Alysha has served us several times, she is amazing and very efficient!

I went to Jacks on Saturday night and the server May was exceptional!! Very friendly and took care of our needs very well! To find out later that this person wasnt even our server for the night!! So was extremely nice and courtesy for no benefit for them! Amazing!! I still tiped but I strongly feel that tip should have been for May! She deserved it!! Thank you Jacks and thanks May for a wonderful experience! Ill be back

Came with the family tonight and the Christmas decorations were incredible. It was exciting and fun for us and our daughter. Our server Tee was awesome! She knew the menu well and it was obvious that she loves her job and cares about people! She made our night! I ordered the holy smoke burger with a side Buddha bowl salad and both were great! My daughters childrens chicken fingers were a great portion size! My husband said the chicken club was better than most hes had!

I will never return back to this location again. I took my daughter there for dinner and I ordered the asiago chicken bow tie pasta. When it came to my table the chicken was very rubbery I sent it back and asked them to cook it well done. I waited and waited finally it came back and it was the same way rubbery. I told the waiter to take it back that I turn my stomach and Im not going to have anything. The owner came out to talk to us and apologized I explained what I had asked for and nothing was offered to us. My daughter ordered steak dinner we had bruschetta to start my daughter had a Pepsi and I had a sangria and the bill was $80 I am shocked and outraged. I will not recommend this restaurant to anybody ever again.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting Jack Astor s Pickering for dinner after quite some time, and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the stunning decorations and festive Christmas spirit made the place feel so warm and inviting. I have an injury to my foot and asked to be seated at a specific table, which the team kindly accommodated without hesitation. That gesture alone was so thoughtful and set the tone for the evening. We were lucky to have Jules as our server, and she was fantastic! She was incredibly attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied throughout the entire experience. Her excellent service truly enhanced our meal, and we left feeling well taken care of. I ll definitely be back soon!!

I recently visited the Pickering Jack Astor s and the Christmas decorations are so beautiful, I love the effort they put into the ambiance. The hostess Jules was so sweet! She greeted us with a smile and ensured all of our needs were met!

I called ahead and asked if they sang the birthday song, and they said yes, so I made reservation. However, when I got there, they said they were short-staffed and only do it on weekends. I wish they had told me that earlier. I wanted the birthday to be a little extra special for me and the kids since this would have been our first time, but I was very disappointed.

The appetizers weren t what they were 5 years ago and I ve never been a big fan of the ambiance but that s just me. But the service by Courtnay was amazing!!!

One of the best restaurants I ve ever went to. Has amazing service and the waiters seemed to appear out of nowhere to carry away dirty dishes or refill water. Our waiter (i forgot the name) was very nice and amusing. I got the Steak Frites which was delicious and the fries had the perfect-ratio of potato to salt. The wings ( i got them on another occasion) are also delicious. The best dish in my opinion are the chicken tacos and I would definitely recommend them to anyone as they are pretty healthy. The atmosphere was fitting for its genre and it has a bar and many TVs on the wall. It is also incredibly kid-friendly. I live near the restaurant and it is next to a large shopping mall with plenty of parking. 10/10 definitely going back. Parking: There is a lot of parking. Kid-friendliness: Very Kid-friendly.

I have been coming to this Jacks often. Food and service is always good. Servers are always helpful and kind.

Went out with the family for a good night out, and was thoroughly disappointed. The calamari was so salty and greasy! The mac and cheese was salty as well, and I couldnt even eat more than a few bites. The waitress passed by our table multiple times after seeing our water glasses empty, and someone else had to come to give my child a glass of water that we asked when we first sat down.

Alyshia was our server. She was fantastic. Great service and always made sure our drinks were topped up and everyone was happy. Food was great and the vibe was just perfect! Absolutely recommend! 10/10! Kid-friendliness: High chairs available. Crayons are also available

Stopped in for a quick dinner before a movie. We were seated in the cocktail area, absolutely loved the Christmas decor and felt right at home. Ordered a few drinks and enjoyed the pan bread. For our mains we tried the holy smokes burger and buffalo Mac and cheese, both were great! Burger was nice and tangy and Mac and cheese had a slight kick. However the Mac was a tad oily making it hard to eat a lot of it. Jared the manager was attentive to this fact, as well as all around a great conversationalist. He did comp the item from our bill which I did appreciate very much. Thank you so much Jared!
