We came for breakfast as part of our stay at the hotel. The eggs benny was great and the hash brown potatoes super tasty. My partner ordered the steak and eggs which he said was a bit chewy and a 5/10. Service here was great! Overall a decent breakfast if you're staying in the hotel but not sure I would go out of my way to eat here otherwise as they didn't have a super extensive menu.
We've visited this restaurant twice in the last 3 weeks to enjoy their Eggs Benedict perfection. With their Bottomless Benny Saturdays, we tried all 6 options and all were great. The staff and management is very friendly and their Chef(s) are very talented, producing the most flavorful and visually appealing dishes. For your first time, I fully recommend trying all the Benny options on a Saturday morning as it's well worth the trip... and the amazing promotion price is unmatched!
Great waitress and great food made this experience quite enjoyable. Because my wife and I cook so well it’s often disappointing to pay to go somewhere and get a mediocre experience so it was a delightful surprise. Everything was seasoned well, properly cooked and requests were met with a delightful response ‘of course we can do that’. We’ll be back
We’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, especially the rooftop patio, but heard some bad reviews when it first opened so gave it some time. We started on the rooftop with drinks and appys and the view/atmosphere was as nice as we were hoping. I personally thought the drinks were expensive for what they are, but I think what you’re really paying for is the atmosphere. There is a different menu for the rooftop than for the dining area so we went down to the restaurant for dinner. The atmosphere here was okay, I’d agree with another review that said it’s a little cafeteria-like, but does have a modern steakhouse decor and style. The only real problem was that both steaks were cooked rare when they were ordered medium, they tried to rectify it by reheating them, but they just came back more charred on the outside. I had salmon that was cooked perfectly and nicely plated but otherwise forgettable and the one other dish at the table was the chicken and that dish got a 10/10 and devoured. So out of the 4 meals I would say 1.5/4. We definitely won’t be trying the steak again but might try some pizzas on the rooftop if I can swallow the price of the drinks 😅
A new restaurant so I gave it a few days from my first visit to try again. First of all VERY pricey for small town Penticton. I live in Toronto and expect those prices there, but this is something to be aware of. Cocktails are $17 for a tall glass filled with ice, it’s giving scam. Best to probably drink during happy hour. My grandmothers steak was filled with fat and overcooked. We did however get a free desert because of that, but be warned they are incredibly sweet. We couldn’t really stomach it. Service was okay but slow, and we never were asked for refills on our sodas. We went for breakfast 2 days later, I believe our servers name was Jake? He was the only staff at 8:45am and looked to be run off his feet. It is expected to be chintzy with having staff on due to a new restaurant, but he was great all things considered. Breakfast was ok, the Benedict sauce was very vinegary. Their weekday breakfast menu is small, but the early bird pricing makes up for it if you can find something you enjoy. All in all it’s good to see new restaurants in town, but if you are claiming to be a steakhouse I’d love to see some better cuts of meat for the price you are charging for the steaks. Probably best to visit during happy hour or one of their other deals. Hopefully will be back in the future to have a better experience once they are more established.
Best, and only, rooftop patio in Penticton (7th floor). Super modern, puts you right downtown of a major metro area. Everything is great except washroom access. They are on the 6th floor. No big deal if you're here for a quick lunch but anything more than that and it's big inconvenience. Caz was our, local guy, server and he did a great job.
Went in for Mother's Day at breakfast time with our young son. Although we did have some issues initially with our reservation and ordering, the hostess, I'm sorry I forgot to ask her name, was very kind and truly took care of us. The food was great when we recieved it. We had the chicken and waffles and the Dungeness crab cake benny. The decor is nice, modern and comfortable. The scent that was in the air was a little strong. Rating reflects our experience after the original interaction, thank you for going above and beyond to create a positive experience.
I was in Penticton for a couple of days on my way home from a trip to Edmonton. I reached out to my niece to meet for dinner while I was in town and she recommended Palmer. I happened to be staying next door at the Hotel Penticton so this was super convenient. Their menu has a good variety without being overwhelming. There’s bound to be something to appeal to everyone. My niece ordered the Miso Glazed Salmon and I had the Chicken Presse. Both meals were very tasty and decent portions. Our server was very attentive and when I mentioned that my Guinness was quite flat, she brought me a different drink and even comp’d the drink as well as remove the stale drink. After our meal, our server listed off some dessert options and we selected their Turtle Cheesecake which is both gluten free and dairy free (my niece has dietary restrictions) and it was surprisingly tasty. The coconut whip “cream” was a nice touch. I will be trying Palmer for breakfast before I leave and see if a steakhouse is capable of doing breakfast.
Apparently undergoing a management change. Hope the food is better afterwards. And I hope they get more staff. Vegetarian options: None Dietary restrictions: None
Save your money. First and last experience. Ordered for pick up for date night at home and everything we had was absolutely disgusting. I ve never been one to complain about poor dining experiences (even waited a full day before deciding to leave a review), but this was so horrible AND so expensive If it wasn t so pricy I probably wouldn t have bothered with this review and just never go back, but I m still thinking about how disgusting it was So disappointed. Could have had a better meal at Denny s across the street, which should be enough of a statement in itself. The only positive thing I can say is the person who took our order was nice, it was a good interaction. Our date night dinner was around $150 with the addition of a generous tip. Even though we ordered for pick up, we tipped as if we had in-house service (probably why people wait to tip AFTER their meal). Over $60 for a piece of steak smaller than my fist (definitely didn t look like 8oz), pasta that was more mushy than the mashed potatoes, squash that was way over seasoned we couldn t eat it, chili chicken with sauce that wasn t far off from just flavoured water (had the consistency of literal water), beef sliders that were so dry the beef dip didn t make a difference, all items portioned so small it was laughable given the price. The prawns were okay but definitely overcooked. Didn t mind the green beans- they were a little burnt but they were by far the best thing we ate next to the flavourless mashed potatoes. They call themselves a steakhouse . the only part about them that could match a steakhouse description is their prices. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
The Palmer Benny was delicious! My husband had the Steak and eggs and both were perfectly made to order. Bravo! 5 stars Parking: Lots of free parking at the Palmer!
Food and drinks not good at all..bartender needs to take a mixology course..especially when you are charging 17.00 a drink ..how can you screw up a dirty Martini? Secondly what is with that horrible Charcuterie board for 40.00 very sad and the shrimp cocktail was made up of shrimp from a cheap shrimp ring..so disappointed Really too bad cause the rooftop is quite nice..
Just finished our steak dinners and we were very disappointed. To start with, they were out of strip loin steaks, which both my husband and I really wanted! When our meals arrived, all of the sides were cold (cold broccolini- ick.) My steak was so overcooked and tough it was almost inedible. (To be fair I did order well-done, but this was beyond). My fries were so salty I had to scrape the salt off to eat them. Also not keen on the $17 cocktails. Good service from our server, very attentive and friendly. Not much of a dessert menu. Kind of a disappointing anniversary dinner.
Had a bad experience at the rooftop 2 months ago, thought Id risk going for brunch with some friends from out of town. Again disappointed, meals took 55 minutes to come out because we ran out of hollindaise forgot some addons in the order with 0 apologies, seemed very understaffed. Will be hard pressed to go back or recommend 0/2.. The Kid-friendliness: No kids menu
Great food and a quiet place to have a date.
The Palmer was so good! We started with drinks on the rooftop patio. The views, music and decor were amazing. Then we went down to the restaurant. My husband and I had the prime rib sandwich which was delicious. The decor was beautiful and the service was great. They knocked it out of the park with this one!
Second time dining at Palmer. Seem to use a lot of packaged ingredients. The bacon on the wedge salad appeared to be packaged as well as the bernais sauce on the steak ( extremely salty as well. ) First three wines we ordered were out of stock as well as a few beer requests Apparently the beverage manager hadn t received the liquor order! Service was good. Overall, disappointing
Great drinks, food, and patio
The slowest service speed I have even seen. We only got 2 drinks each for 3 people within an hour. We didn t even get any water which is pretty standard when you sit down at any bar. Empty glasses were not picked up. Total disregard.
Went to Palmer for our anniversary dinner. Staff were very polite and welcoming, congratulating us on our anniversary. Small menu, but made it easy to figure out what we wanted. When ordering the food, staff was great at answering questions and making substitutions I had requested (different sauce for my steak). Steaks were cooked to exactly what we asked them to be, little fat on the steak but nothing wasteful. Our waitress even compt d our appetizer for our anniversary, which was so sweet and we appreciated the gesture. Will definitely be coming back!
The servers were dour, the food was drab, and there was zero atmosphere. Id suffer a middling meal - even at an egregious price - if I were made to feel welcome, but the greeting we got from the staff had me wondering if theyd just got some bad news. The steak was not worth the price point. The mushroom campanelle pasta was poor.
Great food, we had a couple Caesars and Smash Burgers and everything was great. Our server named Carter was awesome. Would definitely go back
Had a wonderful meal at Palmer Casual, great service from Caley, excellent portions all served hot! I would definitely recommend and go back!!
We came for my dad s birthday dinner and everything was absolutely amazing! Our server, Ella, was so hilarious and so friendly. The appies, mains and surprise birthday dessert was so great. Thank you Ella so much for making my dad s 55th birthday amazing!
The atmosphere and service were immaculate. The only grievance I had when a friend and I went here for brunch back in April was the crab cake Benny. Perhaps this has changed but I was served a Benny on a salmon cake. I understand a lot of restaurants don t have the financial capacity to offer a full crab cake and offset with a white fish or prawn, which usually works well as those have very minimal flavour. Salmon however overwhelms the taste with its own. The other issue I have is Bernaise sauce not hollandaise. I m not sure I would classify the sauce as either. It was definitely more bernaise but lacked that herby flavour and the traditional lemon flavour of a hollandaise. Otherwise the rest of our food was ok. I hope this has been revised in the kitchen as I would like to give this place another try.
Amazing selection and execution of eggs Benedict! My breakfast go to spot as the food is just soooo good.
Rooftop is awesome!
Steaks were average at best, I ordered mine medium and it was very rare, wifes was ordered medium rare and came medium well. Service was nice but very slow, hopefully just growing pains.
Great service, my steak was prepared perfectly but served without the oscar add on I asked for, server ( not Amy) took it back to the kitchen and returned it with sort of the oscar topping, I think in the haste to correct the dish they did not look at what they were scooping on my plate , 1 small shrimp and 3 very small scallops. BBBut, my steak was perfect, juicy tenderloin not dry at all. There were 5 of us and all had a great dinner, staff are very friendly and Amy ( our server) helped to make it enjoyable and relaxing . My wife had a cocktail and said it was one of the best she had ever had
The menu is one of those that require ad-ons for a complete meal . Anything but the basic ad-on is at a substantial extra cost $9-$13 . Don t go for the overpriced steaks - the burgers are tasty and seem to be the chef s forte !
Best rooftop spot here in penticton! Love the atmosphere and the vibes, service was great! And they continually had the misters spraying which more patio spots here need to take note (especially when its 30+ out) the food was good we had the spin dip and chip n dip for appies - chip n dip was aversge nothing special, the spin dip was a really good dip. For dinner we got the truffle mushroom pizza- omg yummy! And margarita pizza which was very good too but a little plain. My only complaint is the alcoholic drinks $17 for a short glass mostly ice, and a very cheap vodka (ploar ice) was disappointing for the price (tasted good dont get me wrong) - i would suggest at least a taller glass at $17...I pretty much just paid for a bottle of polar ice vodka. I will definitely be back to lounge and have a few drinks but $17 for a very small cocktail I wont be back as often as I would like unfortunately but great little rooftop spot!
Not that good what a waste service was nonexistent ordered two salads ..wedge salad wasn t even a wedge but a slice? Ceasar salad was to much lemon Ordered two steaks sirloin and tenderloin tasteless needed salt and cold! It was Tuesday night not even busy Won t be back Awful first experience
They only had one pasta option, did not have the other options in. The bottle of wine we ordered from the wine list they did not have. Ordered a Jack Daniels, they do not have it. They dont have a dessert menu, the waitress said they only have a verbal dessert menu, does not tell you the prices. The lasagna was awesome. The steaks were not bad but had grisle on the ends.
Loved the restaurant vibe food was delicious, the porterhouse steak for 2 could easily feed 3
Previous review was not good (breakfast) especially from a service point of view. Waited a month and went back in. The second time around was much better especially the service. Our server was much more interactive with us and was available when we needed him.
Accommodated my family on a very busy day and we had an awesome breakfast. The early morning pricing, great menu, atmosphere and service make it a better option than anywhere else.
Went for Fathers s day / daughters bday and had an awesome time there. Great service and fantastic food. Had the duck confit eggs Benny and my daughter had the fried chicken Benny. Both delicious and filling. The bartender also created a fun tasty virgin drink for my daughter.
Sam, our server, was fantastic. She was helpful, attentive, though not hovering, and friendly. Kaylie was also great and checked in with us throughout the night. Love this place. Good food and great people!
This is an edit to the previous two-star review I posted. We decided to try this restaurant again for brunch following a negative experience the previous week. A big thanks to the staff and management for reaching out and convincing us to give them another chance - were glad we did. Although the staff were aware of our situation the service was excellent and felt genuine, the food was up to the standards we were expecting, and overall they provided a great experience.
We came here with a group of friends , super hungry! The place itself looks really nice inside and we were greeted right away. Good service and friendly staff. Our table ordered lasagna, chicken presse , salmon and tenderloin steak. Well I don t think any of my friends were super impressed with the food . Lasagna was okay no better than store bought and oven cooked. Chicken presse had no flavour , tasted very bland , also super small portion for dinner size . Salmon had a nice sauce on the dish , mashed potatoes were also fine that s what was ordered to substitute potato scallion rosti but the salmon itself tasted overcooked and not tender at all. Now the steak once it was cut it looked pretty much fully brown and super dry (ordered medium rare). Now if you re paying 52$ for a steak that s not what you want to eat so we let the server know. The response is what didn t really make sense , she gave us the option to either order something else from the menu , not charge for the meal OR throw another steak on the grill but she can t promise it ll turn out good this time either so there is no guarantee. I m sorry , WHAT? You can t guarantee/promise a medium rare steak to a guest at a steakhouse??????? Then another server came and reassured us he will make another steak and he will cook it himself and make sure it is medium rare. By then everyone else ate their dinner and we had to wait another 15 minutes for the steak to arrive. The meal was very hot and fresh , the steak however this time was more on a rare side but at least it was somewhat more juicy and edible . The restaurant did not charge for the steak meal which honestly was expected and I d be surprised if they did but we did not get to all enjoy our dinner and the food could be a lot better for the price being charged. It looks like a nice place and has a potential just really need to work on their menu and food .
So first it is a cafeteria atmosphere...not a steak house atmosphere. It is cheaply done on the interior. We went and the appetizer I had was not prepared right but I let it go. When our main came out a hour later yes a hour later and this place is not that big it was cold and the steak was not prepared to what I had asked for. The service was slow even though they were staffed well for the size of the place. Save your money and go somewhere else.
The duck wing are so uniquely delicious. Loved every bite. (Had to get two orders) We will definitely will be going back for my duck wings .
The duck wings were great. Excellent service. Happy hour goes from 2 to 5.
Been looking forward to visiting the steakhouse and was not disappointed excellent service food was outstanding we will be back again soon Vegetarian options: Excellent
Food was nasty Caesar salad only favor was FISH...took forever and the appearance of the food looked thrown together. Wont go back or recommend to anyone .
Had the duck wings, they were really good in my opinion. Had the prime rib sandwich and was very flavourful. Server could have check on us a little more but overall a great experience. Will be back next time we are in town.
Awesome food and service!
Amazing service and the food was absolutely fantastic. Definitely going back again.
First time at this new place. Lovely atmosphere, very good service. Didnt enjoy my lasagna dinner but manager was very on it to please us. My husbands chicken dinner was good but portion was so small he had to eat when we got home. Definitely on the pricey side, considering the portions. Will give it another chance as love to support local.
The server was great. I ordered caesar salad with a 6 oz sirloin. Salad was warm, the romaine lettuce was like the salad had been made days ago. Steak although cooked as requested was chewy with a good portion of fat around the meat. The manager visited our table to see how things were. I advised salad was warm and not crisp. He offered to have the kitchen make another, which I declined. He was more concerned the steak hadn t been served on top of the salad. I had moved it to my side plate. I won t be back.
We ve been here twice. On our first visit I ordered the evening special which I believe was a ribeye ( not part of the main menu) along with the ginger scallion fixe. I ordered medium rare but it arrived medium well and they forgot the potato pave (arrived on a second plate). The server credited 1beer from my bill to compensate. Always give a second chance. On our second visit I was cautious and ordered the New York strip. It arrived medium rare but quite cool to the touch and I had to saw through it like a chuck steak. Our friends also had negative reactions to their meals. Folks, if you re going to have steak house in your name, please try to prepare a steak better than most can do in their own home. Will not recommend.
Great place, great food. Great staff. Very elegant dining!
Great experience and menu. Happy to learn they have a dedicated gluten free frier. The duck wings are gluten free too! Great variety on the menu. Dietary restrictions: Celiac. Server was knowledgeable and confirmed my gluten free needs with the kitchen.
I ordered take out. Food was pretty good. Interesting potatoes as pictured. Stacked and fried with a sea salt taste. Veggies were great too. I ordered extra sauce for my steak as I like to have lots, also good. My only complaint was I ordered the New York steak and found it very fatty. I dont eat fat on a steak personally. So I wasted a fair amount. However was cooked perfectly and everything tasted great. I also ordered a kids meal chicken fingers & fries. Good portion three large chicken nuggets. It was good as well.
A welcome addition to Penticton s food scene. It s a nicely done room that s open and airy and has a good amount of seating in the restaurant and lounge. It s a hotel restaurant, so it feels like a hotel restaurant. But being part of the Four Points chain it s got a somewhat classier feel. The steak was delicious, well cooked to order and a tasty selection of sides. Overall a bit pricey, but if you come for the steak you ll be pleased, particularly against the competition (or lack thereof) in Penticton. The rest was of the food was just average, but we ll be happy to come back on a future trip. Parking: The entrances and sidewalks are endlessly complicated to find your way.
Only our first time here, but not hugely impressed....yet. Granted, we had chicken press and prime rib sandwich, not steak. It was good, but didnt knock me off my chair for so many 5 stars. Will try again another time. A bit pricey to me, too, but we support local the best we can. And sometimes that mean paying a bit more.
Food was underwhelming for the price, Server was just ok. Disappointing experience. Wouldnt recommend
We had a wonderful dinner at Palmer Steakhouse tonight. Our server Alex was attentive without being intrusive. The food was excellent-mushroom caps were delicious, the Caesar salad was the best in Penticton, the steak cooked to a perfect medium rare. We were having a date night that is few and far between given our particular family situation right now and we were so happy to spend it at Palmer Steakhouse. Thank you for making our evening special
Excellent food and service. Music was too loud.!
We had a great dinner and our server was a real pro. Too bad they let men wear ball caps in such a classy nice dining room. It was a real turn off for all of us as there were 3 different tables where guys kept their hats on all through dinner. Likely means we wont go back. A shame since the food/service is great.
Stopped by for lunch and was not disappointed! The waiter suggested the Smash Burger and I was reluctant as I don t like a dry burger, and I make a really good burger myself, but I m so glad I tried it! Mouth watering to say the least! So flavourful and tender that I now want this instead of my own! Must try the steaks next time!
Had a great business lunch, the food was quick and well prepared. Love this new spot in town, and cant wait for patio season!
Food and service excellence, prices on the high side of town. Windowless and dark atmosphere had us bringing out our phones to read the menu. Portions / sides were a little small or huge.
Food was amazing, soooo good. The staff all treated us like family. The atmosphere was so nice .oh and the drinks you gotta try the bees knees so yummy. Already booking my next dinner for my daughters birthday.
Its ok if you dont know any better. Its exactly what you would expect for a lower end motel chain with a restaurant. We were there for dinner. Started with the Caesar salad, nothing special. Next we had the crab mushroom caps. None of the 4 of us could find any crab, smallest mushrooms ever and then covered in butter breading. For the main course the steak had so much seasoning salt I had to scrape it off with my knife. The seafood Oscar had 2 tiny scallops and a bunch of small canned shrimp in an awful white sauce that tasted like flour and water. Nothing like the photo on the website. The potatoes and vegetables were good. Overall very disappointing.
Friendly staff, great atmosphere, very limited menu and food was presented well but was a bit disappointing. Id go back but would try something else. It would have been nice to have a platter or something on the starter menu that a table could share while waiting for their meal.
Had a lovely evening out with my family. Everything was great and I am still reeling at how good my steak was. . It may be the best steak Ive ever had. Thanks to everyone a Palmer Steakhouse Casual!
I brought my wife here for Valentines Day dinner. Though Palmer has only been open for less than two months, the reviews on line and by my friends had been glowing. And rightly deserved. Excellent pre-dinner cocktails. Amy was our server and she was attentive, informative and entertaining. Perfect. Our appetizers arrived hot and flavorful. We both had the filet but with different toppings. The Oscar for my wife and she loved it. I had the Blue. Amazing. The stakes were cooked to perfection and the outer crust made it spectacular. And the kitchen crew knew exactly how much finishing salt to use. Well be back again for their brunch and if course, dinner. This restaurant is a great addition to the Penticton dining scene.
Great Experience over all. I have visited this location six times since it opened with my family and have had a great experience all times. Food is amazing and the service team is top notch. Highly recommend
Fantastic definitely worth a night out for dinner
We went for dinner I had the salmon and my partner had the steak. Both were cooked perfectly and were so delicious. I highly recommend the Strawberry Fields Forever cocktail. Our server Shelly was amazing and went above and beyond to provide an overall great experience.
We went for brunch and had a great experience. We ordered the blueberry pancakes, the steak and eggs and the eggs Benedict with a mimosa and a couple Caesar s. The drinks were great, and the food was awesome! The pancakes were some of the best I ve ever had, and the other dishes were great as well. Haven t been for the dinner yet but I heard it s fantastic! A great add to the Penticton food scene.
We went in for their soft opening and were completely blown away! One of the best steaks I ve ever had and the Service was a 10 out of 10. Can t wait to go back.
We went with a group of friends for the soft opening and the food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing! Loved all the appies we tried and had pone of the best steaks I have ever had we will 100% be back many times! Great location as well! Looking forward to the rooftop patio this summer!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic new restaurant in town, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The menu was a culinary masterpiece, offering a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes that catered to every palate. The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made sure that every detail was taken care of, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. The combination of delectable food, delightful drinks, and a captivating ambiance makes it a true gem in our town. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!
Parking: Parking is to the side of the building. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor without any ramps. Food : 5/5 |
Stopped by for lunch at Palmer and wow. Crispy chicken sandwich, smash burger, and ceaser salad were all top notch. Service and food were amazing very well run especially for just opening. Looking forward to going back for a steak dinner! Food
Truly an amazing addition to the penticton restaurant market! Food is to die for, atmosphere is cozy and comfortable and the service is fantastic.
Truly a delightful night out! Steak is a must try cooked to perfection, from the seasoning to the perfect cooking you cant go wrong with this dinner. Service was on point and the strawberry fields cocktail will not disappoint.
Just had a wonderful dinner at Palmer. The food and service and atmosphere were excellent!
Wonderful new restaurant. Excellent food, service atmosphere and location. Will definitely be coming back again and again.
SO HAPPY to have enjoyed a great experience at The Palmer! The Tuna Crudo was beautiful, delicate and soooo delicious. Tenderloin could have literally been cut with a spoon! It was cooked to perfection, so so tender and was happy to see - per my order-atop my steak a nice crumbly baked blue cheese- Staff super friendly and very attentive. Can see this as the new IT place in Penticton- clearly even the music was thought out, super causal upscale vibe you just dont want to leave. Havent actually left yet buy already looking forward to coming back ;)
Great new steakhouse in town! Beef tataki was amazing as well as everything else we tried !! We will be back
My new favorite restaurant in Penticton! Tasty food and divine ambience. Cozy and classy, a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back.
Awesome new spot in Penticton. Beautiful room, great food, great services. Looking forward to going back.
Absolutely delicious food, gorgeous room, and phenomenal service.
The service was wonderful and the food was delicious!
Great place. Very good for an opening weekend. Great appetizers, especially the duck wings and crab cakes. Friendly service.
Wow finally
Everything was great. We were amazed at how smooth everything went being that it was their opening week. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals and the service was great!
I just want to say that this was an excellent experience. Great service, fabulous atmosphere and impeccable food. I would give it a 15 out of 10 score! Food
We had a wonderful evening at Palmer Steakhouse. The service was fantastic, so attentive and knowledgeable, explaining the menu. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the duck wings and lasagne. It s so nice to have a restaurant of this quality to visit locally.
We had the pleasure of going to Palmer tonight. Our experience was top notch. We booked our reservation online which was extremely smooth. We had an issue with our starter and it was handled beautifully by our server Samantha and followed up on by a manager as well. Our mains were delicious. Served promptly and hot. And our dessert was amazing too, some some of banana cream pie type dish. Overall, the customer service was well beyond what has become the norm. Our server Samantha was lovely and a great server. The atmosphere was cozy, comfortable and upscale. The food was delicious and we cant wait to give the starter another try on another visit!
Enjoyed Chicken Presse, Wedge Salad with Flank Steak. Coffee and cider. Nice contemporary but simple and elegant decor. Friendly prompt service. Entrance is to right of the hotel entrance. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible
Amazing menu and service and love that theres early brekafast!
So good! So many flavours and cooked perfectly! Definitely recommend!
