Great food and service at a reasonable price.

This was a DOORDASH first time order from this restaurant. Disappointing: the pork chop is NOT French-cut & it s definitely not 10 ounces. It s a thin, regular pork chop, not that tasty. The white wine mushroom sauce that comes with it is chalky with too many mushrooms-just like adding extra mushrooms to a Campbell s soup can only not so smooth or creamy. Too small a portion for the price charged for this dish.

I love this place! I ve been many times and I ve never been disappointed. I was just there with a few friends for my birthday and I got a free spaghetti dinner. Nice of them to offer that. There was even some live music, not a band or anything but a couple of different singers with their guitars and both were really good. Just nice, mellow music to accompany a great meal and some drinks. The food, service and atmosphere is always really good. So far my favourites are the Seafood Lasagna and Sicilian. I always look forward to going back here.

Nice little restaurant, food is absolutely fantastic!! Been to this restaurant 9 times in 10 years( as we live 3 hrs away in kamloops) highly recommend, never had a bad meal or service, and looking forward to the next time we come down!!

Waited over an hour never received food. Other patrons that were seated after us were served and fed. Left hungry and angry.

This is our go to for get togethers, birthdays etc and they never disappoint. The staff are always wonderful and the menu has something for everyone. They really take pride and care in what they serve and its always delicious! 10/10 Dietary restrictions: As someone who cant eat regular pasta they offer a delicious corn penne pasta option that is my favorite thing!

We had a disappointing experience at pasta factory. On a particularly hot day, my party and I were shocked when the server informed us that we couldnt have any water at the front door because it s not for this reason. It felt very disrespectful and inconsiderate, especially given the heat outside. We were expecting a more hospitable and understanding environment. Unfortunately, this left a negative impression on what could have been an enjoyable visit. Manager needs to be aware of the server who was serving today!

Balinis are amazing. It was cheep sauce night, and it seemed bland and watered down. My chicken was cooked but not fully, did not finish my food and was turned off. The starter salad was brown. Sad we ate there before covid and it was amazing, noticed it was open again and were excited to go there . Very disappointed paid for my full bill didnt want to make a fuss . 80$ for a bad meal was a bit sad.

Food is usually good here. Although it was slow to start, it seemed like a long time for food and drinks. Few staff members standing at the bar not doing much.

Their Carbonara is just disappointing, it felt like pasta with milk and a bunch of beacons. They are a bit understaffed. I wish they would be as good in their food and service as they are in the atmosphere.

The pasta always slaps here. The portions are huge! The only thing I d flag is the service. The lady that sat us on the evening of May 29th probably needs a refresher on customer service. We came in with a stroller and she sat us in the area where we had to take the stairs. But the woman with a child before us with no stroller was sat at the level where you don t need to take the stairs. And that area had 2 other tables empty. Anyway, we took the table she gave us and I *ASKED* her if we can leave the stroller parked before the stairs where it s not obstructing anyone by the fish tank. She said no, so my husband lifted the stroller up the stairs where she told us to park it. We thought that was the end of it, we got our served about 10 minutes after sitting (quite a long time for a restaurant this size with plenty of servers around) and it was dead in there. The lady that sat us came back to say that we cannot park the stroller where we originally had asked to park it. We don t understand why she had to go back to tell us when we didn t even park it there in the first place since my husband carried the stroller up the stairs to where she said to park it. Such an odd thing to do. Not sure if she s picking at us because we re the only Asians dining there at that time and think she can boss us around and nit pick us for whatever she feels like.

Seems like a rather popular place, so figured wed give it a try. First time wasnt so great. The place was busy and seemed to be understaffed. Took so long to get my bill that I was seriously considering just leaving. The pasta tastes similar to the typical cheap stuff that used to be offered at Pizza 222. Server was friendly but absent. We decided to give it another chance during their May Seafood Extravaganza (or something like that). Server was quick and friendly, but for some reason we were seated in the delivery driver section amongst all the antique milkshake machines.......which are interesting I guess. The normally yummy crunchy bits of the romaine lettuce in our ceasar salads were browning. The seafood platter was large but nearly everything tasted like muscles. The muscles themselves were dry as ___, and the corn?? Lets just say that it was like eating creamed corn on the cob. If you are looking for a low-key, unpretentious, dimly lit restaurant to choke back some mediocre food and a bottle of cheap wine without breaking the bank, this place will do just fine. But if you are trying to impress your clients or perhaps a first date, and youre expecting high quality cuisine, I urge you to reconsider.

My wife and I had the Crab and Spinach Lasagna. It was dry and humdrum. It used to be bubbly and creamy with a cheesy crust - delightful. The garlic toast was just as plain. It also used to be way more exciting, roughly cut on the bias with a garlic butter and a sprinkling of parsley . . . . . whats happening to this place?

My husband and I were dining in tonight and after ordering appetizers, man s, drinks, dessert, they brought me my second glass of wine at 845pm plus a dessert and by 913 oneof the waitresses said we ve been closed for an hour now. I had a full glass of wine to guzzle I guess after we tipped the waitress dearly and was trying to rush us out the door?

Excellent dinner as always. Went for a birthday dinner. Was busy as expected. Service was good considering how busy it was.

I was there for my birthday and the server said I could take the free spaghetti and meatballs home if I wanted to. What a great idea because I ordered the half rack of ribs, chorizo sausage and a chicken breast basted in BBQ sauce with Caesar salad. Amazing!

Nice place to visit

I had a terrible experience. The service was awful. We waited a hour and a half for our food. Getting a drink was a joke. Just terrible. The food was excellent though.

Overall this place has nice service but some servers are better than others I have found. Our server tonight was 5 stars. Overall I do like this place but there are limited specials and beer prices are normal compared to other places and nothing to brag about. Limited dining hrs too or this would be a 5 star place. I did like the variety of music but please consider more salad dressings as no ranch and no balsamic! Just honey mustard which I so dislike! Had to eat the salad dry! 4 of 5 stars this time anyways.

This is a very cool pasta place with tons of options, including a make your own pasta with tons of different options to suit your creativity!

Went for the complimentary birthday spaghetti and meatballs. Came piping hot and delicious. Meatballs seasoned wonderfully. Big portion; couldnt finish. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice ambiance. Community oriented - kids freely running about. Kid-friendliness: Nice to see kids in the restaurant. Felt like an inclusive place to eat for the community.

Top notch food, first time order but was fantastic..had to do takeout order due to indoor dining ban but this establishment had excellent setup for covid 19 restrictions..cant wait to sit at a table when allowed to again

This was our fourth visit here and we were highly disappointed - something has Changed. We had the prime rib special which was $30 the meat was tough and flavorless, the vegetables were hard and bland and the mashed potatoes were very Lumpy. Service was okay but the music was 80s rock and the whole atmosphere was nothing like it was during our visit in the fall. Must have just been an off night but we expected more for a $100 plus bill - no frills.

My guest was served the wrong pasta which lead for quite a bit of a wait before we could eat together. The 2 other tables at the restaurant both needed a manage to intervene because of an issue they had. Quite overpriced for what you receive as well.

Was extremely disappointed, I used to come here a lot but havent been in a while. It was dreadful, they messed up on both of the other tables around us orders as well. The food was good, but that was after they got it right, they brought out something I didnt order and then seemed annoyed I didnt just take that and asked for them to remake what I actually ordered. Meanwhile leaving the food of the person I ordered so they ate without me so their food didnt get cold. Definitely wont be coming back anytime soon until I hear that things have turned back around for the better.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Pasta Factory. I recently found out I can no longer have gluten and have been having a difficult time finding alternatives that don t make my mouth sad, but omg the corn penne was *chef s kiss*. Our server Jessica was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and so helpful and lovely. Also, $10 for a huge serving of pasta, are you kidding me Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Really, really upscale for a family restaurant. Great place for family dining (with a bottle of wine and some nice cocktails haha) Servers are well trained to complete the experience, proper wine services and good pairing suggestions. Prices are absolutely amazing. 3/5 of us had beef tenderloin with side pasta, and averaged under $30 per person! We will be back!

The good was, as always, absolutely great. Our server Abby was so interactive and super friendly with us and other customers. Always had a smile. But the food....mmmmmm delicious as always. Absolutely no complaints.

Update to tonight....was not told about the incredibly long wait we would have for the 2 hockey teams that showed up. We ordered 30 minutes before the teams showed up and sat down. Their pre-order was not only served but cleaned up before we realized that our food was not coming. No explanation or apologies from our server, not even an offer for a drink refill. When we advised our server we were leaving, she left our table, went to the kitchen, went to the hockey team tables, then finally back to us to say our food could be cooked in minutes if we wanted to wait. When we said no, we were leaving, she got rude, said things happened and nothing is her fault, its our fault we are impatient. We will never be back. Great way to alienate the locals who keep your establishment afloat during the winter. If I could give a negative star I would. Great food and friendly staff. Always a good evening out

My partner and I came here on 03/19/2023 and we both ordered the carbonara with penne (me) and fettuccini (him). The sauce was super chunky as if it were left over from the day before or previously frozen. I added on the sliced chicken breast and again, was not satisfied as it was flavorless and tasted odd. We both maybe ate an 1/8th of our pasta as we were starving but couldnt stomach the rest. Both of our pastas were $25/plate which is extremely high considering the quality. Needless to say, we wont be going back there again as the server said that our pasta looked fine to me and did nothing to make it right.

Had the Rotini di Pollo and their peach belini - very good meal. The server was great. Food

Went for my daughters birthday. The food was great, unfortunately our server was terrible. Not once asking how our meal was and just all around lazy. We had a hard time eating our entrees, with such a loaded table of used dishes from our appetizers which werent removed and not for lack of us trying to get her to remove them. And whats with handing over to- go containers for our leftovers. Its not like we had any room left on the table.

Went to the pasta factory with my wife for our 12 year anniversary and Im sorry to say the service was terrible waited 20 minutes just to get water and than the waiter forgot what drinks we ordered and than after being there for 1 hour finally had our food brought to us and for a piece of chicken that was raw and the pasta was slimy and the bill was over 100$ I would not recommend anybody going there for any type of dinner ..thumbs down for the pasta factory

I went there just for a quick lunch around 1 pm and let me tell ya, the service was just great. The food amazing and the white wine they had for special today was really good. The waitress a young lady gave me an amazing service. Better than the old spaghetti factory in Kelowna.

Amazing!!! I can not say enough good things about this place, it was me and mommas first time visiting and to say we were both blown away would be an understatement. It was last minute and we did not have a reservation but were sat right away, the food came very fast and was soo delicious. We had the prawns to start, a pasta dish and there famous ribs so we could try a bit of everything. The staff were very friendly and efficient and make a killer Ceaser, our waitress was the cherry on top it has been a long time since I enjoy a dining experience that much.

The salad and bread were tasty and fresh and the portions were about right but the sauce was tasteless and bland. Pasta is all about the sauce and this one tasted worse than one out of a can.

Service was okay, but the pasta was terrible, not fresh, store bought rainbow tortellini, at this price point expected higher quality ingredients. Protein was poor quality.

Went there for lunch and really enjoyed the food and service.

I m in this restaurant right now and it s fantastic. I feel bad because it s so busy that all the poor people working here seem to just be holding it together the best they can. The food took a bit longer than one would wish, but it s so delicious and good that it s all worth it. And they handled our crazy 13 person family dinner loaded with toddlers very well.

Do yourself a favor and get the Sicilian Penne...will be dreaming about that dish! Kid friendly, and the service was great. We had a very large group for lunch, and were accommodated so well and quickly.

Most disgusting meal I have ever been served at a restaurant. The steak was over cooked...and they had already cut it so should have known. It tasted like dog food, absolutely awful flavor. Repulsive. The fresh crab was clearly canned. The salad had brown leaves mixed in. Potatoes had an after taste and the chicken parm was a watery sauce. Never again. Server was nice until the end.

The food was great, a cozy atmosphere and relatively prompt and friendly service.

We checked this place out a couple of days ago. Great location, within walking distance from our hotel. We sat outside at the picnic tables as we had our dog with us. Our server was lovely and down to earth. We had a wonderful meal, of seafood linguini, ribs and build your own pasta. It was really good, my only suggestion, to have a side plate to put seafood shells in. Otherwise a must check out. See you next time.

The prices are insane. 17.50 for only the sauce and pasta not including anything you want to add to it . Get real. I had the crab dip and it wasn t hot when it arrived. 14$ for a slice of cake. Nope . Definitely won t be going back any time soon. I will say the service was great, our waitress was lovely.

Always great pasta

Our server was very friendly and accommodating. It took over an hour for our main to be served. The restaurant was not full. The seafood linguine was cold and had a crust over it. The spaghetti and meatball noodles were very over cooked and was a ball of pasta on the bowl. Could not even spin it around the fork. When i asked them if they changed their noodles i was told no and that the small noodles in the spaghetti cook faster. They offered to cook bigger noodles for me. I requested them to be cooked al dente. My plate sat in front of me as they cooked the fettuccini noodles with new sauce and was brought to the table where i was instructed to move my meatballs from the old plate to the new plate. The fettuccini noodles were some what better. Still not al dente. I want to be clear that our server did her absolute best to make our experience a good one. However, the food let us down. For a pasta restaurant we would expect the pasta dishes to be better than the White Spots! We are locals and have always enjoyed coming here, however if this is the new standard i dont see ourselves coming back anytime soon.

Ordered appetizer and food at the same time. Foccatia bread with dip showed up. We thought it was complimentary as it s our first time here. Our dinner arrived shortly after. Not sure how she got focaccia bread instead of lobster and spinach dip ?! Got water when first sat doesn t and never asked again for a refill. Waitress should have a pen and paper to write down our order instead of relying on her memory. The food was excellent !! but waitress needs to listen and write down order.

I m not one to write many a review, but I have to say that this place is absolutely worth coming to! This restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip in the area, as the food was fresh, delicious all while having large portions. We also had outstanding service and would like to thank Katie for going above and beyond for us even though it was a busy night. We definitely plan to return and will recommend this restaurant to all our friends!

This place was very good. I had the make your own pasta option with carbonara sauce, chicken breast and mushrooms and it was amazingly good. Some of the best carbonara sauce I ve had in awhile. The service was also very good.

Its a good value for the dollar, and the ribs are devine. They seemed to take the GF options seriously and without sacrifice to flavor. The dining environment was warm, comfortable, and inviting. Beyond the pasta, this might be a great place for someone craving a steak as well. The waitress seemed a little short and rushed, although the restaurant didnt seem too busy at the time. All and all a great experience and would recommend. Dietary restrictions: It seems to be safe enough for those suffering from ciliac.

One of our favourites!

Used to be one of our favorite places in town but the last few times we have been there the food hasnt been as good! The lasagna barely had any sauce and was all pasta and not much else. My partner had the same issue and said the time previously the steak wasnt good. We also came at 7:30 and got turned away at the door since they were closing at 8. I dont know what has happened here but we wont be back for a while unfortunately.

We always have the best service. They have a delicious Mac & Cheese menu with lots of scrumptious choices! The fire is on inside and its really cozy and inviting this time if year too!!

Lasagna is top notch

Our server was great and our meal was amazing as always. 2 single moms going in with 2 1 year old babies who made a mess of the floor. Ive always been the type of mom that will clean up the kids mess but she was right down there on her hands and knees cleaning up after our kids even though I told her she didnt have too ! I love coming here.

We had dinner at the pasta factory last night. Our first dinner there. And what a pleasant surprise it was. Saturdays is prime rib night. If you only had Yorkshire pudding to go with the prime rib I would have given it a 5 star. Maybe next time??

Great Menu, and Quality. It was busy, but the 5 of us were very satisfied with our choices. If youre well funded, I recommend the Garlic bread, even though its about $8, but a huge portion Ive ever seen, and I was a Pizza Delivery driver in High School. Recommend the Pasta Factory for Italian, and more common meals as well. Wish that they could be open later in the evenings. Good experiences!

We ordered a Caesar salad with lasagna and 1 piece of garlic bread to bring. Portion generous enough to feed 2 people. Courteous and fast service. Reasonable price.

Service was great, pasta was good but was a bit sticky.

The appetizers were hot, flavourful, and made me excited for my entree salad. It let me down. The base was there with ingredients but lacked a wow. Greens were left enormous so eating bites was a challenge. I would go again, but it wouldnt be my first choice.

Great atmosphere, decent food, but still need improvement. I ordered lobster spaghetti - when it was served to me, there was everything EXCEPT for the lobster! I literally thought they had given me the vegetable spaghetti instead because those were the only things in my dish. Later they made it right by giving me a lobster side dish but still! It was pretty funny.

This is such a wonderful restaurant when youre craving pasta. Everything is always good and tasty. Good size portions, friendly staff, and fairly priced. A member of our party was having a birthday and received their complementary birthday spaghetti and meatballs, one of my favorite dishes. Parking can be a bit tricky but well worth it. The food is amazing and on Mondays they have build your own pasta on sale. Yum, yum.

AWFUL!!! Took over 90mins for food to arrive. Salad was so dry and had nothing but leaves. They do not serve fresh bread anymore without a charge and wasnt even offered. They have frites on the menu with prime rib, but cannot order separate as a side. Would NEVER recommend to ANYONE. This restaurant has gone seriously downhill.

We eat here every summer when in town, the portions get smaller and smaller every year, our food was ok we waited around a hour for it. I dont think we will eat there anymore.

Horrible experience we ordered a baked Mac and cheese half order for $18 plus taxes because they would not let us order a kids size Mac and cheese for our son for $10, when we received our Mac and cheese it was disgusting u could count the pieces of macaroni and a mountain of cheese piled high, why would I feed my kid a mountain of cheese and give him a heart attack this does not let me add pictures but I did take one for reference and I m not impressed save your money go elsewhere

Really great food, there arent a ton of options for a la carte pasta dishes but they do have a build your own which has a ton of different fixings. Kids meal was maybe a cup of mac and cheese and a half cup jello for dessert, wasnt enough food for our 9 year old but probably perfect for a toddler. All in all really good :)

Update: Aug22 - we walked in w/o reservation; so friendly and treated as a valuable customer. Food is great and delicious. I have ordered few times take out in the past.

Great food looks like theyve updated a bit of the restaurant as well. We dont go there often so it was also nice to see a bit more of an update on their menus too. Kid-friendliness: My oldest loves building her own pasta. The portions for kids is very sizable for her.

Had dinner there on Monday night...not too busy. Had the special make your own pasta and chose linguine with meat sauce. Sauce was very watery and not much meat in there. In fact, not much flavour and just tastes salty. Also ordered the pork chop. On the saltier side and cooked well. Supposed to be beer brined. Came along with some lightly grilled zucchini, green beans and broccoli and potatoes. Best part of this dish for me was actually the potatoes. The other veggies didnt have much grilled flavours. The food is OK and didnt really have any of the aromatic flavours you would expect from a fresh pasta sauce nor from fresh grilled pork chops. Service was good and friendly. Needs to improve on the flavours.

Ordered 2 Lasagna $20 each add Garlic toast $4 Paid for delivery, took 55 minutes- total $50.74 only to be given LESS THAN WALMART FROZEN PS I cook WAY BETTER !!!!!

Its a good little place with okay prices

One of the worst meals I have ever had. We were a group of 6 and all meals were lukewarm at best, potatoes and lasagnas were actually cold. Ceasar salad had absolutely no dressing. Sent that back and it came back with hardly any dressing at all. There was no cheese on the lasagna, you honestly had to dig for the cheese because there was none. We told the server and the manager about everything and all they compensated us was 3 desserts, 2 were horrible. The chocolate cake was good but that was the only item that didnt deserve a 1 rating. None of us will ever go back.

It felt like the server was more busy with other people and and when did want something she was short and it didnt feel like they liked people that came in on their own Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free pasta that was corn based

Took a sports team there well looked after prices were Fair good staff was well treated

Food was very dry, mussels were undercooked and portion was not worth the price
