We normally go to Starbucks and every time it s been good until 2 weeks ago and then today. 2 weeks ago we ordered 3 drinks and 2 cake pops. The guy repeated the order back twice and still forgot to give us our cake pops!!! Today we ordered 3 drinks and I got a broken lid and we ordered a venti and we got a grande!!! Should get better staff and manager should train them better.

One of my favourite Starbucks ! The staff is always friendly and drinks ready fast and delicious ! My dog also know the moment we pull into the drive through that she is getting a pup cup and they always offer even if I forget to ask!

JC is a sweetheart and always smiling and happy, really appreciate that she remembers her customers and asks how their day is going, small gesture but is very nice nowadays! The only downside is that I wish that they would have more stock as a lot of times they seem to be out

Drove from Pembroke to pick up a drink for my birthday tonight, I parked the car and before I could even step out - they quickly shut off all the nights and locked the doors...45 minutes earlier than your stated hours. A little bummed to be honest, it was a long day. So please could you update your hours since you arent staying open until 9. Thank you

The cup collapsed when I handed it to my husband and the very hot coffee landed in his lap; thank God he is only slightly burned .

There are no staff land food service is to wrost and to long line up for odared i am wating for 1 hr get to the odared.

Came through today at 9am and only realized after I ordered that I forgot my credit card. I apologized and offered to pull over to explain and I had every intention of running home and picking up my credit card. But the worker immediately smiled and said one moment. She spoke with the manager and let me have the drink for free. Theres a reason I always come back to Starbucks and this is one of the many reasons. She didnt have to do that for, but she did and it made my day!

The girls are so nice and friendly. They take the time to get to know you and always customize my order perfectly.

POOR SERVICE. Nikki was arrogant, refused to heat our pastries for us on the pretext that they couldnt be heated. Getting a response from YOU FRENCH PEOPLE!!!! Seriously. They served 11 people before giving us our drinks. Starbucks WAKE UP GUYS!!! Arrogance from your Ontario team is unacceptable. Being ridiculed by a frustrated employee!!!

Definitely my favourite coffee place whether it be getting coffee before work or just as a pitstop. The staff are super but they hardly fill the cups even close to the top. I have been going to different Starbucks shops but at Petawawa when you order a Venti size cup it isnt even filled with Grande volume. I have tested this on a couple of occasions and its quite dissapointing paying for a venti but getting a cup that is even half full every single time. Even when getting a grande size it is complete under filled. This makes buying coffee at starbucks just too expensive.

Ive never had a bad word to say about this location and still dont but its really frustrating that both online orders and drive through are prioritized over walk in orders. I waited over 20 minutes for 1 brown sugar oat shaken espresso while watching 20 online orders made ahead of me. The staff was hustling and working really hard but there has obviously been a management directive to consider online orders more important. There must be a better way to go about this. Xoxo, sad customer.

Not often I can get to Starbucks, but always AWESOME

For a Starbucks this one happens to have the worst wifi. It peaks at 5mbph speeds when there isnt a lot of people but usually will hover around 0.800mb to 1.5mb speeds.

Just went to this location today at approximately 4:00 pm and the drive through employee with the purple hair was extremely rude and gave a lot of attitude to my younger sister when my sister was simply explaining her coupon access code as she was confused. The barista was extremely impatient and I felt very bad for my little sister. I always enjoyed coming to this location as all of the Starbucks employees are always very welcoming and polite, however this individual was not and I was definitely not happy with the service provided today. I was very happy with my drinks and all of my other experiences with this location. :)

The staff here is remarkable. They are beyond sweet and kind. Jacqueline is a gem. I was having a rough day and despite only seeing me 2x prior months before Jacqueline remembered my husband and I by name! She gave me a free pumpkin cold brew when I realized I left my wallet at home. I now do the 30 min drive there much more often just to support this store as they never mess up my order, are quick in the drive through despite lines, my order is always way better than anywhere else, and the staff goes above and beyond to show kindness. What a lovely location. Parking: Lots of free parking and handicapped accessible! Kid-friendliness: They have made my son who is 2 his own teeny frappe before. Super cute. they also have cake pops and small easy to eat treats for messy toddlers!

For some reason every time I order more than 1 drink, my latte is completely wrong. I order a tall decaf skinny vanilla latte, and the most common error is having full caf or full fat, but today I was served a cup of warm milk. No coffee, no sweetener, literally just warm milk. Over it.

Im new to the whole Starbucks experience but let me tell you what Im loving every minute of it.

Ill never tire of how lovely the staff here is. Always a pleasant greeting, love the fun atmosphere.

After placing multiple orders through the mobile app and having several drinks incorrect. Contacted store and spoke to the supervisor and was treated very poorly and the blame for the incorrect drinks placed on us. Also speaking about the customer while they are on hold and able to hear unexceptable. The solution is to place order in parking lot or at the lights while driving and sit and wait then go into store to pick up. What is the point of the mobile app. If I am going to the store and have to wait I might as well just order in drive thru. Oh wait cant do that either. Ordering for a family of six at the window apparently is too much for them. I find this to be very unprofessional and not very customer oriented.

Nice people, and I recommend the strawberry refresher with lemonade. Youll thank me later.

Great times can be had here! Just a lovely place! Drinks are always deliciously made! Of course, it is Starbucks, so it is a little pricey, but its worth it to treat yourself! Staff are practically angels, very sweet.

I do enjoy Starbucks. That being the two star rating for the Petawawa location is the lack of stock. Almost everyday they are out of refreshers or cold brew because supposedly the machine is broken . That has been the excuse 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Or you order through the mobile app and when you arrive they tell you they don t have stock and try and make you something else. The staff has always been super pleasant but the lack of supplies is really making me second guess going there.

I actually like the staff there and have always enjoyed their usually bubbly personalities, except this past Saturday. I was in the drive through ordering, and I mean i wasnt alone in the vehicle so we had a couple drinks to order. We only had to clarify the middle drink of 3 and everything seemed well and good. 2 Ventis, 1 grande. I got to the window, paid and then was handed the incorrect drink, when I corrected them he checked the screen and the he went and got the lady who took my order, who I am sure was stressed because of how busy it was, but how she approached the text few moments was less than tactful. She leaned out and said that she knows I ordered them all in grande, but shell make it ventis this one time. Frowning, I corrected her and told her I had ordered 2 ventis, she huffed an annoyed sigh and said there must have been a misunderstanding. I mean i did get my corrects drinks but she was less than tactful about this situation and it felt she tried to imply I was a liar trying to take advantage of the situation. I would have paid the difference not a problem, but wasnt even asked that either. Probably going to avoid there for a while as it left a sour taste in my mouth

I just walked into this Petawawa Statbucks for the first time and stood at the counter for 2 mins while 5 employees walked around behind the counter 5 made eye contact with me and no one acknowledged me ... I raised my hand and asked if anyone was taking orders... there were 2 girls directly behind the counter in front of me having a personal conversation with each other, they had the drive through headsets on, the one girl looked at me and said there is a customer being helped ahead of you .. and she went on with her conversation... there was a man filling a bag of ground coffee large order for the only other customer at the counter... and there was no one in the drive through .. there were 2 other employees stocking cups directly beside him.. it was like I was a part of the furniture... possibly because my name is John Couch ? Lol I will not go back ...

I wish I could give a lower rating because based on my 2 experiences the petawawa starbucks doesnt even deserve 1 star. First time I drove all the way from pembroke to get a drink which they completely ruined wasent even close to what i asked for. Then Im told to come back and the 2nd visit was worse than the first. I doubt I will EVER attend a starbucks again!!!

Lowest grade Starbucks ever. Went two separate times to try to pumpkin cream cold brew and both times they couldnt make it while waiting in like for 20 minutes.

Ive given this place the benefit of the doubt everytime. Today was the last mistake, I was handed a coffee with the lid not properly secured; it exploded in my truck and upon further examination I notice the cups rim was damaged,but they still gave me the coffee knowing this. Ive gotten many blonde vanilla latte that stated like water. I wont be going back here to give them business as they have messed my order up numerous times.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Most employees were standing around doing nothing while there was a long line of customers waiting for service. When they finally took my order, the barista made everyone s drink after me first. Made my drink wrong and took 3 attempts until she could finally make it.

Large, attractively designed Starbucks with lots of seating and very friendly staff. Limited food selection though (eg no protein boxes or black bean etc wraps). Barista said they had been trying to get Starbucks corporate to allow them to offer more food items like other locations, but no luck so far. Seems strange to me as it would surely boost sales and customer satisfaction.

On a long assignment in Petawawa I was so happy to discover a Starbucks, where they were happy to let me use the wifi undisturbed for quite a while. Staff is super-friendly, its a great addition to the town.

Friendly staff. Not a crowded place, great for quite socialization or computer users. Usually during the evenings is when the younger crowd is there. Close to many services like physio, grocery store, hardware and much more.
