Chucks Roadhouse just opened up so we assumed it would extremely busy, as we swung by we noticed it was. We decided to instead add 30 mins round trip to go to BP in Petawawa. After being seated we saw 2 waitresses walk by us multiple times so after 15-20 mins I had to get up and talk to another server on the bar side (the restaurant was at less than 10% capacity). We finally got service, after our meal was done, we noticed another family who appeared to have been waiting a long time so we mentioned it to our servicer and sure enough they had been waiting even longer than us for a server to acknowledge their existence. We heard from a friend who was at Chucks and although they had to wait 30 mins for a seat, the service was fantastic and food very quick... we know better for next time, should have just went to Chucks Roadhouse. On a side note, telling co-workers the following day and my story was very similar to experiences they had months ago.

Honestly, BP wasnt my first choice but after being served by Anna I will come back every time! So courteous and talkative, really made me feel welcome. I will 10/10 recommend BP in petawawa, and Im sure Anna will remember my order!

I and my husband came here to eat a late lunch, I couldn t finish my food so I asked for a take out pack, I packed my food, but forgot to take it, we left, 10mins later I called to let them know I forgot my take out on our table, they said it has been thrown out, we literally just left the restaurant, really disappointing experience.

Great night 4 wingz with the boyz Sylvie gave us some excellent service and the wingz were cheap and amazing. Also, bandera bread is soooooo delicious and yummy. Sure filled my tummy and left me satisfied and smiling just like my wife.

Loved it, I was visiting my family, and we had dinner at Boston Pizza. Freindly staff, great food and customer service.

As a group we have had multiple meetings and set up a weekly event here. Even after confirming the morning of every single week they were surprised to see us, never ready and seemed inconvenienced by our presence. Most of the wait staff did their best but service was always incredibly slow, people were given the wrong bills and then because of the confusion were then accused of leaving without paying. As a group of people who brought a ton of business to their wing night, we were very disappointed to be treated as an inconvenience. We have since decided to move our event to another restaurant in hopes that our efforts would be appreciated. After speaking with the manager we were basically told these conversations never happened or that we didn t communicate well enough. Disappointed to say the least.

Been here several times over the summer. Disappointed to say the least. Will not be going there again. Apparently not appreciating our presence. Show up on Wednesday evenings and seems we are a burden. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

I ve been to BP a Petawawa several times over the last couple months and the food is pretty good BUT the reservation system and the table service is terrible. Last night was the last time! After paying the bill the waitress gave me and leaving she returned to the table where some people from my party were still sitting waiting on bill to loudly proclaim that I left without paying. I ll reiterate, I paid the damn bill she gave me! Someone in the group paid the bill and now we collectively have to sort out the billing amongst ourselves. This is the final straw for me with this substandard establishment. We ve made a reservation weekly for 2 months and every time we arrive BP is surprised to see us and cannot find the reservation! We wait exorbitant times for drinks and food, have had food come out with no cutlery or napkins about 90% of the time. It is high time that BP Petawawa was given an accurate review on here so here it is. They need to be better, especially for the $$ they charge! They ve been living off the backs of soldiers in this community charging a premium for sun standard service because there is not much else in the area. The reservation I attended was pumping $500-$600 a week into that place, NOT ANYMORE!

Order a ceaser but they for got my dressing and then refused to let me order a new one and was rude.

The food was great, and prices were a little high. Service was very slow, didnt get refills on water till we were done, then we were asked.

Brought the family for dinner this evening and was disappointed. We ordered the drinks and kids food first so they would be able to eat right away. I told the waitress my husband and I will order our food when the drinks come in order to move the kids food along faster. When the drinks came she quickly walked away without giving us a chance to order, thats fine, she had another table to wait on (the restaurant was fairly dead at this point though but was giving the table next to us a lot of attention). The drink I got was the Bellini fish bowl which is suppose to be a slushy but it came out as a regular drink which was disappointing.Several minutes later someone brings the kids food and asked if we need anything else and I told him my husband and I still had to order our food, he sent the waitress over a few minutes later. I ordered the honey dill fried chicken sandwich, when it came the chicken was grilled. I asked her isnt this suppose to be fried chicken?, she quickly said No, did you want it fried?. The sandwich has the word fried chicken in its name on the menu..I told her forget it because at this point the kids were almost done eating and they werent going to behave long enough for another meal to come out. At the end of my daughters meal we got the Sunday that comes with it, my daughter was happy to get icecream but we were unimpressed to see the Sunday consisted of two icecream scoops that were the equivalent of 1/4 scoops. I know its petty to mention but between the service we received and quality of food/wrong orders all in one visit, I figured it was worth mentioning. Its a shame since years ago BP was a great spot to eat. We will not be back.

Ordered online and couldn t be more disappointed. Ordered 3 appetizers and a sandwiches. Picked up our order and quickly checked the bag before leaving the parking lot and the sandwich wasn t there. Went back in and waited for the sandwich with no apology. Once we got home and started getting things open we realized our bandera bread and cactus cuts didn t have any dip. Didn t even bother going back or calling at that point was already disappointed. Finally got to eating and the bandera bread and sandwiches bread couldn t have been harder. Terrible experience.

Daughter went to Book a booth in the Bar for my Bday dinner as she doesnt live in town (so came to town) and wanted to treat me. I need a Booth for medical reasons THAT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO TELL THEM at any point. She was told by the owner she couldnt book a booth for 3 people minimum is 4 people in a booth. A table is only option in Bar. NOT AN OPTION FOR ME!! KELSEYS IT IS!! Never gonna attempt to eat at either BP local locations again!!!!

My partner and I came in to celebrate my birthday and got pretty much the cold shoulder from everyone except who Im assuming is the manager. Our server Amber W had us waiting about 15 minutes before the manager came over to take our drink order for her. 2 Pepsis, super simple. She came back with them and hurried us to make our decision instead of just ordering a starter first like we had asked. We got our starter and had requested a refill. Im guessing youre only allowed 1 refill (even tho the menu says nonstop pop) because when she came to clear some of the dishes she completely ignored both of our empty cups. We had to wave the manager down to get a to-go box and the check. It was the most unwelcoming environment Ive ever experienced. Not once did she even check in to see how our meal was. It was pretty much the manager running around the restaurant so kudos to her. After this experience though I dont think Ill be coming back.

Im not fond of the menu options, and I find the food to be really bland. But aside from my own personal taste for the food-- the service is friendly, and the restaurant itself is decent. They have a nice patio for the warmer months and lots of space inside. Even when its packed, you dont feel claustrophobic or too cramped.

Came in without a reservation and was seen to immediately. My go to spot was booked so I tried Boston pizza and I can confidently say this is now my go to spot. The pizza and wings were the best I ve ever had. Definitely recommend to all.

Ordered shrimp app, full rack of ribs. Shrimp was served on lettuce that was soggy and old. Shrimp though hidden by the cajon taste was gone spoiled. Ribs were served cold. I returned them to have them heated up. Tasted like they were over boiled and not seasoned at all. Worst ribs I ve ever had. Server quickly brought us a bill half way through our meal. I didn t mention any issues other than politely asking to heat the ribs. I m not sure why we were rushed with a bill half way through our meal but it felt insulting. I wasn t offered a chance to order a dessert as I was cashed out before my meal was finished. Over all 1/5 would highly recommend not coming here.

Very disappointed in the pizza. The price was outrageous as well. Should not be called a pizza place. Dinos pizza is top notch. Sorry for not getting Dinos!

Editing to add that they rectified the situation and gave us a solution that worked for both the business and ourselves. We just went to this restaurant to celebrate my husbands birthday tonight. My oldest son was super excited to let them know it was his daddys birthday and wanted to help sing to him. The waitress was just like oh happy birthday. Now I know they used to do a birthday dessert, which seems to be a thing of the past unfortunately. The waitress was understanding when we asked for them to put in the kids menus to come out early for them to cool down quicker so my husband and I could enjoy our hot meals. Their meals came with our appetizer which ended up working out very well so they had something to eat while we ate our appetizer and meals. Im glad we tried the garlic parmesan fries and our boys enjoyed their chicken fingers and fries. Our meals were great as well. The waitress did check on us but not a whole lot she did get my husband a new drink as well. They were polite. However I realized when I got home they didnt even give us an option for my childrens dessert and with two kids I kind of put it on the back of my mind. Now Im not upset about the birthday dessert too much. Im more upset that I didnt even get the chance to receive our childrens dessert that was part of the kids menu I wasnt even asked if they wanted the ice cream or grab and go. Which we would have gladly taken their cookie for the two kids meals. Depending how this is rectified we may possibly come back or I will go elsewhere for future birthday dinners. Parking: There is a big lot to park in. Kid-friendliness: They were polite when interacting with us and smiled when our boys were being their excited selves. They were polite when dealing with us

Ordered delivery and the food was absolutely disgusting. This seems to always be the case with this Boston Pizza whether its eating in, takeout or delivery its disgusting. They gave rotten vegetables with the kids meal too. Also the delivery driver took candy out of our Halloween candy bowl for kids? Caught it on our house cameras.

We went there for a drink at 20h00. We sat in a booth on the bar side. The service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was good but it was difficult at first to have a conversation because the place was so full of customers. It got gradually better as people left. Parking was plentiful. Overall, it was a great experience.

First, should know better than ordering a frozen pizza at a big chain restaurant but, I did and regretted it! Ordered the the Squarefooter pizza (loaded pepperoni and bacon not so loaded, not very good and very expensive!
