Like the chicken liver here, couldn t find any where better!

Had to wait for hours to collect deliveries. Unsuitable, un hygienic dirty place where they keep bins (to collect the delivery orders). Manager and staff doesnt care about drivers. Whenever asked why its been late they making excuses that we are short of staff, our ring bell is broken etc etc. Rude staff. Never recommend this place!

I find Peterborough Nandos so frustrating, always a long wait! Waited over 30 minutes for our food. Advised that there was a 20 minute wait for tables but upstairs were empty plus all the tables at the back

We often visited Nandos and we felt the chicken in Peterborough was slightly undergrilled comparing to other branches. Otherwise, still a fair good restaurant to visit.

Its a Nandos. Clean and tidy. fast hot food

No idea why people are going there, food is terrible, the only positive is the lemon sauce, but the ladz have better and cheaper.

I mean...Nandos is Nandos, you always know what to expect. But this particular branch needs some serious renovation. The booth seating is such a state - ripped leather and fabric upholstery, drawings on the walls. Every time we are seated in the booths I have to wipe the seats myself as its always filthy - greasy stains and food crumbs that will definitely stain your clothing. If the areas visible to customers are presented in such a state, I wonder whats going on in the kitchen... The toilets are unkept and smelly. There are broken handles, never any toilet paper available - just generally dirty and unpleasant. Update: visited our local branch recently and was happy to see that they updated the booths - looks so much better. Theres soft ice cream on tap - our little one was very happy! Unfortunately the seats are still greasy and there are crumbs on them. The toilets are still run down and dirty.

Nandos Peterborough all staff is very lazy when driver goes there they said wait for 3 mnts and take half n hour it s happened to me 4 times all idiots

Very average but expensive chicken.. Nothing special about the sauces. And the chicken is oven pre made..then thrown on the grill for 1 minute on high temperature to leave grill marks..the rice you can taste the plastic recipients where they came in before heated in the microwave. Only good thing about it is the people working there.

About 4 days ago we had 2 large chicken and 2 fries takeaway. It was for my family but after we finished the food everybody from the family suffered from diarrhoea and stomach ache. Chicken was not juicy enough and I doubt the food was not fresh. Till now the family is suffering from Diarrhoea. The food that we experienced was terrible .

Spicy!! Great Chicken Thighs!

Not very clean. Every surface was sticky including the plates and cutlery. I mean the foods still good cause Nandos but it put me off a bit.

Very quick service and tasty food. Would have been 5 stars if the order had been correct. But this was rectified swiftly.

Great service, me and my family were served by a man called edson who was super friendly and helped recommend food for my picky 10 year old.

Just ordered a full platter from nandos peterborough. Only received plain chicken and no sauces whatsoever. I had ordered Medium but received plain white chicken!

I personally think anyone who wants to visit Nandos should try everything only if you can manage the price. When I visited, I tried different dishes. The food is lovely. I just cant wait to visit again. Vegetarian options: You have so much to pick from if youre a vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: They will ask about how you would like your food to be prepared Wheelchair accessibility: People will disability can even visit. No one is left out.

Place is a dive. Food was cold, half the stuff missing. What a sorry state of affairs.

Food was excellent, and came very quickly. Toilets were in a poor state as per the 4 stars.

The food was lovely. However, I do feel its overpriced for chicken. I am disappointed You get placed at a table, after waiting for 30 mins for a table. Even though upstairs was empty you have to go and get your own drinks, cutlery, and sauces. You even have to go up and order your food. The tables are way too close to each other, I felt like I was sitting with the other family. No privacy

Felt rushed and unwelcome. Was advised upon walking in that they were closing in 40 minutes, and they were taking last orders. ordered within a few minutes. Then a group of people came in 20 minutes later and were seated and were still there when I left. Very poor experience, I usually have a fantastic experience at Nandos. Very disappointing

Standard Nandos. Pleasant atmosphere in the centre of Peterborough town. Friendly staff, quick service and food perfectly cooked.

The worse Nandos restaurant Ive visited in many years, Services is so poor. Waited nearly over 45mins to be served and others served before me. Until the staff and service improve it will be bottom of list.

Me and my partner has ordered meal from Nandos. First of all, ordr wasnt properly complete, part of the meal was missing. Beside i can summarise it in 3 points. 1. Is expensive. 2. Consider how expensive it is, meals are small. 3. Food is not tasty at all. That was first and last time when we took some food from Nandos.

Beautiful scene and excellent service from the entrance to the exit.

Dirty glasses and hair in my food, although they did provide replacement without complaint. Forgot parts of the order and had to be reminded, unorganised.

Was perfect, staff polite and courteous especially Daires who was funny and very helpful, probably the best manager I have met, we will deffo go back to this Nandos... Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to bring in a wheel chair.

Wait 30 mins to get a seat and after ordering waited 1 hour for the food. People who arrived after us were served before us. Could it be because I was not caucasian? Manager should be ashamed as he walked by and saw how long we were waiting. I then even asked when the food would come and then they forgot to add chips

On arrival we were told there would be a 20-25 minute wait, they took our details and were sent away to wait and was told we would be messaged when our table was ready. Looking into the restaurant we could see 5 empty tables, 3 of which had not been cleared away yet. In the end we waited 33 minutes for a message to say our table was ready. When we finally got sat at the table we ended up waiting for almost 45 minutes for food. The food was average for a Nando s meal. Aswell as being brought the wrong side dish to my order (chips not peri chips. Not a massive issue as they then brought me peri salt). On arrival I also visited the toilet to find two of the stalls had issues with their toilet paper holder.

Manager couldnt figure out how to use a one4all voucher and was unfriendly so went to 5 guys used voucher there and had a great meal instead

Love a nandos, rare date with the husband and we had a meal voucher for Christmas. All staff super friendly. Food was amazing as always. Medium butterfly chicken, peri salted chips and garlic bread halloumi sticks for starters.

Good delivery. Food was really hot when it arrived..it tastes good. But overall nandos quality may have fallen and price increaeed but this could well be temporary effects of frequent and long lockdowns. The best part is fino pitta is back...

This Nandos is a bit of a miss....looks dated, chairs/tables etc could do with a re-fresh. Find its always a little dirty? Food is the usual Nandos level of things. Took my daughter out for her 12th birthday and informed the server about her food allergies. My child had an allergic reaction within minutes of eating and we had to leave without finishing our food and we also did not pack the uneaten food since we needed to go to the hospital. Nandos offered us cake which my child would not be able to eat anyway as she is allergic to wheat which l declined . The manager took my name and number and noone has even contacted to see how we got on. Nothing was even said to show compassion. Not even, l hope your child will be okay. Very disappointed as we have always thought this was a safe place to eat.

Nandos in Overrated

Peterborough is the second worse place to live in the UK, and it has Nandos on the same level... There is always something wrong with the food and usually its just flavourless and dry, which is opposite of what nandos should have been....

Food was good, staff were friendly and polite.

I waited half an hour for what turned outa burned take away. My firs and last visit to this place.

So, this was my first trip to a Nandos. Felt the online ordering from the table was a bit strange, but the overall service and atmosphere was good. Food was lovely and not over priced. Im sure Ill be visiting a Nandos again in the future. Food

Fast service, friendly staff, clean & tidy

Very delicious, this Nandos had a particularly good flavor and was very well served, the care was felt!!

Ordered a pretty ridiculously expensive meal from the place, pita chicken (garlic bbq) and peri-chips. The price is ridiculous and the food was bland, like the chicken wasnt seasoned at all and the saucing didnt exist apart from a little pool at one corner of the pita, biting into the pita with the chicken was a sad experience, even more so when its priced as it is. The peri-chips were nice but the price for the amount you get, a little box for £4.50, I could make my own for 1/3 the price of that and just be as good. I wanted it to be good, but It just left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

A nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

We asked of we could sit at the front , the guy wasnt happy as he was taking us to the back. No idea why we were being taken to the back when the front had lots of space. Anyway ,then, there was a guy eating his packed lunch next to us, thought that was odd . Staff seen him and overlooked it. Finally my husband and I have been unwell since we came home. Its the only think we have both eaten the same. Very disappointing. Its usually a lovely place to go. This time it wasnt!

First and last time Ill visit nandos peterborough Ive never been in a food restaurant so unclean the light fittings. The pictures and the floor had more food on it then the plate on the table.and the food was warm what a waist of £45 Ive spent wont be coming back..... maybe the company need to invest in cleaners or cleaning products.

Me and my partner shared a boneless platter it was only the 2 of us and my partner has never been to Nando s before. He got to experiment with different flavours of the sauces with the chicken. The chicken was juicy and nicely cooked. We had 4 different sides to have. Whiles my partner experimented. We got a seat right at the front near the window which was nice. Service wasn t much. As you can use your phone to Order, so don t have much to do with the service. It was busy and the atmosphere at the time was good.

The Nandos in Peterborough is a lovely restaurant that serves great chicken and Ive always gone for the lemon and herb or plainish spices however recently Ive tried their medium sauce and it hit the flavour right. I had a look at some of the reviews on here and heard people complaining its bland. Sorry, thats on you because you decide how bland you want it! Its in an ideal location easy to get to from the shopping centre and I love that I can collect my points so I can have a free dinner. Its a great place to go on a date and the quality of chicken is astounding. I would recommend coming here. You can order through the staff or do it yourself through the QR code or app. Its very straightforward but I do wish there was a feature where you can see how long the food will take but thats just me being picky.

Good food as expected from Nandos. We had lunch on a Thursday afternoon and the place was packed. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Chicken cooked perfectly.

Came here to have dinner and me and a friend paid separately to which the food came out separately, they mixed my order up and didn t bring the correct thing. I had to ask them to clear the table after we had finished eating and we were just surrounded by rubbish, all while 3 staff members were just sat behind the counter not doing anything I ve had good experiences here but based on this alone I wouldn t return

Amazing service and delicious food

Havent been here for years but forgot how good the creamy mash was. Never had the garlic bread as a side before and this was served fresh and hot! Nice chicken wrap, this will be my go to order from now on. Disappointed that the salad options had been reduced. Years ago they had a green bean salad with feta and olives, would be nice to see this on the menu again Nandos

Nahhhh, some Bangladeshi from jogonathpur was filming his meal which was all well and good but we he started starring at me and winked at I got turned on and my meal was spoiled. . Food was certi and I had a little dance in toilet.

Great friendly service

Food always good standard but it seems you get a better service from a select few members of staff.. Last time I went in there was no hot or extra hot sauce so asked 2 staff to sort but got very vague responses with no action and just got told theyd ran out. Weirdly, a third member of staff came out just as I was finishing my food and put out all new bottles? . Syrup on Coca-Cola ran out so spoke to the same staff but didnt get sorted until another party had the same issue and spoke to a different staff member.. She got it sorted. Bit if training needed me thinks.

Imitator Wrap used to be great, but nandos has lost all care and flavour for it. Far too much sauce, always overcooked. Plus its always a pile of salt under the chips.. not on, but a pile under them.. I dont know whats happening when I eat there anymore..

No stock, terrible service. Ended up cancelling my order and leaving before any food was brought.

Great table service, all orders can be done on app now, so just download before if your Hangry lol.. Otherwise staff still accommodate and take order at the till. Tasty well cooked food, small portions but otherwise tasty.

Its a good meal, nothing fancy, loads of flavours.

Very disappointed with management. Called in the afternoon to book a table for 8 as it was big group. But been told no booking needed, just turn up. When arrived there was no tables and waiting was over 1hr 30 min. We had small children with us so requested to wait upstairs but manager didnt allow us to wait inside. We travelled 20 miles for our meal at Nandos and they let us down 2nd time. Despite calling in advance and requesting table wasnt available. Shame on management!

Worst Nandos experience in Peterborough. I live in Leicester and never had to wait more than 1 hour to get a table in Leicester. Very poor management and service in Peterborough. Told us Due to staff issues we cant get a table and waiting for the food will be more than usual time. I work in hospitality industry and never heard such a excuses in restaurants. Never again Peterborough Nandos You have ruined our Saturday night out!!!

We love this restaurant and have been many many times over the last few years. Food and service is always great. The last two times however . We have been sat the back of the restaurant and it s literally like a staff room completely full of Nando s staff. Meetings, chatting, hugging. All in the actual restraunt area. Deliver drivers constantly in and out. Tonight staff even went out the back and was smoking with the rear door and rear door to restaurant open !! I had to tell them to shut it as my two kids were asking what the awful smell of smoke was ! What annoys me most is the upstairs area never seems to be used so could be a staff area if that s whats required. I know Nando s would not want this, therefore I had to leave a review. I m more than happy to discuss this with the manager if they wanted to.

The foods good sometimes, but other times it s not. I tend to order the same thing, so it gives anxiety not knowing if it s going to be good or not. Crazy for a company like Nando s. Get your act together and deliver consistently good food every time please? Thanks

Food was spot on, just a shame about the family that sat next to my table, they were quite large people and they had to squeeze between mine and their table. Unfortunately had to keep moving my food evertime one of them got up otherwise I would of had their back side dunked in my food.

The portions were too small for the amount each items costs,it was incredibly cold barring in mind we sat inside. The kitchen were blasting music and dancing which was visible to all the customers. Wasn t expecting that I need to get my own forks,knives and tissues. Would not go again, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

What a joke. Two so called chicken burger some cheap roll, untoasted, obviously frozen, unseasoned -cooked?- chicken, half an inch slice of tomato, some rotten salad leaf, fries and a drink for two £25. Staff and the ice machine was good. Proper embarrassment. Wonder how this place is not completely empty. Yuck. Never again

Do not go to this Nando s worst Nando s experience ever this place needs better trained staff and needs better management. Staff are rude and have Attitude not smiley or friendly they look miserable and they slam plates etc on your table.paid for another drink through the app they said they didn t receive it there end and when I showed them them the receipt they showed no sympathy what s so ever overall this restaurant needs more friendly staff and better customer service.

This nandos use to be brilliant and Was for years proper nandos sauce But now I wonder if new management or something has taken over the sauce isnt the same its more close to a red colour Instead of the iconic orange the prices have increased and the rice doesnt taste like it use to tastes like microwave rice Sad to see use to be brilliant
