The food was very good. Had the Sullys Irish Egg Benedict. The hash is homemade! That's a win, and must try for the price. The ladies there were nice and work in tandem.
We were on vacation in New Hampshire when we decided to Google search local breakfast spots. After seeing great review numbers for this excellent restaurant, we also saw one ‘hater’ review. The pushback from Beepa and Lulu was so well reasoned that we figured that this was a restaurant that really cared about quality and customer service. And we were right! Excellent food, prompt service, friendly and approachable staff, lovely clean environment, and great vibe & layout. Great job all round!
My husband and I had breakfast here for the first time. We recently moved to the area and this was by far the best breakfast we've had since relocating. The food was delicious and the girls were very welcoming and friendly. My husband had a biscuits and gravy dish and I had their pancakes and it was all very good. We will return for sure! Thank you!
Check out the unique gifts while you wait for a table that include handmade soaps and blown glass items. The food was excellent and fresh, and the service very friendly! Great experience!
What a charming and eclectic roadside find. My best friend who lives in Rindge took me here for breakfast. He highly recommended their bloody Mary, but I had a drive ahead of me, so I declined. I ordered the Sully's Irish Eggs Benedict. It was 2 English muffins topped with house made corned beef hash, 2 poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, with a side of home fries. The whole presentation was delicious and more than enough to eat. I had a black tea. The water was hot enough for steeping the tea. That is a big deal to me, so bravo. We did not rush our meal. We chatted and observed many of the wall hangings, and the local crowd as well. I felt very relaxed here. The gift shop looked intriguing, but alas we were short on time. I highly recommend Beepa and Lulu's if you are in the area. Worth the stop.
The first thing the guest sees as they enter is a full wall assemblage of the US flag, police flag, & firefighter flag with the caption “We proudly support our military & first responders” This affirmation conjures the popular belief that the cop milieu includes purveyors of quality diner fare. Regardless of their politics, the guest expects delicious food & service. But Beepa & Lulu’s is a microcosm of contemporary America generally: more energy & resources seem to have been allocated to the cop-themed decoration (including ornamental cameras), cop-themed conversation between the staff about cop husbands & cop friends, and (if their assertion that they support cops is true)donations to police departments, than the basic functions of a restaurant. It took 10 minutes to be seated, another 15 minutes to get a coffee (mediocre at best) 5 more minutes to place an order, and 20 minutes for 2 eggs, hash, and toast to arrive. The eggs were cold. The toast was soaked in some kind of vegetable oil. The hash was uninspired. The only reason to come to Beepa & Lulu’s is to observe peak police-state-depleted culture. Go somewhere else if you’d like to eat decent food in a hospitable environment. I wrote this whole review in the time it took for the server to pick up and charge my credit card.
Great experience all around. We only had to wait less than 5 minutes for a table for a Sunday breakfast. Place was clean with plenty of space between tables. Coffee is served in nice big mugs and was hot and fresh. The only thing missing for us from the breakfast menu was beans. Pancakes were delicious, fluffy, and made from scratch. Totally worth paying the extra $2 for real maple syrup! My omelet was fluffy and full of fresh veggies. The side of corned beef hash was totally homemade and fabulous. They also serve dinner a few nights a week. May try to get back there again because everything was so good. I highly recommend a visit here!
We have been here a few times now, but not recently. I got a burger with hash browns and an egg (locally sourced!) And my kiddo got the chicken tenders. Both were amazing, cooked perfectly, and delicious. The servings were large and the pricing is great based on the quality and amount. Great family atmosphere, and also offers various seating options (bar area and tables).
All around a great breakfast
Great food. Best cornbeef hash.
We love Beepa and Lulus for breakfast or lunch. The staff and atmosphere are always friendly and welcoming, and the food is yummy!
They currently are serving mimosa flights!
Great food and service!
Best place to go for breakfast. Warm and welcoming environment, kind staff, and amazing food. We need more places like this one.
Stopped in today for a late breakfast, i had the best homemade hash i have ever eaten, i have had lots of hash that wasnt very good, but there hash is very flavorful, i highly recommend it.my eggs were cooked perfectly, service was great, all friendly staff.
Great food, great staff
My favorite place to take myself out to breakfast. Great food and a comfortable atmosphere.
We have driven by this restaurant many times, and the parking lot is always full. We finally got to stop there for breakfast. Outstanding! We will be back.
Great food & wonderful staff! Always enjoy our meals here!
A great time! The food and service excellent ...it is much larger inside than it appears from outside. I met a person from my hometown and the conversation was excellent and more. It was my first time at Lulus. It wont be my last!!
First time there. And I will definitely go back. Great Place.
First visit, for breakfast. Ive been to many diners and their equivalent around the world. Damn. Wonderful staff. The menu rocks. The food made me smile. The mimosas are bigger than I deserve. Well, maybe I do deserve them. I shall return.
Great breakfast.
I had to wait a while to make this due to how irritating this interaction was. Now, normally(and the reason for 3 stars vs. A 1 star rating) the entire place is top notch. My mother-in-law can eat there due to their gluten free capabilities (shes has Celiac bad. Cannot have ANY gluten, even cross contaminated stuff) and as soon and she asked for a meal that wasnt cookie cutter, the waitress(Edit: didnt catch her name, Teddy was on the slip, but ive been corrected that it was not her) was visibly distraught, as if we are a waste if her time. The meal continued like this where we could see and hear her attitude. We saw her body language change and her lack of concern really set us sour, making every interaction worse. Not sure if we want to risk going back after this.
Amazing Crew they work very well together. Great Food well worth the trip there!!
Aww go there the food is great and I loved the staff!!!!
Discovered this gem today while meeting family for breakfast. The staff was friendly, service was prompt but not rushed, portions were generous and the food was delicious! The gift shop had lots to choose from for little tourists and travelers to entertain them along their journey. Also a great place to pick up local souvenirs and support local businesses. I highly recommend stopping in and checking them out for yourself.
Great food and fast service, very friendly waitstaff! Highly recommended
Great food, great service!!
Excellent home cooked meal!
This was our first time visiting. The couple we came with has been here before for breakfast & lunch. However, the establishment has just recently started dinner service 3 nights a week. We did not order cocktails, but the other couple did and said they were outstanding! We opted to order onion rings as an appetizer ( listed as a side on their menu), and they were crispy, hot, and tasty. One of our party ordered a side Ceasars salad and stated it was quite good. Main courses ordered were: The dinner special - chicken medallions on orzo with sweet pea puree. Her portion was so large she could not finish it however, she stated it was quite nice. Fish & chips - a huge piece of battered fried halibut that was almost the size of the entire plate served on top of seasoned French fries and a side of coleslaw. Tartar sauce was included. He stated it was quite tasty, but the fries were a bit soft. Perhaps from the steam/ heat of the fish laid on top. Otherwise, he was quite pleased with his meal and left a good portion of fries behind. My hubby had the meatloaf. 2 large slices served with mashed potatoes and seasoned asparagus. His only complaint was that as he ate his meal the asparagus cooled off too quickly and wasnt as tasty as the first bite while hot. He finished all but the asparagus. I had the chicken piccatta with lemon butter caper sauce on thin spaghetti and two slices of griddled toasted garlic bread. I was happy to see they did not go crazy on the capers. The dish was only served with one piece of chicken and a serving for 4 of pasta. The chicken was tender and tasty, and personally, I would have liked 2 pieces of chicken and less pasta. The sauce was a bit too thin and was quickly absorbed by the pasta, so it was more like having buttered noodles. A bit of cream in the sauce would help with that. The griddled garlic toast was excellent. Service was outstanding!
Fast and Friendly service! The food was amazing! We went for breakfast and had a wonderful meal! Probably the best sausage we have ever had and the hash browns were excellent as well!
Came to camp at Greenfield, stopped in for breakfast. BEST food we have had anywhere in quite some time. Wanted to take them home to Ct.
Food was perfectly decent (breakfast burrito was a bit too greasy on the outside and would prefer a homemade salsa), portions were great, and service was friendly. Parking: Parking is in the adjacent gravel lot. Plenty of spaces.
Had lunch with my niece, her husband, and their 3 children visiting from TN! Everybody left full and satisfied! Bought each child a t-shirt, loved it!
Love Beepa and Lulus The breakfast is great have never had anything I didnt like from there. Like their mimosa flights.
Stopped in for lunch nothing fancy, basic restaurant, good food.
Food arrived quickly and tasted fine. Upcharges seemed kind of expensive. Waitstaff was functional but bordering on cold, I don t think either waitress uttered any more than the exact number of words required to take our order. Overall an incredibly unfriendly atmosphere.
There service and food is awesome.
Place is a total joke staff is completely clueless and highly confrontational
Had a weird vide once I walked into the door. Not very inviting to me personally. I just wanted cream for my coffee and they couldnt manage to do that
I have no words for the experience. When I entered the business something seemed off. Started off alright but after having to wait for cream for the coffee and asking two different people for it and when my husband asked for the third time received an attitude from the waitress and was told that he yelled at her. NOT seems to me someone was overly sensitive. An then for another waitress to come over and apologize for not bringing the cream and then saying he was being disrespectful in his request. I guess you have to whisper when talking to the waitstaff? Then as we were discussing the situation, she said she could pull the film to see if he was yelling. I don t know how you would determine that unless the camera has sound. I was happy to leave there and go somewhere else to enjoy my breakfast. I hope the staff doesn t treat other customers that way. Apparently they don t as long as you don t ask for something that should have been brought to you with your coffee. All together this has been the strangest experience I have experienced.
love this place great food great servers Food
love everything about this place. .best Irish bene Ive ever had
I was very happy with my meal and the service. I would definitely go back, and I recommend it. Especially if you have business at the hospital.
Restaurant was crowded and didnt feel fresh and clean. I had the eggs Benedict and the hollandaise was cold, the eggs were hard boiled and not poached, and the flavor was just okay. I asked for water and the staff never brought water until I reminded them. Overall simply mediocre.
Eggsellent! Food was fresh, tasty, and appealing. Sausage links are very good, bacon could have been cooked a bit longer for my liking... but its just a matter of personal preference. Food
This a nice small family operated business. I came here on Black Friday morning as everything else was closed in the area. This is typical of small towns. This place was bustling. I was seated pretty quickly, and because it was busy, the service was a little slow. Regardless, the server was nice, and the food was well prepared. Im looking forward to trying this place out again soon when its not so hectic. Im grateful they were open and the food was good.
Casual with lots of locals, generous portions, and friendly service. Kid-friendliness: Nice to see families with young kids enjoying restaurant meals. Food : 5/5 |
Delicious food, and very attentive staff. Attentive and friendly. You feel like family when youre there! Vegetarian options: Im unsure of vegetarian options. No vegetarian dishes come to mind, from the menu. They are hospitable, and would make reasonable accommodations!
Breakfast was great! Very busy with good reason.
Food is fantastic, Service is outstanding! Best Breakfast / Lunch place in the Monadnock Region!
Great food and service food came out quick and was delicious
Delicious food and great service.
Best breakfast restaurant!! The staff are always so friendly and the food is amazing! I love the atmosphere there. I havent been able to try their lunch menu yet but Ive heard its also amazing!
Here today, and one again, a fantastic breakfast. Ordered the banana chocolate chip pancakes, sausage links, and poached egg. All perfectly cooked and well presented. Despite being so busy on a weekend morning, Lulu and other wait staff were extremely accommodating and patient. Highly recommend!
Great place for breakfast!
Great people. Great food.
Always enjoy our breakfasts at Beepa and Lulus. Great options. No diner smell. Just good food.
I love this place!!! The food, the staff, the atmosphere, WONDERFUL!
Best diner around!
Great place to eat food good and the prices are not bad .
Had breakfast outside on a nice day. Waitstaff was attentive and friendly. The food as always was done just right. Go to place for breakfast and lunch when Im in the area. Parking: Parking was tight but spaces were available. Kid-friendliness: They welcome children and the staff interacts very well with them. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out with ample space to maneuver.
I stopped in for the first time today. Im from Kentucky and I so appreciated a New England style of southern hospitality here in southern NH! Smiling and attentive waitresses made my visit a happy one. My cinnamon toast was actually hot! And the coffee was rich, flavorful and memorable! The meal prices are easily 20% less than other local restaurants. The gift store adds a Cracker Barrel feel to the place, and their acknowledgement of veterans is heart-warming. Ill be back.
Amazing food, drinks, staff and music!
Stopped in recently with a friend visiting from out of town. Great service, wonderful food, and good coffee. I will definitely visit again soon.
Wonderful!!
The location is clean and nice to look at. The staff is friendly and prompt. The food is delicious and the prices reasonable. A delightful place to visit
Great food. Friendly staff.
Food was eggcellent!!
Fantastic place! Unfortunately, I have been unable to try much on the menu because the Irish Benedict is so good I get it every time I go!
Food and service are great. Locally sourced ingredients make a great addition.
Excellent rueben!
The service was excellent. The food was delicious and I will return the first chance I get. I highly recommend this place.
Food was excellent , fresh . Service vwas great .
6 am Friday opening.Full breakfasts, great staff. Quick and friendly. Full bar also.
Wonderful valentine day breakfast including a bloody mary!
Blueberry pancakes and fresh maple syrup! Not to expensive for good quality food!
Great breakfast
I ordered the chicken tender meal for lunch. Huge portion of quality chicken with seasoned fries. Took home half the chicken for lunch the next day. Reasonably priced. Excellent service.
Incredibly clean with warm and friendly staff. The food is always good and the atmosphere is welcoming and bright. We will absolutely be back!
Great place
Great service, Good price, On top of keeping it Clean.
Loved the garlic bread sub and breakfast burger
Been wanting to check this place out for a while. Its always busy so get on early! Food is great, lots of options give it a customizable feeling. The atmosphere was great and the staff was super friendly. Place was super clean and spaced out well for covid. Would highly recommend.
Stopped for lunch today, I had the breakfast burger w/o the bun and my friend had the cowboy burger. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. Definitely will be back
Ive stopped in 3 times for lunch when traveling through Peterborough!! Each sandwich Ive had was fantastic!! Very generous portions, with fresh bread and crispy veggies added!! The chips and fries are yummy too!! And I cant forget to mention the fabulous Mimosas they serve!! I definitely recommend this for lunch anytime you are in Peterborough!!

A nice family restaurant. Breakfast was good.
Absolutely great. Good prices , great service. Thanks
Great place to go
Great local place to eat. Service is friendly and our food is always wonderful and ready so quickly. Never have to wait!
Very clean, Friendly and welcoming staff, I had a Spinach, cheese, mushroom and onion omelet and it was the best, thick and delicious, made with real cracked eggs too! Other places I been the omelet is so thin they coulda faxed it to me.. No poured outta the carton eggs here!
This was literally the best breakfast I have had since I cooked it myself at home. Wonderful service, neighborly customers, and great food.
Great food. Great price. Fast and friendly service
It was absolutely perfect. I had the waffle bowl with fruit this time. It was delicious and just right. Service was amazing. Thank you!
Delicious food and super friendly service. Im making it my new weekly Sunday spot
This is the best place in town to grab food! My husband and I love all the food and always have a wonderful time! The staff is amazing and friendly as well!!
Great staff, good food. Very busy. Moderate prices. Lower selection. Had their avacado toast... Asked for firm yolks, got runny yolks. Win some loose some. Rest was good not great.
Love it!
Great place. Will definitely be back.
Fresh, delicious breakfast food and friendly service.
Ive been here before and suggested to come. My husband never been. He liked it. He got the classic breakfast. Eggs were just right. Loved the home fries!. I had the eggs Beni delicious as always. My son got breakfast boruto. My 2yr old grandson got scrambled eggs. We will be back..
Loved the sullys Irish benedict.fast service, great prices.
5 star service and food
Perfectly made biscuits and gravy.. to die for!!!!
It has potential. But like many places post Covid, they are struggling with finding enough employees. You feel like they are doing the best they can. The food is okay.
Great customer service!! Delicious breakfast!! The Eggs Benedict was fantastic!!
Nice place. I was sad to see the antique store go, but I love diners and the whole family diner tradition. I got my usual Sausage, Egg, & Cheese on an English Muffin; Grilled hard with provolone. It was perfect. The coffee was delicious also. The home fries were just seasoned with paprika and I prefer onions and peppers, but they were still fine.
Ok place. Decent food but nothing to write home about. Scanty servings. Coffee tasted burnt. Waitress made order error. Flies buzzing around. Staff noisy. Prefer Nonnies.
Dont let the name and storefront throw you off. Very nice place on the inside, Perfect menu variety and Excellent service. Eggs were undercooked, Pancakes were undercooked with raw batter in the middle. They corrected it, but ....
Great service, great portions, great prices, and most of all great food.
Food was delicious. Short wait times and fast friendly service
Great food, reasonably priced, very friendly staff.
Great breakfast. I was surprised at how Busy it was at 9:30 on a rainy Thursday morning. After having breakfast I know why. Very enjoyable.
Repeat customer good people
The salmon salad was delicious and my salmon was cooked just the way I like it. The staff, as always, was wonderful!
Very nice experience! Food was better than diner food. Nicer inside than out. If youre looking for delicious homemade sandwiches and salads this is the place to come.
Great food and friendly service
Love this place. Great food amazing service. Fair prices. Thank you so much for being in our town. We needed you
Always feel rushed. Told they typically like people to come in together not wait for them ( never more than 5 minutes- we dont leave work at the same time) always asking if we are done more than anywhere else, and came in at 10 minutes before breakfast turned into lunch and told before even sitting down we would have to hurry our order in to get it in before lunch time. Too bad because dished are always clean and its homey. Time to take my 50% tipping self somewhere else.
The best breakfast sandwich Ive had in a while!
Food was great, good service, fair price.
Always a delightful experience. Pamcakes & omelets are the best around and great coffee!!! Forgot to take a picture we were so into conversation & enjoying our food.
Great food and friendly service!
All though there was a 30 minute wait, which we expected, it passed by very orderly and with out issue. Coffee & food was hot fresh & delicious. Staff was friendly & gracious. Lots of menu options. Facility was clean and organized. Definitely will go back! Sorry no photos.
Excellent food and service. Well worth the visit.
Good breakfast, friendly service, fair prices.
Hard working server. Out Monday breakfast location. Pancakes plain or with blueberry OR banana OR strawberry OR choc. chip..SOooo good.
Great diner! We were seated right away and our waitress was quick to take our order. Food was delicious! Highly recommended!
Always such good food! They have the nicest staff members and the food is always out super quick. Highly recommend checking this place out. Its our favorite breakfast place!
A week ago, I finally went to Beepa and Lulus. The breakfast was fantastic (Irish eggs benedict). Hash was homemade plentiful and delicious. I also ordered a side of sausage links which were delicious. It was very busy, but service was fantastic. Seating also very comfortable. An easy 5 stars.
Friendly service and great food every time.
Ive been 5 times. Excellent every time.
food was decent very clean new place .. pricing seems a little high
Really good food. Great breakfast and lunch. Had their fried Haddock sandwich. Lightly coated with soft toasted bun, just awesome! Returning customer for sure
One of best local restaraunts in Peterborough
First time there, very friendly staff. I got the Reuben sandwich which was delicious. Looking forward to having their French Onion Soup when they make it.
The food is excellent, the service is great, and I find it a wonderful place to have breakfast.
Love it! Best breakfast in the town of Peterborough!
First timer lunch was good. BLT with cape code chips. Cup of mac and cheese
Hash browns cold and soggy. Coffee is VERY strong. The omlet and eggs Benedict were OUTSTANDING. Very clean and bright dining area. Friendly staff.
Great food for breakfast, pancake very delicious
Beepa and Lulus, Friendly staff, quality food and clean restaurant.
We are first time customers, but are sure to return! A very clean and welcoming place. We started with two large and very unique Bloody Mary s. You need to try one! Best breakfast ever and lots to choose from. Very attentive and friendly staff. Can t wait to go back for lunch!!
Good food, fast service and friendly atmosphere.
Great food lovely atmosphere. I will be making this a favorite place to have brunch.
Great classic breakfast, great staff. Nice & clean; very welcoming. We were traveling & found perfect stopping place.
This is a great place for an early breakfast or a midday lunch. The only knock I have for Beepa and Lulus is that when it gets busy, they food quality suffers. The staff is friendly and the food is almost always good.
Good atmosphere, very clean and food is good. Issues: Seem to have inventory problems and they put our orange garnish directly on our eggs making them inedible.
Great service and presentation
We took our son there. The experience wasnt great. The restaurant was cold and there was no warm feel of atmosphere. No music, the walls were bare. The server was rushing us through our dining experience, had to ask for items from another server. For the price of the food, I would have expected more. The food was disappointing at best. Cold day like today, chili sounded great, besides being a bit spicy it was bland and watery. The coffee I could not finish drinking it was that bad. My $15 burger was so runny that the bun was soggy and the burger fell apart. Pastrami had honey dijon instead of dijon which made the sandwich inedible. We will never go back again. Being in the industry for 20+ years server, bartender, KM and AGM of corporate restaurants, I was extremely disappointed.
Love the food and the staff is very friendly. It will be 5 stars once the kinks are smoothed out. I cant get enough of the spinach and artichoke panini.
Great local restaurant highly recommended
Pretty darn good breakfast, REALLY nice people staffed there!
Food is great and very accommodating
It was okay but not my favorite but when it comes to there dishes they are dirty with grease prints on the edge.
Good food. Friendly service
Great food and friendly service! We had lunch and went back a few days later for breakfast. Very pleased, they are a welcome addition to the community!
Good service, good food, way to go!
It was very tasty. I went with a two other, we all had something different and we all enjoyed our meals.
