mediocre at best. Would not come back here.

It used to be a five star place in my opinion. Always packed and had long hours. Now its open from 4:30 - 9:30 and it feels empty and more expensive with the quality of the food going down. Truth be told, its not an awful place to eat but at the same time, there are better locations to go to in the city. Its not a significant loss if you skip this location while in town.

Pizza was thick with overly raised crust. Finishing it was a chore.

This restaurant.....oh my goodness; what can I say. The service is amazing...the Greek wine is to die for, the baked pasta is extraordinary. Im a regular here... so I sit down and my drinks arrive without even ordering...its a thing of beauty. If you are visiting Penticton..... You have got to stop here. Perfect place to bring a date. Perfect place to visit with friends, perfect place to have a birthday party. Its like stopping in and visiting friends... its the best.

This is a must go to restaurant in Penticton. I have lived in Ok Falls for over a year now and had never stopped in here and now im kicking myself for not doing it sooner. The decor is dated yes, but that is what makes it great and nostalgic. The food is awesome. Portions were great sizes and their dips are very well made. Pita was hot and crispy on the outside and soft in the center. We had the Greek plate and baked lasagna. Both terrific meals.It was also pretty cool that the owner used to have a similar restaurant in my home town of Nelson BC. The owner even had a soccer team picture with my dad in it. He has kept his recipes the same ! will be going back again this weekend to have pizza! Its a must stop in Penticton.

Delicious Greek food, good ambiance for couples or families, very reasonable prices and friendly service.

We went and sat down, ordered drinks. Got them. tables around us started filling up. People got their food ate and left before we finally broke down and asked for the food to go. We have a 3 year old and a 6 month old and a very limited window in which the both of them will co-operate long enough to actually let us eat. We were sat down for an hour before we asked for the food to go, paid $46 for a lamb dish (very tasty, best rice ive ever had) 2 pops, a milk and their boiled spaghetti with burned parmesan and paprika, 3 meatballs and garlic prawn appetizer (timely).The Parmesan spaghetti was not appetizing and was picked at until we threw it out. Im sure it was a one- of situation but if you have small children I think you should skip this one.

A true family-run restaurant and authentically Greek! I attend there regularly and would recommend it to anyone. The staff are fabulous and human! They genuinely care about providing good service and wonderful food. Not a bad thing to say...just lots of love and praise for the people at Mykanos and for the incredible food!

Great place for pizza

Beautiful little Greek restaurant. Used to always eat here as a kid. They have a small but good selection of dishes. The atmosphere is quite relaxing with the natural light that beams through the windows. Only bad selection is their drinks, very few options. Unless there is separate menu. Not as popular as it used to be. Overall great restaurant. Family & event friendly.
