Jenny and her team are top-notch! Pizza and wings were delicious!
Pizza was good, consistency was aligned with what I expect from Milanos. Lots of toppings and they were generous with the cheese and sauce. My only critique was the dough was a bit inconsistent, the middle of the pizza was thicker than the crust which I’ve never seen. Their homemade garlic sauce was bomb. In summary.. I would order again!
This was our first time ordering pizza from the area as we just moved here and what a score!! Milanos (our family calls it Pizza Planet because of the window art hahaha) was our first place and will be the only place for this family! They are so friendly, amazing owner. She is involved and takes pride in her pizzas! Loads up on topping which is fantastic!HIIIGHLY recommend. Ps. The chicken BBQ pizza with green peppers and mushrooms was AMAZING 😊😊- thanks again
I decided to try their pizza for a change besides ordering from my usual place. The reviews were pretty accurate about lots of toppings. But myself and my friend were very disappointed with the the taste. It was very bland no taste was like eating cardboard I am very honest in saying this but I will never go there again.
Edit: My last 2 orders were perfectly thin, one handed folded slice material, the pizza is absolutely on point now! The pizza is great but it's a far departure from New York or Napoli style pizza, if that's your ball game then it's a 5 star, but it's not mine. The ingredients are great and it shows through the taste and justifies the price, but the dough, given my preference, is not well crafted, it's slopes down to the middle so that's where all the ingredients end up, resulting in a pizza which is 60% amazing and 40% dry dough with hints of dried tomato sauce. I even see comments about the dough not being crispy, which is a direct result of that, all the ingredients run to the middle which makes it soggy, if the dough was shaped napoli style, with a tall outter border crust and thin even base in the rest it would make this place completely ascend in my books
Listen, the pizza here is THE best. It went to another level tonight. They ran out of keto crust, so I asked if she could make me a crustless pizza in a tin pan. I asked her to surprise me. Well.... Jenny blew it out of the water! A new fave!
We usually love milanos pizza. When we ordered our pizza it took around 45 minutes to get to our place, and when we opened up the box our pizza was barely cut into slices and every slice was a different size. Poor preperation.
My husband and I order from here all the time. It's our takeout night choice 9/10 times. The deep-fried cheese curds are amazing, the pizza sauce is the best in town, and they also have the best crust. We ordered nachos a couple of times too and compared to the other places around here theirs were the best! Updating** When we order from here now the food quality is hit or miss. Not sure if it's a new owner or cooks, but sometimes the pizza is genuinely gross. The pepperoni is different almost every time we order, the bacon, the mushrooms are not the same either. Also, the cheese curds will be substituted for the nastiest mozzarella sticks without warning if they don't have curds. They taste cheap. It's so disappointing, they used to be such a good spot, but it's not worth ordering when you risk getting nasty pizza because it's so inconsistent.

This Milano s is really good. I wish it was the closest one to where I live. I make an effort to stop here if I m in the area. Service is great and very friendly. The menu is simple and at a decent price. Food is prepared fast and well with a generous amount of toppings. Owner is a pleasure to deal with.
The atmosphere was welcoming, pizza was a little grease for my taste. The service was fantastic. Overall a good pizza joint for the area.

The website said open till 9, on a Tuesday my wife and I have called 18 times there was no update online or their Facebook page saying there closed we are avid customers but will not order again after this!!! It let the current situation down when we expected them to be open as all sites said they were, but cleary not so very poor management!

the owner is such a sweetheart and love that her staff accompanied the food allergies in our order. very good food for sure! found that whenever we went in, the staff especially the owner were super nice and very pleasant to deal with-would definitely recommend to others! they had made a mistake on our order one time but we had contacted the store to let them know and they were super easy to deal with and very understanding!
This is one of the best pizza / takeout joints ever. The staff is super friendly, locally owned and operated. The owner works hands to ensure great quality. Give them a try, you won t be sorry. The give back to the local community.
The pizza was awesome! They may cost a little more, but they dont stinge out on cheese or toppings. I went with the gluten-free crust, which was free for small and medium pizza orders. The gluten-free crust was soft and fresh, unlike most pizza joints that serve something more reminiscent of stale cardboard! I thoroughly enjoyed it fresh, and the next day as leftovers! I strongly suggest you choose this place over the other guys!
Ordered here today and was pretty disappointed. On the large pizza we ordered half with peppers and onion. The whole pizza was covered which typically isn t a big deal, but since they add their toppings diced and under the cheese, I had to disassemble the whole slice just so my 4 year old would eat it. Cheese curds were very cold and can tell were sitting, not up to par with the first time we had them and the chicken wings were also cold. They forgot our dipping sauce that we paid for as well.

Closed on mondays. Odd. Pizza is ok but not as good as other milanos. Pizza always seems slightly undercooked. Decent. But not great. Staff are very friendly and nice though so i still order here.
Chicken maybe dry sometimes, but they will replace items they forgot on previous orders.
Excellent pizza with a lot of stuff in it, The staff is super Friendly and makes you feel like you are a valuable customer not just a number. One of the best addition to Petawawa even if this is another pizza joint.

We just moved here and were looking for a local pizza joint, we found it! Amazing pizza!!! The largest filled pizza toppings ever, and the crust is perfect, fluffy doughy and beautiful. I had the BBQ chicken and my husband had the Vegetarian. I grabbed a menu as well definitely be ordering again! Thank you!

The pizza quality is very high. Their style of putting the pepperoni under the cheese is interesting and alters the flavour slightly. The premium quality also comes with a premium price.

We ordered a Vegan Pizza and a Med. Pepperoni last fall. Overpriced a d very poor quality. It was terrible! Soggy and undercooked, I threw it in our Green Bin. My husbands Pepperoni Pizza was not great, he had a slice and it was thrown out as well. I sent a note to Milano head office and did not have the courtesy of a reply.
Weve always been happy with the pizza from Milano. Its not cheap pizza, great crust, and lots of toppings. The jalapeno slammers are also yummy!

This pizza is gourmet, with quality ingredients and lots of toppings. If you want cheap pepperoni pizza with the toppings added after falling off go to a chain. Im not a fan of cherries but decided to get their chocolate cherry cheesecake and it may have been the best thing Ive ever tasted. Unreal!

Milanos used to be the best pizza in Petawawa...hands down. Once they reopened after their covid closure under new ownership, their pizzas are average at best. I honestly dont think Ill be ordering from here again, its quite disappointing considering how good they once were. The new crust leaves alot to be desired; Im the worlds worst cook and even my home made pizza dough is better.

Wow!! Stopped at Milanos after a hike and got a club sub. It was absolutely delicious! It was a generous portion with fresh, quality ingredients. The chef and the owner were wonderful. Im truly impressed and will definitely be back to try the famous pizza!!

Was so excited for it to reopen after first owners closed but was very disappointed with the quality and taste of the food with the new owners! First attributed it to just opening so not in the groove yet but tried again months later and was still disappointed! How can the food taste different when it is a chain/franchise? The owner is very nice but staff was not!

Ordered off valley eats and it was fantastic. Orders the the 3 topping medium with wings and 2 drinks. I stared with the the wings and they were almost to hot to eat, it was so fresh. The pizza is great. I phoned and asked for the manager and the owner picked up. I told her to tell her employees that they did one hell of a job, and 100% sure she did. Easily the best wings I ve had in the valley! Keep up the great work!
My entire family loves the pizza. There is no lack of cheese and toppings and the crust is the best Ive ever had. The staff are amazing and the specials are awesome. I follow the business on FB and I love seeing how the owner supports local businesses and the community. Top notch in everything!!!
