I came into the restaurant to use the washroom prior to my purchase I was told that I would have to make a purchase before I can use the washroom, at which point I was ridiculed and made fun of, on top of that the staff made several jokes about my weight to the other patrons

Very boring burrito. I adore Mexican food have eaten it all my life, some high end restraunts and many fast food establishments. Taco Time Penticton was the worst I can remember, not recommended!

Owners have run this location into the ground. Pour service, half size orders of food. And the smell inside the store is of backed up toilets water

Ordered delivery. The Beef & cheese burritos were more like salt and cheese. The beef was way too salty to eat, same as on the taco salad. Delivery was fast, but food was cold. Ill order when Im in Kelowna.

I look forward to my visits at Taco Time Penticton The young lady at the drive through window is by far the friendliest . She always makes me feel special. The world needs people like her Thank you

The lady that works the drive thru is one of the nicest and most positive people I have ever met. Never have I had such a positive drive-thru experience, and she is like that every time. She definitely deserves a promotion.

Very disappointed to discover that Taco Time Penticton no longer offers a payment machine which allows the customer to simply TAP their debit or credit card. Instead, this has been replaced with a machine which solicits TIPs!!! Seriously - a tip is requested for drive thru fast food?? Absolutely NOT! Not going to happen

Friendly, fast and delicious

I have been visiting this location for more than a decade and it has been nothing but a positive experience. There is always parking available out front and I have always found seating inside. The food is made fresh right in front of you with no heating racks unlike the competition. The staff is very friendly and provide top notch service. The one day you want to come a bit early is Taco Tuesday, you can t beat $2 tacos! Parking: I visit this location once per week and never have an issue parking out front

We were ordering and the girl was being so rude and was not listening and was being very very rude and when we went up to the window she was such a bad person

The working lady was touching the food with her bare hands. She was not wearing gloves.

Service was great, food was good, they have their hair in hair nets but the man making my food has a huge beard please where s the net on the beard. It s needs to be there it s disgusting to think of beard hair in food.

Horrible customer service, I used their washroom while waiting for my order and just as Id finished eating and getting ready to head out with my friend the girl working there asked if I clogged their toilet with paper towels which I did not. When telling her I hadnt she insisted I did because I was the last to use it, when in actuality shed gone in right after me to clean, I think, then left then went back in. Coming back out the second time she asked me and my friend about the clogged toilet which was not clogged when I left and refused to accept that I hadnt done anything, she insisted I and me friend were both liars then threatened to call the police. It wasnt worth dying on that hill so we just left, my friend called her a rude name on the way out in response to her disrespect to us as people. I can only assume shed framed me because she didnt like my face.

Not sure what s with all the negative comments but I ve never had an issue with this location. Been coming here every couple weeks for close to 4 years now. They have never once screwed up my order which is actually incredible if you think about it especially compared to some of the other fast food joints in town where you need to check your order before you drive away. Are they the fastest fast food in town? No. But they have to make every taco and burrito to order, there isn t a pile of them sitting there getting soggy and that takes time. I ve witnessed the manager making 3 tacos at once in one hand while the other hand grabbed filling, It was actually impressive, I d make a huge mess trying that. Unless you are an annoying customer making 20 modifications to your order I don t see how this place would ever make a mistake. Maybe you should stop being so picky and just enjoy your tacos.

Whoever was working at 1:50 pm on February 22, 2022 needs a raise. The food was probably the best Ive had at a taco time and the drive tru worker was very sweet.

We are regular customers at this tacotime Always the most pleasant service at the drive through. The burritos are perfect every time Warm, never sloppy. Generous and right proportioned ingredients.

I love taco time. Tacos are good at this location. But I like a sweet dessert after a hot taco. and I order the crustos and they are always terrible. Usually stale and no cinnamon sugar.

Reheated soft taco was awful, nobody wants microwaved Lettuce. Loaded mexi fries were good. Would have taken the staff less time to make a taco than the 30 seconds it took to microwave it.

Got a chicken ranch burrito and it didnt taste like chicken at all, the lettuce tasted funny too. I didnt eat over half of it, waste of money.

I went there for taco Tuesday and to my disappointment it was the worst taco I had ever had .. there was just dry lettuce little cheese and beef with no sauces or sour cream at all . And icing on the cake was a womens hair in it mixed in the lettuce.. I tried taco time in Victoria and loved it but this is hands down just rubbish

Just like Andrew below said too in his review...to reheat a taco with lettuce in it! ??? Come on now! Was so wrong and so gross! I did not enjoy at all! And had two of them unfortunately but was starving! You do not microwave lettuce and the location in Kelowna grills their soft tacos and puts the proper amount of already warm beef in there and then the lettuce etc! What is wrong with this location!!! And not much beef in there too, felt ripped off of course. ): Oct 18/22.

Something has happened to the flavor of the meat in the last few months. Doesn t have any flavor anymore? Not sure if corporate made changes or operator is trying to save in seasonings. Either way last few orders have been disappointing brocade of it.

Every time I go I m disappointed. I was excited this time for this new El Cruncho their version of taco bells Crunchwrap supreme. Wow. Stale flour tortilla, stale corn tortilla. Was so dry. No sour cream or queso like advertised. Such a rip off. Not worth it! Don t go!

I saw the negative reviews and dont understand why. I recently have been going and just really enjoy eating there now. I had a Large Classic Beef burrito today and was perfectly done. They had crisp lettuce and juicy tomato and sour cream throughout and hot beef. I also downloaded the tacotime canada app now and got 1000 points just for adding. I will definately recommend to go back and try it again for Burrito thursday get one burrito and get the second 50% off :) Plus nice and warm and clean inside if you want to sit down take a load off and eat a delicious burrito.

Charged me multiple times and tried to argue that my card didnt go through when I checked my bank I had payed 3 times.. it said approved everytime but the receipts apparently said otherwise had to fight pretty hard just to get my money back.. Im sure its not their first time doing this, lady was super rude the whole time. Just lost the last customers you had left

Staffed missed items on my order. Went in to retrieve my food staff member pulled my half hour.old burrito out of microwave and places it in bag... I said no..I want a refund... clearly these guys cant understand spoken word or that I am their customer... and tells me since Ive eaten the tots that I would only be refunded the for the burritos... My partner will post her end of when she had to go back in after me ... staff pulled food from garabge can placed it on the counter for her to take. Dont eat here . Period.. probably for the best anyways...if you value youre hard earned dollar... they dont... Support local penticton spots like patio and the spots along Okanagan lake.

Food was pretty much cold. The Taco Time in the Langley mall is far better than this store.

Foods bland and meh , customer service is lacking a lot. Seems like they really don t care and there just there for the pay cheque. They need some customer service training within the penticton branch. Or just shut down!

This is the second time I had a awful time. First the girl rushed me barely let me talked pushed me threw. There wasnt anyone inside and i ead the only one in the drive threw. It was kinda rude and then I thought I would grab the guacamole and chips for 5.99 I thought Id get a good thing of gauc and I got a little container that will take 5 chips maybe. Second bad experience. Very unhappy becuase I love taco time.

There rude and dont listen im not happy

This place has the worst attitude in a fast food industry i have ever encountered. I order ,and what they where making wasnt what I ordered.When my wife said something we where informed thats what I ordered and my wife said no that isnt what i had said. The employee argued that i did and i had to apologize to her as i made the mistake. Now i get we all make mistakes and understand with the masks and screens sometimes it hard to hear. BUT why she had to insist so emphatically that it was my mistake is unbelievable. A simple oh i am sorry we had a mis communication and it would have been fine. And top it off she says i was abusing her as she is a minimum wage worker and therefore its not her fault. Management did remake but no apolgy for the attitude cause its my fault and as we are sitting eating i can hear them all talking about the incident. SOMETHING IS WRONG IN THE MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS ON TODAY WORLD.

Worst managed employees I have ever encountered and their food isnt any better. THE ONLY THING THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY and if they screw up your order , the staff think you should apologize to them as its your fault for ordering wrong and they couldnt have possibly heard or entered it in wrong. They are apparently NEVER at fault, you are. When you call them on their mistake and tell them to take accountability the first thing out their mouth is that youre abusing the minimun wage worker. My guess is this line is used regularly for sympathy. Which I do have for workers that honestly deserve the sympathy and respect, however there are none at this location guaranteed. And after confrontation was over and we sat to eat she went in back and bad mouthed us loudly the whole time we sat in to eat. No apologies. Taco Time, I usually enjoy my meal but you definitely made it a horrible experience that will make me rethink ever going back. My advice....get rid of mouthy employees (this isnt the first time I have heard her do this, it was just the first time directed at us)

Never coming here again, they completely change are orders from tacos to burritos and gave us a hard time and argued with us about the mishap. Make sure you are getting what you ordered and not something completely different.

DO NOT GO TO TACO TIME!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! If I could give zero stars I would! 4 of us ordered Beef Hard Tacos, the teller asked us if we wanted Regular Beef Taco or Super Beef Taco, we asked what the Super Beef Taco was and she told us it was like the Regular Beef but with all the veggies, so we said okay, we will get the Super Beef Taco combos. We all order 4 of the same thing, but one w out tomato. We got our order and were given 3 burritos and one hard taco w out tomato. The lady argued us telling us we ordered super beef burritos, after 2 of us telling her 3 times she finally said she would remake mine as a taco and my husband just agreed to take the burrito, so she remade it after we told her we ordered hard tacos and she gave me a soft taco. My husband then told her again I ordered a hard taco and she argued w us again on what we ordered. Then she finally agreed to make me what I had originally ordered. I finally got my hard taco and it only had lettuce, cheese, and beef on it (regular beef taco toppings) and we had paid for the super beef, I went and asked for tomatoes and sour cream cause I originally ordered the super beef and she said no to giving me those toppings and said I had ordered no tomato regular, meanwhile we had all ordered the super beef tacos and our daughter was the only 1 out of 4 that did not want the tomato and she had already received her taco, she finally gave me a cup of diced tomatoes but no sour cream. I told them that it was the worst experience ever being there and that we are not even from Penticton. Then as we were dining in and we were already just about finished our meal, she rudely looked at us and told us w attitude they were closed right at 8pm and expected us to pick up the rest of our food and leave right there and then. I said yes, we paid for our meals and we are already almost done. So we just finished our couple bites of tacos/burritos and packed up our mexi-fries and drinks and left, because they gave us so much attitude, argued us on what we ordered, and still didnt get it right in the end, I looked directly at her as she was standing there waiting for us to leave, I said I can see why your restaurant is so empty as it was empty upon arrival

Always enjoy their food. Their ratings on skip the dishes is much higher than Google. Generous tacos and burritos. Produce always looks fresh.

went to the store in Penticton on 2016-04-30, at 7:50pm. ordered a super beef platter and two beef tacos, asked for hot sauce and napkins of which i recieved neither. went to eat and got treated to the most vile and disgusting food I have ever recieved from Tacotime.will not ever be going back there and would strongly suggest nobody go there either.sent a message to head office but i doubt the clowns that run this chain will ever resond.......close the doors for good @Tacotime
