Absolute joke of an establishment lately. Literally tried to order online, all it says is "online ordering coming soon" ... cool. Called and placed an order for almost $50, and when I went to use the gift cards I had, the staff told me the gift cards have NEVER worked at Little Ceasars. I'm sorry?? Only explanation I got was "ya, not sure if it's the debit machine or what but they don't work." So I had to pay out of pocket when I could've saved $30 on my meal. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I almost never go there, and this just adds to the reasons why I don't. Full disclosure the dude behind the counter was very friendly and clearly this situation was not his fault. But this was a huge piss off.
Apparently the terms "hot" and "ready" no longer apply to this location. Last 5 times in, regardless of time of day they've had no hot and ready pizzas available regardless of customer load.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was not fresh. It was very dry and not hot. They definitely gave me one that had been sitting for a while.

Service was great but they always are chincy with the toppings. Been getting orders where the sauce and cheese only go up half of the pizza. I would like all the sauce and cheese to go up the crust.
Was presently surprised by the freshness and taste of the pizza. Only flawcwas the pizza was definitely not Ready had to wait 15 mins for our order.
Two weeks ago I tried your deep deep dish pizza and it was 5 star delicious. Today I was so excited that I earned myself another one after 40 hours of volunteer work this week, until I got it home. Today it's a 1-2 star pizza. Raw dough, not deep deep dish, neither square. I raved about this pizza to my hubby, to get him ramped up to try it today and his first mouthful was raw and the sides flat. So disappointed.
Best pizza place in petawawa!! Staff are always friendly and polite and the food is always done right and at a fraction of the cost compared to anywhere else.

Everyone of the staff I amazing and so very kind to our kiddos...we try and go every Friday night ( my night to not cook)...Neways! Its like cheers eh...you walk in they all no out names and what were going to order...the food is great of course but when the customer service is beyond amazing..( did not think it was possible) you want to go there more....hey a great amazing place...awesome pizza...crazy bread of course...but yes...a must go to visit! This used to be my goto pizza place but like most chains the quality disappears over thee years. The price is ok but youll still get a really bland barely cheesed pizza. Ill stick to pizza hut a little more on price but at least the quality is consistent unlike here
Ordered a Deep Dish Pizza. The pizza was ready on time but It was definitely cooked too long. Toppings and sides were burnt black. This used to be my favorite place for pizza Looks like I need to find another pizza place

Amazing pizza as always, quick and nice workers, as the people who work there never usually get a lot of orders. Probably a great place to work as a starting job, based of the amount orders they get.
We visited for a take out. Pizza was done to order, perfect. Front staff was courteous. Will visit again.
Cant beat the price of Little Cesars. This one tends to be slower but theyll make it up to you with an extra sauce or pizza depending how long it took for Hot and Ready. Good group of people.
The customer service is pretty bad sometimes. The food is great majority of the time but they close 15 minutes early a lot, and they also don t pick up their phone when it s busy....just tried to call there 4 times and no one picked up so I had to drive over to order it. Only giving 2 stars for how amazing their fresh pizza is, the poor customer service ruins the rating unfortunately.
Look at your order before you leave, its the 2nd time that they make mistakes in my order... Also if you want tomatoes, its the 3rd time they dont have any...

The food is pretty good, the staff are really kind too. It can be a little bit busy though, but they always make up for it. They threw in a free item into our order because our order was delayed, which is really nice.

This is our go to pizza place!!! Very well priced and tastes great!! We have never been disappointed with our order and they are super fast even during rush hour. Customer service is amazing! We recenty started using the pick up portal and havent had any issues. Highly recommend their pizza! You wont be disappointed!

Went to Little caesars Petawawa after driving 5 hours home and we decided to grab some pizza after not wanting to cook because we were tired. Stood there with my daughter for a good 15 mins and never once got an acknowledgement from their staff. A couple came in and stood in front of us rudely and they were served immediately by the staff and the staff left to the back and continued to ignore us. So we waited another 7 mins , in direct eye sight and right in front of the counter so no one could butt us again and again we were treated as we were invisible or apparently not good enough to serve. My daughter was singing a whole new world and yelling pizza as she is only 4 so I highly doubt the excuse we didnt see them we didnt hear them would work. We ended up leaving and spending our hard earn money somewhere else and I highly doubt we will be returning to little Caesars.
The staff were awesome. Loved the deep dish and the stuffed crazy bread. Definatly will come back :)
Really quick service. Two pizzas in around 5 minutes, walk-in. I liked the pizza, too; nice, lightly crispy, and fresh new taste. (At least, for me...)
Bread sticks were dry. The one in pet closes earlier than what the hours on thier sign say.
