Just spent 50 dollars on pizza the delivery driver forgot the pop and then came back and demanded we tip him for his service and told us we shouldnt order pizza from them because we just moved to Penticton. Absolutely ridiculous. Literally full blown discriminated against us. Terrible business dont order pizza from these guys.

I ordered the Supreme and Greek pizzas with a thick crust. They were delicious! Tons of toppings and cheese. They were practically cold because the service was so slow. The delivery driver was nice and friendly but very unprofessional. He complained because the apartment complex I live in has two separate addresses. How is that my fault? I gave very detailed directions as I know it s confusing. Then he asked me if I tip and I said yes. I get delivery often and no one has ever asked me that. I gave him a 12% tip at first because of the slow service. He had the nerve to say that it wasn t enough so I gave him 15%. He was still not happy with that either. He had the gall to ask me for a $10-$12 tip because he said that s what he usually gets. He started complaining that he doesn t make any money if it s not for his tips. He said all he gets is a pension. I live in low income housing and all I get is disability pension. He made me extremely uncomfortable and if I order from Penticton Pizza again I don t want him to deliver to me ever again. My review would have been five stars if it wasn t for this unusual experience. They also charge a $10 delivery fee. It s good pizza but really expensive.

Took 1 and a half hours for a pizza then had to open the door to get the guy to stop talking in the hallway and bring us our pizza. Then made a comment about my man having two wives when our 10 year old daughter was in he bed beside us. Not cool. Pizza was ok Food

Got pizza by the slice. I was hungry and it was all I could find. It honestly tasted and looked like it was leftover from the day before and it was luke warm. I could barely finish it because it was so bad. I usually say nothing if I have nothing good to say and try to keep my reviews positive but this was awful. And the man who served me was as equally blah as the pizza . In fairness I got the last pizza slice but it was early (maybe 11 or noon) and there was no one in there but me which was also what made me suspect it was left over from the day before. The slice was big but thats all the positive I can say unfortunately.

Very large pizza slices for a fairly reasonable amount. The pizza is very good, the service is fast even during its busiest times, and its very conveniently located for high school students. Word of warning though- dont go here from 12:55pm to 1:30pm on week days if you want to avoid crowds - high schools can get hangry. Happy eating! Dietary restrictions: I believe that the pizzas here are halal - however I am far from an expert.

Have always been happy with the pizza from here until tonight. It took over an hour to arrive. Ordered two mediums with 6 toppings each. Came to $50.00 with delivery and tip. Barely any sauce. Ordered 3 meats per pizza and both came with ONE thin slice of meat throughout. Could not find nor taste the other meats ordered. The thinnest pizza we have ever received from here. Basically like a frozen pizza. Definitely lacking in flavor. So incredibly disappointed.

I have a tomate.allergy and they put tomate sauce on when I asked for barbecue my freind ate a piece of the pizza at the door they asked for the pizza back and tried to charge for the piece gone

Had my brother order 2 pizzas for 6 people in the house, one person in our group has a tomato allergy when our pizzas arrived both pizzas had tomato sauce when we had ordered one without tomatos. When I made a call to have the pizza replaced, the driver argued with my brother over 3 slices of the messed up pizza that were missing ( because we had tried the pizza before calling obviously) claiming he needed the whole pizza back and refused giving us the replacement pizza. It took my brother calling this drivers manager while the pizza sat in his hands getting cold before he would hand over the pizza and he even tried to get us to pay for the 3 slices missing! And then had the audacity to try to get us to pay another 36$ for the replacement pizza after we had spent 76$ on this order already! I have never seen such disrespectful customer service and I will never be ordering or recommending this place to anyone I m very thankful that we checked the pizza before my friend with the allergy had a reaction!

Well, I ordered 2 pizzas online, waited 1 hour +, and got 1 pizza for 75% of the price of two pizzas. I immediately called them and they say sorry, we see both pizzas ordered but one was not completed so we sent only one ..... too bad.... I paid 75% of the two pizza price for just one pizza but I really cant wait 1 hour again for pizza #2 (even though they didnt even offer it). Too bad they didnt fulfill the online order. Get ready to pay a higher price than expected.

However, after embarking on a lengthy journey to get there, we were utterly disappointed to find a complete lack of available tables to accommodate customers. It was disheartening to have our expectations shattered, especially after making the effort to visit. We were visiting from out of town, and were happy with our pizzas. Good amount of toppings, nicely browned top and bottom. They made a small mistake and sent the wrong falvour wings, but sent the correction quickly. The driver was friendly as were the people on the phone. Would order again for sure.

Order online at 11am for delivery at 6pm. They call me once to confirm. I call them at 6.30pm just to make sure they would deliver since i receive an email saying order complete at 6pm . Finally order arrives at 7pm. I open my door, walk to the delivery car guy...got 6 to 8 delivery bags on top of each on its back seat. Finally found my delivery...to my surprise the food aint all squash and that pizza and greek salad is freaking good!

Got the thick crust it was ok. Asked to modify my pizza and he did it. Ordered online...added chicken to my pizza as well, there was no chicken added. Wings were good. Also ordered the Greek salad. Extremely disappointed. The picture depicts a nice looking Greek salad with peppers and cucumbers like a Greek salad should have. Had to recheck the menu Romain/black olive/tomatos/white onions and feta and whatever dressing. At 9 bucks thats just robbery. Will not recommend or eat here again ..75 bucks for 3 small pizza, wings and a salad.

This place came highly recommended. We had delivery to our hotel room. The delivery person was fast and professional but the pizza was substandard at best. We also had wings that were at best ok. The only thing I could compare the pizza to is an overcooked frozen pizza. It ended up in the garbage

This review will depend on what you want from your pizza LOL We ordered 4 thin crust pies for pick-up (pepperoni, shrimp+mushroom, & 2 meat lovers) so I cant tell you anything about service/ambience, or what the other styles are like. I like a variety of styles, I usually choose what place I order from based on what style I want but we were visiting for Thanksgiving so I had no context for their particular pies. Thin crust is my usual style tho so I have a bit of a high bar. I tried the pepperoni & shrimp+mushroom. They arrived hot. The size was good. The toppings were a bit scarce even for thin crust. I also found both pizzas a bit salty. So if youre not fussy about your pie, this place is prob a 4*. If you take your pie seriously, the thin crusts are prob a 2*.

I would say that the pizza itself was a 4+. It was what I expected from a smaller shop. Great cook on it, lots of toppings, tasty crust. The dough actually had a wonderful surprise of flavour - not quite sure I can fully identify it, but it was really scrumptious! When we first saw the menu, we had to call in to confirm that it was unlimited toppings. Fantastic value. The gentleman was quick, kind, and very pleasant as well. I used to work at this place before with the old owners and before it was absolutely amazing the sauce the dough and the subs I was pretty bummed when the place sold once the new owners took over and the new place opened up I decided to give it a try a I ordered a mushroom bacon pizza and to my surprise the dough was amazing super soft and fluffy the only down side was the sauce it tastes very odd not like your usual tomato sauce its more heavy and a sweet normal pizza sauce is light and simple but besides the sauce everything was good! I would rate 5 stars if the sauce was different but other than that good job

Pizza shop claimed to be able to deliver to summerland. Driver called 30 min later to demand more money if he delivered it, since it was outside of the delivery zone . Scammers.

Took my order, said they can deliver then after 30 minutes the driver called and said they can t deliver to Summerland and asked how much I would be willing to pay for delivery. I cancelled the order and called the restaurant back to which they blamed their staff and justified the delivery drivers extortion. Shop called back after they saw the review and offered to deliver and free pizza if I took down my review.

They messed up a large ham and pineapple pizza. They wont even compensate a small pizza for their mistake. I emailed them the next day and he claims he never received it. Pizza was disgusting because of their mistake, very disappointing.

Id give it a 1/2 star if possible! 3.6/10 its not even good drunk pizza! Lame service, awful taste and bland. I read lots of reviews were the first time is bad until the owner makes it better! Well thats not acceptable it should just always be done right! Pizza is a serious game.

I ordered 2 pizzas the other night (first time in a long time and thought I d treat my kids to something other than Dominos for a change). I was very disappointed when one of my pizzas had literally ALL the wrong toppings on it. Instead of all meat (minus salami) it came WITH salami and black olives??? I don t think there s was anything else on it!!! So my kids didn t touch it (you wouldn t have blamed them either and yes there are starving children in the world but mine are fussy and I can t force food down their throats). My pizza was a vegetarian that they ALMOST got right. I ate it of course and although it was pretty good pizza I ll be sticking with dominos My experimental days are done!

Great late night pizza and very generous owners. I came in 15 mins before closing not knowing the closing time for a quick drunk slice of pizza which they had none left due to the time. They whipped me up a delicious large pizza in no time. Ignore the ignorant 1star reviews blaming these guys for their starving children when infact, theyve failed to feed their own children a proper dinner in several weeks. Great pizza and customer service.

My wife has celiac and likes pizza. I was Leary ordering from this little hole in the wall, but boy this was the best pizza she has ever had. I had ordered a regular pizza for myself and the crust was light and fluffy combined with the toppings was delicious. It seemed to me that the owner had a passion to make great pizza. If staying in Penticton and you like pizza don t pass Penticton pizza up. Two thumbs up. Well done.

Not sure whats happened but the pizzas are really just 3 thick dough with a sprinkle of cheap ingredients under a dusting of cheese to form what could pass as a stack of buttery pancake.

Love all types of pizzas from artisan style to NY style to comfort food. This is definitely comfort food pizza. I really enjoyed the crust, nice and chewy and fluffy. My husband even ate the crust (he never does). The toppings were great, and the pizza was very filling! One of my favourite pizzas to date, thank you so much! Pricing was absolutely decent also

Ordered pizza, wings and ceasar salad. Pizza was good. Wings were okay. Salad was a mess. Mostly croutons and a lot of fake parmesan cheese. So gross. What little lettuce that was in it was inedible due to the salty coating of fake cheese.

Crust and cheese was good, but way to many chunks of completely raw onions, that was all you tasted. They should be thinly sliced so they cook. The beef was a grayish color, not nicely browned. Not the most welcoming when you walk in. May try again down the road.

I love this place. Best pizza ever!

Loved it, great pizza, great guy to deal with, deliver driver was super cool. Very very generous with the toppings and cheese, just an all around great experience. Will definitely be ordering from Penticton Pizza again!

Pretty good overall. I was super full! Just need more than one single delivery driver and just one single person making pizzas so it was not an hr and 25 mins to the door from the time I ordered in the store. Prices quite reasonable for the portion sizes! Got my 2 litre order wrong but that did not matter too much and still 4 stars! (:

Got the cheesy bread and extra large meat lovers best cheesy bread I ve ever had! The pizza crust was amazing, and the toppings taste good quality! Great deal for a great price considering! 10/10 will go back again :)

Great pizza! And the size of their large and extra-large pizzas ensure there s enough to go around when you re feeding a crew. The toppings are generous and the ability to order online is awesome. Love that it s a small business. We like to support local.

New owners and a menu change. Not sure if Im going to spend $50 to try it. And the website is terrible. Lists all pizzas as $16.99. Doesnt say what size that is, or how much bigger sizes actually are. How is a cheese pizza $16.99 and a meat lovers is also $16.99. Very amature website. I ordered and it was way poorer quality than it was with the previous owner. Time to find a new pizza place.

WOW!! Stopped in today at lunchtime, any size with unlimited toppings - where do u get that deal these days. Pizza was Heaven- I ate the crust and usually I never do. I must say guys the best pizza in the Okanagan. This is now our go to place and yes they do have delivery.
