Just walked in to order 2 pizzas. Guy told me he needed a minute or two, so I obliged. As I was waiting, someone else walked straight to the counter and dude took his order. I said "no offense to the other guy, but I've been waiting to order, as you told me you needed a minute." He told me that the other customer was ready to order, so he just took the order. I asked if he was going to put my or der in first, and he said that the other guy knew what he wanted. How did the staff person know that I wasn't the same? I told him to forget it and walked out. He told me to have a nice day...no apology for dissing my spot in line. BTW, he told the other guy his order would be 25 minutes. Jeesh!!
Nailed it!! So much better than garbage sold at pizza pizza. My new favourite place for pizza and wings.
Nothing special, not bad either. Will I buy there again? Probably not, will try and find a place with a wood burning oven.
Best pizza I had since I moved here. I ordered butter chicken pizza from them and it was great. It was fully loaded. Staff is also very friendly. I don't post reveiw so easily, but their pizza forced me to do it. From now on, I have found the go-to place for my pizza cravings.
Not sure if it’s new owners since I came last. I was offered a free slice of vegetable pizza along with my order and it was phenomenal. One of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. Can’t wait to come back and order a whole one to take home.
I never had the best pizza in town. The good thing is you can cook nd eat hot whenever you like. I will recommend this to people as you get variety of options. I was told the staff working are the new owners, they’re very kind and gentle. I got the Best customer service. The store was quiet busy and i could see they had a lot many pizza’s in line, they were very friendly. Good Luck with your journey.
I recently got a customized family size pizza and i let the lady making it customize it based on my taste preferences. It tasted really good. And the best part of it is taking and baking it at home. Will definitely visit again.

The food is alright , the price is why people come here i used to come here quite often but the last time i came I ordered the CowBoy Pizza and ended up puking my guts out all night ! Food : 3/5
We ordered pizza 1 meat and 1 veggie for the office and it was delicious and fresh . Definitely gonna try again and recommend others too.
Best thin crust in town, Large 4 topping 14.95$ no tax it is take n bake but that way its always hot from your oven 12 mins second bottom rack in oven 425° Mmmmmmmmmmm! Recommend puttin in on cooling rack 3 mins, Then cut pizza and put back on cooling rack to keep crispy eat n enjoy though will say they need to work on understanding thin crust and not type in Reg crust and you need to be sure if getting deal on pizza like specials that are out your paying Special price not full price bonus is not tax its not baked but all toppings edible with out having to cook Raw toppings eliminates issues of bacteria and you make it hot fresh when you want it same day I recommend same day you can freeze them double wrap it cook from frozen not by m3ans as good as freash and there toping are some of the best quality you can find with decent prices too customer service is friendly nice people great pizza

Quick friendly service.
Average pizza at best. They forgot the cheese which I didn t notice till we got home. The real trouble is the nasty lady you have to deal with. I stood in front of them for 5 minutes before even being looked at. Then basically asked what I wanted as if I shouldn t be there. Worst customer service I ve had in a long time. Last time I m going there. Penticton Cherry lane location.

Haven t had good pizza since moved to Penticton but Papa Murphy hit the spot at first bite. kids loved the meatlover and I enjoyed the Indian style veggie lover.Team is really sweet and friendly, heard they are new owner but assuming they will last very long time with service and quality they are providing. I will definitely be going back and no where else.

Edited: 3.5 stars because we had a ton of points built up for free pizzas through the Penticton location using my husbands phone number and when management changed, they deleted my husbands account and points. I have inquired multiple times to recover his points, the staff have been unhelpful, and Papa Murphys Headquarters are no better, placing blame on management in Penticton. No one is taking responsibility for our missing points. Original: Papa Murphys always has the pizza ready on time. On top of that, the pizza is always amazing. No matter what toppings you get, their pizza is always made with fresh ingredients. Baking at home is no problem for us.
The medium all-meat pizza at the Papa Murphys Take N Bake Pizzeria Penticton was excellent. The pizza makers and cashier were friendly and courteous. We will definitely come back for more pizzas here!! Parking: Lots of parking available close to the pizza shop. Wheelchair accessibility: The pizza shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
Normally have good experiences with this location, but recently have had two orders that are missing ingredients from the pizza.

Absolutely amazing pizza. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience dealing with the manager in Penticton. I drive 40 minutes and 70 km to come get a pizza because there is no Papa Murphys in my city, the customer service treatment that I received from Carey in Penticton was God awful!
Ordered 2 pizzas at the Penticton location today, after having seen their promotion (50% off the second pizza) on their website. Apparently that is only good on Sundays, which it doesnt state on the website. The woman serving me was incredibly rude and gave me a snappy I am obviously not in charge of the website and made all kinds of rude comments on my way out. Paid a fortune for a couple of very simple pizza, which I could have gotten for 1/4 of the price at the grocery store. This was me trying to support a local business.

Its not bad, its not amazing, but its good for what it is and healthy selection of fresh options. I think alot of what the pizza ends up like is how good you are with your oven.

Great pizza options right on the menu, but if you want any changes theres no problem doing that. All fresh toppings and a delicious crust. Its like making your own pizza without having to put it all together

I had ordered a pizza some time ago that had string or something in it. I took it back to the store and they gave me a credit to use another time. I tried to use the credit last week and they said it had expired. I was not told it had an expiry date at the time and I feel ripped off and will not get another pizza from that Papa Murphys store again. There are many choices in my area, and some of them more reasonable in price.
Duh... you take this pizza home TO COOK LATER - so of course its raw... and it is really good pizza! My personal favourite is their thin crust!

Have been meaning to try your pizza for a long time but never got around to it. Went today for the free medium pizza and it was amazing. The staff very friendly and efficient, especially the girl wrapping the pizza up at the end of the line at about 2pm. Her smile and great attitude was infectious. Im now kicking myself in the ass for not trying it sooner. Youve got a new regular customer. Thank you!!!
ATTENTION ! The pizza they sell you is RAW !!! You have to bake it yourself at home. I am not too sure I understand this concept. But the employees were efficient, and it does work.
Tried to take your survey but found it impossible. Asked for your store number which was not listed on our form received from your store. It also suggested that we use your postal code instead which we tried but to no avail. Not getting any where. Too bad as we enjoyed your stuffed Chicago style pizza today. And were hoping to get your $2 off coupon on which we had to put a redemption code. Oh well! Just a waste of time.
