Coffeeis usually stale mid afternoon. The woman supervisor is absolutely awful to customers and staff. She had a huge attitude problem. Ordered a pastry twist and coffee at cash, took her 25 mins to fill the order. Replacing her would be doing that store and customers a favor

incompetent morons, over the course of 2 years they ve messed up more than any chain in any location I ve ever been to

They are fast, very fast. However their food construction is sloppy when they are busy. Overall service is very good and quick. Didnt let the long lines fool you.

Staff is awesome but the store sucks. They advertise a pretty large menu, but somehow never have anything available. Went for a breakfast sandwich and got told there is no bacon, sausage, eggs or hashbrowns lol

9/10 times its the best Tims around. Service is great , food is usually great and the workers are always really kind. They do tend to run out of ingredients and food a decent bit but They work really hard during the constant rushes and they keep the army alive with their service

Typical Tims, they are usually busy but they focus more on drive-though than in-store customers. So If you go when its busy youll be waiting a bit. Staff are good but only so much they can do when they have a ton standing around on drive though and only a couple Storefront

Woman put wrong thing on the screen , argued that what I was asking for didnt exist , took a photo of it on their screen an showed at the window and she continued..... needless to say my pregnant wife didnt get what she wanted from that Tims

this place is out of everything take the drive to a different tim Hortons if you want anything, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to have to change my order 6 times they dont clean off there tables after someone is done eating and took 3 dollars of my change the service is horrible my dog could work better here I HATE THIS PLACE

Might as well do a mobile order through this place because you ll get your order faster then waiting inside the store, in house customer service is a joke. Waited 20 mins in line to get a coffee because they re so focused on mobile orders and orders from the kiosk. Figure it out

Only 1 person working the front cash during busy time on the weekends. This leads to slow times for in restaurant and mobile order. Supervisor was only worrying about drive thru times and not the whole restaurant

Faster times but getting a bit rude lately. If someone says thank you, you do not shut the windows without saying anything. Sort out your new hires attitude and stop not mixing things for better times. That to me is incredibly disgraceful

This place needs an adult. Consistently inconsistent.

5:00 pm on a Sunday and not a single bit of food in the store. Not even an apology or explanation. Just a complete and utter disappointment all around. Usually a nightmare at lunch as well. They never make enough food, and then mess up your order over and over again. Staff are useless. Proudly post a fake review at their counter, same one at most Tim Hortons restaurants.

I went out to find coffee and donuts. As I entered the establishment I was greeted by an employee from whom I asked for coffee and donuts. I received the items, paid and left. Not sure what you are looking for Ina review of of a place known to sell coffee and donuts.

The fact that this place has any positive reviews blows my mind. Theyre always out of everything, cant put the right things in coffee, cant give you the right food. Insane wait times (20+ minutes) Toaster was broken for days, and staff couldnt be bothered to even pretend to be polite about telling people. All around terrible, and if it wasnt on a base, itd have been shut down a long time ago.

Ordered coffee and it was done right. No complaints.

I m not one to write negative reviews but this is absolutely the worst location I ve ever had the displeasure of visiting in the entire country. Their priority is speed with complete disregard of getting your order correct. Not once have I gotten what I ordered. Stay away from this location at all costs, you are fooling yourself for thinking it might be better the next time. Zero stars.

By far the Worst Tim s I have ever been too, no matter the time of day, or number of people in the line you ll be waiting an easy 20 mins, it s rare for them to get an order correct. The drive thru is always brutal, don t waste your time or money coming to this location.

I stood in the store waiting for service Saturday at 910 till 0933 without any acknowledgement, if my kids had not been dead set on Tim bits I would have left

This is by far the most amazing Tim Hortons ever the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and very helpful. Breakfast was hot delicious and was exactly what I wanted.

Was greeted with very friendly service. My food and coffee were perfectly done and excellent and given efficiently with little wait time. I loved my experience going to this location and will continue to come there . Thanks to all the hardworking Timmies staff for all you do

Always great service here. Very busy during the work day, but thats to be expected as the only coffee place on base ;) The staff handle the high volumes well!

Not particularly busy if you have the chance to go after the work day begins. Their sugar and cream machines are apparently not correctly calibrated, and once I waited in the drivethru lane for over a half hour before getting to the order speaker, then the debit machine failed when I got to the window. Still the only good coffee available on the base. Parking: MYOPIA: Make-Your-Own-Parking-Idiots-Association. Like all areas designed to cause accidents, theres a Tim Hortons nearby.

Fast and friendly customer service, accurate orders all the time.

This particular tim hortons is awful. The staff constantly has attitude. On several separate occasions they I have ordered a BLT and once I hit the highway I realize there is no bacon... Ive recieved half empty coffees on multiple occasions as well. Also at every other tims location, they do pup timbits as it is standard for the company. The owner of this tims doesnt feel like they need to follow timmies standards and does not offer pup timbits. They are also extremely slow at times. By far one of the worst timmies Ive been to.

I get 1 Coffee a day and its a double/double. Its the highlight of my morning. Half the time, the coffee is either not stirred or theres just no sugar in it. Im at a point that I carry sugar packets and stir sticks in my glove compartment...

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been to. From never having anything made to make any sandwiches. To having no selection of anything and the selection left is old and has been sitting out since the morning. They make your order sloppy with half the toppings hanging off the sandwiches. They also give you the wrong order half the time. This isnt a one time experience it happens almost everytime I go. I finally wrote a review. I hope the owners read this post so they can do something about this. This is so unfortunate you would think the tim hortons on base would strive to be the best in petawawa seeing as though thats the most convenient Tims for serving members. Totally unacceptable.

This place is the best!! I got to wait 25 minutes for my coffee and bagel and they were so kind to give me a show while doing so. I got to watch the employees yell at each other about not having eggs and other things such as reminding each other about food being ready and then jumping down each other throat instead of being thankful. Top notch thank you!

Why do they bother to advertise on TV and put the menu panels up behind the counter and at the drive thru? The never have even half of it.

The coffee, sandwich, and the wedge fries were all hot; it was tasty and enjoyable making a picnic out of the food. Well done Tim Hortons!

They are good just seriously need more staff on the floor, there is 5 people behind the counter which is great for non busy times of the day. But the drive thru has a 25 min wait line and inside there s is about a 20 min wait. Added one more staff would reduce this wait ratio.

During these crazy times of covid, people plz be patient with the staff they are doing their best. I am tired of people losing their cool

Always running out of food and when they have it they get the order wrong. The wait times are insane.

Velma the manager does not wear her mask properly. The mask has to go over your nose. And if I order tea from you it always comes out as coffee. Try harder timmies

Friendly staff. Very efficient and polite.

Not enough staff. Front counter service is terrible as you wait 5-10 min at front of line as staff walk by. Staff needs to slow down and learn to make wraps. More often not you get a wrap that is loosely folded and everything is in the bottom so you end up with 8 inches of tortilla with nothing in it.

They can be pretty slow at times.

Service is bad. The past 2 weeks I have been going there around 10 -1030am. They never get the order right. Today I asked for a farmers warp (COMBO) and I wanted a strawberry cream donut insteat of the hash brown. Also a drink. I get up to the window paid and adked were my drink was they said there was no drink. They looked back on the order and they was a drink on . Also looked in the bag after I was gobe and there was no donut. Every time Im there something goes wrong.

The coffee has been garbage for a long time now. It doesnt matter how you take your coffee because no matter how you order it its gonna taste different than the last time you were there. The employees are treated the same way their coffee tastes and its reflected in the service. The only thing Tom Hortons has going for them is they have marketed themselves as Canadas Coffee which they are not. I would rather drink bull urine personally.

Went there yesterday at 1020am only 6 cars ahead of me in the drivethru. Took almost 15 minutes for me to even order. Another 10 to get to the window and pay for my 2 coffees. If I had a truck I would have jumped the curb like the 4 others behind me were able to do.

Theyve messed up my order thats not a huge issue however I just went in after ordering no sauce on a wrap and receiving sauce, and was MOCKED by and employee who thought it was through the drive thru which is unacceptable.

I think this establishment forgot that there is customer inside the place waiting for some sort of service. I was there for 20 minutes and they served only one client during that time. There was a minimum of 8 employees and all their efforts were directected toward the drive thru. If they dont want to serve people inside the store, lock the door and open a second drive thru window! Worst Tim Horton s I have ever been to they never make your order right I will drive to the other side of town I can t have. Cream and they have a hard time making my coffee with milk I almost always have to go back in after the drive thru and today I ordered and cheddar and chive bagel toasted with butter and cheddar cheese and they give me and cheddar and chive bagel with cream cheese not even toasted this place is a joke I will only go there if I want to waste my money

Slow and forgetful

They always run out of Dark Roast. I had to take a blend or had to wait for a fresh batch while my other 4 drinks (only one dark roast in the 4) were going to get cold. Super busy place so they should plan ahead during the morning hours.
