Nice coffee, the 2 young ladies at the counter were very polite.

Waffles were not too sweet like other dessert places. They used fresh and quality fruits for their toppings. We loved the cappuccino as well. Our overall experience was amazing.

Amazing Service!

After much anticipation, I finally made it to Heaffles Waffles, and the experience was well worth the wait. The cozy, clean atmosphere immediately set a welcoming tone, and I was excited to find the Coconut Rush flavor on the menu. It s the perfect blend of fresh strawberries, coconut shreds, and Rafaello absolutely delicious. A nice touch was the staff writing my name in chocolate sauce on the plate, adding a personalized feel to the visit. While I thoroughly enjoyed my sweet waffle, I d love to see more savory options, like a savory waffle, to balance things out, as a sweet waffle can feel like a lot for a full meal. The drinks were nothing out of the ordinary but the waffle is worth trying for a unique post-meal dessert!

We ordered lattes and forgot to say iced. They said no worries and gave us new lattes free of charge while we sipped out hot lattes! Literally best customer service ever, corrected something that was our fault!

Best Cafe in the east end. The service really sets this place apart. One time I mistakenly entered the shop an hour after closing. Yousef was so friendly, he graciously offered me a seat and made a cappuccino. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!

Definitely the best coffee shop around. The coffee is consistently amazing and their food specials are next level. Havent had anything I do not like.

The atmosphere and decor is very nice. We were disappointed that our shake was nothing like the picture on the menu. The picture shows the shakes in big mason pot jars with lots of whipped cream and toppings , very beautiful. What we got was shakes in slim glasses with no whipped cream and just a little bit of toppings on it. When we asked about it the person told us that the picture was just a picture, it was not supposed to be like the real one. But she gave us a side of whipped cream with more toppings. The shakes were good.

Cute place for coffee!

We were there on a whim, last Friday, impressed with the very modern vibes and airy atmosphere. Ordered a sliced turkey sandwich. beautifully presented and quite delicious with a perfectly boiled egg.. The décor was modern. Had two cappuccinos, which were delicious, the first one was not as hot as I would have like it to be but the second one hit the spot. A small suggestion regarding the cutlery. the knives need to have sharper serration, especially for toasted sandwiches which makes cutting into them a challenge. overall, we will be back, it is refreshing and nice to have a classy place over the abundance of generic fast food outlets in the area.

1st time I went to this place not only the staff was friendly. I just had one of the best Latte I must say. Thank you for great service and great coffee.

We brought our granddaughter here for her 7th birthday. She enjoyed the chocolate Gelato very much! The mango and hazelnut gelatos were also delicious!

What an incredible experience. Walked into this place and it is Instagram worthy. Beautifully chosen furniture imported from overseas, lighting and the selection of teas in their menu was wonderful. We were being serviced by Aralooni (forgive me if I m spelling that incorrectly) and the service was impeccable. She recommended some good books and was personable. I ll be coming back here for my cafe spot meets with friends in the future. Such a cute place.

Clean, concrete interior style, and maintained well. I dropped by for a quick espresso, and they didnt disappoint. Staff were friendly & knowledgeable, suggested I try one of their shaken espresso drinks from the menu, and made it to perfection, no questions asked. i didnt try the food, but i heard lots of people in line saying they love the waffles, and seemed to be returning customers. so i think i will need to visit again soon for a proper sot-down food experience.

Stopped by this place right before they closed and was very glad I did. The interior is gorgeous and has such a nice ambiance. The espresso is such great quality and service was amazing. The manager offered a off the menu item, the avacado toast. Such a thoughtful gesture given that she overheard us contemplating getting something sweet. She also talked to us more about the cafe and their vision for it. Would definitely return.

As we walked in, the barista at the front gave us time and explained certain drinks to us with a friendly smile. The service was my highlight when visiting. Drinks were ordered as takeout and instead of calling us out or leaving them on the counter, the barista brings us the drinks where we were sitting. Just 5/5 experience!

This is my new go to spot to write, read, and meet people. Everything tastes great but I especially love the turmeric latte. It s awesome that they have non-dairy options as well! When I last went to read we even saw them helping someone in a wheelchair enter safely. The service is impeccable.

Visited Heaffles for an afternoon coffee date, and it was such a cute spot. The place is very aesthetically pleasing, and the drinks were great too! We didn t get any food options so I can t comment on that but would love to try next time we go as it seems to be popular (many other customer got something to eat while we were there). There s lots is seating, and the staff is very nice.

I often travel to get a cup of coffee from Heaffles and have sent many people here. Staff seems to know their coffee and are always nice and attentive (plus they remember me which is sweet). Yusif is always very kind and positive. Love visiting this place.

I had never been here, though my friends kept insisting we go. Lucky we got a chance last week! Hands down: incredible, friendly service. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and enjoyable. The specialty house tea and coffees are amazing. Gluten-free desserts are some of the best Ive had. Great coffee and dessert place....if youre South Asian. If youre not, you might feel unwanted as a customer. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free desserts are yum! The gluten free waffles are amazing but one must plan the visit 24 hours in advance and thats not going to happen for me.

The place is very cozy. I came here to study. But I got a waffle before I started. The waffle was very good but it did some time for it to come out. While I was waiting the server came and gave me some tea on the house. When my waffle came out it had my name on it! Very nice touch. The staff are very nice, friendly and took time to speak to all customers that came in.

Amazing waffles. If you like thinner waffles compared to the thicker ones, then this is the place.

The uniqueness of this cafe is in the shape of the waffles (heart shape waffles) so when we got regular shaped waffles it was a bit disappointing. The waffles were tasty but no different then other waffle dessert places.

They have really good waffles. I had hazelnut flavor which was very impressive with icecream. The coffee was good as well. They write your names for the extra touch of love. The vegan waffles was something you need to pre order or pre inform which I was not happy about.

Having a latte in Heaffles has become a weekly ritual. The best latte in Pickering imho and Ive been to most of the cafes here. Their waffles are pretty good as well.

Friendly Staff, Nice Food Presentation, Clean & Organized. Coffee was weak, Ordered Strawberry Delight waffle with was cold , too much powered sugar, with broken bits Kit Kat Chocolate Bar mixed with filling? At 11am Music was a little loud .

Hade the pleasure to seat in a morning day trip at this magical place! The service was kind, friendly and caring. The coffee excellent, the waffle traffic. But most of all the atmosphere was wonderful !!! I was truly move that the waffle decorating was included both our names. It wasnt Valentines day and yet it made us feel special and wourtly to celebrat life and love. Thank you u r the BEST!

This place is very aesthetically pleasing and posh! The waffles were amazing and the coffee (latte) was some of the best I ve had. Would definitely recommend trying their waffles with your favourite toppings which they have a ton to choose from. You do have to pay slightly high prices for the ambiance, service and taste, but overall very happy!

We came to this place in the summer. I was so impressed by their attention to detail, and the kindness and quality of service. We came in maybe half an hour before closing, and they didn t rush us literally at all, I ordered a waffle and some coffee and my boyfriend was just going to share with me. When we were brought our food, they brought him some herbal tea because they didn t want me to be drinking my coffee alone. How nice is that? Then, when we were leaving, I asked if they could pour my coffee into a take away cup because it was so close to closing and I felt bad to stay long. They graciously and kindly offered to give me a new coffee in the take away cup, because they said the one that I had been sitting with would be too cold for me to enjoy properly. If you haven t checked this place out yet you definitely should because they are so kind. The waffle was delicious. The coffee was delicious and the vibes are immaculate. It s in kind of a random plaza, so I feel like their hours are a little limited, but definitely want to make this my go to spot because it s a super adorable little place and very close to my house.

Waffles was for dine in but could not wait it was taking longer to prepare so advise them if they have not made it then I can cancel the order or only option is to take away which we did. Walked in to try this place out. Got some great waffles and espresso, what really won me was after my meal, I was greeted by Yusef. He brought me an off menu tea that was absolutely amazing. Being culinary traveler, an experienced culinary Chéf, having had coffees in the top notch Cafés of Europe, Mediterranean, Asia and the Middle East, I must say that the Ethiopian bean based Cappuccinos and Lattés at Heaffles is one of the best I have had. The staff is very friendly, extremely helpful, knowing the warmth of hospitality and customer care very well. While they dont serve any savouries at this time, I hope they would in the future. Their waffles and muffins are very delectable and well.balanced in flavours, texture and freshness. Not overly sweet either. The ambience is very rustic, chic and extremely clean. Well laid out interior, though the music can be turned down a bit as it was a bit too intrusive to collect my thoughts to write this review while enjoying your amazing lattés. I am very impressed and wish Heaffles the very best. Highly recomended! I will always return here.

Honestly not worth the hype. Ordered three waffles. Took an hour to get them and waffles were soggy and honestly the taste was meh. Extremely overpriced as well. Ordered an iced latte and it was just okay. One of the male servers was also pretty rude. However the girl working the cashier was very sweet and helpful so props to her! Overall I d say you can def skip on this place for brunch.

This was my first time at Heaffles. I took my husband out for lunch for his birthday. The server overheard me telling my husband that lunch was my treat for his birthday. His waffle arrived beautifully plated with a personalized birthday message and came with fireworks ablaze on top. They made a simple lunch out a terrific celebration. The waffles were delicious. The staff were very friendly. The place was very clean. Can you tell that I loved it? We will definitely be going back. Thanks Heaffles for an amazing experience!!!

Eating at Heaffles this morning was such a delight! I appreciate this establishments attention to detail and how they show their hospitality towards their customers. From the names written on the plates in chocolate, to the just very friendly and caring interactions I had with the staff. Heaffles gave the aesthetic of a stunning, new and trendy café with the customers service of a long time run close-nit family restaurant. Honestly Id recommend Heaffles to any one. Even someone who doesnt see themselves as having a sweet tooth, as I felt the waffles had the right amount of sweetness to not overwhelm your palette. I will definitely be returning <3 (Also the bathrooms were just gorgeous! they deserve a star all by themselves).

The waffles are unique in that they are a bunch of smaller circle waffles combined together, topped with ultra fresh and sweet fruit or generous amounts of chocolate, both of our waffles were delectable! Very nice waffle cafe in Pickering. The interior is spacious and the service are fast and understanding. I would recommend the heart shaped waffle, coconut gelato, and flat white.

Beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Coffee is delicious but waffles were mediocre and lacklustre relative to it s price tag. Definitely was unique tasting but just needed something more.

Luxurious. I ve been trying to find a European style cappuccino. Was so nice, I ordered it twice. Most places dilute their drink, or it s too hot, or the ratio of milk to coffee is off. This reminded me of Europe. Creamy smooth sensation. I ll be coming back and will want to try the desserts next. Don t go to Starbucks or Tim s or joe schmoe , check out this place.

We had a nice morning at Heaffles. Very friendly and welcoming staff, very good coffee (in a mug!), delicious waffles with fresh fruits, and nice music. We noticed also with how much love this cafe was created, with lots of attention to detail: their heaffels symbol is even to find on the cutlery <3. We will recommend and hopefully will come again!

Fantastic experience. Waffles were amazing, loaded with toppings. Gelato mixed berry smoothie was unbelievable. Cappuccino is probably the best Ive had. This is the best cafe you will find in the GTA. The quality of coffee, food and service is unlike any other. The owner and the staff are so kind hearted and exceptionally caring. The decor is something out of Architectural Digest. The perfect place to come whether you re just chilling or looking for a place to work. 10/10!

Absolutely amazing. Went with my friend today for the first time and the atmosphere was already so friendly and aesthetically pleasing. The servers were incredible and the customer service was out of this world. I went to this restaurant today and I have to say this is probably one of the most cleanest and cutest desert places I ve ever been to. Their waffles taste great and the atmosphere is just beautiful. Loved my experience here! Will definitely be back!

Just came across this place and was curious to know what it was. A really nice comfy cozy cafe with amazing drinks and delicious waffles. I recommend the fruit filled waffles. The drink we got was a special drink made by Yusuf. He s and amazing person and like he said here you get to taste your name . Thank you for the delicious drink and friendly welcome.

Hands down the best dessert waffle place in Pickering! It wasnt just about the absolutely delicious quality product they produced but it was probably one of the best overall experiences Ive had in a Cafe dessert place in a long time. Food and hot beverages were absolutely prestine, top quality and fresh! As a Pickering local, my only regret was I wish I had come sooner! Cant wait to experience your other mouth watering menu items! My wife and I look forward to coming back soon! Perhaps the next day!? Keep up the great work providing amazing customer experiences to everyone that enters this amazing place!

The staff are so friendly and helpful, gave us such good recommendations and the waffles were absolutely delicious. The tea was amazing too. Overall the restaurant has very calm and relaxing vibes and I would definitely come here again!

This place is awesome! The design is perfect and its very clean! Waffles taste amazing same with there gelato! The only problem is how long it takes to make it, they really more employees. Also they need to open up early so they can serve breakfast. If they add that its the perfect restraunt!

I went in there for a quick snack during my break but due to an inconvenience I was not able to make a payment. The lovely lady that attended to me - Reshma - offered to pay for my meal. Given that this was my first time coming to the store, this was very surprising. She even went as far to ask me if I needed anything added to my beverage after I had tasted it. Unparalleled service, aesthetic atmosphere, reasonable prices, delicious food.

We had a great experience, personalized waffles, owners go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience; not to mention amazing gelato and waffles!

I just went into Heaffles (I guess its a waffle place) on Kingston road. I asked the woman to use the washroom, she allowed me to do so and pointed me in the direction. I came out of the washroom with intent to order something to snack on but she couldnt provide me a menu... Then, (this is the best) she told me the washrooms are for clients only. I said I had needed to use the washroom and someone at the front counter said it was fine to do so, she called me a liar - the initial woman was nowhere to to be found. There were about 10-12 people in the restaurant, so I figured it was operational... They were all family according to the second woman I spoke to. When you refer to your customers perhaps you should refer to them as guests? I said okay...this has been a ride.. went to open the door to leave and the handle came off in my hand, the woman said use the side door .. both of them were locked, and the first handle fell off in my HAND! They urged me to buy something... Theres no MENU! ... How can I order if you dont have a menu? HOW CAN YOU LOCK SOMEONE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT??! And if youre actually not operational..why are your doors open? I AM STUNNED.

Amazing. So beautifully served and absolutely delicious. Extremely refined in every way. And the patio is very comfortable and cozy. Will be coming here again. The best dessert/waffles Ive ever had.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My family and I first came in a few years ago because we were looking for a waffle place. From the moment you walk in, youre instantly transported into a different place - the ambiance, decor, music, atmosphere are just a different vibe than what youll typically experience in GTA. You can tell a lot of thought was put into this place and just feel the passion and vision of whoever owns it. Of course, the food is amazing, top notch ingredients and taste. The presentation is stellar as well - again a lot of thought and effort put into the little details. The staff always provide excellent service and personable. Always good vibes when I come here!

The ambiance of this place is just incredible. Clean and comfortable place to catch up with you friends and enjoy coffees, teas, freshly baked goodies!! I wish we were able to get to try their amazing waffles!! But definitely would come back to try! Oh and did I mentioned how amazing staff and crew they have at Heaffles!!? A must try! Worth the visit!

Really really like this little gem of a coffee shop + fresh waffle place. We shared a rainbow waffle that had very good fresh fruit in it. A+ for presentation as well with food and silverware provided on slates. We had a cappuccino and an americano and they were well done. The atmosphere is nice - not big and not too small and with good music. Definitely recommend and well definitely be back.

Latte with hibiscus is soo yummy. Lovely ambience, courteous and amicable staff. Not sure why they close by 5pm on weekdays. Would be nice to have them open till atleast 6 in summers.

Ordered take out and was blown away be the yummy waffles. Definitely not your typical breakfast place but as a dessert fanatic I was very pleased with the food. You cant go wrong with fancy waffles. :)

Waffles are tasty, good choices and place is amazing to spend some European style time with family and friends. We need more places like this in North America, enjoying your food and coffee on porcelain cups and plates and have a conversation instead of in a paper cup.

My favourite cafe! The attention to detail is refreshing. Stunning decor and design, you can tell that a lot of thought has gone into the atmosphere and the menu. Super tasty waffles. I ve loved every drink I ve tried so far. The service is great, very friendly. Quality vibes 10/10.

This is now one of my favourite places to go for dessert and have hot beverages. The cafe is very clean and aesthetic. They have many spots to sit that are cozy. They did a very good job on designing the place with their decor. It is also an excellent place to get a hot beverage. The baristas are sooo nice and sweet and were able to create new drinks for us that were not in the menu. We got white hot chocolate with chai and it was mind blowing!! This is a must try!! It is rich with flavor and suits the mood of Autumn. We also got white hot chocolate with rose and white chocolate with raspberry which was also good. The presentation is also very beautiful. I cant wait to try more items in their menu.

The waffles are amazing, the prices are a bit high. You pay for everything you get. It would be nice not to have to practically pay the price of a can of whipped cream for a few dolops. You cant even see the whipped cream (see pictures) I had a mango with strawberry fruit mix. Honestly, I recommend the place. My children goes on their own and usually bring me back something and ot never fails. The young man at the counter was friendly and courteous, place is clean. Nice meeting place. Overall the vibes was nice. I would recommend giving it a go even though the prices are high but you will not regret it!

Love the venue but ... there is an extra charge for cream (of any kind) to go with coffee. Not a fan of this.

Its a really cute cafe, so glad we came across this just walking by one day. Their Rainbow Waffles were heavenly, we need to come back again and try the rest of their menu.

Spent the afternoon with my sisters in Christ for a brunch date, our server Yousaf was very friendly and welcoming (first time visiting). Food was great, you can taste the clean fresh ingredients. We enjoyed our time and would recommend and look forward to visiting again!

This spot is a scam - $20/$25 for a waffle. Be aware of it - they create your favorite adding everything they can to it and give you the outrageous bill. Nothing special - very sweet and sugary. Definitely not worth the money except for the picture: they make it look good, I agree.

Headless is a hidden Pickering gem ! Amazing service, delicious teas and waffles to die for!! (Bonus: VEGAN OPTIONS!!) The decor is beautiful and the prices are reasonable. Definitely a great date spot! I highly recommend this café. Vegetarian options: Vegan waffles and scones

Absolutely delicious cafe. Amazing waffles and great coffee. The price is slightly high but it s a quality cafe on the east end! I wish they opened earlier (like even 9 or 10am) on weekends though!
