I ordered something and recieved an email confirmation within a half hour. Delivery time came and went by an hour. Called and was treated poorly the whole time. Order was simply cancelled. A bit later recieved a phone call from owner who apologized. He then delivered more than what I ordered for free. At this time I cant recommend their services and most likely will not be ordering from them again.

Absolute gem, heavily loaded Indian style pizzas. Wish we had them in Vancouver too.

Garden veggie pizza was hot, ready on time, flavouful, and truly delicious! The garden toppings were crisp, fresh, and cooked to perfection AND it still held its shape after I dropped the box on the ground!!! Highly recommended! Their chicken, bacon, ranch pizza is by far, the best pizza in town.

Asked for one slice, and the staff member tried to give me two. Asked what kind of pizza it was, and he just mumbled under his breath expecting me to understand. As for flavour, this pizza was a zero. Very bland and beyond doughy. The crust tastes like a stale crumpet.

Got the pizza delivered and we thought it was delicious! Ham and pineapple, pepperoni and I think the best bacon ranch pizza Ive ever had. Will definitely have it again the next time were back.

Yum yum. Great food. Just wish my Hawaiians had a proper amount of pineapple. Even after asking for extra pineapple this time theres barely any HOWEVER that cheese pull is perfect.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered pizza was told 35-40 minutes. Arrived and was told to come back in 20 minutes. Got home and had the wrong order (missing a salad and garlic bread) but had another chicken dish. When I called he said I never ordered those things. When ordering initially he did repeat back to me and all things were ordered. My husband went back to the store to get the food which he then made my husband FACETIME ME to prove we didn t have the food we were missing. He stated he wanted us to return the chicken dish back to the store as it is somebody else s after it s been in my home. He stated he would not give us our other food which had already been paid for until he got the chicken back. Employee is extremely unprofessional and rude. Not apologetic at all, this was a mistake made by him but he wasn t able to acknowledge this . We left the store and did not return at that point he continued to call our phone over 6 times . Maybe this guy wouldn t have made such a mistake if he bothered to remove his AirPods and get off his phone while dealing with customers.

Had their pizza lots in the past it s great. Tried to order 7 pizzas around lunch today for my staff and they told me it couldn t be done , not it would be a wait. That they just won t do it. I don t know many businesses turning away orders like that. Disappointing at the very least.

Our favourite pizza in town! Basic pizza sauce has a nice balance of spices and flavour (the other sauces are worth trying a well!). Regular pan crust is pretty much perfect every time we order. Generous toppings/good ratios (ie. pepperoni has 2 layers of pepperoni and cheese!) . Not overcooked like some chains tend to be; the cheese is still gooey! Order 2 or 3 smalls and try a few different flavours; you wont be disappointed! I want this restaurant to succeed and be around for a long time, so my one tip would be to offer dipping sauces! Keep up the good pizza!

Ordered three pizzas. They were generic kinds. Flavour was too salty, the crust was under cooked and saturated with oil: probably canola oil. Price was cheap but the quality was horrible. The bottom of the pizza boxes were almost see through from the heavy oil in the crust.

The place its self isn t the nicest looking and very minimal seating but the pizza is amazing!! I spent 3$ on literally a slice of pizza that was a 1/4 of the pizza!! Soo tasty and a great price!!

Great pizza. No chutney was provided for the samosa and the spice was crazy strong for me. My mouth is still on fire, 20 minutes thus far. Parking: 4 parking spots open, same side of street.

Ordered from them previously. Not only was it pretty mediocre, but they got our toppings wrong too. I wanted to give them another chance but found posters in their windows supporting the anti-vaccine covid hoax movement. I wouldnt trust anyone opposed to basic hygiene and cleanliness to touch my food.

Told me would be 45 min. When I came early, he told me my pizza was ready 20 min ago and was luke warm at best. Which would have been acceptable if it werent also burnt to black on the bottom. We were Very disappointed. Too bad because the very first pizza we tried a week prior was absolutely delicious. Be aware to check your pizza before leaving the store.

The most delicious pizza weve ever tasted! Gauran personally took care of us during our visit. Despite handling everything single-handedly from service to cooking he ensured our comfort and gave it his all. Our experience there was thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommend! Ps. We are from Vancouver and stayed in Penticton for a couple of days. Because of our great experience today, we would definitely come here every time that we are on vacation here in Penticton.

Customer service 10/10 Food quality 10/10 If you are looking for a delicious pizza with an Indian flavouring (tandoori chicken and Shahi paneer is what I order) I d highly recommend this place. Gaurav who by the way works alone here on a Friday night, still with a smile on the face he took care of our order well. I can t thank you guys enough. I can t recommend this place enough.

Gonna be our third order today. For the price this is the best pizza joint I have ever been too. Keep doing what you are doing! Beats the heck out of the over priced Panago and Dominos.

Pizza was burnt on the bottom and not cooked under the cheese side raw dough also there was very little topings good amount of cheese but thats the only good thing I can say wings were nothing speacial not crispy just soggy hot wings and we paid 75 dollars for 2 pizzas and 14 wings not cheap either anyone who says best pizza in town is probably related to them I wont order again I will stick with penticton pizza

I ordered a medium half butter chicken and half tandoori chicken pizza. The best pizza I ve had in town so far, loaded with toppings and lots of flavour. Definitely will be ordering from here going forward.

There were no reviews when we initially tried this spot so we took the risk. We were delighted that the pizza s quality was at a proper level and truly enjoyable. Based on our search it was one of the cheapest options in Penticton and they deliver to Summerland. We will definitely stop by here again.

Thin crust is the best, but beside the great taste, the service is superb. They went above and beyond when we ordered our pizza after closing time.

Pizza minded me of grocery store pizza. No Pizzaz, mild spice. The kitchen appeared disorganizedAnd unclean. Was told 35 minutes but waited 65

Amazing pizza will definatly be back again but today when I was there with my friends there was a person training and one of the guys burped really loud I thought that was a bit unperfessional.

Service was great. I walked 3 mins to my bus stop one slice in the box was upside down. My pizza toppings were on one side of the pizza. There was a bit of cheese on the outside flap. I didnt run. I didnt fall..like he suggested. Didnt explain how one slice was upside down. This slice cant turn over in the box. If your business is slow. Great!!!!

Have tried this through Skip the Dishes twice since they currently have no delivery charge over $20. Both times the pizzas were excellent with great crust and generous toppings. Tried a couple Indian flavours and a Hawaiian, and all were delicious. My favourite was the veggie korma. The garlic bread is really tasty. The prices overall are reasonable and they don t skimp on quality or on toppings/cheeses. Highly recommend.

Tried this place out for the first time yesterday. 4 medium pizzas for $58.00 and change. Beyond reasonable. Usually in these scenarios your giving up quality for a cheap price. Could not be more wrong here. It was unreal. Best take out pizza I have had in penticton for many year. This is what we needed in town! All 4 pizzas were so good. The chicken bacon ranch was my favorite. Job well done Lala Jis. I will be back.

I had high hopes for the pizza because the pictures looked great. The flavour was good and that is why I left 2 stars. Unfortunately the delivery took well over a hour to arrive so the pizza wasnt very hot. It was a very dry pizza if there was sauce it was scant. The crust was also a bit dry, like the water/flour ratio was a bit off and required more hydration. I order one pizza with no onions and it arrived with loads of onion. The flavour was good and this could be great pizza, but it was a disappointment for us.

Very nice little place right on Main Street. You can get a whole pizza with all kind of toppings or if youre in a hurry just get one or two slices. For the pizza you get to choose between small, medium and large. The price is good in my opinion because the pizza is really tasty and definitely big enough for what you order. So definitely worth a visit!

Ordered tandoori chicken pizza for pick up, arrived hot and fresh. Pizza has great flavor, dough is well cooked and soft and generous good quality toppings. Will be repeat customers.

I ordered 2 pizzas but only got one and it happened 3 times already. Then every time I have to call them and ask for the reason, all they say is its a busy day no matter if it is weekend or weekdays.

Best pizza in town:)

From the time I called for take out it was an hour and a half before my food was ready- all I ordered was wings: 24 lemon pepper, 24 bbq, garlic toast. The young man working there was nice but very slow, wearing a stained old sweatshirt which should have been my first warning. The bbq wings came with a long, straight, black hair draped across the top of the container (I did not get those). The front of the place is dusty, run-down, and not very clean. If this is what they present to the customers, God knows what the kitchen is like. Not worth a second try.
