Outstanding restaurant. Food was inviting, inventive, and delicious. Bartender was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend. Vegetarian options: Probably 15% of the menu can be ordered as a vegetarian. I was able to order the best miso soup of my life along with fried tofu moo shi.

What an absolutely amazing experience! Thoroughly recommend reservations at the bar, so you view a team in sync. Excellent menu, fabulous wine pairings, and groovy atmosphere.

My wife and I have eaten here twice. Both times the food was very good. However, the service is maddeningly slow. The last time, we waited over an hour for our meal. This was not on the server but on the food prep. Vegetarian options: There were a couple. My wife got one and said it was very good Parking: Parking is free and easy

A true gem.

We didnt make reservations so we were seated outside. Outside is really not very nice, its kind of a cheap porch tacked onto the side, with metal tables and hard wooden chairs. Good view of the roof shingles, and a faint odor of possibly... manure? And naturally the no-see-ums found us as the evening progressed. We started with the ribs and blue crab cakes appetizers which were both delicious. Since there was so much meat in the appetizers we decided on the coconut rice bowl for our entree. That was a mistake. Buried under a thick pile of vegetables swimming in curry was (possibly) some coconut rice, also generously bathed in curry. You couldnt enjoy the taste of the vegetables, or the rice, it was basically just a mish-mosh. The few pieces of tofu were deliciously crunchy with sesame seeds on the outside. I think we probably need to make reservations, go back and order some of the fish entrees or try the raw bar. We were in Cuttyhunk eating oysters 4 days ago, so we didnt go for the raw bar this time. If youre into loogies on the half shell, this is your place! Make reservations, sit inside, stick to the seafood.

We absolutely love this place. Date night, birthday dinners, or last minute take out - always fabulous and prompt (take out is planned to the minute). Dumplings, ribs/wings, poke bowls, and drinks (Russel Station and the Manhattan) consistently awesome. Restaurant can be loud when packed, but that s understandable. 9.9/10

This restaurant is a not so hidden gem in the Monadnock Region. Upscale food and beverages in a very relaxed and intimate setting. Great cocktails, and the lemongrass chicken is a must!

Went here for a date night, and the food was one of the best meals weve had. The lemongrass chicken and the scallops with pork belly were cooked to utter perfection. Even the greens used for garnish were delicious (not too wilty or charred). Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Definitely hope to come again! Parking: It is located in a large plaza, so there is no issue finding parking. Kid-friendliness: A few tables down from us was a small family with two kids (looked between 7 and 10 years), celebrating a birthday. It was sweet watching the waitresses talking ethusiastically with the kids.

First time visiting tonight, last minute change in reservation when booked solid was handled with finesse . Excellent Service by a professional waitress , who served well thought out and prepared dishes. Ahi Tuna, Pablo Gluten free chicken as well as a noodle dish were all top shelf with no issues. Easy to get to right on 202 in Peterborough , will definitely return in the future!!

What a delightful restaurant! Its tucked into the end of a shop row, but inside is creative and fun, and theyve done an excellent job creating table dividers for COVID-conscious eating. The drinks are quite tasty, the flavors are interesting and Im excited to continue sampling the menu.

My husband took me to the Pearl for Valentines Day this year. The food was outstanding! Generous portions, too. Our waitress, though extremely busy, was considerate, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. They have a full bar with craft cocktails. Definitely worth a visit! Highly, highly recommend!!

Excellent! Wonderful service, large variety of fresh and delightful offerings. I ordered Oysters which were the largest and freshest Ive had in years and years. The ahi tuna was perfectly prepared and rested beautifully on a bed of pea beans, scrumptious, greens, herbs and rice. Im celiac and so need gluten free and almost all the menu items could be adjusted but there was no need because they have a full, separate gluten free menu. Dont be discouraged when you drive up to find the place as it sits on the end of what appears to be a dieing strip mall. This place is first class. Nice porch for outside dining if that is your preference.

The service was exceptional. The food was good. The atmosphere is a bit on the tight quarters side but all that aside I would go back again.

asian fusion in western NH? wow, I was impressed. The menu items were definitively unique but some of the plays on traditional didnt hit on all the flavor notes your mouth is expecting. open kitchen concepts and signature drinks make for a fun evening with friends or family.

Same owner as the Bantam Grill next door. Both restaurants are on my go to list for celebratory dinners! I love taking new people to these two restaurants for dinner, or getting takeout for lunch and having them not stop talking about how good the food is after their first bite! Highly recommend!

First time trying this place for take out. I ve been in Peterborough over two years and am just now getting around to trying it. Pricey and the portions definitely don t reflect it. I got Sweet and Sour Thai Noodles and for $17 it tasted like a whole bottle of soy sauce was used. The Chicken dumplings were bland. Crab cakes and Ramen Bowl were okay. Now I know why I ve never tried it out.

This place is incredible. Oysters, asian fusion dishes, great desserts. Small make sure you have a reservation. Well worth the drive. My son goes to Keene State and we meet there for a great meal.

May 2021: They added a table under the overhang outside, and still have tables on the porch. 2018: back again! Good experience as always. Dumpling soup a mix of hot and spicy and wonton type soup. Not what I expected but good! 2016:Pearl has been our favorite in the Peterborough area for years. It is always consistently good and the food is beautifully presented. It is located in strip mall that does not look like it would have a good restaurant, but dont let that turn you away. On a nice day ask for outside sitting. 2017:Another good experience. If a peach tart is on the menu - give it a try, I really enjoyed it.

Fast and friendly service, went there on a Monday night and it was packed and a bit loud. The haddock was to die for, and the chicken potstickers were really good as well. They have an excellent variety of oysters and other seafood! I highly recommend this restaurant.

We love the Pearl, but lately the customer service has been really poor. I understand restaurants are struggling to find help, but there is always a wait, not clear communication regarding gift card balances and very hard to get through via phone. We had this experience a month ago and figured they were having an off night, but tonight, the same thing happened as last time. Which is too bad, because it s a great restaurant!

I cant wait to go back! The food is incredible and is very reasonably priced considering just how good it is. I appreciate that they allow their waitstaff to wear whatever they are comfortable wearing. It makes me feel very uncomfortable when waitstaff are required to wear masks like Im some special class citizen allowed to sit down and eat and breathe comfortably while they are just my servant. Those who wanted the vaccine have had plenty of opportunity to get one, its not for everyone! I cant believe some out-of-towner had posted a complaint about this, youre literally in the Live Free or Die making an adult choice to dine out indoors at a restaurant. Why should the rest of the world suffer and cater to your irrational fears? Please just stay home if youre that scared of catching a cold. Thank you (Emily?) for being our server, you had us all cracking up with your cheerful demeanor and fun conversation!

We love this place!! Great vibe! Indoor and outdoor seating, it is on the smaller side but you dont feel cramped. We are not from this area so we only get to come here once or twice a year when we visit family but we have NEVER had a bad meal here! I would have posted photos but we ate everything so quickly! We had dumplings, and fresh raw oysters to start there was a choice between several types of oysters and they were shucked right in front of us as we sat at the bar. We had the lemongrass chicken for dinner which was the most delicious thing I had eaten in a long time! We then had creme brulee and homemade burnt caramel ice cream for dessert. A must go if you are in the area.

Pearl has been in my top 2 NH restaurants for many years. However in the past couple of months we are no longer able to get in. 2 times this month we have tried to make reservations by calling the day before and leaving a message. In both cases, we never got a call back. Calling the day of has been nearly impossible. I would say stop telling people you will call them for future day reservations if you are not going to call.

Short Story: Staff is not all vaccinated and not all masked. Unmasked server told us after the meal that she was not vaccinated; she didnt believe in it. Luckily, we were sitting outside as we both have family who are high risk for Covid. We called the manager a few times to talk about our experience. We never received a call back.

Delicious food and very friendly staff. Bit salted price, but very good portion. The drink is delicious too, although small.

I was surprised to find ramen on the menu, and doubly surprised that it was so incredibly good! The duck confit in lettuce wraps was phenomenal. All the flavors were excellent. But nothing best the salty sweet taste of the Canadian oysters I had for dessert. Hubby had the scallops, and the ski ahi tuna appetizer.

A small intimate restaurant with wonderful food. All of the items we have tried were prepared to perfection. Then they were presented in a cultured and beautiful display. They take the time to create a presentation try is as nice as the food itself. Their primary draw is fresh oysters and they always have a good selection showing the different flavors, textures, and sizes. Prices are reasonable but expect to pay for the quality you get.

A recent immigrant to NH from NJ, I have found Asian eateries up here to be woeful . . . until now. The kitchen at Pearl really has the flavors DOWN! Not to mention that the ambiance is hip/luxe. If youve been spoiled by exposure to top flight Asian cuisine elsewhere and are disalpointdx up here, Pearl is a must-stop. Oh, and the OYSTERS!

Excellent food and service. Every bite was perfect...crispy duck app is amazing... Complex and delicious. Great oysters. Amazing pain perdu dessert with caramelized banana. Haddock was crusted perfectly, and the house-made kimchi brussels complemented it perfectly.

We made a supper out of appetizers and were not disappointed! The crispy oysters were perfect for me and the raw selection delighted my companions! Cant wait for another date night to go back! Wonderful Restaurant - Fantastic Tastes! We were driving around the area taking in the fall foliage and happened on to this gem of a restaurant. Sat at the bar and had appetizers for dinner. We were not disappointed! I strongly encourage reservations if you wish to sit at a table. The food is fantastic!

My wife and I have had a great experience every time we go here. They do change up the menu so be sure to check that out. Service is spectacular! I do not think we have had better service anywhere else. They are extremely attentive, and knowledgeable about all of the food. None of this let me talk with the chef and get back to you no no no, it s like they are cooking the food themselves and know all the ingredients. Do yourself a favor and try this place out.

Favorite restaurant!

Food was great. Wife got the Pearl rice and I got the crazy chicken. I was a little disappointed tho with the crazy chicken . The chicken was ground which threw me off. I had a lot of Thai dishes and this one seemed to be a spin off to larb gai. Good flavor but the chunks of ground chicken patty was not my thing. On the other hand, the duck with lettuce wrap... finger licking amazing.

Very good food. Wide selection of entrees. They have a gluten free and vegetarian menu. Staff is friendly and helpful. Terrific deserts make sure you save room for desert. You dont have to have a reservation but better if you do.

Amazing oysters

This restaurant has won me over since the first time my wife and I came here! We celebrate birthdays, gathering of friends and our anniversary. They always accommodate us no matter what we ask of them! There is no doubt in the world if I had to choose one meal as my last the lemongrass chicken would be it. Such a friendly staff and amazing food! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Ate here for the first time tonight. We will definitely be back. The food and service were both perfection. We started with the oyster bar, then had the duck lettuce wrap as our appetizer & finished with the pan-seared scallops. The flavor combinations were amazing and everything we ordered was perfectly done. Our server was friendly, helpful and courteous without hovering. Everything was wonderfully timed. What a great place!

We stopped here for dinner before attending a concert later in the evening. Service was very good. Id have to rate the food mediocre however. We were disappointed by the Hanoi Style Nems appetizer which were quite greasy and not well flavored. Because my wife does not like spicy dishes, she had difficulty finding a suitable entree. The waiter was very helpful and suggested combining the glazed rib appetizer with a side of frites. A good suggestion, the fries were quite good although the ribs were overly sweet in our opinion. I ordered the Roll Your Own moo shu wraps with spicy chicken. This dish was good but a bit ordinary. For dessert we shared the brownie sundae which was very good, but a bit on the heavy side... definitely a dish for two. The waiter suggested Hudson Baby Bourbon which was surprisingly good. It was a good night out, but Id have to say the food was OK but unimpressive.
