DONT EAT HERE!!! You walk in and it s like you ve just crashed a funeral. No music, no greetings from the servers, dark. Sticky tables. Dirty cutlery. Our server was slow! Both physical and mentally! Ordered Jamaican jerk wings and the elvis burger. Extremely underwhelming and tasteless. Only decent thing I got was the chips.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Our group tried the Juicy Lucy and Tex Mex burgers, the Peri Pizza, and the loaded fries. Every single item was delicious and full of flavor no complaints at all! The space was clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly and fast, making the whole visit enjoyable from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and will be back again soon!

The food was dull, rice microwaved strips okay but I choose the wrong sauce. (Lousiana is very sour), fries nothing too special. Staff were great, and the atmosphere was amazing.

I will not be returning! I ordered a peri chicken wrap and the wrap had mould on it that was very visible! It s crazy to think they missed the massive green patch of moose before serving it I wish I could give it 0 stars but unfortunately I can t.

Price are cheap for the amount of food they give you the restaurant its very clean and the stuff are friendly

First time went there very bad experience with customer service by person on till/taking orders, Bad body language not feel welcome at all, menu in small print hard to read without glasses I ask from staff to help us he said you have phone? I replied yes then he said take photo and read, I was with my wife so control myself and left the place without ordering anything. Can t comment on food as staff rude behaviour and unhelpful. Very very bad customer service and rude staff. Never go there again, will let others know too Won t recommend anyone to go and face rudeness from staff.

Amazing experience! I was blown away by the peri peri chicken pizza crispy crust, perfect spice level, and so flavourful! The Juicy Lucy burger lived up to its name, absolutely delicious. I just had the Juicy Lucy and it was EVERYTHING! The patty was so juicy and the cheese oozing out just wow.My friend got the Peri Pizza, and I had a slice.. spicy and delicious! If you haven t tried this place yet, you re seriously missing out.

Good food but could do with a speedier service. We had to wait 40 minutes for our food I understand you may be busy but we did not attend during a busy period.

Went to the Peterborough branch after a recommendation from a friend. Ill be having words with them after this! Poor choice of soft drinks but the worst thing was waiting 40 minutes for our food to arrive despite the place being near empty there were just two other small tables with diners sitting at them. Lots of delivery drivers in and out constantly, only got half the amount of cutlery we needed for our group of four. Next to no atmosphere with no background music and a lack of decor. Food eventually arrived and we were given extra plates I have no idea why so had them taken away as they were cluttering up our table. We ordered 3x platter chickens, a Juicy Lucy burger and a pizza. All of which were decent but the chicken strips were dry and the chips were average. There was a LOT of grease on the plates from the chicken. It worked out at £9 per person but well be going to KFC or Nandos next time.

Food is average but please fix the ventilation in your restaurant because as soon as you walk in theres a strong metallic smell from the grill and its not pleasant to sit in...theres a reason most people order delivery for here and it remains empty inside...

I went there today with my and i ordered a Pizza and when it came it was covered with tabbashco covered sauce and green Chile, like do they expect to eat that it was soon spicy. I do not recommend Grizzlers.

Came for lunch on a Sunday. No music and the outside of the restaurant is bare, almost wondered if they were open. Nice food but very poor service and absolutely no atmosphere. There were only a couple of other diners in there but tables that needed clearing as we arrived that weren t seen too even as we left. The waiter was just behind the counter on his phone. Would be ok as a takeaway but I definitely don t recommend it as a dine in experience. Overall it s not something special and you can get better food at several other places in Peterborough and have a much more enjoyable experience

Visited for a night out. Venue was too quiet, no ambience. Burger came with a sauce that was not meant to be on it and it was unpleasant. Food was full of grease that made my stomach churn. Only good item was the milkshake. Staff couldnt understand basic request. Food presentation was lacking. Would not return.

Lovely service and food was good

Fabulous little find. We needed somewhere quick to eat and we were told food would be out in 5/6 minutes. We were not disappointed. We were asked if we wanted to have the meal deals which worked out great value. Food served hot, with a smile and very tasty. Yummy milk shake, Tasty chicken wrap, chips, large hot dog. We will return next time we are here. Cannot fault it.

Food was ok. Came in and was not seated and waiters were a bit reluctant in providing extra resources such as napkins.

The service was one of the worst I ve ever seen and all I did was order take out. The workers were everywhere except the cash registers or bar, some were on their phones having phone calls in the dining area, they nearly forgot half my order until I stopped to check my bag. And the food was below average, the sauces on the burger were watery and they tasted like off brand mayo and ketchup, and the fries were clearly frozen bags fries with no salt.

A nice place to go for a meal

Disgusting dry chicken, cold pizza made with cheap ingredients. Had food from here multiple times and every single time disappoints. Inside restaurant stank like toilets and drainage, tables were dirty.

I had a stacked burger last week and it was so delicious. The staff was nice as well. The only thing I was not happy about was the toilet the mirror wasnt cleaned but overall happy!

We had lunch here for work, around nine of us. Good food and excellent service were offered. Will almost definitely return. When compared to other restaurants in the area that serve the same dish, the price is reasonable for the excellent food. I ordered a Lychee mocktail, dirty loaded chicken fries, and a Tex-Mex burger.

Grizzles has terrible service make you wait 50 minutes

Hi , at least share your actual phone number on your website so that a customer can call and talk regarding the order. I ordered using Just eats and multiple items from my orders were missing. There was no way to reach you guys or Just eats. This is simply disrespectful towards customers who were waiting for their food.

Went in here for my partner s birthday, wasn t sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait, and we got glared at and ignored by the barman, we sat ourselves down and the barman was continuing to stare and give us dirty looks as well as the table behind us. Felt incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome here. Reading the reviews of here I m now not shocked.

I like the grilled chicken and the peri peri pizza is also very nice the only thing that I would say is fries were very thin and as I used Uber eats food was literally so cold that couldn t eat the fries was very hard to chew but other then that like the taste .. and the most frustrating thing is they do not have their own contact number so you can not order and pick up which should make a huge difference. Last night I was gonna order the food but then I cancel just because dnt want to go for Uber and can t find their number .. shame .. but overall very nice food.. and yeah loved the burger too

I hate leaving negative reviews but honestly, the experience was awful. Ive tried to visit twice but left before I was even seated. This time we managed to get seated fairly quickly but immediately noticed a bad smell. It smelt like the animals were literally being slaughtered in the back There are a LOT of options to eat, which was good. Presentation was good but there was just too much... I was drowning in fries and searching desperately for flavour in the burger. I doubt I will ever go back again.

Tried them for first time and loved the food. I tried their Dirty fries big portion, overall they were great in taste and presentation only suggestion if you can ask to remove onions as it taste like a curry then but if it s without onion then its a must try thing, sauces are great fries as not soggy they are crispy. In terms of service they may need to improvise as took long to server just the dirty fries. So Its a really delicious visit in overall 7/10 Price range is also reasonable, its not too expensive. Will give them a go one more time.
