Had a lovely meal. Mark our server was wonderful, really made our night.

Wonderful service from Mark , he really made our experience unforgettable , the food was brilliant and he just topped the night off with his humour and attentiveness !

Pizza was cold when it came out. The chips were Luke warm and the beer was Luke warm. The service wasn t great yes it was quick service but I wasn t asked if my meal was okay when I was eating and I wasn t asked when I paid for my food if everything was okay. Eaten at better Italians. Pictures on the website are nothing like the food come out like (fake)

We went to Bella Italia as a family of 5 on Sunday and the service was fantastic. Mark was incredible, he couldnt do enough for us and was extremely attentive ensuring the kids were quickly smiling again after a glass of water was spilt and a crayon snapped. We have eaten here before however this time around i was appalled. We entered the restaurant at 8:20pm and instantly got turned away for a table of 3, being told they was closing in 20 mins however i recall that on the website it states 9pm so correct me if i am wrong thats 40 mins until closing time. With all due respect i understand its a monday evening but its custom which i believe busineses are in need of more than ever. Such a shame, went to Harvester instead and food to service was on point. Thanks Jamie

Manage to get here after trying the day before with the kids and regardless of the fact that it was empty and we were about an hr early for the kids deal when we sat down i brought up that we were looking to get the kids deal they denied us the offer so we left. The next day came in, and it was during the kids eat free time we sat down and i was curious, so i asked if both kids would eat for free. Their reply was no only one. (No love for the single dads here) To keep it short Food wasnt that great for the value The salads portion was quite daunting The chef managed to make our kiddie a butter penne pasta to substitute one of the offerings. Good portion of pasta on that dish. Probably wont be showing up again. The single dad thing left a bad taste. As usual the staff were welcoming and friendly - this is my restaurant of choice when in Peterborough on business each month. The people make it.

Had a bad experience here as the pasta wasn t cooked properly. We gave it another chance, came back, and even asked to make sure the pasta was well cooked. It was the exact same. Sent it back and it came out the same yet again! Ok, they can t cook pasta, so we asked for something else and the manager was surprisingly rude, acting like we were just being difficult. Would not come back here! An Italian place should at least be able to make an edible pasta dish!!

Huge thank you to Steph and her lovely team. Came in with my mother in law who has a disability and they couldn t have been more helpful. Moving furniture for the wheelchair, making sure she was comfortable and had a cup that was easy to drink from. Not only was it excellent service but also immense kindness. Food was delicious too.

The biggest downshift for me is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Tables are sticky, seats with old dried sauce stains. Foods are pricey but ok - rightly done but not salted/spiced, neither decorated to restaurant level. The service we got from the waiter is 5 stars- very attentive and entertaining, waiting times for food are super short.

A bit expensive for mediocre food.

An overall enjoyable meal however the tiramisu and the end was a big let down, especially as its my favourite dessert! The restaurant was very quiet however hoping that was down to local festivals. The servers were fantastic. Parking: Have to register your number plate if there for more than 3 hours. Parking is right outside he restaurant

Lovely bright room, very jolly host. Reasonable price,and not a long wait for the food. I had lasagne which was quite tasty but either the pasta or the mozzarella seemed rather chewy, not the best I have tasted but still good. My lemon cheesecake was delicious. My husband had Chicken Cacciatore and my grandson had pizza. Both were enjoyed, surplus was wrapped to take home with us. Overall a pleasant experience which will be repeated when we re next in the area.

We were welcome by 2 members of staff who were exceptionally caring, shown to our table, chatted with us before telling us about the menu. Service was amazing the the person in charge, Jodi I think they referred to her as came over before we let to make sure we had enjoyed our visit. All in all excellent throughout.

Went for food here which was great, perfect for allergy options. We was sat quite close to the kitchen in which there was a lot of arguing and discussion happening between the chefs and the other staff. It was rather uncomfortable sat trying to have a meal with this in the background. One of the staff I believe her name was Lisa, was over heard on multiple occasions talking down to the young lads working in the kitchen. Overall think the staff could have kept whatever was going on until the end of the night, hats of the two young chefs who kept there cool. Bella Italia Peterborough are so lucky to have a server like Mark. He goes above and beyond. He is kind and friendly. He went out of his way to help assist with a disabled women I was catering for. He spoke to her directly instead of through me, which made the young women feel seen and heard. I have met mark before and thought was an asset he is to the team.

Excellent meal on Friday and our server was brilliant. Absolutely charming and provided great service which was particularly impressive as he was the only server for the whole restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the set menu was good value for money. We will be back soon.

Very tasty food, nice big portions. Our allergy notes been followed through the ordering process. Becca, our waitress was kind and caring, checked on us couple times if our food was ok or if we needed anything else. It was our first time in Bella Italia Peterborough, but definitely we will be back soon! Parking: Loads of parking places, free for 3 hrs.

The food overall was disappointing - we ordered garlic flatbreads to share (states on menu as sharing for 2) as starters and they charge £8 for half a garlic bread! It was a round garlic bread cut in half on 2 plates. When we questioned it being half we were told that is the size it comes. The main courses were ok, but we couldn t use a voucher as there were more than 6 of us (6 adults and an 18 month old baby!). To top it off we couldn t pay with American Express as they don t take it. Overall not a great experience and we won t be returning. Becka was a nice waitress, so deserves a mention.

Recently had a meal at Bella Italia as a Birthday treat. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. A lovely man called Mark looked after us and honestly the man needs a pay rise he went above and beyond, nothing was an issue even with a fussy 4 year old. The birthday singing was an added extra we loved, Thankyou once again!

It was my birthday today and my 18th at that so a big one, We had Mark as a waiter and he was fantastic, upbeat, bubbly and funny. Fantastic restaurant with friendly attentive service, topped with delicious meals.

Decent chain restaurant that offers a range of Italian inspired dishes. On the day of our visit the restaurant was fairly quiet. The food was generally good for the price and the speed of service acceptable. What was notable about our visit was the waiter/manager who was quite a big personality. He interacted well with the group and made this a differentiated experience. Our evening was all the better for it.

We celebrated my friends birthday and Mark was amazing. So funny and very enthusiastic. He should have his own stand up comedy show. We will be back to see you again Mark Food : 5/5

Exceeded my expectations. The outside area is looking a bit 5 nights at Freddies with 2 closed restaurants nearby but the interior has been updated since I last went. Service was efficient and friendly. Food nice. Busy too for a Monday lunch. Good choice for a post cinema meal!

Nice and friendly service but food is mediocre nothing to write home about.

Honestly, went there as we needed cheering up as a family member had just died. Instead we got the latest Grime music being pumped out of the kitchen so loud you couldnt hear the restaurant music. Inattentive staff and the venue was only about 20% full. Food wasnt fully cooked but we didnt have the energy to complain after out bad news. Should have just gone to KFC / McDonalds, better quality food / service at the fast food there.
