Roxanne was a great server, food was great!

Been here before but service this time was lackadaisical. It wasnt overly busy but server seemed like her mind wasnt with her and did t appear to want to be there. Had to ask for forks a couple of times same with water. Most of the food was good, salmon was waaaaay overcooked and came long after the rest of the food. It will be a while before I would consider going back. As always, Caesars were amazing .

Popped by for a beer, Taylor provided excellent and prompt service even while alone and during a busy lunch rush.

My wife and I went in for an early lunch on a Friday, not long after opening so it was quiet. Service was very slow, given there was only 2 other tables occupied. Waitress was nice and ordering was easy. We ordered steak with mash potatoes and a mushroom topped burger with fries. The steak was cooked correctly, but was almost inedible due to the amount of salt coating the top. The fries and mash were the same, ridiculous amount of salt coating them. Burger was decent. Prices are high considering the food is served like that. Wont be going back.

Any review found on this page.that is higher then three star is a made up fake review the food and the service of this restaurant is disgusting. After eatting 1 meal their food I was having stomach aches for a week. In a small town with not a lot of options, I would never eat here even if I was dying.

Assuming Kelseys is a family restaurant we came with our two, young, children. I was extremely disappointed with what was playing on the TVs, NXT Women wrestling, many wearing thongs. Our elementary kiddos are not exposed to this type of behavior and we had to constantly tell them to stop watching the TVs. Second, music was extremely loud for 11:30am on a Sunday. Finally, the womens bathroom was horrible. One toilet plugged and the stall I used had NO toilet paper. Service was great but other than an overall disappointing experience.

I ordered takeout and maybe stood for about 10 mins with servers making several eye contact with me but no engagement. The manager, i believe, may have sensed the displeasure and did engage. I appreciated it but it felt like damage control. Hopefully this was just a matter of being busy and nothing more.

The food was mid. The spinach dip was actually really good. For the price of 65 bucks I feel kinda ripped off because I got a burger and it was lacking flavour, my girlfriend got some chicken and she felt the same. Overall i wouldn t care if I was rich, but unfortunately I am not so I feel like I just shoved money down the toilet. Also our server was nice, but I felt she was a bit slow getting back to us as the restaurant wasn t busy.

I just had my anniversary dinner here and the drinks were not good at all. I had to confront the server to change it The boneless wings and wings were cold and dry. Not happy at all with the experience. The GM didn t even compensate us for anything and we left really unsatisfied. Paid full price for drinks we didn t even enjoy or finish. The food was whatever, the fries were rock solid after 5 minutes. Everything was shitty. On a wing night especially? How does this even happen? It was super busy on a Thursday and usually that means it s good. But our experience was a let down. Left really unhappy and paid full price for everything ridiculous!!!

Karen is the BEST!! We love having her as our server at the bar. Kelsey s Petawawa is better because of her ;) Nikki is also a favourite too! Dream team!

Really disappointed with the food, the taste, the portions, they do not have the necessary supplies to prepare what they offer on the menu and in the end paying $150 for what we got seemed like a lot

I really liked it! The portion was generous for the Cajun bowl! And the fries are delicious! Vegetarian options: I eat gluten free and there were several options!

Bartender was good, got my drinks quick but, kitchen slow with my main meal and OVER 45 min for takeout wings. Not acceptable with 20 patrons on a Wednesday night.

Our server this time was Lindsay! She is fantastic at her job and it shows! So down to earth and knowledgeable! She really made our family feel comfortable! The food was top shelf! She was on top of everything even as the restaurant started to fill up! We hope to have her wonderful service again next time we return! Great people make families come back! Great food great atmosphere our server Victoria m was incredibly good, she was prompt with taking our order and had a great personality. I would definitely come back.

I ordered a Build your own burger which came with two beef patties and both were overcooked (real dark on one side and dry). The side dish was a Caesar salad and there was little to no dressing on it. On a positive note, our server was very nice, served us with a smile and was quick with bringing us our drinks despite the fact she was very busy as her section was full of clients. Atmosphere was loud, place was packed and we had a hard time hearing each other talk. We won t be going back and we won t be recommending it either. Parking: Lots of parking available within 50m.

Was at Kelseys tonite for dinner, normally do not do reviews but! The service was good. But the food was terrible, if i am paying 29.00 dollars for a Triple A sirloin steak, at least it can be cooked the way you want and a little steak spice would also work, it tasted like i was eating an old boot. Also Caesar salad was limp and taste less and 1/2 my broccoli was brown and yellow. So I would not recommend this place and will not be going back.

Service is usually pretty good. The atmosphere is usually pretty good. The food is ... well, its the same ol - same ol. Its not bad food, but its not great food either. Its pre-cooked/pre-packaged meals that they essentially heat up and put together [or so Ive been told by the server]. But I would choose Kelseys over BP, ANY DAY! They have some pretty good drinks/cocktails for the summertime. The patio is a nice setting to get together with some friends.

Always a great place for a quick bevy and a bite!!

Kelsey s needs to spend some money and replace their window blinds. As a client coming to enjoy a meal at evening time the light was so blinding it gave everyone a headache. The blinds were broken and could not be closed and they did not even offer to move us tables. Would not go back again for this reason. As well the food did not compare to other Kelsey s retaurants I have dined at. We had the Sonoma salad and Thai Shrimp with noodles. Our server however was excellent!

Other than the atmosphere, not really happy with this visit. We went after our last night of hockey for a couple of beers and some appetizers. Service was very slow, appetizers were warm, at least. According to the head wait staff(?), it was because some of the girls were new. Just reminded me why I havent gone here to eat, unless for a function like this.

Service is usually pretty quick, staff have always been great with recommendations, atmosphere is sometimes loud, when sports games are on the teli.

Went to Kelseys last evening for a birthday celebration dinner with family. Our table of 6 was ready and perfectly taken care of during our entire time there. The food was great. It was fresh, sizeable portions, & prepared hot. The only thing that was better, was the table service we received from Mallory. This is the 2nd time we have had Mallory as our server at your establishment, and she is hands down, the best. Very attentive, came to the table to check on everything multiple times, and always at the right time. She answered ALL my questions lol A smile the whole night and she never seemed rushed or made us feel rushed. Keep Mallory on the staff, shes your best. Sat down for some lunch and beers and were served by the lovely Ann. On top of the delicious food and cold beer, the atmosphere set by Ann was top notch. She was funny, personable and incredibly kind. I will come back just for Anns amazing service and stellar personality. I absolutely love coming to Kelsey s! Everything is always fast service and Ann always knows my drink and basically has it ready for me! It s always busy and such a great atmosphere to be in. Placed an order for takeout and got home to find one of the items wrong, to the extent we couldnt feed it to the kids. Called the restaurant and they immediately offered to bring us the correct order to our house. Anger quickly turned to very satisfied with the handling of the issue. I believe the individual we spoke to and who delivered the corrected order was management or the owner. Very pleased with their handling of this.

Hour and 1/2 still waiting for our dinner to come. My ever so patient granddaughter wants to know whats takings long! Server was great. Service was slower than cold molasses running up hill.

Serving much smaller then in the past. The loaded potato wasnt the best. But I got a free little slice of cheese cake. The singing of Happy Birthday was cute. The wine was good. Plus I got 10% off because of CAA

The servers, Anne and Karen, are friendly and professional. They serve with a smile and a willingness to meet our dining experience. The atmosphere is great. The tempature in the restaurant was exquisite. The service made me want to stay a bit longer. But not too long, because I have laundry to do. I also have homework. That was a joke. Haha. I often think about starting stand up comedy. But then I remember, I dont know how. Oh well. Thats life right? Anyways. My burger was just greasy enough. Like perfect grease levels yknow. I enjoyed it. LINDSAY was great. The waitress, not Lohan. That would be cool. But she probably doesnt have much waiting experience.

Came in on a Sunday night. The bartender TL was absolutely amazing, quick, efficient and makes the most beautiful drinks! Great food, great conversation and a wonderful atmosphere. If we are ever back in Petawawa we will definitely return (if TL is serving ;) )

I had the best service Dec 2023. I had dinner at another establishment but came into Kelseys petawawa for drinks afterwards with my husband. I was feeling like a dessert martini but there wasnt anything on the menu that struck my fancy. I described to the bartender what I was feeling like and she made the magic happen! Between Chelsea and Terry Lynn they came up with the most delicious chocolate martini I have ever had. They really need to make this drink a signature drink and get all the credit for it!

Posting this for a friend who doesnt post reviews, but what happened was completely unacceptable and needs to be reported. Friend visited during week of 4-8 December to ask about booking a table for 8 people, including one who is disabled (using a wheelchair), and two who use walkers. He was brushed off by the only person who was present. No offer to show what might be available. Told that no reservation could be made in advance, despite needing specific seating to accommodate the disabilities. Attitude of woman at the door was unacceptable. Refused to answer questions and was less than professionally polite. Will not be recommending this location to anyone. Additionally, and worth noting, the music was so loud it could be heard outside the building with the doors closed. Comments from a nearby hotels staff confirmed that the location isnt customer friendly in any case. Point was proven by the lack of interaction that might have gained them customers.
