I ordered online and paid $47 for 2 large pizzas, the pizza was missing 2 of the toppings I ordered and was very light on toppings, mushrooms seemed canned as they were soggy and wet. Called to say missing toppings and they said sorry. Thanks for the sorry but I paid for something I didn t get and tipped $3.

Great Taste Pizza and fast service

I am VERY picky when it comes to pizza, so my expectations are high and can be a little unreasonable. My Husband and I tried Freshslice in Penticton today and - I have to admit - I was both pleasantly surprised and enamoured. We tried the Mediterranean, Hawaiian, BBQ chicken, and Meat Lovers - they were all SPECTACULAR! The crust was excellent - light, tasty and unlike anything I have ever experienced. The topping ingredients were fresh, flavourful and generous. The service was exemplary! Our pizzas and drinks were served in record time, along with parmesan cheese and other free accoutrements. Most importantly, the staff was very pleasant. warm and welcoming, making sure to see that our dining needs were met throughout our stay. That atmosphere and decor is very welcoming and there are a variety of areas to dine, depending whether you want a view of the quaint front street or a quiet more secluded area. Both areas delightful and beautifully decorated with Okanagan nostalgia and history. Its also important to note that the restaurant was and washroom facilities were spit-shine clean and for exceeded our expectations. In terms of parking, even though we were hauling a utility trailer, parking was conveniently located off to the side of the building, so that was a real bonus. Overall, our experience was a solid 5 out of 5 and we will definitely be back! We HIGHLY recommend Freshslice in Penticton and you are certain to fall in love with it. There was a single employee working and she proceeded to handling pizza dough without even washing or wiping her hands. That s after working the touchscreen and the payment terminal that so many people handle. I didn t eat the result but others said it was decent. Service

I dined here with my family of 6 this past weekend. I am hoping I remember her name correctly, but Bell was the lady working that night. If Bell herself was not the direct franchise owner, I want the owner to know lucky they are to have her as an employee. It is so refreshing to have to have top level customer service given in a fast food type environment, her overall attitude was nothing less than vibrating positivity and pride in the pizza she was serving. If I mistook her name I apologize. Thanks for the great experience!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Freshslice Penticton during our visit in the Okanagan Valley, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, I should say by far the biggest Freshslice location in Canada, perfect for both family and casual date with friends. The highlight, of course, is the pizza. We tried most of the flavours but my personal favourite are the butter chicken and chicken bbq pizzas, both were outstanding. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. The pizza we had were very tasty and fresh, rich in ingredients, and have perfect amount of cheese. The owners were warm and very involved in the daily operation of their business, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, Freshslice Penticton exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food, the excellent and warm service, and the cozy atmosphere make it a must-visit for any pizza lover. We will definitely return and will recommend to our friends and families who will visit Penticton or the Okanagan Valley.

OMG! Finally, a pizza place in Penticton that knows how to cook a Cauliflower crust pizza. This may be nothing to most of you but to those of use that cannot have a regular crust, this is awesome. First one Ive had in town that wasnt floppy and raw. Great job! The Garlic White sauce is also great. Dietary restrictions: Im T2 Diabetic and should not be having flour, so the Cauliflower crust pizza is great. Also I have an adverse reaction to Nightshade vegetables (no potatoes, tomatoes, or peppers) and they have great alternatives.

Celebrated by daughters birthday there. Owners were so kind to open store 1 hour early for us. There was a separate area for parties so kids loved playing there. Pizzas were made fresh. Store was ready with some balloons for all the kids. Owners also gifted soccar ball to my daughter. Overall great experience. We went for a late night meal and were very happy. The establishment was clean and welcoming. We each got the medium pizza deal. For $12 you can get whatever toppings you like. Similar to subway or pita pit, they make the pizza in front of you as you tell them what fresh unlimited toppings you want on it. Friendly service and the most important part, the pizza was great!!! They also had slices premade to go and other menus options available, including gluten free. I would recommend this place for a really good and really well priced pizza experience.

Dietary restrictions: We were so excited to be able to share a pizza together as in the past certain elements restricted our service. With no corn elements, soy, seafood, dairy, or nuts we were able to have a pizza customized for us. With only feta cheese and greek style veggies on the pizza it has opened a delicious option for hockey game nights!! Very pleased with the service and clean shop.

I ordered from here thinking that it would be same as kelowna s but there were literally no toppings like i am not kidding it was just the base allot of pizza sauce and bare minimum of toppings and cheese never going to order again from this location and on top of that they charged me for dipping but didn t gave me any had to go back and get it and even then he said oh I forgot to give you. go pick one like no sorry or anything.

I ordered delivery through skip and both pizzas were awful. Its always hit or miss with gluten free crust but these were exceptionally bad. One pizza didnt even have anything on half of it. No sauce, cheese or anything. Just a couple pieces of pepper. Super weird. The other one had everything on it but it was just gross. Clearly canned mushrooms... which is a choice. Not sure why anyone would want soggy, rubbery mushrooms on a pizza. Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese option. Likely daiya. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crusts but theyre gross.

I love that they will make you a custom pizza as long as it is doable. I love the pesto cheese pizza at the Kelowna location but they don t have it here. When I ordered online I put in special instructions to make my favourite pizza and they not only did it but made it look awesome! Customer service was perfect as well i am very satisfied with my experience and the food is absolutely delicious. Honestly prefer it over Dominoes and Pizza Hut it s a lot less greasy but still has plenty of flavour. Prices are amazing as well 20$ for me and my partner to eat an XL pizza that s much better than even McDonald s.

Great place. Friendly staff. The atmosphere, staff and food all exceed the twelve dollars a Pizza costs. We did a random drop in after a birthday party. We were treated so kindly and staff went out of their way to make the after party dining fun and exciting.

My favourite pizza in Penticton! The family that owns it are very humble, hard working people, which makes me super happy to support them. This is a fantastic restaurant/small business addition to the area. It is so nice that they have quite a big dining room that you can actually sit in and enjoy your pizza! Great place for eating after the pub/bar (as they are open very late). Handy for a quick downtown lunch!

Initially, we felt that another pizza place was not necessary, however after experiencing Fresh Slice Penticton, we are so glad they decided to open up here! The pizza and selection are delicious, portions are generous for what you pay and best of all, the consistently friendly welcome and great service that Belle and Romeo provide are what keeps us coming back and highly recommending it to everyone. It s always clean and unlike most other pizza places in town, there s room to gather and eat on site. In addition, the owners have been known to give back to their local community. Yet another reason, our family is happy to continue to support them and their business!

Even on a snowy wet day, the restaurant was clean. Service was quick and very friendly. Pizza was amazing as ever. Highly recommend the butter chicken pizza!
