Delicious food, thank you

The food is at the highest level - it tastes almost like home-made food, or even better. Each soup is a delicious feast for the palate. And the meat dishes are just heavenly. But the most important thing is the dumplings. Ive never been able to make one this good myself. Neither me nor my mothers, and even grandmas dumplings, although they were always in first place, now give way to dumplings from Pierogarnia. The service cannot be missed. You can see that these are people who cook with heart. Very nice service always at the highest level. I highly recommend it.

Delicious food! We tried Hungarian pancakes and meat croquettes. The potato pancakes were fresh and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The croquettes were super seasoned with a selection of salads on the side. Inside it is clean and pleasant, very homely. Portions were reasonable, even large for a normal person. I highly recommend it, we will definitely come back!

Amazing Polish Food!

Poor quality food, even my polish girlfriend makes better than this microwaved stuff with your Instant Mash & fake reviews. No wonder why business is slow here, using a microwave to heat up last nights prepped meal.

Really good food , honestly I have tried polish food in all parts of UK but this restaurant is on another level. Taste , texture and presentation is absolutely spot on. Hope it will stay this way forever.

Everything is delicious, dumplings with bacon and sausage are delicious! Its a pity its so far away from me, but I will definitely come back to taste the rest of your dishes! I recommend !

Maybe the food is homemade but the chefs definitelly need to adjust theyr recipie. Its tastless, watered down gulash, only potato pancakes where half decent, rosol polish soup done with only chicken no other meats for stock (tasteless) pierogy, the most dissapointing. They call themselves Pierogarnia and pierogy has no flavour, little filling, tastes same like you buy ones frozen from a shop, and few cubes of fried bacon which was pathetic.... And please dont drink beer from tap here, it was just acidic. Looking at other reviews i can agree that owner need to stop thinking so high of herself.

I really enjoyed the powerful yet balanced flavour of the coffee. More coffee was provided at no extra cost when several in our group requested it. Its definitely worth trying it.

The best food and personal service. Its a small restaurant with home cooked Polish food. Hearty and warming dishes which are especially good in the winter.

Absolutely horrendous. Nothing to choose from and took a ridiculous amount of time to get to my table. My daughter ordered chicken and it was raw. I would never recommend this place even to an enemy. The waitress attitude was on a another level. I never knew that a person could be so disrespectful.

This 5* small restaurant is (super) clean & tidy and has pretty much everything, freshly made and homemade with a small wait of 15/20min. The food is of outstanding quality in all aspects for taste, quantity, and presentation, in my opinion and the service is very good. The food was tasty, wholesome and left me just the right amount of full. I chose vegetarian food and it was wonderful. The wild mushroom dumplings were a party in my mouth. I cant wait to take my family and friends here. My 3rd visit was just as good as the 1st. With a smiling friendly service I would highly recommend this restaurant in the top 3 of my nearly 70 reviews. I genuinely feel taken back by this little gem of a restaurant. Vegetarian options: The manager was more than happy to explain what vegetarian options were available, while giving good descriptions of the food.I was NOT disappointed. I tried potato and cheese dumplings, spinach dumplings, and wild mushroom dumplings. The desert was a cheese cake and was not overly sweet and it was a good looking portion. Parking: Ample parking very close to the entrance just off a nice not too busy road , I believe it is accessible by wheel chair and elderly ppl with rollators and or walking aids. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and its a family friendly place with tables up to 5/6. I believe they would accommodate joining tables if availability was there. Wheelchair accessibility: It looked fully accessible by a wheelchair. I think there are toilet facilities available at the rear of the building but have not visited them.

Ordered twice! Everything comes super fresh and hot. Pierogi are like from Krakow! Soup is sooo delicious and kids enjoyed their meals! Much better and healthier option then boring fast-food. Thank you so much! We enjoyed our food! We really recommend this place!

I thought for a long time whether to write or not, this is far from a positive review about dumplings with meat ordered about a month ago on September 21 with delivery, since I didn t really want to remember and come back even with the memory of this order, but I still decided to write, because besides that, I myself Dumplings leave much to be desired , huge, but this is nonsense, thick and viscous dough, not tasty at all, without enough eggs, the filling is even worse, its taste is just a mishmash of something unknown and with an unpleasant smell, when they arrived it was just a huge piece of dough stuck together , in which it was difficult to separate one dumpling from another without damaging each one, because the butter was saved or not used at all. My husband and I each ate only half a portion, I generously poured sour cream on them to somehow improve their taste qualities. Well, okay, we thought, with this unsuccessful order we wanted to forget about it, but it wasn t to be, after the dinner was almost ruined, I, on top of everything else, started feeling nauseous and my husband also had a little, I had to move it away, and then and throw it away completely leftover dumplings because the smell of them in the kitchen increased the nausea. However, that s not all, the next morning my liver hurt quite noticeably, which had never happened before. Finally, I would like to quote words from the famous film The Irony of Fate or Enjoy Your Bath : what disgusting thing is this jellied fish of yours (dumplings) I dont recommend this pleasure to anyone.

We went there yesterday. Two people were eating in the restaurant the rest of the tables had dirty plates and left off food. We waited few minutes checked the menu, choose the food we wanted to eat and then rang the bell on the counter. A lady came out from the back and told us she doesnt speak English. She had zero interest of having us there or to help us. Very disappointing as we were really excited about the visit. We definitely wont try again.

Once again, I received stuck dumplings, or rather one big mess. The pierogarnias explanation is that it has changed its packaging. In any case, I dont recommend delivery of dumplings unless someone is satisfied with a sticky mountain of dough. The Ukrainian borscht didnt blow you away either. I guess I got leftovers from the bottom of the pot, because apart from the beets, I also found 3 beans and a crushed piece of bone in the borscht. Previously, I received a refund for an undercooked pork chop, and in this case, its a pity that I didnt even hear the word sorry. The pierogarnia promised to try to make changes. I have tried to place an order several times, but unfortunately the owner is afraid to accept my orders due to his transparent opinion. Enough of cheating naive customers who have never had contact with Polish food before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE DUMPLING SHOP, THE WORST MEAL IN PETERBOROUGH.

A very good restaurant with Polish food. Portions large and tasty. Moreover, at low prices. We ate cabbage rolls and Russian dumplings. The cabbage rolls were well done. The cabbage is soft, the stuffing is well seasoned and appropriately moist. The sauce made it savory. A large portion of cabbage rolls. The dumplings were good too. Not glued. Soft but firm dough. Well seasoned stuffing. The owners were very nice and asked if everything was good. The place is very clean. Its nice and pleasant to eat here after a month of exploring Great Britain.

Brilliant place with great selection of proper polish dumplings and so much more. Eat in or take away and I think they also deliver. Prices are attractive and food tastes fantastic. The size of the excellent cake we ordered for a dessert was jaw dropping - one piece would be enough for the three of us, but was so nice, that I finished mine anyway. My wife and son just took their portions home as could not eat that much. Amazing!

Fantastic Food, Nice and Friendly Personnel A++

The food was delicious. Beetroot, tomato and spinach soups by us 3 friends, followed by 3 different types of Polish dumplings, with vegetarian, meat and fruit fillings. The staff were helpful, friendly and took us through the menu. The coffee was delicious - strong but smooth. Some of our party wanted larger quantities of coffee - supplied at no extra charge! Opens at 1 pm. Until about 9 pm. Worth a visit. Polish food at its very best and with excellent service included.

We liked it very much and we will definitely come back;) the only downside is the lack of a toilet, a visit with children may be a challenge Edit: I have to change my opinion, today I ordered home delivery for the first time and Im disappointed, the restaurant has always been tasty, but todays stuck-together dumplings and the pork chop with the breading falling off were not tasty, from the childrens menu I ordered breast strips, I got pork chop and... The order arrived incomplete so I had to wait extra.

Turned up out of the blue as I went to get a sandwich from the next door shop, looked at the menu and decided to eat here, owner was really friendly explained his menu and I decided on the potato pancakes and goulash and smoked sausage dumplings with onions, took a seat in the immaculately clean eating area and while I was waiting he brought out a smoked sausage and bacon paste with pickles and bread to try!....I now need to go back and try the rest of the menu!

If someone wants to eat good Ukrainian borscht, this is the best place in the area, as well as a large selection of dumplings and additional dishes. If anyone wants home-made and not expensive food, I recommend it.
