Worst fried chicken point.ordered chicken pieces and sandwiches combo.. there chicken pieces were dry and looked undercooked. Sandwiches were half full and the fries were really dry without seasoning.
We ordered the chicken pieces, which were freshly fried. The place didn't look busy while waiting 15 minutes for the order to be ready. The pieces tasted awful, no seasoning at all. There's really not much to say other than it's an awful fried chicken joint. I would give it another chance later this week to see if I just got the wrong batch today or if this place is truly awful. Depending on the result, I will update my review.
Fried chicken was okay, but the jalapeno bombers were amazing! Highly recommend trying them. Just wish they had a washroom or a sink for handwashing.
It’s the worse! I ordered two chicken burgers along with ranch sauce and honey mustard. Both the sauces were spoiled. After eating the burgers we fell sick. This place is just a big disgust! And I would not recommend anybody to go here. There was absolutely no hygiene level now that I think of it. There were two workes. One was making fries at the back he wasn’t wearing any gloves nor the guy who was serving the food. Plain simple disgust! Never ever going here again! Shame on you chicken kitchen you guys are serving spoiled food with zero hygiene to your customers

We had chicken. The biscuits are soft and tender, not crunchy. All good. Service is superb. We had onion rings too. No picture of the chicken because we devoured it 🤣🤣🤣

My visit to Chicken Kitchen was a delightful surprise! The food was absolutely delicious I couldnt get enough of their crispy chicken tenders. The service was fast and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. Ill definitely be coming back for more.

Food was tasty and fresh when I went as they made my items fresh and the prices were similar to other fried chicken spots. Its a takeout joint and has halal options Recommended as a support local type joint versus the standard big box franchises.

Placed a pickup order and it was ready when I got there. Food was nice and hot and the ciabetta bread tasted very fresh! One thing though is that the in store prices were different to the prices shown on their Google page. Was expecting 5 dollar chicken sandwiches but it was actually 7 dollars. I recently had lunch here with friends and was thoroughly impressed. The spicy chicken sandwich with mac n cheese was delicious and satisfying. The portions were generous, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend!
The chicken was crispy and fresh and tasted delicious.The staff seem to very hardworking specially Kushi who was very friendly and pleasant. She took the time to recommend some of the offers from their menu. Great customer service and best place for fried chicken compared to other places.

One of my favourite sandwiches now at Pickering location for fried chicken with great customer service and quality food. The chicken is hot, crispy , flavourful and juicy. Order a combo and get a hot biscuit in addition. I enjoyed mine with gravy.

Was excited to try this place based on the good reviews but we were very disappointed in the quality of the food. We ordered the 2-piece chicken with fries and biscuit. The chicken pieces were very undercooked and pink. The fries seemed stale as if they were fried in old oil. The biscuit tasted stale and old as well. We couldn t eat the meal at all.
So delicious just the right amount of spice and you get all those good crispy batter bits. And the fries! I did not expect the fries to be that good. Forget Popeyes chicken kitchen is my new chicken spot.
Went on Friday night around 7pm. The food was exactly as the recent bad review said. Spicy chicken was not really flavourful and a little pink. Some of the fries were hard and the biscuit was pale and tasteless. For nearly $16 (including a drink), I wouldn t return.

I was excited to try this alternative chicken restaurant in Pickering but was very disappointed at the entire experience. 1) service was extremely poor. 2) The first attempt to make the instant mashed potatoes was sloshing around in the container. I asked for new ones and they ended up pasty. 3) The chicken was overcooked 4) All this took more than 30 minutes before they were able to give me my order. I will never go back!!!

This place came highly recommended and to be honest, I had low expectations as most fried chicken places are awful but this turned out to be a rare gem. The staff was extremely nice and over apologized over a minor mistake from a worker on training over missing ketchup bags.

Don t fall for the positive reviews here. The food in this place is absolutely garbage. I ordered the spicy Chicken sandwich, and it was smothered with sriracha sauce. There was a pool of sauce on my plate. It was disgusting. There were tiny nuggets between the burger bun. No quality control. How can someone put half a tub of sauce in the sandwich. Moreover the place is so over priced. Save your money and stick with the usual joints.

Food was delicious, much higher than expectation considering the supermarket has cheap sandwiches too! This chicken is very much worth it. Low price and delicious. Staff was very nice and the vibe was good. Ive been in the area for a long time and seen this lot be taken by several businesses. This is the best one by far. Didnt have high hopes but the sandwich was genuinely delicious and a great portion for the prices.
