Claudia delivered outstanding customer service, I've visited this branch with my kids as a treat and she went above and beyond to make the visit as enjoyable as possible. The interaction with kids were amazing, I hate how in other places they just ignore kids and talking to adults only. Honestly can't recommend enough- food amazing as well, super fresh and hot! Only down side ita the tiny tables, can't sit there if more than 2 people are eating .
We had the pleasure of Claudia serving us and she was such a joy! Really kind, friendly and most importantly, patient! A drunk customer came in and was not very pleasant, but Claudia handled it so well and completely diffused the situation, customer service couldn’t get any better! Companies should really keep and develop these people as they are an asset to the company!
Claudia served me at the Peterborough store on bridge street The most friendly and kind person I have met. Best service I have ever received.. I really hope Claudia and her manager see this and commend her for her fabulous attitude Her colleagues Maria and Andrew were also super friendly The whole experience was 10/10. I had a really stressful day at work and nipped in to get some spring rolls and they honestly lifted my spirit so much with their smiles
Every time I’ve stepped into this restaurant, I’ve always left with a smile. The service at Chopstix stands out the most for me as the staff are always patient, helpful, friendly which creates a positive comfortable atmosphere. J.P and Hassan I believe are the names, they have always greeted us with respect and GREAT ENERGY! Would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the food, service and atmosphere🙌🏼
I’ve ordered in the store and a few times had their home delivery, every single time the food is hot, fresh and delicious! It’s my favourite place to go for good food and prices are more than reasonable for the quality. The staff there are so lovely and friendly, they are always happy to help! I’d absolutely recommend!!! Flavours I’d recommend to try are the caramel, salt & pepper and sweet & sour chicken. They also have an app you can order to collect and earn rewards points for ordering!
Inline our Chopstix 😄🤩 my kids just can’t wait and looking for excuses to coming here. Very nice service and good always fresh and delicious. Surely will be back many times 😁
Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Friendly staff and delicious food. We couldn’t ask for more. Hristina was lovely and welcoming. They even went extra mile with bringing boiling water for our baby’s milk formula.
I had a fantastic dining experience. The warmth and professionalism of the employees, Im particularly impressed with Violeta 😃 Her friendly demeanour made me feel welcome. The food itself is delicious. I highly recommend. 👌🏾

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Claudia and JP were so kind and jolly. The other two were more busy putting the orders in the boxes and cooking but were so helpful. Jp advising on the best deals and nothing was too much trouble for him and Claudia was full of Christmas spirit. Keepers them staff are. Hidden Gems. Place is nice and clean Definitely worth a visit.
I had a very negative experience in the Peterborough high street store on 04.12.24 at approx 4:25-4:28pm. Initially a nice lady had started to place rice into the two large boxes I ordered. An older lady took over and was very rude. I explained what I wanted in both boxes a couple of times. When I could tell it didn t look right I asked her to confirm what s in the box she said oh my god very rudely. I could still tell the order wasn t what I had asked for. I asked her what was in the box and the order was wrong but her attitude made me very upset and uncomfortable I wanted to get out of there fast so said oh okay . I asked for katsu curry and when they eventually put it in the other box there was no curry sauce which is pointless with a katsu curry. I asked is there any sauce on the katsu? She said yes there is do you want some on top too but then when I got home I saw there was no sauce whatsoever underneath and a small slither on top which is not nice. I m really disappointed in this experience and am shocked with how badly the older lady treated me in this instance. I actually cried on my way home due to this experience. Emailed the customer service team on the day and I ve had no reply to this day. UPDATE - I have emailed them twice on the email address below and have had no response at all!!! Terrible

Met Angelo and Maria when coming into chopstix they are very welcoming people who keep the place tidy and clean, you can tell there very hardworking people and have a great attitude when serving! katsu chicken to die for, friendly staff especially the young lady at the till who has an excellent aura about her, full of energy and a willingness to make sure everything here was all good for me. 10/10 would come here again. P.S Google needs a Katsu chicken option as it s the best by far
